We went in for my daughter and nieces first ear piercing and we all ended up with piercings! Kelly and Bobby are beyond wonderful. They made the girls very comfortable. So friendly. The place was nice and clean. They were also very knowledgeable. They made us all comfortable. I really will recommend them for all piercings in the future.

The owners are both lovely and very nice. I got my industrial piercing and even though the husband was the one who pierced me, they were both extremely thorough through the whole process. They explained every step of the process and the safest way to take care of the piercing. They will answer any questions you have and are amazing. I’m giving them 5 stars for amazing customer service and piercing process. They really are incredible. Not only are the professionals but they are most definitely experts as well. 🤗🤗

An amazing shop with absolutely amazing staff. I came in with a piercing that wasn’t done correctly by a different shop and needed to be taken out. Even though I was in a lot of pain and it was a difficult piercing to get out I was treated with such incredible care and kindness. The staff truly knows what they are doing and how to take care of their clients. Definitely one of the best places I’ve been to.

I went into this shop to get snake bites, which are two piercings in your lip for those who don’t know what it is. The workers were extremely unprofessional, they were smoking marijuana before doing my piercing, and after, the bars they put in my lip were too small, my lip ended up swelling up because the bars they put in were too small and unfortunately, I had a death in the family and I couldn’t make it the day they wanted me to come in to change the bars. So I texted them yesterday and they very unprofessionally told me that I was annoying and they had no idea what they pierced me with. I would not recommend going to this place, I give it no stars. Plus I gave the piercer a $30 tip and to be treated so disrespectfully after having to take one of the bars out and now it’s not snake bites it’s just a lip ring and I had to go out and buy my own jewelry that fit properly.

Great experience at this shop. Both owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. I was quoted one price for a leg tattoo and when I got the tattoo done we increased the size and Bobby still held to the price I was quoted. Between the conversations and the work completed I will certainly be back for more.

My friend and i did walk in piercings last week here and the owner and his wife were amazing!! answered any and all questions we had, made us feel as comfy as possible and even gave us a discount out of the kindness of his heart! my piercing did end up getting ripped out at no fault of theirs, i called the shop to see what my options were and they really do care about their business and customers! i’m deciding on letting it close for a bit but within the next month or two when im ready to be pierced again i will be coming here no doubt! thank you!

Spontaneously decided to get a tattoo yesterday and this was the only shop taking walk-ins, and I’m glad I found them!! Amazing experience from the second we called until we left with new tattoos. Bobby and his wife were amazing and so sweet. I felt very comfortable and the space was extremely clean. Beautiful work from Bobby, I will be returning! All business owners need to take notes from them!

Went in super nervous about getting a side labret lip piercing, and left satisfied and relieved. The experience was great. Piercer was so nice and understanding! Helpful with getting me to stay calm through the process. Will definitely be going back!

Great experience with my daughter getting her nose and ear pierced. Professional, clean and very competent at what theyre doing. Helped ease her fear/anxiety being very welcoming and entertaining throughout the process. Will come back again for the other ear.

Great atmosphere. They’re super friendly, Bobby and his wife are great ! Bobby’s super thorough and won’t start tattooing till everything is perfectly how you want it. To be honest I don’t think I’ll ever go to any other shop

Unhappy. Months after getting it the lines are shaky and the ink is faded the design is also completely different than I agreed to. First appointment was okay but after that it went downhill they didn’t make me sign a waiver for any tattoo other than my first. My artist tried to make me pee in a cup for his friend that wouldn’t pass a drug test. He ended up going to jail for meth charges. I honestly feel the money I spent should be returned so I can put it towards tattoo removal. The amount is $880 without tips. The issue is my artist had me cashapp him rather than pay the shop so I guess this is out of their hands as he doesn’t even work there anymore but I’m not sure why this guy even got hired in the first place he also lived in the basement when I Expressed concern about that he said he owned the shop and that’s why which wasn’t true please just stay away from this place it’s really shady :’(

Best Tattoo experience I have had in a hot minute.The Owners Bobby and Kelly are personable and family oriented (something very rare to see in a Tattoo Studio). Rob and Ghost are very talented artist, and do amazing work. Everybody overall in the studio are very knowledgeable about their craft and very kind!Very happy with my experience and will be recommending to friends and family!

My boyfriend and I went recently for matching tattoos and they came out B E A U T I F U L. The owners are the kindest people around and the entire environment in the building is so upbeat, fun, yet comforting. Everybody there makes you genuinely feel at home. Will be going back for EVERY future tattoo/piercing we get!

Ive been researching different tattoo places to get a snake/rose tattoo that Ive wanted for a while. Yesterday I realized this place was a few mins away from where I live so I decided to stop in and check out the atmosphere and people working there. The artist Ghost greeted me at the door, along with her son who is an apprentice there. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable and I decided right there that I was done researching and Id book with them. It was later in the evening and yet Ghost offered to tattoo me right then, as she believed she could finish it in the few hours the shop was remaining open for and I said, why not! I am super happy with the work provided- the snake turned out perfect with just the right amount of detail. Ghost told me how the shop if family friendly, which is cool. They are a newer shop, but def give them a chance! I loved her so much that I already booked my next tattoo with her!!! Go check them out!

