The staff is really friendly, professional and helpful. Jen pierced my teen daughter’s lobes and it was fast and sanitary. My daughter came back a few days later to get the band of the watch she bought adjusted by Mia, and she was so welcoming and professional. The store is neat, clean and tidy. We will shop here again.

Great store! Lots of super cute jewelry for every day use, my favorite thing about the store is how well the jewelry holds up! I bought some necklaces and earrings from here a while back and they still haven’t tarnished! They’re not kidding when they say waterproof! 🤩

Went into this store to get my daughter some new jewelry and had the most lackluster and disinterested associate, who said her name was Maya who I had to repeatedly pull off her cell phone to ask questions and get her attention. I eventually just left the store when I usually buy multiple things. Very disappointed.

I gave it 2 stars bc the store did have lovely jewelries and the service i received before buying was nice. But when I wanted to return 1 of the items that I bought on that same day, the staff immediately put their guard up and said no refunds. And the staff told me that i might’ve used it already, which I didn’t since it’s for my daughter who’s still in school at that time. It feels like once you purchase something you’re on your own. they told me that i could exchange it for another item with the same price or lower. so i did, the item was cheaper so i lost a few dollars. I will never go back to this shop again.

Affordable jewelry, they have nice deals and plenty of options to choose from . I also got my ears pierced from Jenn and they healed beautifully! She talked me through the healing process and was super informative . She was so nice! Will be coming back :)

I went to this store last year to get my ears pierced and I had a wonderful experience at this store it made me feel comfortable and made my experience amazing!

While this store does offer a wide variety of options the quality is very low. I purchased several packs of the sterling silver earrings. When I opened the first package the first earring immediately broke when I attempted to take it off the package. The store does not have any sort of tamper seal on their packaging so they do not offer returns on earrings. The only option offered was to exchange for the same item, which I declined due to the poor quality that I discovered once opening the packing. I’m my opinion the items are no priced as low as the quality deserves.

I got my second lobe piercings done by Amber, she was so amazing and sweet and kind and helped me do everything I wanted to get done today. I had a wonderful time talking with her my entire visit and felt so comfortable and welcomed, always love coming into this store. Thank you!
