Jadin did an incredible job piercing my 3 year olds ear, she was knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. She explained everything to me and she also did well explaining it to my daughter in a way she would understand. I was VERY impressed with her and this has made me want to return to this store in the future. We have never been here but with this experience we will be back soon! Thanks again :)

I shopped at this location Sunday morning. I was wearing slippers and had a large shopping bag with me. I was wearing slippers because I usually work 7 days a week with very little time to shop, however that morning; I had time to leave work and put my slippers on before starting my second shift. This would give me an hour and a half to stop at the mall and get the hair accessories I needed to buy for some stocking stuffers. I walked in and asked the young lady working there where the hair sticks were and proceeded to where she told me to go. As I was standing there I overheard another customer speak to the salesclerk about my appearance. After commenting on my appearance she said “ you better search her bag” to the clerk to which the clerk replied “ I certainly will” I turned and looked at them and went up front and paid for my things. I thought management should know their customers are being profiled and it’s not appreciated. It certainly kept me from finishing my shopping. Please review theft and management with your team there as they seem to lack the proper knowledge or resources to identify theft.Thank youAudrey Poore

I personally love Claire’s it’s also my name and I love that! I love all the things they have I love the makeup and the nails and all the little things!I love it so much I got my ears pierced! I also am always asking to go there but I can’t all the time!it is expensive but I’m fine with I’m just gonna use my parents money lol!and Claire’s is my FAVORATE store in the mall

Solenna was kind enough to give my preschoolers a treat even though we were not going to be buying anything. They were just curious. That’s good customer service and that’s how you build a lifelong customer base. Smart lady, promote her, Kayleigh!God bless!

Amazing customer service from the lady who checked us out today! My daughter came in with her birthday money and she was extremely patient and polite when we asked about the clearance items and when she was checking out!

Dirty! After trying to book appointments other places even peircing shops we decided to get our daughters ears pierced here since she is too young to go to the pros. After asking for her ears to get pierced for a year we finally gave in. She now has MRSA. DO NOT GO HERE! Wait until they are 10 and can go to the professional peircing shops.

After 3 months in hospital need ears reported. Went to Clairs. They did 2 on each side. Not a one hit the old spots. Were so off....they tried to overcharge and didnt show me. Called back when saw the huge differences in distance. No help offered.

Dumb employee who apparently doesn’t know what 12 for $12 means. Literally got the right things for the promo then said it’s buy 12 get 12 free. The sign says 12 for dollar sign 12
