Best piercing shop in Las Vegas and I havent even been pierced here. Super clean. Awesome jewelry selection, I had my pieces changed (pictured) by Kala. I came in as I was feeling impulsive during my 5-day stay in Vegas. Kala was open, friendly, and very professional during my session with him. Clean, welcoming environment. The gentleman who pierced my 14-year-olds nose was meticulous in how he did the piercing and also in explaining the process to us, as well as aftercare. My daughter has a deviated septum, and he made her septum piercing look stylish and very cool.

I came in with a botched Anti tragus with a very irritated piercing bump (couldn’t get a picture when the bump appeared)first set of pictures were month 1.2&3 of the piercing. Kala assessed and knew what needed to be done within minutes. He completed removed my bump and upgraded my Jewelry all while providing knowledge and steps along the way & great side conversation.The 2nd picture is just after he finished. My daughter is 14, and she wanted to get her nose pierced. I wasnt sure where to take her, so I read up reviews on different places. I picked Primal Soul and it was a GREAT experience. From the moment we walked in, it is super clean and welcoming. My daughter has severe anxiety and the owner (who is the only employee and did the piercing), put her at ease, and explained everything from start to finish. I would definitely refer anyone looking just to be pierced, as it is not a tattoo shop.Just be sure to bring Cash or use Zelle that is connected to your bank account to pay. My Zelle was connected to my debit card not directly through my bank account, so when we tried to pay, it wouldnt take the payment from my Zelle Account. Luckily we were able to gather enough cash between my family and I LOLBut definitely a great piercing shop, great experience. Highly recommend!

I just had my rook done while visiting the area. He is a one man shop so there can be a wait but in my opinion is well worth it. He’s been piercing for 20+ years, has a nice selection of high quality jewelry using titanium or gold to prevent rejection, and great sterile technique. As a nurse I truly appreciated his bedside manner and technique. I would definitely go to him again if I was ever in the area.

Being an out of towner is pretty difficult and scary trying to find a place that suits you, that’s clean, and welcoming, but more importantly doing the job correctly. My 15 year old daughter wanted her nose pierced and I wasn’t about to go in a place blindly. I spent my time googling, reading reviews, looking at photos, etc and we ended up picking this location and I am so thankful that we did! The owner is amazing. He educated my daughter on the proper cleaning of not only her new piercing but of the supplies that he uses. He is very personal and extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He definitely needs to share his knowledge to others wanting to step into the piercing profession and those already in it. Being an out of towner, he offered us to call anytime with questions or concerns - who does that now a days? Nobody. Even offered to find a local piercer in our area if we needed one. Im from Texas and I came in today to get a nose ring, and my first impression was on how clean the studio was ! I loved how knowledgeable Kala was💗 I also loved how he sterilized the jewelry in front of you. No other piercing place that I’ve been to has let me seen them sterilize there products. I felt no pain getting my jewelry switched, in fact my piercing feels a lot more comfortable. I got some work done back in 2017, I wanted to change out my piercing but I couldn’t find anyone credible here in Hilo. Finally made it to Vegas, and change out my piercing. Kala is the most professional piercer I’ve met, cleanest shop I’ve stepped into. I highly recommend coming to him to get anything and everything done.

10/10 Hidden gem in rough side of town. Owner is knowledgeable and unquestionably sanitary, no doubt that he knows his stuff. I took my teenage daughter there and she is so happy with the results- she got her nose and helix done at a Great price! Wait times may be a little longer due to being 1st come 1st serve basis, just depends on how many people are ahead of you. Be patient people he gives everyone the same courtesy and time needed to do it right. (And p.s- don’t bring your kids, it’s not the place for toddlers to be running around)

