I went into my tattoo appt at 2pm I was nervous because it was my first time getting a tattoo there I had Greg and I loved my tattoo artist he was so great!. I picked out Rick and Morty tattoo because it’s what I’ve always wanted before and I didn’t know how it was going to turn out he made sure I was okay during the tattoo session and Greg took his time and when it was done. I loved everything I am so thankful that Greg took his time to do this in one session I was determined to get this and I appreciated him so much! 5 stars!!!!

Hands down best experience! Greg is such an awesome guy! He is skilled, efficient and fast! I love the atmosphere! Got 2 tats today and both are stellar! Cant wait to go back and get more!

I’m giving a 2 star not for the quality of work because we didn’t make it that far. We called on Tuesday and we were told to call back on Wednesday for an appointment. We called and were told that there was a 6:30 available BUT they needed to see what we wanted and they’d let us know. We emailed them. No response. We called and spoke to rudely saying the email we were given “works for everyone else”. We emailed again the same email and then got a response saying, “got the pic”. Never anything else. No confirmation. No price. No we can do it. We stopped IN THE SHOP to confirm if we even had an appointment and were ignored. There was ONE employee and he was tattooing someone. We waited 10 minutes, talking and looking around and he never said a word. Look, we get it. We are 3 very tattooed girls so we knew you couldn’t just stop but have another worker or at the very least say, “hey I’m sorry I can’t help you right now, do you have a question?” Something.We left. Never got an email confirmation of an appointment so we assumed we didn’t get the appointment or that the artist didn’t want to do the tattoo. At 7:11 we get an angry email saying that we should have shown up and we cost him money. He turned down 5 people. 5 people since 6:30 and it’s 7:11?? Also, we have the emails with all of the conversation as well as where we sent our phone number. If you actually put us down then why not call at 6:45 and say “what’s up where you at”. You never called. We honestly felt like we weren’t welcomed from the get go. We’ve always had the ability to email or text our artists and had open conversation. The fact that you base your business on “email only” and then you don’t follow through is unlike any tattoo shop we’ve been.

Guy told me they don’t do touch ups on finger tattoos. That’s cool. I was mourning my dad and wanted to get a quote he used to say. Can’t see that well. Noticed right away when I took pic and zoomed that there’s huge space inbetween or and Die. Kinda annoying.What’s even more annoying and disappointing when I took the gauze off he wrapped it with, there wasn’t anything under it, assumed he put a layer of something to protect it. And to make it worse it was faded. I figured maybe couple weeks I’d go to my normal guy and get it touched up. Didn’t think it’s be that bad, based on my other finger tat I got a couple years ago(pic below). And the area it’s faded most rubs against the other finger the least! Don’t think this was worth $70 but I’ll deal with it cause I have to.I couldn’t imagine putting my name behind something and it being lousy. I would be embarrassed. I give props where they are so and sing high praises to the other two artist that have worked on my sleeve and half back tat.

Amazing service! Amazing and talented artist! Can’t wait to get more done here!! I have gotten my nose pierced and my biggest tattoo. They are amazing and sweet people who are very understanding and patient!

Wonderful experience with the gentleman who works there. Absolutely horrific experience with the woman who works there. She needs to resign. She messed up my tattoo horrendously then tried to gaslight me by saying it wasnt healed. Well its 5 yrs later and healed, and looks exactly the same.

Got my nose pierced here today and it was amazing! Leah did a excellent job! I am so haply with how it turned out! Thank you Leah!! Will definetly come back for more!

I decided to go here to try and get my second ear piercings done after an infection the first time from a different place. The lady who did my ears was simply amazing and so kind. She made sure I was happy before putting a needle through my ear and made sure I knew how to care for it after. I will definitely only be going to her from now on for any piercing I want from now on. This is about 4 hours after getting it done. I have 0 pain and 0 redness. Amazing!

