I went in for my cartilage piercing and Claire was very professional during the whole process. She went through the whole healing process with me and gave tips on how to properly clean the piercing. 11/10 would recommend.

Autumn did two of my piercings recently. I got my snake bites done and it turned out very symmetrical! Went back for the sale the following week got my eyebrow placement was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Claire was amazing doing my eyebrow piercing! Makes you feel at home, super comfortable, very funny, and wouldnt have gone to anyone else. She knew exactly what jewelry suited me and got the perfect placement between my existing scar tissue, didn’t hurt at all! 10/10

Autumn and Claire did a great job with my piercings! I got a rook and my naval done; they made me feel very relaxed which made the process SO smooth.

Gage and autumn are the absolute best at Twisted Addictions! Gage does amazing tattoo work, all my tattoos are done by him and I get compliments all the time on them. Autumn the piercer, did multiple piercings on me and I love every single one of them and how they healed. They don’t just do good work but are good people in general, they make conversation which helps distract me from the pain lol. The apprentice piercer Claire, was also amazing and hilarious! Everyone at the shop was sweet and made me feel comfortable, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, a lot… :)

The lady who pierced my nose was so sweet. The people here are so nice. Its hard to find good customer service nowadays but I received it.

Me and my friend got pierced, the staff was some welcoming and nice. They let my friend take a break and was reassuring her, and they are very clean and know what they are doing!

Claire is the best piercer in kenner and did a fantastic job, i’ll be back. Very gentle and took her time measuring my piercing. Very professional and made me felt welcome ! Would recommend.

Sam is the best tattoo artist in kenner , did such an amazing job and her work is clean. Would recommend to get a tat by her! Took her time and took care of me. Will be getting a tat by her again

This is by far the best atmosphere I have been to while getting a tattoo. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was helped as soon as I got in. Shayne was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure the tattoo I got was how I wanted it. It did not feel like he was trying to hurry and just get it done he really took his time to make it perfect! The colors are 🔥I appreciate the great service will see y’all again!

Lahey were kind but to touch up tattoos is outrageous when you can get cheaper elsewhere, but the service was great. This will be up to your taste and how much you want to spend on a tattoo or touch up.

Sam did my tattoos (2) and i couldnt be happier. she played around with sizes and placements with us without getting frustrated or upset, she explained the process, as it was my first bigger tattoo, she was amazing.sam pierced my nostril while i was there, and she was also phenomenal. i have both sides done now, and this side hurt much less for whatever reason (Im chalking it up to her being a pro). a great place with a great atmosphere, will definitely come back!!

Autumn was very helpful she made sure everything was clean and sterilized she talked me through the process and made the entire experience quick and painless I highly recommend her if you are looking to get piercings of any kind.

Friends and I went on a Saturday for piercings (two conchs/orbitals & one septum). The piercer Autumn was a treasure, making sure everything was done with care even though it was getting late and the shop was closing up. She talked us through placement and gave us lots of pointers to keep our piercings healing well. Overall, really pleasant experience—will definitely come again!

Made an appointment & came in late for it done in about a hour. Dude was professional & I will have him tattoo me again in the near future. I recommend this place for those w our w/out tattoos. Just a calm place & atmosphere & I know a few places this place is real good.

Gage has done all my tattoos. He makes it a relaxing experience. I will never get a tattoo done by anyone else! Everyone at the shop are wonderful people! 10/10 recommend this place and definitely recommend Gage!

This is the most welcoming tattoo shop i’ve ever been to! as soon as you walk in youre helped immediately. i’ve gotten both piercings & tattoos from here & both experiences were amazing! i’ve gotten 4 tattoos by gage & he’s absolutely amazing at his work! autumn & claire, the piercers are very personable, funny, and walk through the whole process step by step. 100/10 recommend.

All I can say is Joey the tattoo artist did my last 3 tattoos, and one was a cover up and he does spectacular work. This shop is super clean, and friendly artist they make this a place where you can have a laugh, and enjoy yourself.

