Went as a walk in for a nose piercing; Clean and professional environment. Great pricing. My nerves were through the roof and he was very kind acknowledging it. Explained the process, got the job done quickly and reviewed with me the aftercare. Would recommend.

This is my beautiful Phoenix tat that Chuck did 2 weeks ago.. This is the only place I will go, him and Chelsea are very friendly and make u feel very comfortable.. My bff Nicole Rito also got a tat and it is sick as hell,, this is the best place to go !!!

Love this place went and got two tattoos and he was very kind even after changing my mind of what I wanted before he started my foot tattoo. He also did my daughters tattoo and he is very responsible

I got my septum done here, the worker was very understanding and funny; he made us feel like we were in a safer environment. The process was also very quick! I definitely recommend this place :)

Literally the best first piercing experience. I got my eyebrow and septum done by Chuck and he was so funny and amazing throughout the whole process. We were in and out super quickly even just being walk ins. Definitely will be coming back!

I finally got my second ear lobe piercing done and they look phenomenal! Both Chelsea and Chuck were great and made me feel at ease! Highly recommend coming here for your piercing needs!

Went to get my daughters ears pierced, piercer was very nice and helpful when she got scared. Took us in quickly and we did not have to wait.

Do not ever go there. The male artist pierced my girlfriends tongue and made sexual and crude jokes made her feel highly uncomfortable. He is rude, creepy and very unprofessional. The female artist works like one day a week and when she is there she seems high and strung out. NO THANKS I would never want her to have a needle near me unless she was going for a vein. Much cleaner and better shops in the area. Wish I could give 0 stars but 1 is as low as it goes

I go to Chuck and Chelsea for all my piercings and tattoos. I highly recommend them. They are amazing people and they do excellent work. Ive never left there disappointed. Definitely a returning customer here.

First time tattoo done by Chuck, and he was so nice and understanding. Made sure to show me the clean needles, and what he was doing, made sure everything was the way I wanted it and even asked if it looked okay after I was done. Definitely going back for my thigh piece!!

I got my nipples pierced here. At first I was super nervous but the piercers were extremely professional and comforting and they really knew what they were doing! I will 100% go again

Went and got an industrial piercing today from here. He was very thorough in what he was doing and went step by step explaining the whole way through, very little pain. Very good piercer and will be back again!

Got piercings. The owner was funny. His daughter stopped with a client (had clients permission) so they could do my piercings together due to me being nervous.

So i got my septum pierced here by the female artist a couple months ago and she very obviously had pierced it incorrectly as it was being pushed up constantly which i understand can happen and can be healed normally, but it can also mean that it was pierced through the wrong spot and is being pushed up by cartilage. i waited a good couple months for it to heal, and now that it has you can clearly see it’s no where near where it would’ve needed to be to be a proper septum piercing. i understand not all bodies are the same and not everyone’s anatomy will work for certain piercings but it would’ve been great if she had told me that if that was the problem rather than just doing it anyway and giving me a permanently messed up piercing that i wasted my time and money on.

Chuck is always so nice, I have gone 3 times now with my friends to get piercings and tattoos and we always have a good time. Chuck definitely knows what he is doing and I would trust anyone at this shop to take care of me properly.

Horrible customer service went here 2 separates times an left without a piercing or tattoo because staff where un professional an un friendly an the one time a male artist was being extremely creepy with female clients that where clearly where way to young for em an then got mad at me for interrupting his inappropriate behavior when I walked in an the whole shop didnt seem to clean

Got my ex husbands name tattooed on me and Chuck covered it up. You cant even tell its a cover up. Went back for another larger cover up of two other tattoos, which look perfect. Hes an amazing artist. Also had a bunch of piercings done by him and his daughter. Outstanding work. Professional, clean, great work environment, terrific people. Definitely going back for more. Stop in to chat and see for yourself. I highly rate this place, and Ive been to many tattoo shops for over 30 years.

Chuck knows exactly what he is doing with piercings. Hes very professional in showing you all of the new needles. I have 10 and the majority of them are Chucks. They healed quicker, and his prices are great! Love them!

I went here to get my septum done. he was really patient with me dispise my low pain tolerance. when i thought it was infected, he stopped everything he was doing dispise having a large party of people wanting to get different stuff done. great service, he was really nice and extremely professional and his prices are really good

So my review is a tad bit late but I got my lip pierced (spider bite) way back in 2011/12 lol I still have them in and havent had any problems I even had to take them out for 8months and afterwards they slid right back in. The visit was top notch and memorable which should and does speak volumes about the quality especially since I was a walk-in and was in&out in under an hr. He had me double check the locations, explained the entire process, gave a general idea of how itd feel(everyone feels pain differently), how to properly care/clean it etc. The only issue Ive had which I was warned against was biting/pulling on the stud for a yr or 2 I ended up pulling 1 of the studs completely through my lip stretching the hole, it closed to normal piercing size now. I need get tattoos covered and I already know where Ill be going hopefully here soon. I have no doubt the quality and experience will be superb.

