I stumbled upon Peach on a girl’s-day piercing whim and have stayed loyal to his specialty and skillset ever since. He is extremely knowledgeable in the piercing profession, he provides prompt responses for all needs, and he and his work environment are immaculately clean. I have always been encouraged to stay in charge of my desired look and have received his guidance in achieving the outcome safely based on individual anatomy. He is very kind and is genuine in making you feel important during your piercing experience. Guaranteeing the quality of his work and jewelry, as well as implementing “follow ups”, leaves a lot of other piercers with something to be desired.

This is hands down the best place to get a piercing done! I had an amazing experience with Peach. I got my forward helix. He made sure to have the most perfect placement. I also have never had such an easy healing process in my life. I have 10 piercings prior to this. I feel like that’s saying a lot to his professionalism and sterile conditions. I went back for my follow up appointment and we picked out a new piece for my tragus. He took the time to help me pick the best one that suits my personality and anatomy. His passion for what he does really shines through with every appointment. I can’t wait to slowly upgrade all my jewelry with Peach. I couldn’t recommend more!

I got 3 piercings that Peach did and it was the best experience ever! He is such an amazingly nice guy, who actually cares and knows what he is doing. He is very serious about cleanliness and being sterile. He makes sure you know that everything he is using is clean. He’s great to talk to and educates you very well. He’s a really cool dude and you should go to him for every piercing.

Alex was incredible. He was very helpful, explaining the procedure and protocols he uses to minimize the risk of infection as well as stressing the importance of self care and after care. He was friendly, patient and kept me relaxed. I was impressed by his state of the art sterilizer, utilizing single patient use devices and his repeated hand sanitizing before and after donning gloves several times. I highly recommend Alex for piercing. The studio was clean and welcoming and it was easy to book appointments via the website.

Back for the second weekend in a row. Started off with an amazing experience with Peach. I went in pretty open with what piercing I wanted. Since I was so undecided Peach helped me pick the most beautiful piece of jewelry and from there we were able to pick a piercing that worked with my anatomy. The experience getting tattooed by Jordan S was about the same. I came in with a general idea of what I was wanting and Jordan worked his magic to give me a beautiful piece of art work. Both Peach and Jordan have an eye for perfection and take their work extremely seriously. Attention to health and safety is definitely on the top of the list. Already have my next piercing appointment booked and currently working on my next tattoo idea.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Taylor!!! As a person who has anxiety I find working with her has always been nothing but a delight. I plan on only working with her due to her vision and love for her art, her abilities never miss and her kindness is always unwavering! My friend and I decided on a whim we wanted impulse piercings. We called due to the stellar reviews about Alex, and he’d surprisingly had walk in availability!He was extremely patient and kind with my indecisive self, talked us through everything and made us feel so comfortable and welcome. He even went the extra mile and did sterilization tests on his equipment and made sure to show us!Absolutely love how knowledgeable and kind Alex is and that he educated us about proper procedures and genuinely cared about the health and safety of piercing placements and the effects that some have.Overall 10/10 recommend!! I got my first cartilage/flat piercing by peach about a month ish ago and he was absolutely amazing!! I was super nervous about getting my cartilage pierced and what the pain would be but he made me feel super comfortable and explained everything to me to make me feel better. He also is very thorough and shows you that everything is completely sterile and safe which is super important. I feel like a lot of piercers just do what you want and don’t pay attention to anatomy and aren’t making sure everything is safe and is very quick to get you in and out and I will say peach is very opposite of that. It took me quite a while to pick out the perfect jewelry piece for me and the placement but not once did I feel rushed by him on my decision. I will definitely be returning!

