Wonderful experience!My daughter is very confident in those sweet ladies, Queen and Sonia and took their time w us to pick the excellent earrings what my daughter wanted! And double check to make sure it’s even on her ears and it’s very perfect and beautiful on her! She went through with the wrong person and it was not even now it’s her 3rd times but they did it perfect! High recommend!

I dont know where the begin other than I am extremely disappointed in Banter Katy Mills. Ive never had a less than amazing experience at other Banter locations such as Baybrook and Galleria mall. Everyone normally does a great job and gives me excellent customer service but Katy Mills Banter has me considering shopping else where permanently. Let me start by saying that I was recommended the Katy location by the Galleria location so I was expecting the same friendly fun service. I went to this location for the piercing event which was supposed to be a $16 piercing fee and the jewelry was supposed to be 50% off. I get there and the lady named Lauren charged me twice for the piercing fee saying it was $16 per lobe and then she only gave me 50% off one piece of body jewelry for the piercings. There was no customer service, no attempt to find out any of my questions regarding the discount, and there was zero empathy from her. If anyone does decide to get pierced stay away from this lying store. Up charging customers and not being transparent. Ive never had this happen at Baybrook or Galleria but what I do know is yall are some snakes at Katy Mills. Ill never give you a chance to take my hard earned money again. If I could give negative -5 stars I would.

Pierced my daughter’s right ear at an angle making them uneven and I didn’t notice until it was too late. I shouldn’t have did it here and had to redo them in humble. The girl was sweet as can be though just disappointed and I don’t like to speak up.

I was super nervous about my 4 month olds ear piercing. The lady was super sweet and helpful. Everything was quick, clean, and efficient. The woman who pierced my daughter’s ears was very patient and triple checked to make sure we got the marking even before piercing. My baby cried about 3 minutes tops. Thank you ladies for being very gentle and professional.

I would give 0 if I could I went there after a few good reviews and my experience was far from that, the lady that sold me the jewelry didn’t seem interested in assisting didn’t ask me questions ect… just wanted to sell I spend $50 on a jewelry that kept falling out ect… the receipt said I can return it or exchange but when I got there they told me I did to have protection on the jewelry so I can’t even exchange it lol now I’m stuck with a $50 nose ring that I can’t even use ! So thank you this is my first ever review so do with it as you please !!!

Isabel and Sabrina from Katy Mills absolutely KILLED IT, they are AMAZING! We took our one year old to get her ears pierced, she barely cried and they were so sweet and also patient. If we have more babies we will definitely come back with them!

This review is mainly based on the staff member Nelly. Nelly was extremely professional even at a time when she was working alone and had lots of customers. I was like the 3rd family in line and she was able to acknowledge that we were waiting and was able to direct our attention to what it was that we were looking for, while still working with the other customers. Once it was our turn she worked with my 7 yr old daughter who was getting her ears pierced for the first time. She was able to talk with my daughter and ease her fears. Nelly was also concerned with proper measurement of the placement on my daughters ears. If you need any ear piercing services I would highly recommend Nelly at store # 2561.

Sonia was such excellent help. My aunt is visiting from out of town and she helped her find a beautiful bracelet to take back home. She loves it!

We went 4.29 in the evening maybe around 7 or 8 and the lady was rude! We looked around waiting for her to an acknowledge us, and she looked at us looking and said nothing! We left bc I refuse to support a business for someone who refuses to acknowledge your existence! I was planning to purchase several things….

Laura is Great and Awesome!! She has great customer service skills and has great patients when dealing with piercing babies ears and dealing with big families. Laura pierced my grandtwinz ears yesterday evening and she did a wonderful job. The only issue we had was the price totally $162 for 2 pair of basic gold balls and cleaning solution. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location and Laura.

When we arrived (Dec. 4), there was no one physically inside the kiosk, but 2 people were standing on the outside eating. They looked at us and kept eating. We waited a bit longer, looking at the selections because we wanted a gold chain for a gift. After a few more minutes, one of them enters the kiosk and helps the people who were there before us. That’s totally fine since we arrived after them. But you don’t acknowledge anyone who steps up to the kiosk? No “we’ll be right with you” or “please give us a minute, we’re on our break.” We didn’t even know they were the staff. We locked eyes a few times but they didn’t want to speak to us, like they dreaded anyone was looking to purchase something so they purposefully ignored us to drive us away. So we left and purchased the gold chain somewhere else.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company. Very unsatisfied they hike the price is up and the jury is very cheap! You must get the warranty because its your is going to break change colors it will fall off you lose it Zales needs to do better!