I got my tongue pierced here and i can honestly say he knows what hes doing. I never had a problem with my piercing nor any compaints. Honestly A+ work. Definately getting a tattoo done here.

First time getting a tattoo here it was a very comfortable atmosphere and he is very friendly and of course clean. He also did really get work i am absolutely in love with my piece! 😍

I went into my experience not really knowing what to expect. Ive never been here before, I havent been pierced in years, and it was a spur of the moment decision. (Ive wanted my septum done for a while, but never could find a place to do it or the time to get it done.) Today, I found a time and a place. Once they finished with the girl ahead of me it was my turn. I warned my lovely piercer that I always pass out at the doctors around needles, but did fine with a 3 hour tattoo. She told me Id be fine and we went ahead. I knew the moment she centered the needle and told me to breathe in that this wasnt going to be easy. Breathe out and the needle goes the whole way through, my hand gripping the back of the chair for dear life. She puts the jewelry in and I feel my consciousness trying to leave me. She tells me to put my head as low as possible and to keep breathing. No problem. I start to feel better for a while, but still want to take it slow. But then, oh god the nausea. I warned them I was going to puke and my poor friend tried her best to find a bag for the garbage can, but to no use. 3 feet away from another client and tattoo artist, I unleashed my breakfast into her only garbage can. I was loaned a scrunchie for my hair (sorry I didnt return it but, you probably didnt want it back!). She laughed when I finally sat back up because I looked so much better. After that, I was out within 10 minutes. They reassured me things like this happened all the time and to not be embarrassed. They were very friendly, incredibly understanding, and very helpful. I would definitely go back, but maybe with my own garbage can to ruin.

I love going there for any piercings and awesome prices, clean/sanitary, and so nice and helpful. I have went to so many piercing shops and they have done horrible and I will always choose screaming needles for piercings. Also when I’m 18 I will get tattoos there too because I have heard good reviews on his tattoo work.

Very friendly! i got my tragus pierced here for a reasonable price! he talked me through everything and made me feel very comfortable. he also opened the needle infront of me that way i made sure it was clean. very nice experience

I got my belly button pierced here last year I believe it was and Chuck did a great job on it. Very clean place to go to. Hes also very kind. Id definitely recommend going here.

I went in to get a couple ear piercings, two cartilage and rook. The cartilage was $10 per and rook $15. Very friendly, and super helpful, overall amazing experience.I stopped in a week before getting pierced to check it out. They do not carry much by way of jewelry for piercings, just your basic tattoo parlor styles. They did recommend I go to piercing pagoda at the mall to get my jewelry for more options, prettier, and higher quality.The lady who pierced my ears walked me through the process and explained everything she was doing and was going to do. Especially to show me the needles were brand new and I watched her open them. Sterilized my jewelry with alcohol, wore new gloves, neosporin. She made sure I was ready and comfortable before each piercing, and was ok and not lightheaded after each.She gave me instructions and a card for how to care for and clean my new piercings. Let me know to just stop back in if I had any issues or was worried about infections before removing the jewelry. So they can take a look and help get them back to healing correctly. I do not forsee having any issues however. I am only on day 3 and already my ears are only slightly sore when bumped and could even sleep on them relatively comfortable on just the 1st night.I highly recommend and would definitely return for any additional piercings.

NOBODY knows tattoos like Chuck!!! We will NEVER EVER get a tattoo from anywhere else!!! Me and My David are 100% completely satisfied with everything Chuck does!!! Youd be stupid if you went anywhere else thats mine and my loves own opinion!!!!

I went in to get my tongue pierced and my industrial pierced and I forgot my ID so I my fiancé vouge for me and the guy even asked for my birthday and my age and I gave it to him. I am turning 20 on July 12 and after I told him that and the year I was born the guy rejected me and refused to pierce my tongue and my industrial.

They are great except the hours. They are never open on weekends. And they say theyre open on Fridays but for three Fridays in a row they were closed. I can never get in there. And if you want to tattoo you have to wait months.

Great people awesome work,but on holidays they definitely need more people I waited 4 hours for a tattoo that took 20 mins or it be nice if you gota wait that long u can leave and someone calls when its close to your time
