We took our 3 month old daughter recently. Cleo was so clean and professional but also showed empathy. I really loved our service and I highly recommend to any parent that is looking for a clean and friendly environment. We bought the saline solution to make cleaning easier , Cleo was nice to give us some extra cotton balls. Also look at how cute her packing is.I also really enjoyed the sectional of jewelry she has very cute things! Thank you Cleo for my babies ear piercings we love how adorable she looks. ☺️🎀

I received a second lobe piercing. She was very kind, gentle, and informative. Im not from Irvine, but if I decide to get another piercing, I will definitely drive the 30 miles back to Cleopatras.

My daughter had a great experience getting her ears pierced with Cleo. The studio was super clean and very sanitary. You make a private appt so it was nice not feeling rushed and being distracted. Also, with the numbing cream and quick piercing it was nearly painless for my daughter. We would highly recommend!

Overall cost including the service, earrings, and saline spray (which you dont have to buy from this place) was around $170. I think the studio is very clean. The staff member was very meticulous, she even used a ruler to measure out the distance of the piercing. However, the earrings sold have a screw on backing, which are very HARD to take off. I did not know about the different types of backings since this was my first time ever get piercings. Just know if you get piercings here, you may have to revisit the studio again for assistance with removal if possible.

I had a wonderful time here, the staff explained the instructions carefully to me so that I understand the procedure before we started. They also helped me pick out the earrings while explaining what it is made of and more. I had no pain getting my ears pierced, I definitely recommend coming here to get your piercing done!

This is the place to come!!!!!! almost no pain ears piercing!! Had such a wonderful experience getting my ears pierced!! I went with my mom and because this was my first time I was super nervous but she did an AMAZING job and made the whole experience so delightful. She not only put numbing cream on my ear but she assured me and comforted me saying over and over that it wasnt going to hurt and it didnt!! She had a great selection of gorgeous earrings not too tacky and fancy but not too plain as well, and she made sure that we chose the right ones for my sensitive ears. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and my little sister!! You should come too!

Very happy with my piercings! Very nice jewelry. I changed my septum ring to a much more delicate lovely piercing and got my nose pierced and she had the best suggestion to make my nose look smaller. She sanitized everything carefully and really took care of me. Will be back for my ears soon!

Amazing experience. Brought my baby daughter for her first ear piercings. The owner was very nice, informative of every step (cleaning, numbing, piercing, and cleaning). Her studio is very clean, tidy and cute! Would highly recommend!

Such a disappointing experience. My 18 year old daughter chose this salon based on the reviews but unfortunately, it feels like she was completely robbed. She purchased a $100 piece of jewelry that broke within two weeks and Cleopatra policy makes no consideration for faulty equipment. Rather we were sent a canned response stating their policy which makes it the customers responsibility to ensure that the equipment is not faulty or damaged. She wasnt willing to fix it without charging for another appointment deposit and she was going to recharge for a replacement. Ive never encountered a business that would not stand behind the products they sold. The woman who runs this place is a thief. If youre willing to take a chance, hopefully it works out better for you than it did for us.

Great little studio! My daughter had a great experience with her first ear piercing. Everything was clean and she was very good with making a nervous little girl feel calm. We couldnt be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend!

I would absolutely go here I just pierced my daughters ears and she was 4 months old I was scared and nervous but Cleo was so professional it was clean and she was very thorough. I even had to come back because my daughters earing came out when she went to grandmas ... grandma was playing w them and probably took it off ...I went back to Cleo the same day it fell out and Cleo had no problem helping me put the earing back on .My poor baby was crying because it was almost closing . All is good now they are healing great they look beautiful on her ! Pricing was reasonable I would recommend coming here

Would have given Zero star rating if possible. I visited this “salon” on march 25th 2022 and my ear is still bleeding, 5 months after. Seriously, this is enough time to recover from a broken arm. Twice. Please notice that this is not my first, but 4th time getting my ears pierced. I never had any problems. First off all the lady who works there barely speak any English. I asked her if she does it with a piercing gun. She said yes. I don’t care if you say the needle is better option: I ASKED. It was my personal preference due my very little pain tolerance. I could go somewhere else, but she literally said yes piercing gun and then used a needle. But hey, it’s fine, not a big deal right? But the earring she chose was too small. Maybe now once it’s healed it will fit but when my ear was swollen the earring was too small. It was HER job to tell me to choose another earring. I’m not a professional, I pay her to tell me all this things. The stud was too short, caused pain, swelling and bruising. As I can say she doesn’t do adults piercing that often, otherwise she would know. I had to get another earring. On the photo my ear 3 month and 2 doctors visits after. I got prescribed antibiotics. Also, right after getting my ear pierced she gave me an instruction - to wash my ear with saline water 3 times a day, I thought to myself- it’s weird, but still did as she say, hoping she knows her job. When I got my ear pierced before they usually suggest to not to touch it at all, wash it once a day. I visited Cleopatra a week after, told her my ear feels worse, she said wash it 6 times a day. Later I found out from the doctor that this was one of the reason why my piercing still didn’t heal, In fact, he said you not supposed to touch your piercing for the first 24 hours after youve had your it done. And btw who cares about all the diplomas on the walls if you clearly don’t have enough practice 🤡 And almost forgot, an infection is the good foundation for a small injury lawsuit, just saying.Wont recommend going there.

Be aware of scam. I recently called to get a quote for my daughters birthday piercing, and was told it would cost $40. However, when we arrived at the location, they changed the price to $150. My daughter mentioned that this had also happened to some of her friends.

I had a great experience with Cleo this past week! I was a little nervous at first. She was very patient and walked me through my options and the process. I am so happy with my results (upper helix on one ear, low helix with a hoop on the other ear)

We went there whole family to get our daughter her first ear piercing. Very clean studio, kids friendly. She was very professional and did an excellent job.