Ive been going here for years. Today, it was my daughters turn and shes 3 months old...The amount of time and patience they took to make sure everything was perfect really impressed me. Everything went smooth and my baby only cried for a little bit. Honestly, it hurt me WAY MORE than it hurt her lol

Not a good place for first ear piercing. I called store and asked if they can do my daughter both ears at a time, store manager told me that is a bad idea. The website itself states that its better to pierce both ears at a time for infants. I clearly mentioned her that and stated that I need both ears to be done at a time. She said ok and when we went there, there was no stock for the designs we liked. We asked for 4-5 type of earrings from their display and none of the designs are in stock. I dont know how they are running store with out any stock. Most of their displays seems to be empty. Finally we selected one, as we want to get my daughters ears pierced the same day. And now the manager started drama, that she cannot do both ears at a time as my daughter is moving a lot. My daughter is 9 months old and yes she moves and so curious, and thats why I want her both ears to be done at same time. But she did not listen to me. End of the day, its really a bad experience for all us, as we did not get the earrings we liked and also not the service we expected.

I got my Cartlidge done here a couple years ago and they got really infected to the point where the earring itself got buried in my ear and i had to get it pulled out. I just recently wanted to get them peirced again and i went to an actual tattoo shop and they told me my ears aren’t suited for cartlidge at ALL and he said they never should have peirced them. I mean go at your own risk but most likely they will peirce you just for the money and not look out for your well being

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. The chain we bought broke, and they replaced it no problem. If you need a solid chain, be sure to ask for a solid chain instead of the tubes.

Went got baby pierced past Monday and simply AWFUL experience! From the phone calls to the moment we arrived all the way up till we left.So I was getting my babys ear pierced and ofcourse want the very best for my baby daughter and make this experience as little painful as it can be. I called in to ask what time they do peircings till and was told 8:30pm as they close by 9pm. Also in call asked about having both ears pierced at the same time so baby can get over it at once, just like it is suggested on their own website however the lady shunned the request down as if its a bad idea and that they only do one at a time. I informed her on the website reccomends it at once... anyways CLEARLY they have only 1 worker hence can only pierce one ear at a time. She should have been honest about being short staffed instead of falsifying information on whats better technique.As I was coming from downtown I wanted to make sure again they were still available before I made my drive down and since 6:30 - 7:15pm no one answered my multiple calls.Upon arrival at 7:50pm lady was already counting her end of day inventory and had no courtesy to even greet us! She very well knew we came for piercing and she kept continuing on with her task, we waited patiently but finally spoke up. From the begining lack of customer service!I picked out pink pearls to get her pierced with and while husband was filling out form and payment noticed a warranty charge. We refuse to pay! as customers its our right to whether want or not want it! (gimmick warranty that if childs earring comes off and ear closes they will repierce it for free ...its not like were pirchasing electronics or a car to need such a warranty... total scam!) She claimed she cant take off the additional charge but as we explained how unfair of a charge it is she did take it off (she was able to but pretending as if store owner forces it)After all this got started and yet another blunder. The ears were pierced but later noticed she put the WRONG EARRINGS, she put in white pearls when I had clearly said pink, (infact in call i even made sure they had pink earring that I saw on their website)Ofcourse at this point couldnt do anything since the earrings were already in but couldnt be any more dissatisfied! Not only because of her blunder but her rude attitude through out!Special moment for us getting baby pierced but all ruined with such a dry rude attitude. No please or thank yous in her dictionary not even hello greetings or goodbye greetings!Last but not least on reciept was over charged for earrings and on reciept clearly states white pearl earrings not pink which is what I wanted - for which she replys its the light that makes them look white.Better off piercing at even a Claires ...these people are no piercing experts as they claim let alone have any customer service manners.Regret not going to an ACTUAL profeshional piercing place not just a jewellry booth in middle of mall that makes excuse for short staff to pierce at once and lack service , and adding gimmick charges!NOT reccomend especially with the lady who served us (cant recall name)

Got my 2 month old babys ears pierced here last Saturday. They have decent service, cute earrings selection & theyre in a good location at entry 6 at a kiosk not a store.

Well, its been about two weeks - very pleased. the young lady did a nice job of marking and spacing the triple piercings.i am allergic to nickel, cheap metals and white gold. with the young ladys help i chose cheapest option of titanium balls. so far, so good, as far as allergic reaction goes.i did double piercing adding to the original piercings i got when i was 14 years old. so, now as a 53 year old lady i have triple piercing in each ear lobe. so many diamonds, so little time...i did yelp each hole she put in and it hurt more than i expected. quite an audience watching in the mall-- trying not to be self conscious in a crowd. bruised sore that night but was able to sleep. still tender on the ear lobes as of today.no signs of infection. dont know why people bang on about piercing guns, looked sterile enough to me with the individual cartridges she used. the cleaning juice to use is simple enough. just soak two cotton balls and drip on front and back of ear.i forgot how badly i look in white metals, and wished i had chosen yellow gold, but i couldnt afford gold. i got four holes put in my ears for around 40 bucks.all in all recommend piercing pagoda in katy mills mall.December 2015 Kim

Good service, my 4 month got the ear piercing in this place, we received a good treatment and baby was like nothing happened few minutes after the procedure.

I do not recommend that place at all, the treatment of the consumer is very bad on the part of the workers, I took my daughter to open the holes in her ears and they sold me a guarantee which was never true, it was all a lie and they sold me some earrings which the butterfly of these was not made of gold was fantasy that is why my daughter got sick and got an infection, they cheated on me, my experience was very bad and very bad treatment of customers
