Wow just had an amazing experience with Madison at Smith Haven mall. She was so patient and kind with my daughter. She showed us every piece we wanted to see and was very informative and knowledgeable. Her amazing energy made the whole experience great. I am very pleased with my purchases and experience all together.

I went to Banter the other day and asked one of the girls if they had 50mm gold hoop earrings. Two young, heavy-set girls were working that were extremely unprofessional. The One looked at the other, made faces, laughed and gave me dirty looks. I walked away, annoyed and went straight into Zales. I asked that woman the exact same question, and without hesitation, she got them out. I purchased them at Zales because they were professional and didn’t make me feel stupid. I’ve had my daughters ears pierced at Banter in the past and had to have them redone because of the horrible job they did. I will never go back to them again

I feel genuinely bad rating anywhere 1 star but my experience wasnt great :(there are two kiosks and the first one i went to told me she was busy w/ something on her ipad and had me go to the other kiosk. the lady at the other kiosk was really nice but told me to turn the posts (i didnt know at the time but that reopens the wound and causes infections + stretching). the earrings had tiny post lengths and my ears are now slightly stretched and are most likely infected because the earrings sunk into my ears in my sleep. i was also signed up for some kind of plan without my consent.again, so sorry for leaving a bad review, but seriously do better :(

Banter Jewelry has a variety of jewelry. Gold and silver. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from them. You can purchase warranty on jewelry which I do recommend. A lot of there prices are delicate.

Tania was extremely helpful and kind throughout my entire shopping experience. She was knowledgeable not just about the jewelry but piercings as well. Her amazing service and warm demeanor made my day and I look forward to shopping at banter again in hopes that I’ll have an experience even close to what I had today.

Bad service, lady was rude and judgmental while piercing my ears. rolled her eyes and kept saying snarky remarks. i had to get up bc i did not want to give her my business. just go to claire’s instead! SHOUT OUT TO THEM!! 🤘🏽

Do not shop here. Horrible customer service. Young girls that have no respect or etiquette on how to talk to the costumer. They hire young low life girls that talk ghetto and curse at you. Will never shop there again!!!! One of the girls name is Kelly. Cheap jewelry!! I would never tell anyone to waste there money at that place in smith haven mall.

Horrible experience. They were very unprofessional. I took my kid to get pierced and my husband had to do everything. They got the piercing gun stuck to my child’s ear and didn’t even know how to get it off. While my child is screaming and crying they just stood there not knowing what to do.

Bait and switch.Sales person had me paying $9.99 for a 1 year plan, $2 for alcohol and was seconds away from signing me up for a credit card WITHOUT TELLING ME ABOUT THE CHARGES OR TELLING ME THE “GOLD PLAN” WAS A CREDIT CARD.If not for my daughter already in the chair to get her ears pierced, I would have left!!!!
