I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and the girls working the shop were beyond amazing! They made sure to get the correct placement and worked with us to make sure we were happy with placement, earring type and getting my little girl hyped to build up the courage to do it. She has been wanting to get her ears pierced for the longest and we couldnt have asked for better staff.

Customer service was great. I went to get both of my toddler boys ears pierced. Very friendly, patient and helpful with finding the correct earrings. I recommend Myra and Michelle as everyone’s go to! Their fast and prices are worth it!

I purchased some earrings 2 weeks from Myra and today I stopped by to see how they should be cleaned. Dernisha explained how to properly clean and showed me how to do it.Thank you Banter!

My daughters were very nervous and she took the time to talk with them and make them involved. She made it fun for them which helped calm them down. I would highly recommend. Great experience with Dernisha! My 7 year old daughter was nervous for her ear piercing, and she made her feel comfortable.

Nisha was very professional and informative. She let me know my options and provided ear care as well and protection. I really appreciate her making it work for me as my ears were previously pierced uneven she helped me find a place that was even.

Sari did a great job piercing my son’s ears. He was nervous but she calmed him and the earrings look great!!

Great service. I was able to get what I wanted. It was very busy at the time of my visit. I waited for about 15-20mins. Myra (my apologies if I’ve misspelled your name) acknowledged my presence from the beginning and ensured someone would be with me as soon as they’re available. During the entire time she thanked me for my patience and was the one who ended up becoming available to assist me. She was very kind and ensured everyone was taken care of to the best of her abilities.

Shady, shady, shaaaaDy! Wanted a $60 pair of studs, service rep took all my info, filled in all the paperwork, sign this sign that, then says to me That will be $83.00.I say $83.00 for a $60 pair of studs ? Whats going on? Oh I added our $20 warranty without your permission, I can take it offMe - No thanks, you should sell used cars you can scam more money that way.I will never go to ANY Piercing Pagoda AGAIN!Shady as can be they are there.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Lori was pleasant to talk to but instead of her piercing my child ears she gave me this younger girl. Who messed up give time. My child’s ears were marked before being pierced and this girl miss the dots big time, when leaving I didn’t get to check her ears due to dd crying her head off. I came back to see if they can fix it and nah she messed up even more that my poor dd had to get her ears pierce 4 times rather then 2. Don’t recommend bringing children under 1 here. 😡

Exceptionally nice lady working named Laurie. I was hesitant about a kiosk peircing but it was clean and professional. She multitasked well as she was alone for the last 45 minutes. Great conversation as well!

Had a wonderful experience with piercing!

No one is ever there. OR I see the young guy working there, hes always jumping in and out of the kiosk and tossing keys in the air. Whenever I come to the mall later in the evening, the jewelry is NOT in the cases. Employees are there, just sitting.I have called and asked for the managers name and no one will tell me.
