Splat Ink tattoos and piercings

We had an appointment at 11 am. We walked in 15 minutes early. And we’re met with a group of people with confused faces. We were asked why we were there and when we answered the young lady looked confused. She went to check the schedule , came back asked our name, and then left again. Then the tattoo artist came over. Said she had been doubled booked and there was nothing we could do. She said we could either come back later or leave. She made it seem like somehow it was our fault that they had doubled booked. It was supposed to be a fun day with my mom and we had to drive around trying to find a random shop.

I got a tattoo there last summer, clean place, nice people. And, my tat was beautiful.

I could not be more upset about being ignored!! My tattoo is not complete. I was told I had 6 months to get touch up’s. I had to cancel the appointment I did have due to being sick!! I’ve called SEVERAL TIMES only to be ignored. Do yourself a favor and find someone who can finish what they started
