Vintage Electric Tattoo

This tattoo shop is so awesome. Great vibe and both artists are super nice and have amazing artwork and ideas. I had my first tattoo done by Tanner and I couldnt have asked for a better design or experience. He did a perfect job and was great at checking in with me during the session cause it was my first tat. He also got the placement perfect on the first stencil. So sad I dont live in the state anymore cause I would have gone back for more from Tanner.

Chad was great! I decided to walk in and he was welcoming and has a great environment set up in his shop. He was very helpful in making sure I got the exact results I came in looking for. He really tries to make sure his work is as perfect as humanly possible. I would definitely come back if I ever need another tattoo done. I defiantly recommend Chad at Vintage Electric to anyone in Laramie or the surrounding area who are looking for a clean and friendly environment to get body art done.

Tanner Dow has done several tattoos for me and is amazing to work with for tattoo design. His traditional and neo traditional designs are so cool. He’s a super respectful and conscientious artist who puts cleanliness and the comfort of his client as top priority. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back.

I went to Chad and I 100% would go back to him. He did such a good job making myself and my friend, getting a tattoo, feel comfortable. He did an amazing job on my tattoo! He was pretty fast but still did a great job. The place was very clean. Would recommend to anyone!

I cannot recommend this place enough! We went in for some flash tattoos but my artist, Tanner ended up taking my idea and drew up a similar but even cooler design based off of the placement and my preferences. I love it! Tanner is the bomb and so is this place!

I came from Gillette to get a tattoo and my sister recommended Vintage Electric and I’m so glad I went with Chad! Such a clean and professional environment and Chad made me feel so comfortable and satisfied! He does simply beautiful work and I will definitely be getting more tattoos from him in the future!

Came to Vintage Electric Tattoo with my dad for his first tattoo; mine was not. What a great experience Chad provided for us. He worked with our drawings and did an amazing job! The detailing on the tattoos is unbelievable. He is knowledgeable in the art of tattooing and his shop is very clean. I’ll be going to Chad for future tattoos!

We really had a wonderful experience here. The gentleman that owns the shop was awesome to talk to, very friendly and funny, and stayed open much later than his regular hours to accommodate us. Super cool of him, that isnt something you find very often. The tattoos we got were smaller and simple but he did a perfect job. Very clean, very comfortable, very professional. We definitely will be back.

Chad did an absolutely beautiful job, it was the biggest tattoo I’ve had done yet and am very happy with the results. His shop is clean and has great energy to it. Chad is super professional, and great conversationalist, and very talented, definitely recommend seeing him!

Amazing experience ! Took my daughter to the shop hoping it would be a good experience for her. Chad exceeded every expectation I had. My daughter now has a beautiful tattoo from an amazing artist, We stopped at every shop in Laramie before we made our choice and this is definitely the most professional and cleanest place in town.

Chad RULES! I have gotten a tattoo from him before and came all the way from Chicago with my boyfriend so that we both could get some Chad originals. By far the best tattoo I have ever gotten, the studio has great vibes (great music, plants, and the sweetest dog), and Chad makes ya laugh the whole time. I DEFINITELY would recommend and am coming back in the fall to get another one.

Tanner Dow tattooed myself and two friends while on vacation in Laramie. He was very professional and friendly and drew us a beautiful custom design! The whole shop was very clean and everyone wore masks. I would highly recommend Vintage Electric!

If you want a tattoo, do not go here. My friend and I went in looking for a simple tattoo. We put down a deposit with artist Tanner Dow who later that week came in contact with a covid positive person. Tanner never made an effort to reschedule or communicate appropriately when he would be back in the shop. Now we are all leaving town for the summer and will not have time to get the tattoo prior. Tanner was extremely rude when we went in explaining that we could no longer get the tattoo due to his scheduling issues, and he would not give us back our deposit! He was condescending and very unprofessional to the point where it made me feel uncomfortable. He was not only rude to my friend and I, but he was rude to other customers that were in there at the same time. He also never mentioned that the deposit was non refundable (especially for a scheduling error on their end). I have nothing nice to say about this establishment or Tanner Dow. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

When you come to Laramie come here to Electric vintage tattoo. Chad is as good as it gets. The tatts he did for me have clean and smooth lines. He was able to take my vision right out of my head and put in on my skin. Awesome! And his shop has great energy. Im not from this state but I will come back here again just for more tattoos by Chad! Thanks Chad!