I’ve been coming to this shop since I was 19 years old. The service is always great!!! Everyone is super nice and friendly. Gage has done an amazing job each time I’ve come to get tattooed. I definitely recommend this place. Definitely one of the best shops in Louisiana!!!!

Staff is very rude.Great tattoos but they hire new people all the time and they aren’t doing this shop any justice customer service wise.

I took my daughter to get her belly button pierced. They are awesome and welcoming. Made my daughter and I feel very comfortable. I’ll be back for some tattoos soon.

3 members of my family got pierced here and it was a great experience! Cassidy is so knowledgeable and sweet. The prices are fair and reasonable and overall the place was super clean. I’m only leaving 4 stars because virtually no one in this shop was wearing a mask which can definitely make people, especially unvaccinated ones uncomfortable, but we had a great experience and will be returning for any piercing needs in the future.

Thursday I went to get a nose piercing I was greeted by the staff witch was very nice my piercer Claire was was beyond amazing , She talked me through my piercing placements and what she was going to be using for the piercing, etc. she also talked to me about how to make sure my piercing was healing properly & gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my piercing and she also gave me after care alsoSo definitely 20/10 highly recommend I will definitely be coming back soon !!

Walked in around 730 tonight & was greeted instantly by Gage, a tattoo artist there. He immediately went to work on getting my husband and I for some small travel tattoos to celebrate our trip to New Orleans & our 10th Anniversary. Every member of that staff that was there tonight was chill af, friendly, & had a great sense of humor. We were treated like buddies as soon as we walked in up until we left. Our tattoos are gorgeous, & more importantly we were treated like we were old friends, even though we were from 1,000 miles away. Highly recommend!

Got 4 ear piercings done at once by Cassidy and she was so wonderful and chill, it was quick and a lot less painful then i was expecting. Next time I get a piercing Im definitely going back to her

Went for an ear piercing. We were very happy with Autumns (not Amber 🙈) level of care and discussion re cleaning and aftercare.

My wife received an invitation to visit this place on FB, so she called to find out some information prior to visiting the store, the person that answered the phone was very rude to the point that she just hung up the phone, this upset her for her birthday is approaching and wanted a piercing done. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I wanted to call back to get this guys name but my wife just wanted me to leave it alone. Gage Brim did an Amazing tattoo for me he was able to fix a rose i got previously that I wasnt rly happy with and added a stem and initials of past loved ones in the leaves ❤

I had both sides of my nose pierced on the same day didn’t hurt much and a prior experience I had was an industrial piercing amazing service.

I got my nipples pierced here for both it was 80 it wasnt the most welcoming environment and not very professional but they were very clean at least when it came to my piercings but I wouldnt go back because my Piercer was using racial slurs too freely and I rather give my money to someone who is more professional after my session was done he didnt really tell me how to take care of my piercing or how to clean it I had to consult another piercer

A walk-in group of 6 people 5 got tattoos and they were small tattoos mostlyGAGE the tattoo artist 🧑‍🎨 was full of positive vibes and jokes made everyone comfortable I would definitely come again

What the HELL!!! So I go to Twisted Addictions tonight 8/31/13 to see about getting a tattoo tonight. So I walk in one guy is about to pierce some girl and two more guys were tattooing people. I stood there for 6 minutes Just Standing there and NO ONE says Can I help you or I will be with you in a minute NOTHING. They just lookin at me. I woulda been ok if they would have not treated me like I was invisiable. So I walked the hell outta there. Guess they didnt want to make a few hundred tonight. What the hell......This is the second time I have been there with this kinda stuff. The first time I went with my boyfriend and we were getting our names on each other. Well this one employee says to the other Get someone else to do it I been tattooing all day. Even if that WAS TRUE you dont go saying that all out loud. You could not pay me to walk back in this place. PERIOD

Terrible experience. The artist joe messed up my clock and put two 12s and the wrong time. Also let his girlfriend and friends sit in during sessions. I guess that distracted him enough. I have i full sleeve now and wouldnt let anyone in this shop touch me with a needle.
