I have been going to Laser Away on a monthly basis for over a year now. The service is always very pleasant, but I can’t forget to recognize Lexy at the front desk who is ALWAYS so understanding, patient, and kind. I love seeing her when I come in. I had my first hydra facial with Laser Away and Nurse Jessica helped me with this. She was great! She was very professional, and knowledgeable. She was busy, but she handled everything so smooth and calmly, I never felt rushed even though she was multi-tasking. Again, everyone is always amazing at Laser Away, but I just wanted to take a moment to shout out these two for making my day. Thanks Laser Away!

Leah really honed in on the settings I actually want for clear and brilliant and I didn’t realize that was an option prior to her. I honestly always feel taken care of by all the nurses and front desk staff here. I’ve been to 5-6 laser sways at this point and I prefer the lake forest location out of all of them.

I have been coming here for years and have had a great experience. All of the nurses are always kind and very good at what they do, and my last visit was no different. Lea was very warm and friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my appointment.

I visited LaserAway for a consultation about dark spots on my face, which I got from tweezing my hair, especially between my eyebrows and above the lip line. Stefanie recommended a combo package of facial hair removal and Clear + Brilliant. Im halfway through my treatment, and Ive already seen a huge transformation in my dark spots and an improvement in my skin texture. I love all the staff at the Lake Forest location; they are all wonderful!

Ive been utilizing the Lake Forest location for a year now. I always have the clinician Jennifer Salgado do all my treatments. My most recent treatment was trying the cool sculpting for the 1st time. I hope it works. I also had a clear and brilliant treatment which I get about every 2 months. Botox and clear and brilliant are my favorite treatments. Jennifer is knowledgeable, informative, and always in a great mood and I respect her suggestions. Ive tried practically all treatments available. Thank you Jennifer Salgado for the treatments that you have done on me!

Laser Away Lake Forest California has the nicest, genuine, smart and professional staff. They knew exactly what I needed as a kid who grew up on the beach and now Im a Nana of 7. My face glows! My age spots and sun damage are disappearing! I am so satisfied with all if the services Ive utilized! No matter your age, go to Laser Away for all your needs!

I have been coming here for almost a year now and every time I have to wait 45minutes at least before my treatment. Receptionist told me “well… yeah (defensive tone) we don’t just rush our previous patients “when I asked why do I have wait for 45 min- to an hour every single time 🙃.I mean… that’s not what I asked. It’s pure gaslighting, bad management but good nurse providers though . Save your money and don’t buy packages here.

These people are quick to take your money, $5000. My daughter has 30% less hair only and she’s on her last treatment. No one wants to help me no one gets back to me and to top it off. She has burnt underarms. I don’t think these people are very professional with no experience . I paid for full arms, underarms, full leg & bikini.

Do NOT GO TO LASER AWAY!! I received the IPL treatment from laser away at the end of October. Immediately after the service my chest was on fire and unbearable. I asked for aloe at the front desk because I knew something was wrong and I was burnt. I also needed to ask for SPF because nothing was applied post service to go outside.I immediately contacted laser away to let them know what happened and that I wont be returning for my other treatments of my package. I also received laser hair removal which was also spotty and uneven because it was done by the same technician.It took many weeks to heal these burns and daily application of aloe and burn cream. I couldnt go outside without being covered completely due to the pain and scabs. I still have pink marks where the blisters were and its been almost 2 months and my chest still has uneven marks. The scab on my face healed up thankfully!The cherry on top is that it took a month and a half of numerous calls and e-mails to ever get a call back from customer service to try and resolve the issue and of course, they wont refund anything and want to charge me full price for a single session treatment instead of the price it would be per session with the package deal. So it ends up being more expensive for just the one session.Laser away is a total scam. As soon as you ask for info about pricing you will be haggled daily with numerous calls and emails trying to get you to buy their package deals. And then when you get burned and your service is terrible, leaving you burned and scarred, they give you the run around for months and dont care and will charge you even more than you paid per session.Wish I went with my gut and avoided this place from the get go.Oh and the email you provided for support is not legitimate and comes back invalid yet again proving my point that laseraway is a scam.

The laser hair removal I’m doing is working great. I just had my third session. I’m thrilled with the results. The nurses are all fantastic. Yesterday, nurse Charlotte treated me and she was thorough and sweet. You will love this!