Primal Soul is a fairly new piercing studio in the Las Vegas valley, but the owner of this studio is a long standing veteran in the body art industry. With a career spanning over 2 decades, the owner Kala is as knowledgeable about his craft as anyone could get.I came in for a nostril piercing but got much more from this experience. The ambience is calm and welcoming and showcases art and history of body piercing from a variety of cultures, as well as a multitude of beautiful jewelry. Kala does make his own jewelry, but I didnt get to ask if any of his creations were also on display (Im assuming they are!)The room where the piercing took place was organized and very clean, and he is very professional with making sure his customers are satisfied 100% with the placement and appearance of their piercing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.Overall my experience was great, Kala is a great artist and an awesome person! If youre in the need for piercings and body art do not hesitate to give Primal Soul a try. Came in with my girlfriend who need a naval piercing removed and was shocked to see how professional Kala (manager/owner) was. He really knows his stuff about piercings. So much so that he was able to identify what the piercing was made out of and why it was a bad piece of metal. There are a lot of bad practicing tattoo/piercing places in Las Vegas but I have to say I am glad I went into primal soul and met Kala. Your one stop shop for all your piercing needs. Kala is has helped my conch piercing and my 2nd lobe that were both done by a different piercer. They were not healing due to the metal that was used by the other piercer. With Kalas experience and knowledge he changed my jewelry and corrected my 2nd lobe, his studio is spotless and has endless choices of jewelry. I felt so at ease being there, once my piercings are healed I will be back to get a daith piercing and my 2nd lobe on my other ear. Cant express how happy I am, that I found Primal Soul and have someone I can trust with my piercing/jewelry.

I had such a great experience coming here! I came to get a piercing looked at that was done incorrectly by someone else. I was given advice on what to do and ended up leaving with all my jewelry replaced plus my conch pierced. I’ve been to see him twice with each visit being professional making piercing a pleasant experience.He cleaned up my daughters nose piercing that was pierced on the wrong angle by another local piercer. He runs around greeting piercing showing you all the pieces. He offers great ideas for styling the ear and has a beautiful assortment of styles and jewelry pieces to choose from.Cleanliness and sterilization is a big part of his shop. You see him do all this. He walks you through the process and aftercare. He’s so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. Which is a good thing when they are coming at you with needles!If that isn’t enough to get you over there, I don’t know what else to say!He’s worth the drive. He’s worth the wait. Took my 15yr old to get her nose pierced. He explained everything very thorough, the place was very clean, his process was top notch showed us how he sterilize is everything by using a state of the art sterilizing machine, opened the needle in front of us. Over all he made us feel like VIP, welcomed, and gave us his contact info if we had any issues after.

I WANT TO THANK THIS MAN HERE! I had a horrible experience at a different piercing place (koolsville) and they pierced my nipples entirely wrong and I came here and he fixed them with no problem. I was nervous to get my nose pierced but Kala made the whole experience amazing. Super clean shop, this guy really knows his stuff. My nose hurt for maybe a day, very little bleeding, and it didn’t even swell. My piercing is about a month old now and I love it so much. Definitely will be going back for future piercings. My friend got an Ashley piercing after my nose was done and he did an equally amazing job for her.

I forgot to get the name of the owner but he is super knowledgeable!!! I came in because my piercing came out of my nose. I got my piercing done at another place three weeks ago but I had a constant issue with my piercing keep falling out. The owner really sat me down and educated me on the jewelry that the previous person used and how it’s contributed to the piercing coming out of my nose constantly. He is a true body modification artist and I truly regret going to my first piercer because she didn’t pierce my nose correctly 😞 please GO TO HIM IF YOU WANT YOUR PIERCING DONE CORRECTLY!!!! I really wish I went to him first because my nose definitely wasn’t pierced right by the first person. My experience was a little weird. My friend and I went in to get our noses pierced. Long story short he explained certain nose rings wouldnt fit the shape of her nose but ultimately it was up to my friend she asked if I though the ones she picked out were cute I said yes whatever you like. The piercer/owner than turns to me and says I dont know what youre not understanding about the nose ring not sitting properly into her nose. I said no I understand what you are saying and I ended up deciding not to give this man my business.

I recently made a trip to Vegas on the weekend of 7/16-7/18 to celebrate my birthday. Being born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii and the fact that Kala has done all my piercings while his shop was open in Hilo. I knew that I wanted to see him for all things piercings. I decided that I wanted to visit him at his new shop in Vegas. I reached out to him, he responded quickly. His shop is conveniently located about 10 minutes away from the main strip. He re-did a piercing on my ear that had closed up, did it with ease. He’s always and continues to be kind, professional and welcoming. I’m a returning customer for my ears, I had kala remove my mistakes from stretching my ears too fast and it healed up like it was never there! Now I found out he’s in Vegas I came in to get my ears re pierced, i trust nobody else because he has the years of knowledge and experience. We had an emergency fix that was last minute since we are from out of town and. he saved my nipple piercings from the wrong size and pain and agony from the bad jewelry i had in. it was a painless quick and so easy process and he was thorough clear at explaining things cared deeply about my problem and was completely professional and didn’t try to screw us over like most people. extremely professional.