My sister Rhonda and I got Tattoos on March 24th, 2024. This was my first, my Sister has several. Jackie was the gal that did both of ours. We both had tattoos with phrases in our Mothers actual handwriting ( Mom is 89). Jackie nailed both of our tattoos, an awesome keepsake that we will always have a little piece of Mom at a glance. Thanks Jackie! I can’t wait to get my 2nd Tattoo!!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon the one thing he really wanted to do was get a tattoo. We walked in and they were able to fit us both in that day. The shop is very clean and the staff was great. We had the pleasure of getting our tattoos done by Vince. He did an AMAZING job. His lines were flawless and did a fantastic job on the shading. I love this place so much. I’ve gotten my nose pierced here before and the women who does the piercings is so amazing and great at what she does. I also just got a tattoo here and I am beyond happy with how it turned out, Greg was my artist. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Will not be getting any tattoos done anywhere else but here

Went in to Lake Geneva for the weekend and decided to get matching tattoos done by Jackie. She was quick, friendly and did great work. She nailed the concept and the price was right too! Also, there was no smoking and the shop was clean. Finally, its a tattoo shop I only expect a certain level of professionalism, its not the Ritz Carlton people. With that said Vince and Jackie were funny and I enjoyed my time there. Would highly recommend!!!

Great experience. Quick, easy, professional. It wasnt busy, the technician explained everything thoroughly and made it almost painless for both our daughters first earrings. They were so happy. If there was better parking and better ventilation for the cigarette smoke that some might not be ok with it, it would get 5 stars.

Just got my first tattoo from Jackie and she killed it. I couldn’t be happier with the result and she was an absolute pro the whole way through. Thanks for the great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

Me and three friends all decided to get our ears pierced while visiting. I had an allergic reaction to the soap they gave us which ended in an infection and antibiotics. My ears still did not heal after 3 months of cleaning and saline washing. My 3 other friends either closed up their piercings or switched out the earrings they were pierced with. They pierced our lobes with titanium hoops. The hoops were extremely uncomfortable and painful. Last week I decided to switch them out for studs even though my ears were not healed. Within a week, I had no pain for the first time in months. I do not believe their earrings are actually titanium seeing as we all had allergic reactions.

I stopped in last Saturday for my first piercings. Leah did a great job, not even a week later everything is healing up nicely. Ill definitely go back when Im ready for the next!

Very clean and sterile place. Set up an appointment for the following day which was painless. My fiancé and I have been together almost 10 years now decided to get matching tattoos! Jackie was great the entire time and gave us exactly what we wanted. Pricing was also reasonable.

I came here 1st on my Birthday to have my eyebrow re-pierced, the place was awesome, great atmosphere and Leah was amazing! So today I brought my 8 yr old daughter to have her ears pierced. She was scared, but Leah was absolutely phenomenal! There arent enough words to express my gratitude. Leah was so patient, kind and accommodating my my daughter.Both times I have been here it was busy with people getting tattoos. Their art work is superb! If you are needing a piercing or tattoo I promise you this is the place to go!

I was pleased with how clean and sanitary the place was. The customer service was quick and the atmosphere was laid-back. It is not a spactacular building, but I enjoyed the easy-going feel of everyone there. My piercer did an amazing job with my earlobe piercings. She made sure that I liked the positioning of where the piecings would be before she actually did them. They are level and even with each other. She was quick and thoroughly explained the after-care and cleaning information with me. I felt taken care of and well-prepared to take care of my new piercings. Would go here again!

I went there to see if they would do a walk in and they were nice enough to do it!! Jackie made me feel so comfortable for my first tattoo and I am so appreciative. I got a tattoo of my guinea pig and she did it better than I ever thought it could be!! I love it so much. She let me change the spot a couple times until I was comfortable (I so appreciate). A group of us came in with hopes of getting a small tattoo. We were told to come in the next day at 3pm..because we were leaving the next day we asked if someone can squeeze in at least 2 of us. They were able to commit to 3 people that day. We were extremely appreciative , even more so when they were able to get all 7 of us in. The work was great! Fine lines were precise. Environment was clean, all artists were kind and professional. We would all would go back!