I’ve been with Jenna twice and she really is a wonderful Laser Away nurse employee. She reviewed my past Botox sessions (probably a zillion) and listened to my concerns. Voila! No Angry Bird eyebrows! (My “problem” , certainly not LaserAway’s)Admittedly, everyone there is beyond accommodating, but one on one with Jenna is a pleasure. Kudos to the person who hired her. She deserves a raise for being such an exemplary nurse and employee .

I was nervous at first, but Diane(registered nurse) made the process so easy for me! She’s a very funny person and explains to you the whole step before she starts. I was really surprised how thorough Laseraway hair removal treatment was. She didn’t miss any spots. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly too! Some spots were painful but not as much as waxing. Numbing cream is really unnecessary because the laser device itself has cold air to make it painless. I’m going to book here for my 3rd session if I don’t like the other location for my next one.

I enjoy coming in for my appointments every time, all the girls are sweet and make you feel welcome and at home. The laser hair removal I am getting is amazing I saw immediate results in just one treatment I am excited to keep coming back and anxious to get my final results! Now I am thinking of other areas I’d like to get treatment :) definitely worth it

I do NOT reccommend this place for laser hair removal. The company is very corporate and does things in an extremely rigid, non individualized way. I have had numerous laser treatments in the past and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on so many levels, especially the lack of customer service (Brian the only rude representative to be specific). Scheduling is never easy and only a few nurses actually know what they are doing. Not to mention that they use such a low level frequency that the laser machine doesn’t even work, that being said don’t waste your time or money here!

I love the results Ive seen thus far. I look forward completing my sessions for hair removal. Ive highly recommended Laseraway to several friends. Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. My experience overall has been a pleasant one. I plan to return for further treatments. I love that a variety of treatments are offered.

Expensive treatment, inconsistent results, incredibly pushy sales tactics (got a call on my BIRTHDAY just to try to sell me a new package). And they don’t even gender you right.

The worst place for laser ever, I took the full arms package and I paid off at the beginning. After my 4th session I talked to Lisa about having no results she told me to complete the sessions and after that they can do hair growth assessment, she said they have the best customer service and they will take care of me. After that I talked to every nurse every session that I had no results and they told me the same thing. After my 8th sessions they connected me to customer service and the only thing they wanna do for me is 2 complimentary sessions which is so useless for me because I won’t get results with 2 sessions and they’re not gonna refund my money, I also talked to Lisa she said she can’t do anything for me. This company and the people who work there are liars they won’t do anything for you if you don’t get results.

I have had laser treatments done for the last twenty years and have probably gone to eight different places. Laser away is by far the best. Their staff is great. They are up to date in all of their technology from the appointment system to their office equipment. Their hours are amazing and can accommodate anyone’s schedule. Their technicians are professional, friendly and thorough. They always have great promotions too.I had the most precise treatment done this last week. She was so thorough. Sometimes if you are getting a big area they may run the rows up and down and not offer proper coverage. She made sure to cover every inch of my upper and lower legs.It is life changing on my legs. I did three treatments last year. I used to shave every day and now I shave once every two weeks. My legs never looked like I shaved and i would have stubble that afternoon. I have thick dark hair. With laser it rid of those bumps and hair follicles. I could go to the beach without fear of red bumps. It even helped with KP and smoothed out my skin on my arms and legs. I can’t say enough good things about Laser Away.

After purchasing a year worth of treatments from this location I asked them to look up how many treatments I had left from a different location. (They are transferable and never expire). Every time I came for an appointment I asked for this info and they swore they would look it up the very next day and call me with the info. A year and a half later of asking and I still have no answer. I never leave negative reviews, but this is a last resort to hopefully get an answer. I have been more than patient. Edit: thank you for contacting me corporate and looking up this info for me. Much appreciated. Actual treatment was always top notch at this location. Fast, friendly, and thorough.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits at LaserAway. A couple times, I have felt he lobby area not as clean as I would prefer, however, white furniture is difficult to maintain. Its just when you are going to have services done in private areas you want to see a CLEAN atmosphere. Also, I would prefer not to hear the receptionist cut deals to people to try and get the sale, when I didnt get the same deal. It can make the customer feel cheated. My four stars is more about the individual technicians work and customer service and my results.