Honestly the cutest buisness owners I have ever met! They’re so welcoming and did an amazing job on my tattoos for my siblings and my cross tattoo!! Definitely worth stopping by and checking them out, they’ve done 2 of my tattoos one tongue piercing and 3 of my friends tattoos and were absolutely obsessed, Kelly did an amazing job getting out stencils exactly how we wanted them and Bobby was so sweet and comforting!

Worst experience ever!!! They completely messed up my piercing and it’s very crooked. It was pierced under my sweet spot and they had no idea what they were doing!!!

Ive always had issues with my previous piercings from other shops; but I came in around two weeks ago to get two nose piercings and this is the first time theyve ever healed so well! The shop itself is super cute and everything is very clean and sanitary. My piercer Angel and her apprentice Gage were both super friendly and welcoming when I arrived, and they made me feel very comfortable and taken care of during the appointment. Overall a good experience and Ill definitely be coming back here for any of my future piercings.

My daughter was extremely nervous and started to feel faint. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. Kelly did her piercing and what an awesome job she did! They were so great and kind and patient with my daughter throughout the WHOLE experience. I will be recommending this establishment to anyone and everyone ! We are so happy and grateful! All in all… the piercing looks BEAUTIFUL.

I had such an amazing experience with Angel yesterday when going to get my second row pierced on my ears!I was super excited and she could tell!Angel made the whole thing super comfortable and explained everything that was happening so I felt super informed and ready. The decision to get my ears pierced was very last minute but they had an opening and it was a quick in and out! They were also very clear on aftercare instructions and even sell a kit to help with cleaning the piercing after! I would definitely go back if I ever want another piercing :)

My daughter wanted her nose pierced so as a late Christmas present my husband and I decided to take her. We weren’t planning on taking her til the middle of the week/early next week. They were booked for when we wanted to but enthusiastically told us they would stay open late if we wanted to come tonight. After hearing their story behind the start up of their business I have without a doubt found our new piercing place. Half male, half female run business and a business that wants to make people of all backgrounds feel comfortable, I will certainly be coming back when my other daughters are old enough. What a great first experience! Very friendly and professional staff, took my 9yr old daughter and I in for ear piercings same day! I went first so she could see what she was in for; definitely took the time to make sure she was comfortable and ok through the whole process! Very cleanly and inviting environment, would absolutely recommend!

Got a tattoo on Friday the 13th with a group. Super friendly owners which was super nice. Work seemed nice at first. Once tattoo starts healing the lines don’t look great very choppy. They did not shave the skin where the tattoo was to be placed. Which after shaving and the very slow and continuing healing process the lines are not great. Bobby commented on how bad a tattoo I have was when I like the tattoo and only asked if they could finish it because I moved from the state my original artist was located. Bobby and his wife seemed nice but seemed to work for their own monetary gain. I do not like that in an artist, you either love tattooing and care how your work looks or you dont. Personally not a fan the work was rushed and I will not return.

Ghost was amazing. She made the experience quick, painless, and our tattoos came out amazing. She was also very accommodating, we came in for 4 small tattoos for 4 people and squeezed us in to get 7 tattoos for 6 people. Exactly what we wanted.

I had a great experience. This is a very good place to get a piercing this was my first time and if I ever got another I would definitely come back!

I came in about a month ago for a naval piercing, its been healing well but the actual piece they put in was a little short, i understand usually its a cheap piece put in initially when getting a new piercing but my pudge could not handle the piece and it popped out.

June 30 2023. Clean shop owners were nice , however , Ghost who did my sons tat of UFO told me she left it uneven and smudged he needs to come back so she can fix it , in case he wanted something else around that piece. Never heard of such a thing . Second time went back June 30 after two cancelled times from Ghost . I understand family emergency then she had a headache and finally June 30 she was able to fit him in. After we spoke of what was needed to be touched up , to no avail it was not as we discussed. Still smudged and choppy .I would not recommend Ghost

Bobby did my nose piercing today, and he was so friendly! It hardly hurt at all and hes been doing piercings for long time. Hes quick. We definitely connected and I am going back for my Japanese Samurai tattoo. He showed me some of his tatt work, and it is absolutely stunning!! I highly reccomend this shop. Great experience

I’ve been going here for a year now, getting my 4th tattoo done tonight by Justin. I brought my husband. Justin’s work is amazing. He’s not heavy handed at all. Artwork is beautiful. Beyond professional. Just an amazing artist.

I made an appointment with Justin. I traveled over an hour to get a matching tattoo with my nephew. Got there and was told that Justin is working on someone else and wont be with us for another 1-2 hours. He didnt come out to talk or apologize. He didnt even call to reschedule. I definitely would not recommend Justin. Very unprofessional!

Bobby did a tat on my arm. he spent a lot of time drawing it out for us and making sure it was exactly how we wanted, which shows he cares about his customers a lot. he’s very friendly and tattoo came out great.

This place is the most horrible tattoo shop I have ever been to...they overcharged me and did not do what they promised me told me they were going to do something they didnt. As well as as treated me Unprofessionally and with animosity never ever go there. A worst tattoo shop I have ever been to and I have over 9 tattoos.

Set an appointment and a price for work with the owner. Came in, got passed off to a young girl apprentice, saying its her or its not getting done today.The work was horrible. Been told it cant be fixed, just covered. She couldnt stay off her phone. Kept texting every few minutes. Probably why it got infected.No sense of professionalism.