Jackie was amazing!!! She was so kind and patient, she re-placed my daughter’s stencil 4 different times when she was being indecisive without hesitation! She made the entire experience fun and enjoyable!! We highly recommend Jackie!!! Leah (the piercer) was awesome too, we didn’t get any piercings but she was super nice and funny! Went in with my friend to get our noses pierced and I am so extremely happy with my experience. The lady that did the piercing was so sweet and welcoming from even just the moment we walked in. This was my first piercing in a while, so I really appreciated that she explained healing time, aftercare and made the whole experience very comfortable. 100% will go back and definetly recommend!!

They were able to accommodate our group of 7 without issue (we did make appt prior). We are all very happy with the work done. One also got a nose piercing spur of the moment. Shop was very clean, prices reasonable and the artists were friendly. Thanks for helping us memorialize our Girls Weekend!

Greg did my tattoo just this past week. This was the first time I’ve ever gone alone to a tattoo shop on my own and had work done and I’d never felt more comfortable than I did here. Greg was able to recreate part of a painting that use to hang in my dads office. The atmosphere and fun conversation and company of the staff in general was so wonderful that I almost forgot entirely that my tattoo was in memory of my dad who recently took his life. So, if you ever read or see a bad review about this place, disregard it. They are all hard working, experienced, funny and genuine people with amazing talent. The prices were very low compared to other places I’ve gone that did comparably much less work in a short period of time. I would and will definitely go here again. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone who wants solid work in a fun yet professional environment that almost makes you feel like family when you’re there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! :)

Jackie helped my wife and i get tattoos to celebrate our wedding. I initially told them a different idea for a tattoo but we changed our mind and she was super flexible to help get us what we wanted! She gave us a great price and had a chill demeanor and was professional in cleaning the tattoo area between my wife and i. I also really appreciated the masking policy on the door 👍 Considering this was my first tattoo, I definitely felt comfortable and could see us coming back for more ink! Thanks Jackie and LGT&P!

My first time coming to Lake Geneva Tattoo I had spoken with Greg about a tattoo another artist had done i was a little unhappy with. He talked to me for almost an hour on how we could improve the tattoo so i would love it. When he put the finishing touches i was amazed at how he could make a tattoo i hated into something i loved. From then on I had gone to Greg for the rest of my tattoos. He always listened to my ideas and even added some of his own which i loved! I’ve referred several friends here and they all loved their tattoos. The shop is beyond clean. The piercer Leah is so nice and has changed out my septum and even replaced the balls for free. Everyone here is very professional and does amazing work. Thank you Greg for always making me laugh! I just got a tattoo yesterday and i had been really nervous because it was on my ribs and i’m very skinny. Greg talked me through the tattoo and was supportive the whole time! You guys are awesome! 10/10 LGT

Extremely professional business in which I have been going to Greg for the past 20 years. I have had Greg fix some of the tattoos that were done by other artists and now they look amazing. I don’t understand any negative comments as Greg is professional at his work and tries to accommodate the new generation whiny cry babies. He does excellent work and I am currently having my back worked on and the quality and detail is mind blowing and far behind what I could have imagined and his pricing for the quality of work received is more than fair. This is why I will never go to another tattoo artist. This is my honest review and I will continue to go to Greg until the day he decides to retire.

Owner is super cool, got me in for a very special tat in memory of my brother. He got me in same day(which is unheard of in this area) great experience, great price! Dont go anywhere else! Unless you want to be a tool ✌️

I made a last second decision to go here for my first time. Greg was awesome to work with from beginning to end and I’m so happy with how my tattoo turned out! I had a picture for reference but he took his time and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted and didn’t hesitate to give his professional opinion which I enjoyed. I will definitely be back!

