I got mine done by Ant it was amazing how nice and calm everyone was. I had a great experience. It didnt hurt or scab at all. It was fantastic. I have had several tattoos done, and this was by far the best experience yet. I definitely suggest this shop. I will definitely be back..

I got two tattoos done by @bodymoreinked. He did a fantastic job and he’s truly an expert and perfectionist at what he does. The tattoos turned out better than the reference photos I showed him. He even helped me out with placement of the tattoo because I wasnt sure exactly where I wanted my butterflies on my hand but he made it all come together perfect. The shops aesthetic and interior design is super modern and lovely and just added to my overall top-notch experience

Ant is the best tattoo artist and all around person! Being a lady, all the guys made sure I felt comfortable and safe- from the moment I called to ask about a consultation to the day of the tattoo.Ant as always was so chill and patient- even though I changed my mind about the size and placement a couple of times. The tattoo came out amazing! Exactly as I envisioned :)

I’ve had many terrible experiences at this “tattoo shop” if you could call it that. The most recent incident I set up an appt for 1pm yesterday and the artist Anthony messaged me on Ig he was sick and not allowed to come into the shop due to the owner Joe not permitting him to enter. Joe states Anthony had been sick w covid for 3-4 days prior. I requested my deposit back from Anthony only for him to force me to come in person to pick it up ..once again inconveniencing me even though the situation was not my fault at all. He then messaged me that I was the one being rude and that he refused to give my my money back 150$. This ain’t the first time I’ve shown up for an appt and the doors would be locked and lights off. Mind you…this fool always had my deposit money . This tattoo shop is nothing more than a frat house don’t waste ur time or money. Nothing but unprofessionals and misogynist divas.

I went there for a cover-up, and Joe saved my arm doing a great job with patience, active listening and fineness. On top of that, the staff is friendly and the studio is really cleanI would definitely recommend this tattoo studio

Ive gotten piercings a couple times in jessup and in glenburnie.I cant remember his name but he works at both shops.Also takes his time and very knowledgeable.He even did my sis piercing.

Joe has been my tattoo artist for all my tattoos. I’ve gotten three of them in a month. He’s damn good at what he does and he will make sure you’re happy with his work. He’s professional and nice and great to work with! I will never go anywhere else for my tattoos

Zack is amazing !!! Really listen to what i wanted and bright it to life. He. Makes you feel comfortable no matter what and takes pride in his art and Ethans piercing are out of this world he really take pride in the human body and the art of piercing so have both in one place it out of this world my husband is next my step dad and mom has already went under zacks hand and all look amazing and these photos are a year later after the tat is healed

Got really beautiful piece done by joe today. Came in last minute and he was awesome. so kind and really reasonably priced. This was my 4th tattoo and by far the most professional and clean experience I’ve ever had with a tat shop!!! Would recommend over any other shop in the area!! Definitely will be back

Amazing tattoo experience! Staff was beyond nice,patient and very talented. The space was clean and welcoming. Dave did my tattoo and he was quick! It came out better than I could imagine. Highly recommend this shop. Can’t wait to come back and get my next one.

I had some old tattoos that I didnt like on my left forearm, shoulder and inside forearm. Joe Koletty did a whole left arm sleeve to a chest piece. He covered and blended everything with Japanese traditional. Not an easy task. He took the time and patience to do it to the best of his ability. I am nothing but pleased. Get positive comments on it all the time. Joe Koletty, Dave and the rest of the crew are beasts. Highly recommend!!!

I never had a tattoo before, so a friend referred Josh to me. I wasnt sure what to expect, but I had a google image where most of the tattoo was showing and sent him that. When I got to the shop, the staff was laid back and friendly, and I didnt feel out of place just because it was my first tattoo. The overall process was just as Josh described it, he nailed his time estimate, and the tattoo detail was amazing! Definitely going back if I end up getting any more.

I’ve gotten two tattoos here. One of the artist was really cool, his lining was a little off but tattoo was okay overall but there’s another tattoo artist that had done another tattoo for me that overcharged me and seemed like he caught an attitude that I didn’t tip. Fast forward about a year later and the tattoo has started to fade. So I guess I was right.

