I just got my first tattoo ever! Rob was professional clean and I really enjoyed my experience. he talked with me knowing I was nervous. His design was spot on for what I wanted but also was willing to work with me to get it there. he is very knowledgeable on the history and every aspect of tattooing. I am looking forward to getting another tattoo and will definitely go back to Rob.

Ive seen Rob twice now and he was absolutely phenomenal both times! Hes kind, hes funny, hes got a steady hand, and he isnt rough with the needle. Hes quick and efficient! I went to Rob for my first tattoo and I love how it came out. Rob helped me feel comfortable and supported throughout the process and was competent and professional. His shop is very clean and he really shows he cares about you doing proper aftercare. He answered emails promptly and answered all my questions. I wanted a simple flower design and he provided four choices when I arrived.

Theres no one else in the area that Id let tattoo me and you shouldnt either. Rob is a class act and very serious about what he does. Hes been at it so long he knows what the end result is going to be before he starts, and if its not going to work, hes going to tell you and make suggestions, and frankly thats what I want in a tattoo artist, someone who cares about the quality of his work and your satisfaction vs. someone who will just do it for a paycheck. Hes tattooed me several times, family members, friends, and hes the only one Id refer anyone to.

I can’t recommend Red Lotus enough! I was super nervous about getting a tattoo (It had been 25 years since my last one), but I have wanted it for a long time. After extensive research online, I chose Rob because his portfolio is so impressive. I am so glad I did! I am so in love with my new tattoo! Rob understood what I wanted better than I did. I went here for a consultation on my first tattoo. I had the design drawn by someone else since it was a symbol of my breast cancer survival. The drawing was quite large for what I wanted on my forearm so it had to be resized. Robert worked with me to get the right placement and size. The tattooing process was obviously new to me so I asked a bunch of questions but Robert answered all of them with kindness and politeness. My tattoo came out fantastic, even better than I imagined! It means so much to me now and Im happy I chose Robert at the Red Lotus Tattoo. First Time Tattoo!!I was so incredibly nervous about my first tattoo- I dont even have any piercings, so my anxiety was way up there! But from the moment I walked into the shop, I knew I was in good hands. It was so clean and welcoming, beautifully and artistically decorated that I instantly felt at ease. Rob greeted me kindly and once I signed my papers, we got started! I should mention that I got two small designs behind each ear, so nothing intricate, but Rob made sure I liked everything, down to the placement of the pieces. It took about 20 minutes altogether, but he still talked me through everything and I felt very relaxed. Rob is undeniably talented and such a pleasure to do business with. If I even pluck up the courage to get another tattoo, it will be with him.

The process was amazing from beginning to end. Rob was very responsive when I inquired to schedule my tattoo. When I arrived he had my tattoo drawn up exactly how I described and the process itself was easy and comforting. I’m so happy with the work I had done and cannot wait to go back for more.

I got my tattoo a few weeks ago. Rob was wonderful. he worked with me to create an amazing tattoo that would work in the size and style I wanted.After getting woozy (thanks to my anxiety) he gave me a reindeer candy can made by his son to help get my blood sugar up. Ive used Red Lotus twice! I got my first tattoo ever done by Dan and it was great. I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in good hands. The second time, I went to get my belly button pierced, and Eva was awesome! I went in pretty nervous, but she was so calm that it was over in no time at all. I would definitely recommend Red Lotus for all of your piercing/tattoo needs. The place is clean and professional. They were friendly and made sure I knew how everything was going to work. Awesome experience.

Roberts work was great. Bedside manner could use a lot of work. This was my 2nd tattoo but I got my first tattoo 20 years ago. So it might as well been my first. He asked I came in for a consult and he wasnt very dfriendly but I liked his work and he came highly recommended. He seemed to mock that I sent him a mood board. I didnt insist on a certain design. I sent a page of 6 to 7 designs I liked, one of them being his own work. When I came in 3 months later dor my tattoo, I wasnt really given an opportunity to look at his final design, I had to ask. I wasnt allowed anyone to come with me so I am alone, at night, in this tattoo salon with a stranger while we sit in absolute silence. Talk about uncomfdtable and awkward. I get he is working, i myef am an artist. Bu dealing with people is part of the gig and I was visibly nervous. Zero comfort. Zero friendliness. Zero small talk before or after. My tattoo was about 2.5 hours and he never asked if I wanted a break. I had to ask. Then finally finished and he asked me to pay, before I could blink my eyes and put my wallet away and figure out how to wear a coat when I had a back tattoo, he has his coat and hat on and was ready to go. I felt so rushed, overwhelmed and embarassed I didnt speak up. I honestly didnt feel comfortable too. It was soooo awkward. He never posted my tattoo on his social despite saying he would so I could get the photos he took....nothing and I didnt bother emailing and asking again. It would have been nice to see what it looked like right then in a photo but I was so over it. I get a ton of compliments snd it healed very well following his care directions. But I will not be going back and if the experience matters to you, I recommend going elsewhere.