Ive never been a fan of the tattoos ive seen come from here. A good friend of mine, who had gotten a tattoo here, recently got a tattoo from another shop, and wanted to buy some after care supplies from here, supporting local businesses. The gentleman there took a look at her new tattoo, and told her he wouldnt sell anything to her because she didnt come to him for the tattoo. Even though she had previously gotten a tattoo from him. Really disapointed in the attitude of this establishment. Most people I know try out different artists. None of my friends will ever be patrons here in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. I came in from Chicago and decided on getting a tattoo last minute. They were very accommodating and were able to squeeze me in even though it was Greg’s day off. Work was super meat and the shop was very clean. Followed all COVID guidelines and made me feel at home. Price was great and I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in town.

My wife and I went in for her tattoo. Greg was amazing he helped her through a lot of different small details. It was her 1st color tattoo and it was watercolor so she it was very nervous.. After all was said and done , Greg is very open and honest and was able to get my wife the exact tattoo that she likes .

Poor customer service!! i messaged the facebook business page as i was scrolling through things to do while visiting lake geneva. i asked about rates and availability for next weekend for two people. i get off of work at 11pm and just expected a response in the morning from a business facebook page. instead i simply got “it’s 2am” which is very unprofessional, short toned, and instead of stating the obvious they could’ve waited until the morning to respond as most businesses do. very disappointing and will not be going here.

Clean shop, friendly environment, great tattoo artists. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND making an appointment, and not just doing a walk in. I had an appointment as did some others that were there. So there were a few people that could only do a quick consultation. Of course they were wanting work done that day. OVERALL, I DEFINITELY recommend this place for ur tattoo and body piercing. Jackie did the mom/daughter tattoo that we wanted. So far (still healing) its come out great.

My boyfriend and I got tattoos here, and I must say, Jackie does a FANTASTIC job! I am truly impressed, and I will be back. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are reasonable, but every dollar you spend definitely feels worth it for the great quality of tattoo you get. 10/10 recommend.

Ive heard good things about this place so I decided to book an appointment for what seemed like an easy design. We arrived early for the appointment and the place smelled of cigarette smoke. Fast forward to the artist raising his voice at us saying we were over thinking it when we had asked a simple question after we had seen the sketch. He applied the sketch and then proceeded to have a full cigarette IN THE BUILDING while it dried. The tattoo itself came out looking awful and was way more painful than any other tattoo I had ever received. Now Im looking for someone to do a cover up. Waste of time and money.Update: The pain from the tattoo was bad and lingered for a week. Never had that experience. Also, theres a handful of scarred over sores the size of peas. Its the worst.

Good luck having anyone answer the phone.. or respond to email requests.. or even take you in as a client with a simple tattoo request. The artists looked at us as if we were intruding, and begrudgingly agreed to just about triple charge us for very simple matching quote tattoos that took all of ten minutes. Tattoo looks great.. the people, not so much.

Went in early today. Everyone is polite and professional. The shop is clean and the prices are very fair. I got a cheese wedge tattoo added to my arm sleeve as a souvenir of my first trip to Wisconsin. The tattooer was patient and didnt mind making a few different sizes until it fit just right. I am very satisfied.

I got my tattoo done in October with a lady doing it. Loved her design she had done, but the shading on my colored tattoo is really bad. It’s now December almost January and my tattoo is even worse and has been infected since the week after it was done. And yes I did take care of it because my other tattoos aren’t like this! As well as they were smoking inside the building when it says no smoking and it’s not clean. Will not be back.

Been here twice, and satisfied with the service I received both times. . Pricing is decent, work is done properly and professionally. I had my ink done by Vince but my friends have had work done by Jackie who is also very exceptional. I enjoy doing my business with them, and I travel out from Milwaukee. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Pretty good place. Fair pricing, good work, overall a good experience. They are running appointment only at the moment which with the pandemic is 100% fine. The staff was friendly enough and patient especially when setting up the appointment and what we wanted over the phone, which is difficult to visualize for both the artist and customer. Jackie knocked it out of the park though. All in all well be back again.