Got my tattoo done by Joey. My tattoo looked dope at first but after it healed, you can tell he didn’t go deep enough. Tried to go back and get it fixed but he kept canceling and rescheduling. For my first tattoo I didn’t think it would look like this. Now I have to find someone to redo it :( don’t recommend him

I’ve been to various piercers in SE Wisconsin (with some not so great results) and today I walked into DSI on a whim. I sincerely wish I would have been coming here from the beginning. My 9 year old daughter and I went to see Peach for some piercings, she got her earlobes pierced for the first time and I got my nostril and philtrum. He instantly made my daughter feel comfortable being in the new environment. He has an amazing approach for piercing younger kids, a thumbs up/thumbs down routine, and I am beyond pleased that it came down to my daughter’s constant consent to keep going after every single step. That has always been important to me as I have waited for my kid to be ready for this experience so that it would be a good one for her. Even though she was nervous, Peach made the experience so nice and fun for her that she made it through to the end. She loves her new earrings so much. 20/10 best experience I’ve had with a piercer. I got my helix pierced here for my birthday and the Piercing experience was nice. Peach is a fun guy really made me feel relaxed and at ease during the appointment. I loved the way it came out and left the shop happy.I went on a trip after my birthday after getting the piercing and to make a long story short, one of my friends kind of ripped it out of my ear. Obviously, not peach’s fault but I wanted to see how fast I could come back in and get it fixed before it closed.I tried Texting him via his phone number that I used to initially set up the appointment and there was no response. I also tried texting him via Instagram and there was no response on that front either. Anytime I called the shop he wasn’t in.I tried this on and off for about 2 weeks before it eventually just closed and I gave up. Which was sad cause I loved the gold jewelry I had bought and it had also broke when the Peircing came out.Was honestly just more sad than anything because I was given a little goodie bag that included a pamphlet saying he’s be there if I had any problems and he wasnt

I don’t normally leave reviews but anything to help out a small business! I went here for my hand tattoo removal because I need to get rid of them for my job :(. I was getting them done in Nashville at a reasonable price and when I moved needed to continue. Please do not waste your money at a place like the recovery who will quote you $200 per tattoo for tattoos the size of a quarter. Marlina is kind, professional, and won’t overcharge you. She’s taking care of all 3 of my quarter size tattoos for a $130 a visit. Can’t recommend it enough!

Peach is an amazing piercer. I came in with my best friend to have her nose pierced by him and also decided to get my helix done as well. He made us both feel very calm along with making us laugh. I have come to Peach before for a few piercings and will only go to him because he understand how to treat a customers. My friend Pierce was super happy with the experience and was happy that I recommended him to do her nose. I will only go to Peach for any type of piercing cause he is honest and doesnt try to just pierce you to make money. He will tell you if your body isnt made for the piercing and help you find a new spot to have done. I recommend him to everyone that I hear wants to get a piercing done and will continue to come back to see him if I want to have new piercings done.

Got my ears pierced at a different shop the other day and they completely messed them up. They used jewelry that was way too short so my ears swelled up so much. I went to Mr. Peach tonight and he took me in very short notice and my experience was phenomenal! He was so kind and empathetic and completely fixed me up with new sterile and cute jewelry. He was honest about how we could fix the situation anddddd I also got an extra piercing done by him. Will absolutely go to him always now. :)) 10/10!

My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Peach, and it was a fantastic experience. He walked her through every step of the process, and made sure she was comfortable and that he had her consent before moving on with each part of the piercing- what an amazing lesson for a young girl and I really appreciated the way he talked to her. It’s been a few weeks and her ears are healing perfectly- we are super happy with the experience and will recommend Peach to anyone.

Brought my 9 year old in to get her first piercings. She was very nervous to get her ears pierced but Peach was absolutely amazing. He took his time to explain everything and help her feel comfortable as he was setting up, then when it was time to go Alex played a little game and before she knew it she was done. I decided to go here solely based on the reviews. I have had my nose pierced prior by another place that did not do things correctly and my nose ring kept falling out I had to re pierce it multiple times. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mr. Peach, his personality is contagious and you can tell he loves and has a passion for what he does. He was knowledgeable personable and was a perfectionist. He was honest about things and pointed me in the right direction, he has a sterile machine with test strips he puts his equipment in that says pass or fail, his work space was very cleanly and he was precise. He made me feel like he was the one getting pierced he was so in tune with me and what I wanted. I think the best thing of my whole experience is when I was finally done and I looked in the mirror and he lit up like a Christmas tree and started jumping he was so excited. I highly highly recommend PEACH! Thank you so much! I love my stacked piercing with real jewelry 😉

