I was given a spray bottle of bleach and water for my infants after care spray. A BABY. I was expected to spray bleach (sodium hypochlorite) on my baby’s ears twice a day, right next to her eyes and mouth?? Not only is this a skin and lung irritant to adults, it is absolutely unacceptable for young children. The store rep told me it was pediatrician approved. That makes it even more disgusting. What happened to a simple saline solution? Shame on the rep who didn’t bat an eye when I informed her the solution was bleach.

I bought earrings from this place before and it is amazing.Shout out to sue!!

Clean, friendly and the lady was very thorough on the information needed to maintain my daughter’s ear piercings. Be expecting to pay around $100+/- depending on the starter earrings you choose. It’s free piercings so the price I quoted is the earrings ($65-80), plus the cleaning solution ($13-20 depending on discount given to you), & warranty for earrings replacement ($$14) in case they break/lost.

My husband and I took our 16 year old here to get his ears pierced. Amberlynn was phenomenal from start to finish! She made sure we were happy with the placement of the markings for the piercings before she did them. She even stepped in when he fell faint after the piercing!!! Thank you Amberlynn for the exceptional service!

Horrible customer service.. the young woman who is mixed with blonde highlights has poor manners and doesn’t know how to work in a retail business.I couldn’t even get a sentence out with out her cutting me off extremely rude. She seems to have no patience to be working for a company that applies customer service daily. She ended up still selling me the wrong purchase because she kept cutting me off and wasn’t listening. Very disappointed in her service and manners.

I shop here for myself and my 5 year old daughter. I love their jewelry and that they give a warranty to cover any damages. They have a beautiful selection and are always very helpful.

Do NOT go to the one in front of old navy. We originally went to the one near pandora, but she did not have the piercing jewelry in stock. She pointed us in the direction of the one in front of old navy and said she may have it in stock and could pierce us. We walked over to the one in front of old navy and stood at the counter while the girl was sitting on her phone and would not get up to help us. She then told us she was done piercing for the day. We went to the other one near pandora again and asked if she could use the other girls stock and pierce us. The girl looked confused and asked why she couldn’t pierce us. We told her that the other girl had told us she was done piercing for the day, and she told us she is not supposed to be done.Moral of the story do not go to the one near old navy, because apparently they choose when they feel like working.

Horrible experience I was pregnant waiting forever to get help from someone it took almost 30 minutes for someone to finally assist me!! Then when she did I bought what I needed, got all the way home only to realized they gave me the wrong thing!! I was so irritated so I went all the way back (I live in Ft Pierce) only to wait in line AGAIN for 20 minutes, this time I had to use the restroom so bad!! But they didn’t care. I have spent a lot of money on piercing pagoda over the years, I’m officially done after the awful experience I had here.Edit: totally forgot to mention some lady had her child leave snot and drool all over the counter while I was waiting, then when I was up next I got it all over me. So disgusting, now I know why my daughters ears got infected when she got them pierced here. They don’t follow any sanitary protocols!

If I could give this 0 stars I would when I went there to exchange something and payed cash to get it they would not give me the remaining cash back they would only give me a gift card when I don’t even go to that store

They never Pierce evenly! The jewelry also only last for maybe a year if that before it breaks. They sell you a warranty just incase but the clasp broke and the earring fell off and they say they need the product to fix it. 🥴 The clasp was garbage so it fell off and they of course didnt help at all. They were actually a little short like I was bothering them. Any who, its safer to just go to a tattoo/ Pierce shop.

This company uses piercing guns that harm the ear by forcing jewelry into the ear. This company doesnt even have sinks to wash their hands in between piercings. Very unsanitary. Very unsafe. The material used for their earrings are not implant grade metals made for internal use of the body. Find a professional piercing shop to get your piercings. Not here. Be safe!

1st time piercers.. BEWARE. While inquiring on a price range for a piercing earring for my 17 year old, I was asked if it was a first time piercing, I said it was. I was actually told “we HAVE to use gold in case of an allergic reaction and they start at $99”. This is 100% TOTAL BS. This is an outright lie and sales tactic just trying to increase a sale from a possibly naive customer. It would appear they are commission based and that she was trying to increase her paycheck. Despicable.