While me and my sister’s piercing experience here was not bad, it was also not outstanding. We both had our ears pierced when we were very young, and decided to come here for a second lobe piercing. The atmosphere wasn’t bad, but was definitely not overly friendly. Everything was very straightforward, and we were the only ones in there for the majority of the time.My sister had called them twice prior to getting the piercings, to double check pricing. She was told their pricing was altogether, not per ear. After we had them pierced and were ready to pay, we were told it was per ear.The piercing themselves were much less painful than anticipated, and healed well with the soap and spray we got from the shop.We also assumed that we would be able to pick out the jewelry to have our ears pierced with. Maybe it’s common practice to use the simple hoop with ball for the first piercing, but we were unaware.Although our experience wasn’t awful, we would try elsewhere before coming here again.

Greg took my disparate ideas and successfully combined them into one custom image--his experience exhibited in the efficiency of his tattooing--done well and done diligently --his experience shows in the deftness of his craft. Pricing is more than fair for the quality of work done.

I am getting a sleeve done by Greg. My skin and ideas have given him a hard time so far but hes been awesome through the whole process. I am amazed with the artwork in it so far and cant wait to see it finished. I brought him some ideas of what I wanted. He came up with an amazing drawing that far surpasses the idea I brought to him. All the artists there are fabulous. Ive had tattoos done by 2 of them myself. My son had one done by the third artist. Ill never go anywhere else.

If you dont mind the smell of cigarettes, this place is pretty wicked. Clean and decently priced. Jackie did an great job with these fine lines and she was accomidating with my sizing/placement. She was very kind and funny, making the experience all that better. Definitely would go back for future work with fine lines.

Recently had my first tattoo by Jackie & it was a great experience!! She perfectly recreated my late husband’s handwriting & created mother/daughter tattoos that my daughter & i will cherish always. She is truly an artist. Thank you Jackie 🙏

Customer care definitely is not the Owners strong point! Set up our appointments for piercings, my quote doubled (they thought I was getting 1 piercing, not 2, but we scheduled 2) and my wifes piercing went perfect. First impression of Vince wasnt great, kind of a douche, but he was cool by time we left.Got all our piercings, a little sore, but satisfied.Make sure u see the jewelry before its in so u know what ur getting. Ill be changing mine out asap

Owner is rude. Shop is not clean. Smells like cigarettes. Unprofessional. Even if your a decent artist who’s been doing it forever, a customer wants to feel heard and treated with respect. Your job is no more important than mine, so being cocky will not serve you or your customers well. I could never recommend this shop and definitely not the owner as an artist.

It was super awesome. I am afraid of needles but the guy was super calm and professional. He sat me down and made sure I liked where the piercing would be placed. He did it so quick and efficient I barely had time to work myself up. It didn’t bleed at all after pierced, and only was sore for an hour afterwards. Everything was clean and professional.

Perfect place for a tattoo and piercing. Got both done on the same day! Greg did a piece on my forearm and then I was pierced too! The woman was great. I am definitely coming back again.

Very professional, the inside has been updated and looks great. Prices are reasonable. Appointments though are a hit or miss. I didnt get a piercing I scheduled until 20 min after my appointment time because he was working on a tattoo sketch.

Came in on a whim for a septum piercing. Leah was quick and professional, and answered all my questions. Was in and out within 20 minutes and my piercing looks great! Highly recommend

Went in today for a nose and lip piercing. They were clean and thorough. Went over aftercare and answered any questions. Their hours are convenient. It was affordable. I paid 20 a piece for the piercings and jewelry was included. I paid 10 for aftercare soap and spray. I always tip. Very pleased with the results. Will be going back.

They did my daughters first nose piercing, and also her first tattoo. Everyone was amazing and so honest!! And I go to place, I would never have anyone else to my piercings or tattoos.

I had been searching for a few weeks on walk in tattoo places and everywhere either never picked up the phone or was booked out- but lake geneva tattoo let me come in and get tatted up within a very reasonable timeframe which was great! the tattoo itself is healing quite nicely and was a quick and good experience. i’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff were very talented artists. They make you feel comfortable as they are piecing all body parts. I had my eyebrow and top of my left ear pierced. They prepped the area with alcohol and it was pierced before I knew realized it. I had no pain at all! They did a great job and I was completely satisfied.