Got my septum pierced by Peach - the most patient, caring, educated piercer I’ve ever encountered. Was pretty nervous about the pain level and things, but Peach walked me through everything step by step and made me feel completely at ease. AMAZING experience. My sister was getting her ear lobes pierced (first piercing ever) and was a bit nervous I was getting my septum pierced and gonna be honest I was shaking in my BOOTS. But when we arrived the staff was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. After we had filled everything out and got our stuff picked out we talked with our licensed piercer Alex Peach. He is a gem, he talked us through the whole process made sure we knew all the info and allowed us to ask as many questions as we had and made sure that it was safe for us to go through with what we wanted. He made us feel calm and safe during the appointment and there were no nerves whatsoever after speaking with him. He made sure we knew how to properly care for a good healing process and everything. Overall I’d give a 11/10 for him he’s a wonderful guy and despite making sure you’re comfortable he remains professional and focused.

Had a nose piercing done horribly in 2017 by another place. Today I went in and was pierced by peach and it was a wonderful experience! He was so patient and kind with me, explained everything I will be recommending him.

I got my lip pierced somewhere else a few weeks ago and didnt have a great experience. The ball fell off and so I went to DSI to get new jewelry because the original place I went to closed early. Peach was the most helpful, informative piercer ever and made me feel so much more comfortable. He immediately put the jewelry I picked into a sterilizer and it would show whether the jewelry was sterile or not with a little checker. Germaphobes this is the place for you!!!! I definitely 100% recommend Peach.

I decided to treat myself to a couple new piercings for my birthday and I was really nervous about it but Alex was absolutely fantastic. We got our daughters ears pierced at DSI with Peach. He was awesome. Very easy to talk to, very calm, good bedside manner and good stories. He was able to make sure she was comfortable and informed the entire time. The shop is very clean and welcoming. The whole process was very easy. Simple online form, uploaded DL and birth certificate and got a copy straight to my email. He had a good variety of surgical steel flat- backed jewelry which is exactly what you want and need with new piercings. So overall-Highly Recommend Peach at DSI!

Peach is beyond amazing and forever my go to piercer! He did my nipples and did an amazing job. He made me feel comfortable, is clean, knowledgeable, reliable, fairly priced! Hes great at what he does but also easy to talk to which makes the process feel a lot less stressful. I mean I was getting a whole nipple pierced and had no anxiety until the needle was ready to go, just because of his hospitality lol. I say if youre looking for a piercer absolutely go to him. I had an appointment with Peach yesterday and only have good things to say!He was a calming presence (I was pretty anxious about the whole thing), very kind and knowledgeable.He explained what to expect during the process and the best way for me to get through it.As back story - I got my ears pierced when I was 9 (20 years ago) at the mall and ended up letting them close basically right away. I wanted to get them repierced but wanted to make sure it was possible and safe.Peach had to work through the built up tissue in my piercing channel, so I imagine it wasn’t as quick as a regular piercing might have been. He is so personable and kind. He told me to breathe and tell him a story while he worked, checked in to see if I was in too much pain, asked me questions and if I had any questions. He also debunked a lot of what I was told 20 years ago when I first got my ears pierced.I am so happy I got my ears done. I’m so happy to have gotten to have work done by Peach. Also very grateful for the other reviews here because that is what led me to Dead Set Ink.

Peach did a phenomenal job switching all of my piercings out! There were a ton of options to choose from and he was even able to change the color of the metal to fully customize my look! It was very comfortable and quick and zero pain - including putting jewelry into a belly button hole I thought had closed up a few months ago!

I had Josh Billings do a spartan tattoo on my forearm. He absolutely killed it! Great detail and took his time to get every part of the tattoo. Reasonably priced for great work too! I’d definetly recommend this place and Josh to do your tattoos. He’s a great artist and you will not be disappointed.

