I have had several ear piercings at Studio 51/50 and my experiences have always been amazing! I love the ease of booking appointments online! The shop is so clean and comfortable. Matt is the absolute best piercer I have ever met! He is so knowledgeable and professional! His skills are top notch and his work is beautiful! He makes sure your experience is safe, clean and comfortable! I can’t wait to visit again!

Matthew and his staff are wonderful and very informative. They love what they do and it shows. Matthew pierced my ears as a teenager and now as a young adult. We took my little sister to get her ears pierced for the first time yesterday and he and his staff did an amazing job. I got a second lobe piercing with my sister as an early birthday present. Matt is absolutely incredible. He takes his time to ensure the pieces selected work perfectly with the areas they’re being placed. I do not live in Kearney but every time I’m in town I always make a point to visit his studio for jewelry changes or a new piercing. He’s very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend his studio. Everything about this place was great! We scheduled our appointment online, which was super easy. When we got there we went over everything from picking out the earrings to aftercare. The process of the piercing was explained thoroughly every step of the way and they encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or concerns after you get home. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful and the staff was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing done!!

My daughter got her ears pierced by Matt and he was nothing short of amazing! She was very excited, but still nervous and he talked her through everything and checked in with her every step of the way. The earrings turned out wonderful! My sisters loved it. My oldest sister thought it showed wonders of amazing glances at it after it was done! My middle sister thought they are super cute! The people at the front desk sent good advise and Amazing opinions! The person that pierced my siblings and my Aunt was super kind and told exactly what was going to happen, that does wonders for a person that is scared to have earrings and nose piercings done! I grew up getting my ears pierced at Claires and had no idea, until recently, the advantages of using a sterilized needle vs a piercing gun. Although a bit pricier, you absolutely get what you pay for. Matthew was SO professional, informative and took such good care of our 5 year old! Many years ago a had my left earring ripped out by a patient and over the years my ear finally needed to be repaired. Matt pierced my ear after it healed and he did an amazing job!! He was professional and expertly explained everything to me. Now I’m considering a nose piercing! Super impressed thank you Matt.

Everything from start to finish was professional and very clean. They walked me through everything that would happen and were patient with questions. I live over an hour away but definitely will return for more piercings.

I took my 4 year old in to get her ears pierced. I was nervous on how she would do since she can be quite dramatic at times 😂 Matt did absolutely amazing with her. He explained everything to her at the beginning, and let her ask any questions. Then he continuing explaining everything throughout the process so she knew exactly what to expect. The jewelry is beautiful, and seems way more comfortable for her than the traditional back on earrings. She was able to get 2 different colors since that was what SHE wanted. It was 150 miles each way to Studio 51/50, and it was absolutely worth it!

Matt is such a great guy, and an amazing guy! When I get there, there was an incredibly nice lady who I didn’t get the name of. She helped me get all checked in and pick out my studs. Matt brought out these beautiful mushrooms that were blank and offered to put the indents into it for me, and then offered to put semi-colons on them for me. Have had a couple piercings done by Matt, and they are always quick and as painless as a piercing can be, and heal quickly! Everything is super clean, sanitized, and sterilized! I’m originally from Kearney but now live in Omaha. While back for the holidays we decided to bring our six year old in for her earlobe piercings she’s been begging for. I’ve also wanted a conch piercing for some time and decided if she was doing, so was I. I’ve heard great things about the studio and felt more comfortable bringing my daughter here than a tattoo studio in Omaha.Matthew was amazing with our daughter and so patient. We ended up having to do it in two appointments because after her right ear she was done for the day. We came back the next day and she hopped right on to the table and was ready to go.I highly recommend this studio for families of young children wanting a safe and clean experience and not a “mall piercing”.

It was another present experience! I had left my nostril piercing out for over a year 🫣 Matt decided instead of repiercing to try another route, which I felt was a better option as well! A little pain and new jewelry later I feel like a million bucks!

I was really nervous before getting my ears pierced, but the environment inside the building was so calming and peaceful that any anxiety or concerns I had disappeared immediately. Matt and Karima are both great and made the whole process easy and quick. A few weeks after I got my ears pierced, I was hospitalized and had to take my jewelry out. I went back to Studio 51/50 about a week after taking my earrings out, hoping that he would be able to put them back in, and he was able to. He was very understanding and helpful, and only charged me $10. I could not be happier with the work theyve done. If I ever choose to get another piercing, I will without a doubt come back here. Each time Ive gone to Studio 51/50, I have left happier than I was when I walked in. I absolutely recommend this place 100%.

I took my daughter here to get her ear lobes pierced. They did a great job of helping us through the whole process, including making her feel comfortable and helping her pick out her first ear rings. Everything was very clinical and clean. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. This experience was MUCH better than certain other places normally located at a mall.

Very professional and clean! Did an amazing job piercing my septum! The piercer was very friendly as well! He walked both my sister and I what he was doing, he was very through, very professional, and discussed aftercare with us. If you want a piercing you, need to go to Studio 51/50! Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice! The facility is immaculately clean and brightly lit. His jewelry selection was great and he even helped me pick out a piece that would fit my ear perfectly. I found the jewelry reasonably priced. Im sure you can find a piece slightly cheaper but not of this quality! I had my tragus pierced and experienced little pain which I credit in part to Matthews skill and the way he talked me through each step of the process. Matthew has my continued business and highest recommendation!

I have had 3 piercings done by Matt now. My tragus about 5 years ago and recently my septum and daith! I have always had a great experience with 51/50. The shop is so clean, sterilization and cleanliness are a top priority. Matt walks you through everything he’s doing during the process, which is extremely helpful and calming. My tragus healed up wonderfully after he did it and I have no doubt my two new piercings will as well!This time I had an issue with my daith piercing immediately after it was pierced. It bled a bit when it was pierced and I was having issues hearing out of my ear afterward. Matt took the time to check out my ear and to clean it to make sure everything was okay. He was also vigilant about checking up on me over the next few days to see how my ear was. It turned out to be an issue with the blood getting into my ear wax (something very uncommon with this piercing and nothing he did wrong at all). All is well with my ear at this point and the piercing looks great! I just really appreciated him taking the extra time to check everything out while I was still in the shop and to take the time to check in on me via text to make sure everything was okay!Great service, super professional, very caring about clients, and great jewelry selections! I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I was very nervous going in, despite being serious about wanting a piercing. I was blown away by the atmosphere in the studio as it was beautifully done and felt clean and inviting. After voicing my nervousness, Matt answered whatever questions I had without making me feel stupid and calmed my nerves by explaining to me exactly what would happen and how the piercing would go. He took his time explaining everything that he was doing and even helped get past my fear of needles to get something that I was VERY pleased with! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended him!!!