Unprepared and agreed that I should have a friend or artist draw a design for him to tweak.I sent him pictures and a clear description; scheduled to meet in person to review the design. At that meeting he said the above.

I have been getting tattooed by Rob Fiore ever since he started tattooing. Rob is super professional and his shop is extremely clean. Rob does some of the most amazing work, he has been able to create some awesome pieces of work just from a collection of random ideas that I’ve given him, and the end results were more than I could have even imagined. One of those pieces even won first place at the Philly tattoo convention and was featured on the cover of a tattoo magazine.

I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo for years but time got away from me for one reason or another. I decided for my birthday this year I’d get my first tattoo. I got my first tatoo here on 10/14/17 during a walk-in visit. The here are amazingly kind and curteous, offering me water and a little food before beginning. Already feeling super comfortable my stencil was applied, and reworked as necessary until we were ready to begin. They made it a point to show me that their needles and work station are sanitary and the work began. I look very forward to returning in the near future for my next tattoos!

Great shop. Rob Fiore did a coverup on my arm that was incredible. I brought in a pic of what I wanted and he was able to draw it up, make it his own and it looked awesome. The business is run professionally and all of the artists are real artists. Lots of drawing and scetching going on during down time and as important as the talent in this shop is the cleanliness which was exceptional. Very impressed. Ill be back!

Got my first tattoo this afternoon with Kendra! She was so great and explained the whole process to me before we started and let me take breaks when my foot fell asleep lol. The shop is bright and clean and everyone there was so nice. I hope to return soon

I had been getting the itch for wanting another tattoo for several months but had very few ideas of what to get and where in my area was a safe and clean tattoo parlor. So I did what Im sure most of us do, and that is search the internet and read reviews. I came across the Red Lotus on Google and became instantly impressed. There were only six other reviews but everyone of them had positive things to say, plus it was the closest place to where I lived. So I decided to check it out. And Im glad I did!I was a little scared at first but I was greeted kindly and walked through the process step by step. First I looked through about five different books to pick the artist I liked best and this was a no brainer. I chose Hailey right off the bat because her artwork spoke to me, as cheesey as that sounds. I met breifly with her and explained how I really wanted flowers wrapped around my foot but I also wanted a fairy somehow incorporated. She seemed excited to help me figure this all out and after leaving my thoughts and pictures with her, I came back four days later to see her drawing and get started.The process was LONG and more painfull than I ever imagined but she made me feel so comfortable and allowed me to take breaks when need be. Ive had my tattoo for almost two weeks now and although it is still healing, I am pretty happy with it. She did exactly what I asked for. So now I know whenever I get the need for another tattoo, Ill know where to go.

My cousin and I got our tattoos done there and I would totally recommend this place to my friends! Our artist Dan, did an awesome job explaining the sanitary information and after-care guidelines. everything he used on us was a single use tool, which made it that much more comfortable

Was told this week he is not tattooing regular people anymore and focusing instead on big Artistic Work and doing special wedding events. Maybe you should change your website and facebook page and let the market know that you are not interested in basic work and that walk-in clients are simply unwelcome.

My experience with them, they really seem to hate walk-in business and almost go out of their way to avoid dealing with regular people. Unless you want your whole body covered in giant tattoos or are ready to live a tattoo based lifestyle this isnt the place to go. Customer service skills are really lacking. Tried calling twice and they rushed me off the phone both times. Sorry, Im not a tattoo genius. I had the audacity to ask questions!!! Stopped in once and they acted really annoyed that I didnt know exactly what I wanted right away. So I left.Do yourself a favor, go to any of the other shops. Call first and ask questions. If they answer them kindly then you should consider giving them your money. But these guys? Hell no. I wouldnt take a FREE tattoo from them.Piece of advice for you guys, if you dont want the general public calling or coming in then get rid of your website and stop pretending you want that business.

Went to Red Lotus for a cartilage piercing about a week ago. Eva was great, the shop is really clean & modern - definitely worth checking out.

Eva is a sweetheart, she pierced my cartilage, my daughters cartilage as well as her lobes AND wrote a note to my daughters gym teachers explaining why the piercings cant be removed for 6-7 months.

Not only was my piercer gorgeous, but she was incredibly professional and informative. Definitely go there for piercings if youre in the area- you will not be disappointed.

They are lacking on the customer service skills a bit. They did not seem to want or care about walk in service, kinda got rushed out the door really fast and they did not want to talk at all about possible purchases with me. Not coming back.
