I’ve been getting my laser hair removal done here for a couple of months now and it has been life changing! I really love this location, especially because of the amazing team. Special shout out to Yasmin, Danielle, and Brianna for always making me feel so taken care of and being eager to help and answer any questions and concerns I have. They are truly the sweetest girls ever and this location is so incredibly lucky to have them. I’ve had minimal interactions with the rest of the staff here, but when I did, they were all just as kind and helpful. I commend the hiring manager for selecting such an amazing team! Thank you guys for always being so kind, helpful, and responsive to my never ending list of questions and concerns. And most of all, thank you for always making me feel welcomed, flashing a smile, and being in such a bright mood — it’s contagious!

Check in was easy! Marisa helped me get ready for my laser treatment this time. She was so kind and helpful. It didn’t hurt at all and, it was so fast, I almost didn’t notice the procedure was finished until she told me. The blast of cool air on my skin felt so nice too. I will definitely come back for more procedures in the future. It’s addicting! I love it!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved how clean and organized the clinic was as well. My nurse, Hana was so informative and friendly. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect and really walked me through the process and what to expect. She even took time to make sure I understood exactly what to expect for aftercare. Great experience and will come again!

I had a great experience at LaserAway yesterday! Yasmeen is always welcoming and so helpful! The office is very pretty and clean. Briana did my treatments and she is very nice, professional and efficient. She makes sure you are doing ok and comfortable throughout the different procedures. I appreciate the way I am treated at LaserAway!

While the staff at LaserAway has always been friendly, I’ve had several negative experiences. My most recent appointment was delayed by 24 minutes, and when I asked to reschedule, I was told I’d be finished in time. This wasn’t the case, and it caused a conflict with my next appointment.Additionally, I’ve been burned twice during laser treatments and have had difficulty getting in touch with customer service. During my last visit, the amenities promised were not available, and the bathroom lacked clean towels.Ive tried to cancel my package, but have been unable to reach anyone by phone. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for LaserAway, despite their friendly demeanor during the sales process.I cannot recommend and would advise to seek alternative services as once you have paid for a package, customer service is no longer a priority.

Super friendly team here! Im so impressed by how they talked through every step and made me feel at ease. Definitely recommend. The nurse there, Hana was absolutely phenomenal! Cant wait for my next session!

I highly recommend the LA MV location for Botox, laser hair removal, clear & brilliant, and hydra-facials! Clearly I am a fan of the procedures and staff, as I am a repeat customer and plan on continuing my treatments there. From the moment you walk into the facility, you will be greeted by Yasmin and Jean who are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I have had treatments with both Brianna and Hannah; each nurse is highly skilled, professional, and friendly. The facility is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, although you might have to walk a bit as it is a popular and often busy center. Appointments typically begin on time, so give LA a call if you are running late and they will do their best to assist. I have been getting the C&B laser facials for about a year now and am extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend the LA MV location and all that they offer! Cheers

Ok, how can I even express how incredible this woman is! I had the best experience at Laseraway with Megan. I could not believe how she walked me through the entire thing as she was working on me. Told me when to breathe in and breathe out because Im such a baby. I swear it was Cakewalk. The Outlook of my lips and my eyes are beyond what I ever expected. So if youre reading this it is a must that you go visit laserway before you go anywhere else. Thank you Megan you were the most uplifting happiest person ever Ill see you guys soon

Had a laser appt with Hannah over the weekend. She is s thorough and communicates what she is doing and I really appreciate that. Requested to have her at my next appt and looking forwad to it!

Hannah was my nurse and was so kind and clearly knowledgeable! She talked me through the experience. She was incredibly professional and friendly.

All the girls here are amazing, but I’ve had Charlotte quite a few times and she always does a beautiful job.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT LASER AWAY.AND, I should have looked into all their ongoing lawsuits before buying a package myself.I purchased the full hair removal laser treatment; legs, underarms, and brazilian. The first two areas we treated okay, but the brazilian was poorly done: too quick, not thorough. After a few treatments, I was concerned not seeing any progress. I raised the point to the Office Manager, and then Customer Service called me a few times. They keep repeating that it was normal due to hormonal changes. In other words, discrediting my experience and observations of their service.They kept calling me to repeat the hormonal changes, so it was suggested that I have an appointment to assess of my progress, and the clinician admitted that this wasnt normal, and the area was not well treated. So, another Customer Service called (Katrina), and I was cited the same narrative of hormonal changes. By the way, I took 1h30 of my time for that progress appointment (drive, wait for 30min. because I was double booked by error). How more insulting can that be ?To you, potential customer : spare yourself the money and time, and buy elsewhere. They dont do deals for no reason.To customer service : do not waste your time to call me to repeat all that again, call me to save the problem and compensate for this horrific and costly experience.

I scheduled a phone consultation for Saturday and the first woman I spoke to was great very nice nd kind of explained how everything went. I was then transferred to the second woman whose name I cannot remember and her tone was very pushy. I got a consult because I was weighing and considering all my options high I have a right to do. When she heard I wasn’t ready to schedule an appointment that very minute she became incredibly short while I was still trying to ask questions and trying to schedule a follow u so I could set up payment and hung up the phone before giving anymore information. If she doesn’t get paid solely off of commission she sure makes it seem like she does.

