Walked in asking for a small tat of just a small “X” on my index finger. The girl at the desk was quite pleasant. But she said they would only do tats from preselected pics. Which by the way where very ugly. As I’m standing there looking and contemplating whether I should or should not. One of the tattoo people walks over and says, is there a problem over here? First of all I’m a customer not a problem I’m there to bring money to your establishment which by the way you turned away. At this point this person seem very aggressive in his tone and when I explained what it was that I wanted he said yeah you need to come back tomorrow, but with this tone that was really not necessary, at the end of the day, I’m still a customer terrible service! I do not recommend this place to anybody! If these are the kind of people that I would have to deal with, I’m glad I did not give them my business. I’m sure there are plenty of other places that would love to earn my business.

Had a great time at the Friday the 13th event yesterday! Me and my partner were there for about two hours including wait time, the shop was super professional and had a good system going to keep the line under control!

I was attended by Alex Powers, very friendly and talented artists here! Amazing service and awesome place my tattoo healed amazing and quick, was also not as painful as I thought itd be, came for my second tattoo and it went amazing! Thank you alex and raining ink crew!

I have been searching for months for a place to get my first tattoo as I wanted it to be perfect, that being said once I found raining ink tattoo Pablo & his shop exceeded my expectations. Pablos work is phenomenal, when I was expecting great he somehow managed to raise the bar and gave me a perfect masterpiece it was FLAWLESS, better than I ever thought was possible everyone in the shop is friendly and inviting the cleanliness of the shop is also a 10/10 always changing his gloves & washing his hand. Pablo & his team made sure I was comfortable for the 11 hours I was there for . Raining ink tattoo is hands down the place to go to all of my questions were answered ASAP and I was not left with any questions or doubts. Thank you to Pablo and his team for the extraordinary service you guys have provided me with, I will be back without a doubt