First I want to start by saying Ive had my nose pierced a total of 4 times over the past 15 years. I have a nickel allergy and my body will reject anything that has nickel in it. Alex (Peach) has an impressive selection of jewelry to choose from, all of which hes tested on himself as he too has finicky skin like me. I went with a titanium post at his suggestion, with a tiny little sparkly stone. I waited a week before leaving a review because I wanted to see how my nose feels, it feels wonderful. Its not aggravated or anything, I can hardly tell its there. Peach has impeccable standards, both with placement and sterilization of jewelry and he puts you at such ease in his piercing room. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a piercing! :)

I went in yesterday to get both sides of my nostrils done and I’ll be honest I don’t know if I’ve ever had such a good experience with my piercings. I learned so much about where piercings should go and why they should be placed that way, the quality of jewelry used, and sterilization. My wife and I were searching online for a piercing shop to take our four year old daughter to when we came across Dead Set Ink. The reviews were great so we decided to check it out and it did not disappoint! It is the nicest shop we have ever been into, and exceeded every expectation we had! It is EXTREMELY CLEAN which was very important to us. An added bonus is how tastefully decorated the shop is! Seriously is such a bright, welcoming, and cozy area! My sisters and I scheduled with Dead Set Ink to get ear piercings in March and I am still glad we did! As this was my first piercing as an adult and only my second ever, I had lots of questions and Alex Peach was so patient and knowledgeable with us. He gave suggestions and advice when we asked for them and helped make this experience super pleasant. He was also accommodating by letting us use our phones to FaceTime each other during the actual piercings process, when COVID restrictions only allowed one person back at a time. As a result, my daughter didnt even shed one tear!Ryan and Tyler were also very welcoming and helpful. After seeing their work and how kind they were to my daughter, I consulted them about adding to my tattoo.The shop is clean, classy, and has a welcoming atmosphere! I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience here with my nose piercing. I had it done a few weeks ago, and before making my review I wanted to make sure I was able to give an honest review. First Im highly sensitive to metals. Alex is the one who worked with me. He was very patient and talked me through everything. Explained how titanium will be the best thing for me, and thats what they use. Everything was sterile and the room was clean, as well as the shop itself. This was definitely the right choice for me. This shop is clean, friendly and safe. Ive done quite a bit of research into getting new piercings which included brief visits to check out the facility. Dead Set Ink is by far the best in the Kenosha/Racine area. All titanium jewelry and no yucky piercing guns. I didnt have to wait at all as a walk-in but even if I did, theres a cozy waiting area with nice seats. Alex Peach did a great job and I am so happy with my new piercings!

I was so nervous coming in to get my second hole pierced on my ears and Alex was AMAZING! He knew exactly what to say and kept me calm through the entire process! This was my second piercing but first time going to an actual piercing salon and I will never go anywhere else again! Went to go get my right nipple pierced because I previously got the left one pierced at a different place and they ended up messing it up, but Alex ,the piercer, there was so informative and pierced my right nipple the correct way and told me to come back and get my left one re-pierced after it heals up. Super nice guy and would recommend him to everyone. Uses the best grade of jewelry and is patient with nervous customers. Will definitely be back.

I took my 5yr old daughter with a friend to have their ears pierced. This was the cleanest most friendly, well laid out tattoo/piercing place Ive ever seen or been to! The level of detail and professionalism with consent etc was impressive and reassuring. I loved walking in to a private room for the piercing. Alex was very friendly and explained each step to my daughter. She was in control of when it happened and what was ok for her. I actually got a cartalidge piercing while there and love it! Alex was super fast and wouldnt rest until it was placed just right! Take your kids here for the piercings and your own!

