Came here today, 9/25, to get piercings removed, and the woman at the front desk and the piercer were phenomenal! The front desk woman was kind, and patient with me and the other clients. Plus, her piercings were so cute!!The piercer, I forgot to ask for her name, if you can, give her a raise! She took time with each client to ensure they’d love their piercing. She explained factors that not many piercers would take the time to explain such as a certain cuts of jewelry reflecting light the way the client wants or how certain jewelry lay can create the desired outcome. (:

I recently visited Primitive Accents Body Piercing and picked up some stunning earrings. The guy who assisted me was outstanding, exceptionally kind and friendly. He took meticulous care in putting the earrings on, making sure everything was perfect. His keen attention to detail and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made the entire experience a pleasure. The service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them!

Amazing experience , my piercer Sarafina took the time to make sure I was happy and calm and in love with my piercing. Took great care of me . Couldnt be happier with my new piercings , and most knowledgeable person. Felt safe and taken care of and more comfortable than any other piercing experience ❤️❤️❤️

They’re the best. Plain and simple. Tony and Stephanie are amazing and they make the experience so wonderful. I went in to get my septum done with Tony and it was perfect! Later on, we realized I was having a bit of a reaction to the metal and after a thorough explanation and a change of the ring, I’m good to go! I’ve come in other times with family and always with my daughter and they’re so awesome with her. I can’t wait to bring her when she’s older for her first ear piercings. I love my septum piercing! All staff were kind and knowledgeable about piercings. The person at the front helped me pick the perfect earring for my new piercing and Tony did an awesome job at piercing my tragus with little to no pain. I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. Majority of the 30 minutes was spent sterilizing the earring that I picked out. The place is nice and clean. I will definitely be back in 6 months to get my other ear pierced.

They were amazing!! So great to work with. They helped us pick out the right piercing and the right jewelry. We are from out of state and helped us find a local shop that can help with sizing down the post. My daughter was paying for it by herself and they were super budget conscious. Fantastic place!!!

Went here with absolutely no knowledge of exactly what I wanted and expected a limited selection of jewelry. I was super excited to see their amazing collection of jewelry and options. I wanted a tragus for sure but was iffy about also getting a helix due to my budget. They worked with my budget and helped me design the ear to look cohesive. They are honest about what works and what doesn’t, they piercing was fast and correct, and they encouraged me to contact them if I had questions later. Extremely professional and sweet. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and will hopefully be visiting them again once these heal. Cannot recommend enough. Go to this shop for jewelry and piercings!

My wife got her cheeks pierced here a couple of years ago before we moved. She tried to have the jewelry changed in WA and the people there tugged and were very aggressive causing her cheeks to bleed and swell. Went there and Tony swapped them out like a champ. She has had no swelling or bleeding. The man is an artist. Recommend any piercing done by him.

Amazing experience! My mom and I walked in to get our noses pierced on a whim & we were well taken care of at Primitive Accents. From when we walked in to when we left the shop, the customer service was excellent. Mariah helped us choose our jewelry and discussed proper aftercare. She was sooo patient and kind. Chad did our piercings and was absolutely amazing. He made it an enjoyable experience. Could not recommend this place enough as well as Mariah & Chad. Definitely come here if you’re looking to get a piercing !

Took my daughter 2 months ago to get her helix and tragus pierced by Tony. The image is when it was first pierced. Hardly any redness or swelling on day one and they have healed nicely. Tony did a great job and I noticed he’d come out to the waiting room to check on the clients that are waiting and said he appreciated them. I thought was was so nice that he valued people’s time. Stephanie is awesome!!!! She was so patient helping me and my daughter look at jewelry and gave us more insight on the different piercings. It was a great atmosphere with good vibes and down to earth people. I highly recommend.

It was a fantastic experience here. I was getting my first piercing and decided to do my septum, and I was super nervous. I called ahead to get a quote on the pricing for the jewelry which was extremely accurate. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted at the front desk, and got help picking out the piece of jewelry I wanted. I think they could tell I was nervous, so they made me feel extremely welcomed. After a quick wait, they took my friend and I back to the piercing room.Tony was awesome - made us feel very relaxed and was joking around with us to lighten up the mood. The piercing process itself was quick, fairly painless, and just overall a great experience for my first time.Friendly, professional, clean, and just overall amazing. I will be coming back for many more piercings :)

I went pretty last minute as a walk-in looking for some high quality jewelry that isnt sold at most tattoo shops from a local shop.Primitive Accents was the PERFECT one-stop shop for ALL my piercing needs. I was able to switch out 3 piercings and they adjusted another for me. The female who changed my piercing was so sweet and friendly! The other male employee even threw in the bottle of Neil Med piercing after-care I was buying for free!Ive definitely found my new favorite piercing shop in Vegas and wont be going anywhere else. Brought my teenager to get both ears pierced. Paid $174, including tax and tip. Very happy with the results. Clean environment, they sterilized the tools and earnings and wore gloves. The lady at the front was very welcoming, friendly and answered all of my kids questions. Piercer was quick and explained the process to my kid. Overall great place.PS- if you are bringing your kid make sure you bring their birth certificate (or a copy, I had a copy on my phone), their school ID and parent ID.