I had my first laser hair removal session for a Brazilian and under arms with nurse Jenna and it went great! Definitely a little bit nervous but she answered all my questions and was very professional. The location is super clean and decorated beautifully. Dolly my customer service rep has been super helpful from the very start of my inquiry about laser hair removal. She is easy to contact and she’s very knowledgeable about the services. I have a few more sessions to go and am excited to see the results! Also the procedure is surprisingly very quick and nearly painless.

So happy I discovered this place! LaserAway offers the best pricing on packages for Clear and Brilliant, hair and tattoo removal. A lot less expensive than a dermatology office. I love this location. It’s super clean and the staff is top notch. Dawn is the Location Director and she is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has been great with answering my questions as well as addressing any concerns. I have had great experiences with all the clinicians. Jenna, Morgan, Charlotte…they are total pros. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I am always confident with the level of care and service they provide.

It was my first time at LaserAway, I had IPL done and I am beyond happy with the results! The nurses and PCC’s were so accommodating and made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process. Thank you LaserAway for your amazing work! I will be coming back💖

Do NOT GO TO LASER AWAY!! I received the IPL treatment from laser away at the end of October. Immediately after the service my chest was on fire and unbearable. I asked for aloe at the front desk because I knew something was wrong and I was burnt. I also needed to ask for SPF because nothing was applied post service to go outside.I immediately contacted laser away to let them know what happened and that I wont be returning for my other treatments of my package. I also received laser hair removal which was also spotty and uneven because it was done by the same technician.It took many weeks to heal these burns and daily application of aloe and burn cream. I couldnt go outside without being covered completely due to the pain and scabs. I still have pink marks where the blisters were and its been almost 2 months and my chest still has uneven marks. The scab on my face healed up thankfully!The cherry on top is that it took a month and a half of numerous calls and e-mails to ever get a call back from customer service to try and resolve the issue and of course, they wont refund anything and want to charge me full price for a single session treatment instead of the price it would be per session with the package deal. So it ends up being more expensive for just the one session.Laser away is a total scam. As soon as you ask for info about pricing you will be haggled daily with numerous calls and emails trying to get you to buy their package deals. And then when you get burned and your service is terrible, leaving you burned and scarred, they give you the run around for months and dont care and will charge you even more than you paid per session.Wish I went with my gut and avoided this place from the get go.Oh and the email you provided for support is not legitimate and comes back invalid yet again proving my point that laseraway is a scam.

Ive used two Laser Away locations and both provide excellent service. I LOVE MY RESULTS. The staff is informative and helpful with their responses. I appreciate that I can get consistent service.

They made me wait over a half and hour after my appointment to take me back. Never said anything until I brought it to there attention. This is the second time this has happened.

Dawn is the amazing Patient Care Coordinator I had the pleasure of speaking with & meeting at the RMV office this week. Morgan is the awesome Nurse who did my laser hair removal. These ladies are both incredible, and the other staff that I have come in contact with there all seem unbelievably great! Im excited to continue my laser care shenanigans with them over the next year!

It was my first time doing the treatment and from the reception area, I felt welcome and was assured that it would not take so long. Nurse Jenna was great and gave me post-care stuff. She talked me through the whole time. Highly recommend this place because everyone is just so friendly and warm 🤍

Bought a package with 13 tattoo removal sessions. I was quoted on saying the tattoo should be gone with about 12. I understand that peoples skin reacts differently, but after investing 13 sessions (over 2 years and thousands of dollars) the tattoo is barely faded. I am convinced they turn the machine on at a low level frequency so people continue to buy packages. I have since gone to a new business for tattoo removal and it is far more effective than laser away ever was (they even said they get many laser away patients who report the same story). I do not suggest tattoo removal at Laser Away.

Morgan was amazing in explaining everything while she treated me. I never even used Lidocaine during my treatment. She is very gentle in her treatment.

During my visit, Nurse Kristiana provided exceptional care. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process, which eased my nerves. Her gentle approach while applying the gel and starting the IPL treatment was very reassuring. I felt comfortable and confident in her expertise throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend her for her professionalism and calming demeanor.

Super friendly staff and the sales / front desk gals are great at their job haha . Went in set on only doing bikini, after first session I upgraded to full Brazilian and under arms. I’ve been wanting to do this for a LONG time but never spend money on myself. I’ve now had my first full Brazilian and under arms session and Im in complete awe. Already notice a substantial difference in hair growth and hair thickness. I used to have to shave my under arms daily and would have. 5oclock shadow before end of the night. After literally one laser session I’m good for 3-4 days with my underarms and can way longer than that without shaving for the Brazilian area. Well worth the price, my only regret is waiting so long to do this!

Extremely unprofessional, I would give zero stars if I could. Let’s start by saying everything was greyat up until my actual visit. I had a phone consultation, she spoke very throughly with me about the procedure. I pre paid for my services. It was easy. Now they confirmed my appointment more than once. Yes, I’ll be there. I get to my appointment, they had not reviewed my medical history prior, which should have been done on the phone consult and/or before confirming the appointment. NOPE!They tell me they refused to perform the procedure because I have an allergic reaction to the reversal. This procedure I have had done almost a dozen times, never needed the reversal. The refused to perform the service I am NOT allergic to. They then waste my time saying they might be able to, then say no again and then say maybe and ultimately NO! I wasted my time, energy and money coming here. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! You’ve been warned

I just had a clear and brilliant and OMG! What a wonderful experience at LaserAway Nurse Jenna. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I highly recommend treating yourself at LaserAway.
