Only issues I’ve had is aftercare, all my piercings are super crusty even when I clean them and they hurt a little but my mom did piercings so she is helping fix it

Eric was awesome and super professional... he walked me through everything step by step and went above and beyond by being able to get myself my daughter and her friend in on extremely short notice and right before Christmas to get pierced. And all the piercings turned out great.

Ive had total 14 piercings, 12 of which have not rejected. 3 I got from Fire and Ice roughly 6 weeks ago. I got my septum, and both nipples. These are the BEST piercings Ive ever had. They are so low maintenance, and I really believe all the credit can be given to the piercer. I wish I could remember his name. My husband has seizures and started getting super hot while I was having my work done. He stopped and made sure my husband was ok before continuing. Most people dont take my husbands seizures seriously until hes seizing on the floor. It was really nice of him to show some empathy.He was also very professional. I was not uncomfortable at all. Lots of eye contact lol! Everything was opened in front of me. Environment was very neat and clean. He was VERY fast with the needle. I definitely will be coming back for my Medusa piercing, and all other piercings my heart desires.

Went to the Fire and Ice Piercing shop with my friend to get her nose pierced while she was in town. They were very patient and kind when scheduling the appointment! The piercing was done with sterilized equipment and the piercer was compassionate as well as timely! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get a great (affordable!) piercing :)

My medusa is fabulous! Lots of nervse in your lips so the pain tolerance is all you. My frenulum ( the tissue between your gum and lip) is still sensitive and was the only part that hurt. The place is very clean and he was super smooth.

Got my cheek dermals the other day and Eric was so soft handed I barely felt it! I love them so much!

Very good experience, the tools seem sterile and the piercer was very professional and kind. My septum piercing did come out a bit crooked but that could be due to my nose shape