I did my research before getting my nose pierced this time—had it done twice at different places years ago but didn’t like the end result. I can honestly say this is the best piercing shop in Las Vegas. They’re clean, experienced and friendly. Tony did my piercing; he’s hilarious 😂 and Stephanie was super helpful providing the aftercare instructions. I’ll be back for more. Recommended!!

Sarah and Stephanie were so kind to my 13 year old who wanted her ears pierced for the first time. My daughter ended up not getting it done cause of her nerves but Sarah spent a lot of time just talking to her and I appreciate it. Tony and Stephanie are absolutely amazing people. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome. They are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic.I have a major needle phobia and low pain tolerance and tony was exceptional in making me feel safe and comfortable during the whole process. I gave gotten 2 of my 9 piercings from the. And plan to do many many more. And Tony has changed out quite a few pieces of jewelry I got done elsewhere with no issues! Tony has 23 years of experience piercing and you can tell that everytime you walk into his studio, and he has so many great stories to tell, as well as a great sense of humor that will have you laughing!Stephanie is so great to talk to. She answers any questions you have and has alot of greatstories of her own to tell as well. Shes charming, charismatic and has a great energy about her that makes you feel so welcome in her store.The pricing is fair, the quality of jewelry is top notch. I’ve been going to Tony since he was still at he was at a previous shop based on another piercers recommendation and he’s absolutely the best! He sells only the best quality jewelry and is always such a pleasure to go to. I always recommend that my friends and people who ask me about my body modifications go to him! I used to get extra cards from him and hand them out to everyone just because of how painless and easy the process is with Tony and any of the piercers he has at his shop.

Went in for a navel piercing and the entire experience was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and directed towards the jewelry choices. I was told the price upfront which included the piercing, jewelry, and aftercare product! Super friendly atmosphere and my piercer Tanner made the entire piercing process rather swift and comfortable. Definitely recommend coming here for any of your piercings!

Did my daughters cartilage. Cool people with a family vibe. So its a few step above the nasty piercing shops. 2 days and she wasnt even sore anymore.

Called today about getting my daughters nose pierced. Stephanie answered all my questions and we headed over. Ended up getting mine and my oldest daughters nose jewelry replaced and my youngest daughters nose pierced for her Bday. Tony was friendly, explained things to my daughter and they both went over aftercare with all of us. Very professional, clean shop, large selection of jewelry and friendly owners. Could not have asked for or imagined a better experience for my daughter on her 13th birthday. She has been asking for a second hole in her ear lobe for many years, and I told her that she could do it on her 13th birthday. The owners of Primitive Accents body piercings were fantastic with her. First off I want to say that this was hands down THE BEST experience that I have ever had getting a piercing/tattoo, and I have a lot!I’m visiting from out of town for my birthday and found Last Chance Tattoo on google when searching for somewhere to get a helix piercing. Unfortunately when I arrived I discovered that google gave me incorrect info and that they no longer do piercings. Thankfully one of the guys who works there was nice enough to refer me to Tony who was the former piercer there when they did provide the service. He said that the shop was not far from where we were so I decided to go over and check them out and I’m so glad that I did!Unfortunately Tony was not there but his beautiful wife Stephanie was and not only was she sweet as pie and cute as a button but she was also very professional and extremely knowledgeable and informative! George was there filling in for Tony and he did an Amazing job on my helix piercing, and he also reopened my girlfriends closed earlobe hole for free. I literally could not have asked for a better experience and I will recommend anyone visiting Vegas to go check them out if they’re looking to get a piercing. Got my Tragus and upper ear loop pierced! I love them they are shuper cute. They make sure the area is where you want it:)and for me ,it was painless😌 , because they have experience . $110 for two piercing with jewelry which is amazing.

I walked into Primitive after reading all the awesome reviews about their team. The place is amazingly clean and welcoming. The lady working the front desk was very sweet and answered questions I had about the piercing and healing process. Tony did my VCH and he made the process so quick and easy and didnt even get mad when I kneed him in the head, haha. All in all, this will be my new place for all my piercing needs! A week ago I went and got my Tragus and Helix done by Tony and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Tony is so professional and quick he gets you in fast and out just as fast but still pays attention and takes time with what he’s doing. It is also very clean in there with beautiful jewelry and his wife that works the front is so funny and kind. They’re pricing is also better than anywhere I’ve seen. You pay for the piercing you want and jewelry and if u want another because it’s already set up they only charge u for the jewelry. If you want a piercing this is the place to go!