My experience at LaserAway has been amazing. Id never had laser hair removal done, so I tried them out through a GROUPON. They did such an excellent job, since then I have purchase a full package at an awesome price! I have recommended them to some of my friends who are looking forward to going now. Do NOT use Laseraway! I went in for laser hair removal (i am a perfect candidate), it did not work whatsoever and now my hair growth seems thicker and now its worse. It was extremely expensive! Not to mention they convinced me to use their payment setup with a 3rd party. This 3rd party was charging me more than I agreed. Long story short, this no name ghetto loan company never fixed their error and ended up sending me to collections. Laseraway will not help and said its no longer their problem. They DESTROYED my credit, and for something that never worked! Biggest regret on a financial level! Please DO NOT get caught into their scams like I did.

I don’t recommend getting IPL done here. I got the three session package for $139 off Yelp and really don’t see any improvements. They don’t use numbing gel on your face for the laser and so they use a pretty mild setting so as not to cause you any pain, which makes it difficult to get any results. My face was barely even red after each session because they set it so low. I was told each session they set it a bit higher, but I never felt or saw a difference. I just had my last session and didn’t even peel after. I would recommend going to a dermatologist for this type of treatment so you can get more promising results. I’m quite disappointed that I wasted my money here. The staff was friendly though, I’ll give them that at least.

Laser away is my favorite place to go for hair removal. The environment is clean and aesthetically appealing. All the employees are super friendly and helpful and they make me feel comfortable with whatever service Im getting. The rooms where I get the laser hair removal done are extreemely comfy and the service is fast and effective.

The laser hair removal here is AMAZING! I saw results after the 1st session, and by the 4th session, my hair was almost completely gone! I can go one month without shaving my legs and you can hardly see any hair growth. Same with my underarms. Definitely recommend the hair removal service!

Melinda was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I’m a teacher and was very stressed and pressed for time and she spent about an hour, over the course of the day, in sharing promotions with me, setting up my Care Credit, making appointments, moving the schedule around to help me and asked twice about my mother who was very sick! She was also very PATIENT with me with phone call interrupting I had. Melinda has a charming personality and is sweet and professional! PLEASE call her and get ALL your questions answered because she will do WHATEVER it takes to help you!

My first appointment sept 18 was not fruitful. The first laser session resulted in no change whatsoever. No peppering. I honestly thought maybe I didn’t have anything could be lifted. I was baffled. I have done IPL for 10 years and has great results. I do it for maintenance.Now I went yesterday ...December ... and Jennifer did a great job. She assessed my history and my coloring and tolerance and I peppered up by the end of the day just like I should have the first time.In my opinion I should have had peppering the first time. I feel like my first visit was wasted.But my second one is doing the trick.

Wow LaserAway is the best. I have tried other laser places and after full treatments to lip /chin area I did not notice the difference. However with LaserAway I have noticed the difference since the first appointment. Not only that, their laser is comfortable and their nurses are real pros. Not to mention the super fast service. Looking forward to try other treatments beyond laser hair removal... maybe some antiquing or even lipo. Love LaserAway!

I first came here for Tattoo removal. They explained the procedure and prices very throughly. The prices are very competitive and all the staff is very knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend Laser Away for laser cosmetic procedures.

I went to get tattoo removal. I went for 11 sessions and tattoo is still very visible. I wouldnt recommend going there for tattoo removal. also they said they would give me 8 more free sessions and then when I went to get the free sessions they decided they would not honor the free sessions. I give them a thumbs down.

The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. They are also very gentle and they make sure to work you in the schedule. The best part is they have many other locations and so its very easy to get in and out and of course the equipment is state of the art and it truly works amazing!

Loved the results of the clear and brilliant laser. The desk staff is beyond pushy and almost roll their eyes when you dont jump at their sales pitch for the next discount package. I dont think I will go back again. I can find better service elsewhere.

I was in the area and decided to stop by on a whim. I wanted to find out what I could do to address my concerns and how much it’d be. I was greeted by a team of friendly staff and it didn’t take me long to decide to go with them. I worked with Paola and it was with her help I was able to get financing; she has been an absolute doll. Charlotte did Potenza on me and entertained me with funny stories the entire time that I didn’t feel much pain. I’ve only had 1 out of 3 treatments so far, I can see quite the improvement already. I must say that I’m pretty excited to see the final results in a couple months. Highly recommend!