This place had some great reviews so I decided to give it a try and get my 3 year olds ears piecerwd today. I emailed ahead and Ryan was very helpful and answered my questions. I arrived today, but had forgotten my daughters birth certificate and was turned away. I’m glad they stuck to their policy, I should have remembered it. The place was bright and clean, The Incredibles was playing in the lobby over a bowl of candy, it was very inviting and kid friendly. They even gave my daughter a juice box on the way back to the private room. Alex the piercer was patient and took time to make my daughter comfortable in the chair, asking her about her favorite princesses etc, also in every step of the piercing. Piercing came and went and my daughter got a little emotional, but later said it didn’t hurt at all. Alex then let my daughter pick a toy from a box of toys, how nice is that?! Alex walked me through the after care and both him and Ryan at the front desk said many times to call with any questions. There was even a 3rd employee that chased me to the car because my daughter forgot her juice box! I can see why this place gets the ratings it does, I will definitely be telling my friends about this place. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Beware of Josh... charges $150 an hr with $200 deposits. He charged me for 2 hours for this piece(hot garbage); 2hrs filled with phone and smoke breaks. Over 8 weeks later he avoided working on it. I had to have some else fix this.

I got nipple piercings done by here. They happened to turn out uneven so I eventually took them out and went somewhere else. Another interesting thing was they were done 16G here which is not a bad thing, but most tattoo shops however, do them at 14G. The one thing I do appreciate about the shop is that it is clean and they call to check up after your experience. Therefore They deserve an extra star for that.

Super clean place with GREAT staff! I had a walk-in, which I was so thankful they took me in, but for a small tattoo it was VERY expensive. A 5 minute, simple, all black ink tattoo cost $100…but again, a last minute walk in. Other than the cost, was a great experience!

Wow we went in to schedule what I thought would be a simple tattoo. We were surprised that our timing was so perfect and met Glenn he took the time to take my wifes first idea and turn it into a masterpiece. What a fantastic artist. What a great experience dealing with these people. 5 stars is not enough.

Dropped off reference and made appointment for the next week, tattoo artist got covid, so I rescheduled for after the holidays. Not a big deal, stuff happens.They called me on the day of the second appointment to say the artist was busy and if I could push my appointment 30 minutes later, said that was fine. Showed up for the later appointment to be told that the artist was busy with walk ins and to just wait. Artist came over after 5-10 minutes to say they lost the reference and hadnt worked on it at all over the previous month. Gave the reference again and told to wait while they worked on it. Came over after 15 minutes with a very poor rendition of the reference, so I told them to reschedule for the next week to give them time to work on it.Next week comes, I have to cancel for family reasons at the last minute, but end up being able to make it in 30 minutes late. Call back to offer being late, get told they can get me in next week and my deposit is already forfeited. My fault for canceling, but irritating that is how they chose to handle this after all my patience with their problems.

I came in to consult with an artist about getting a wrist tattoo. I was greeted by Hannah, and after a short conversation she said she could do it right then and there. I was a little nervous given that it was my first tattoo, but Hannah made the process extremely easy. She created a design on the iPad and stenciled it on my wrist so I could see it before committing. I was instantly satisfied with her layout and her tips regarding size of the text. My wife and I went in with out an appointment we did call ahead with what we were looking for and they said they had a few Artist available. We showed them what we wanted and they put it together in about 15 mins. Asked how long and price which were both reasonable so we got them done and are very happy with them.Thanks to Mago he was fast with the needle pain didnt last long. I got tattooed by Kyler, I’ve gotten several tattoos from him. He always does a great job and has good costumer communication.

Dead Set Ink is hands down the best shop around!! Everything from the interior design, to the amazing staff who are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and just down right good people. Their shop is so clean and inviting, they walk you through everything step by step and are always there to help you with any questions, concerns, etc. If you’re unsure, just give them a visit, you’ll be sold as soon as you walk in the door and you’ll leave a very happy client!!!

This is by far one of the best tattoo and piercing experiences I have ever had. I had tattoo work done by Cassie Mareno and she did a wonderful job. She has a very light hand, I could let her work on me for hours! I also had piercing work done. Alex Peach, their piercing artist is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for work done. I have pictures of my tattoos, I cant post pictures of my piercing.

I went over with my bestfriend for support and opinion. She was asking me what i thought about the size and i told her the finger tattoo should be smaller and Kyler was so rude. I don’t recommend this place at all. So unprofessional.

The people here are super friendly and helpful, it’s the only place in town I’ll go and I’ve been at least 3 times in the past two months for tattoos and piercings.