Love Little Craig! He does amazing work, one of the best tattoo artists there and is chill as can be! You have an idea, and he will add his little flair to it. And if youre doing a tattoo in a spot that will not work, hell let you know. Very straight forward guy :)

Always a great place. New remodel and updates look great! Everyone is cautious about sanitization, especially now. Separators between stations, clean practices, sanitizer everywhere too. Been waiting a year to get my tattoo due to covid, but Im glad I waited to get in here. Vince is great!

Went in for a piercing. Was about ten minutes before anyone actually acknowledged us. The actual piercing was fine, but the owner was very rude and condescending. Place wreaks of cigarettes despite a No Smoking sign which was ironic. I’ve definitely been in nicer tattoo shops.

This place is fantastic. Greg has done both of my tattoos and they both look perfect. The staff of the shop is great and always takes time for their customers and give the best service around. This is the only place I plan on every going to go get more work done.

Just went to Jackie to get my late mother’s signature on my ankle. She was incredibly fast, professional and kind. She did an amazing job and the cost was minimal. I’m so glad I walked in there and I can’t recommend her or the establishment highly enough!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced here and the staff was very kind to her. They used good tools so it didnt hurt for very long. I recommend going here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! To start they are SUPER unfriendly the woman there looks like she hasnt smiled in centuries. I said hello they all looked at me and ignored me. I asked to pierce my nipples with bar bells and he told me no.... for cleaning purposes so I went along with it. Called three other shops and read pages and pages of blogs online on how any TRUE professional would never start off with a hoops for nipple piercings. Every shop I called was genuinely upset he did that. So I called back and asked for him to change them and he said NO!!! So now I have to pay someone else to fix the problem!!!!! THANK YOU FOR RUINING THIS EXPERIENCE! Again DO NOT GO HERE!

Extremely happy with my piercings. I re-pierced my nose and re-pierced my tragus after having them out for 6+ years. They did a FANTASTIC job. Will definitely go back for any other piercing needs.

Vince did a very good job on my new tattoo and touched up an old one I got from another place! He talked to me the entire time and the price was very good! He was very efficient and was able to get it done in less then an hour.

They do good work but one of the artists or owners kept ignorantly talking about a conspiracy theory where everyone dies while we were getting tattoos... we were getting memorial tattoos for someone that died a week earlier. The conspiracy theories were bothering someone in my group but he kept rattling on even when she asked him to please stop. We would have walked out but when youre halfway through a tattoo youre a bit stuck. Oh and its above a pizza shop too so theres the good smells.

Leah was absolutely amazing! I was nervous and she made the whole experience awesome! She talked to me the whole time just to keep me comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Place is clean & neat. Greg is a true artist I got my first tattoo ever 2 weeks ago I loved it so much I went back & got my second on 3/24/14 From Josh. If you are in Lake Geneva & want a tattoo I would not go anywhere else

Jackie was great. She had the artwork already done exactly how I wanted it. Best part of the experience was that although it went quick, she took her time, she is light handed which makes the pain less painful, always pausing exactly at least he right moment. Will be going back to her for the next one.

I went there today, It was very CLEAN. Steve (the piercing guy) he kept good conversation and kept my mind off the piercing. It was amazing i absolutely love it but it took longer than normal but I GIVE CREDIT TO HIM FOR NOT GIVING UP it too a normal person (my sister 5 mins) it took me 15-20mins and 3 diff. needles he didnt give up and helped me STAY calm until the needle got through I totally recommend.

We were waiting outside to get tattoos and a tattoo artist walked up to us and vaguely asked us “questions?” We had no idea who he was since we were outside by irontaps entrance it could have been anyone. And he didn’t walk out of the tattoo shop. Once we figured out he was a tattoo artist he was very rude about helping us, and super impatient. After being told they were booked up and that he didn’t do finger tats we are happy we didn’t end up going with them. Things work our for a reason!

Had a great tattoo session with Greg. I emailed my ideas before hand, he came up with a beautiful idea and created a work of art.