My sister and I went to Vintage Electric and got matching tattoos from Chad. He did a very good job, the shop was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and professional. It was a little pricey but overall very good.

We were here from Wisconsin on vacation and daughter wanted some ink. This place exceeded our expectations. Had a true tattoo shop look to it with lots of traditional flash on the wall. Dont see flash alot anymore. Place was super clean. The staff were super professional and most friendly artists Ive dealt with. Lastly knocked her piece out flawlessly.

This place is seriously amazing!! Tanner is an incredibly skilled artist. He was professional, helpful, and made sure I was still doing okay throughout the tattoo(S...cause one is never enough) Not to mention this place smells hella good.

DO NOT GET YOUR PIERCINGS DONE HERE. Just returned from a different piercers where I was told all 3 helix piercings I got done here will have to come out.... after waiting 8 weeks for them to heal and cleaning them twice daily. Apparently, the person at vintage put nickel in my ears, which was preventing them from healing, along with the fact that the posts were too thin to properly pierce cartilage.Basically, I spent $150 to have cheap metal put in my helix. Also, the piercer arrived 20 minutes late to both of my appointments and her assistant misgendered me multiple times.

Chad is amazing at what he does! I got my first tattoo done by him recently and he was sure to make me comfortable and assured in the process! Very humorous and welcoming!

I can’t even express how in love I am with this tattoo. I came in to get a large peony pattern on my thigh that also would be covering some keloid scars on my hip/leg. Chad drew them up perfectly to fit my body and it turned out so clean and so so beautiful. I still have to go in to get her all shaded in but wanted to leave a review cause I am so in love. 10/10 would recommend chad to anyone in a heartbeat.Couldn’t figure out how to post image on this but you can see on my insta @desirae_rosemarie

I have been sitting on a piece for several years, just looking for the right place.Instantly I knew this was it! Chad is great- professional, personal, and above all great with the gun.I am beyond pleased with his work, and I will be back for him to realize all of the art rolling around in my head.

Went in to find the price of a group tattoo for my family. The owner took what my aunt said as offensive. She said she feels paying $80 for a small tattoo was ridiculous for her. Maybe its because we live in a small town that prices can be really high. However, my aunt is an artist. We had been going through shops all day with her trying to support local Wyoming artists to take things home to her kids. She asked the owner if she could please explain what she meant. She apologized for offending him she just personally didnt want to pay $80 for each for a tattoo the size of a quarter. He was very unprofessional and extremely rude. We went in knowing he does great quality work. Knowing he is an extremely talented arist. However he was rude and said he didnt care what my aunt had to say. Very sad and disappointed that I reccommended him to my family visiting only to be treated this way.

This place was awesome. Great atmosphere, good vibes awesome artist. Visted from out of town and Chad was able to get me and the wife a spot the next day. He did great work, and i couldnt be happier. I will definantly be stoping by again next summer when I visit Laramie.

I don’t think I will ever go to another place to get a tattoo. These people were so wonderful and nice I felt at home with them, they talked to me the entire time and made me laugh a lot. My tattoo looks like it was copy and pasted it is so beautiful and even better than what I expected. Vintage Electric will forever be the only place I go for now on.

LeeAnne is nice but she pierced my septum incorrectly. I was having difficulty healing it even with proper aftercare. I had a professional APP certified piercer look at it and she said it is placed too low (which makes it very difficult to heal). For $60 titanium should be used and the technique should be correct. Lost money since now I was recommended to take it out and have it repierced.

I went with my girlfriend to go get her first tattoo and Chad (Artist and Owner) was very friendly and incredibly helpful in helping us decide what shed like to get. It was much less expensive then I had thought and the end result was amazing, in the end it was very much worth the money.