Absolutely love boulevard tattoo, I’ve gotten my past 5 tattoos here, 2 by Fredo who moved a while ago, and 3 recently (one today!) by Joe. They do great work there and are nice and funny to hang around! Will definitely be coming back for my future tattoos!

Im glad that everyone had an amazing experience here. I am probably just one person that did not have a great experience. The front desk was amazing, friendly, answered my questions. Ethan was especially awesome and responsive when I asked questions about the piercing projects he had done; really opened up a new world to me. However, I had come here to get a custom tattoo to cover up a collection of scars on a certain spot on my upper arm. The first consultation with the tattoo artist went pretty well and I had thought he got the information he mainly needed: the idea, the placement, and the location of the scars. When I came there for the second time to get tattooed, he had come up with a design which we both liked. But after applying the stencil, he didnt like how the design turned out on the spot where I wanted it to. So he suggested the same design but on a different spot, which I didnt want. Long story short, he was adamant about putting it where I didnt want to, said he didnt understand why I want to put it where I wanted. So he tried to draw up a new design alone, which took around 3 hours; and I waited for those 3 hours without much update. He came back frustrated about the idea, the placement, and the fact that it had to cover up said scars. He raised his voice asking me why I dont just want it where he wanted to put it so we could just get it over with. Telling me I am wasting our time on a Saturday where we could have been tattooing instead. He told me that I kept coming up with new things that I wanted even though really I just wanted whatever he already had on the exact spot I asked him in the very beginning. But he just wasnt too happy with how the current design worked with the placement. He kept telling me Im wasting his time and energy because he worked hard to come up with the design. Asked for another deposit because he didnt like that his original idea had to be scrapped... Even though he was the one who wanted to scrap it.He is an amazing artist and of course he is entitled to whatever opinion he has, and I am glad that he expressed them. However, I just thought it was unnecessary for him to raise his voice, be so forceful of where he wanted it placed, and blamed me about asking for a whole new different design when I told him my opinions even though I was happy with whatever he had but he just wasnt. I probably wouldnt have basically scrapped everything he was working at if he had let me in on the creative process instead of making a guesses to what I wanted and then tell me Im asking for new things when I gave him feedback. As if the most important thing to him was how the finished result is going to look for him, instead of for me. This is just my opinion and we just happened to have two differing opinions.LOVE his work so much but decided to just give him the $200 deposit but did not get tattooed by him in the end. Would have not wasted his time if he just straight up declined to tattoo me from the beginning if he didnt really like my idea/placement/the fact that it was for a scar coverup. He was nothing more than just extremely rude.

What a great shop!! Super clean and inviting! The environment is so welcoming and not at ALL intimidating like a lot of tattoo shops can be. The artists are extremely friendly, but better yet-- FUNNY! Such a great experience. Definitely will be returning for more work! Go get yourself some ink at BLVD!!

Josh was amazing, his work was awesome and he did mine and my friends walk ins (all 5) and stayed late to finish. First tattoo and I love it! Highly recommend

Ive visited BLVD a few times to have difficult jewelry swapped out and they have always been attentive and accommodating. Justin and his crew are solid people whove been in the business around here for a long, long time, and it shows

Very professional and laid back environment. All the artists are very good at what they do. Zach tattooed me and i couldnt be any happier. All of the artists seem like a close knit group so it makes for a better experience. I will be going back and will referre as many people as i can. Hope this helps the people who are undecided.

Really good place to get a tattoo. Joe works really professional and clean. Also, they help you a lot with the design. They are on time for the appointment and ready for any customer.

Josh is a AWSOME artist, very professional and work well worth the money. Loved it there so much now me and my GF have another appointment with joe and josh.

If you are getting anything pierced, Ethan is your man. He has done some great work on me, given me great advice, and is very friendly and approachable.

Been here twice, first for a piece done by Fredo, second time for a piece done by Joe. Both hit, I would definitely recommend anyone whos looking to get some art done to step inside and check it out.