Took my walk in for a nose and lip piercing. Super chill, nice guy. I was in and out. They also explain the cleaning easily and encourage you to call with any aftercare questions!

Lil Greg the owner is great in two sessions he fixed a messed up tattoo and covered up another. Free handed! I highly recommend him. I will not let any other tattoo artist touch my body.

The guy was absolutely terrible. I went in to get my nose ring flipped since it was backwards. So the guy took it out, REPIERCED my nose for NO REASON and the continued to put it in backwards again. It hurt so bad that I didn’t say anything, paid, and leftEdit: the reason why there is no form is because I originally went in to just get it flipped as I said and I was never told to sign anything. I was pierced at a different place first and the guy was gonna just do it for free really quick but claimed the ring didn’t fit even though the previous ring and the new one that was put in were both the same brand and size (20g). This happened mid May 2019 and I’m just saying I am not reviewing the wrong place.

I went in to simply have a tattoo drawn up by Greg, which he told me would only take a week or two, so I gave him the idea and the $60 deposit to draw it. After two weeks I call him and he says he hasnt started it yet because he was sick, which is fine because Im patient. Another week goes by with me calling him, and eventually he calls me back and asks me what I wanted again, so I told him and he tells me it will only take a day or two. I call him two days later, and he tells me he didnt draw my tattoo because he went out on a date, and he will call me in another couple of days when hes done. A month after I first went in, I decide to just go to the store and talk to him to see if I can get my money back, because I wanted my tattoo done a lot sooner. He isnt in the shop, and the man working tells me he wont be in for the next week and a half because hes sick... So another two weeks later, he calls me back telling me he was sick and he just now finished drawing it. At this point I already made an appointment for somewhere else, so I ask him if I can get my deposit back since it took so long. His response was nope, not my fault I got sick. Whatever... But what happens next is what really upset me.. I put a post on Facebook a week before this phone call about how I simply went to another tattoo place because they took so long at his place, and he calls me an hour after the first call, yelling and swearing at me to take that post off of my Facebook (which I dont know how he even saw?) and saying how Im being un-professional... I wouldnt recommend for ANYONE to go to him... hes completely disrespectful, irresponsible, un-professional, and cares little about his work.

Got my naval done there a few years ago, thought it was odd that it never healed well, took it out allowed it to close and went to a professional piercing shop to get it examined come to find out I can never get it repierced thanks to how much skin was pierced and the use of a hoop instead of a bar back then. Now I get to flaunt the ugliest scar I’ve ever seen, and professional piercers telling me it would be best to leave it be, instead of risking the chance of causing a worse scar.... I will never go back.

I got a couple tattoos and my wife also got one. They all look great. the service was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Well at least theyre doing nose piercings. Some places are being prudes and not doing anything that involves pulling down the face mask. Why not, it doesnt make sense, but at least this place does have some common sense. Piercer here is really good. I cant say anything about tats, but peircings are always good here. Guy knows what hes doing.

Went in to get my tongue pierced, and within 30 seconds of being seen was turned down due to a “vein in the middle of my tongue.” After I got home, a strong flashlight determined that no such vein existed.Went to another shop a few days later and got it done perfectly fine.

Had Vince tattoo me today and Jackie tattooed my husband. Both had great attitudes, took their time, and gave us each a beautiful result.

The best tattoo shop in Wisconsin. a full sleeve here and couldnt be happier with the results. I recommend this shop to everyone in the area and I even have friends in other states that want to go to Greg for ink.

Had one tattoo by Greg and one done in the shop by another artist. They are both great, been a few years and there is no need for a touch up. Cheap tattoos arent good and good tattoos arent cheap.

I called the shop today to ask what services they were offering, and the person I spoke to was very rude to me. He hung up immediately after responding to my first question. I got a referral from a friend who likes and trusts their work, but I dont think Ill be getting my service from them after the experience I just had.

Seemed clean. Went in for a piercing. I wish the guy piercing my face made it a bit more fun. Didnt like the rush especially since there was no line. But thats just me.