Tony Snow Pierced both my cartilage and ear lobe almost painlessly. He opened fresh needles in front of me, which was important to me. The jewelry was fairly priced and beautiful. He changed my hood ring for me which looks significantly better than the ring I had in previously. He even helped me out with some wound care spray which has assisted with the healing and pain. He was completely professional and kind. I appreciate him and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend him and this shop.

Got my nose pierced by Tony. First professionally done piercing, but I wont go anywhere else in the future. Tony is an awesome dude, and definitely knows his field. He was quick to offer advice and wasnt just worried about selling his expensive jewelry. During the piercing he explained what he was doing and still held a conversation, which definitely made it more comfortable, would definitely recommend to others.

I want to come back here so bad!!! I need my first piercing by Tony to heal. He was AMAZING! I was a walk-in that brought a friend and he just talked the whole time which made me feel so much more comfortable. I got my right daith pierced, and he explained it to me thoroughly and it surprisingly didn’t hurt and I didn’t even hear it when he did it, although he said people usually do. Such a cute place and such great vibes! I came in looking for jewelry installation for my industrial piercing and my tragus. The lady up front was so cool and helpful in showing me my options. Then they custom fitted the earrings to my ear. I’ve never had an industrial earring that didn’t slide around! The jewelry is beautiful and very high quality :)

Ive been going to Tony since I moved to Vegas 3ish years ago, he swapped my jewelry on my conch and traigus and did one of my upper cartilage piercings and they all look amazing! He did my nipple peircings twice and I had an amazing experience both times! Wont go anywhere else and I have all of my friends go here! Highly recommend, the jewelry is the best I have ever seen in the most amazing quality and the experience of getting an actual piercing has been great every single time.

After reading the reviews on Google, I decided to visit the establishment in hopes of getting and industrial piercing. The shop was clean, organized, and the energy was positive. Crystals and stones everywhere ❤️ Stephanie made sure that we were comfortable and kept us entertained in great conversation. George was the professional piercer and was so upbeat and positive. He made me feel like I knew him. I wasn’t able to get the traditional industrial bar because my ears are so small but George came up with a curved industrial bar piercing. So what could have been a defeat he turned it into positive. George made the piercing so easy, fast, and nearly painless with his technique and skills. I will forever go back to Primitive Accents for all of my piercing needs and so should you. Thank you Stephanie and George

My wife and I will only ever recommend this shop - not that others may not be good, but Stephanie and Tony treat you like family. Theyre very active on social media and have checked in on us when 1) our vehicle was stolen, and shared it around on their page to help us find it again, and 2) when my youngest daughter and I were involved in an accident, and they offered to drop off food and medication for us while we were on bedrest. You are not going to find a shop that goes so above and beyond for their clientele. This is the best piercing/body art business in town imo.Thanks for everything guys.

I LOVE ME SOME TONY!!!!I had been eyeing a septum piercing for over a year, doing research etc. The day before yesterday I decided to go for it. I selected a different tattoo and piercing establishment because they had some good reviews and that is where my co-worker wanted to go. Needless to say my piercing came out horribly (see picture). I call Primitive yesterday and spoke with Tony, I explained my situation, he told me no problem and we set my appointment for the next day. He was so welcoming and very friendly. He looked at the previous piercing told me he could definitely fix it. I was out of the shop in about 15-20 minutes top. I will be back in about 6 weeks to load up on his jewelry collection.Now that I have found my piercing spot I will happily recommend to anyone looking to get pierced GO TO PRIMITIVE ACCENTS.

I went here a few days ago at the reccomendation of some of the employees at Cash4Chaos to get my bridge pierced.They were VERY professional. They have all sorts of jewelry to choose from as well with different types of metals. They actually check peoples anatomy to make sure the piercing will heal right (which many piercers wont)I also appreciate that they do walk ins since so many piercers are so hard to get appointments with.Theyre super friendly here too its very easy to feel put at ease.

I Took my daughter here to get an industrial piercing and Tony was amazing and helpful. He took the time to talk her out of a piercing that would not have been flattering and helped her come up with something better. He was knowledgeable and professional but also fun and lighthearted. We will definitely back for all of our future piercing needs!

I’m sad I didn’t get all my piercings here. I’m having problems with some of mine so I came here for new jewelry. They were so sweet and extremely helpful. This is a family owned business with tons of knowledge. They had a HUGE jewelry selection. I can’t wait to come here for my next piercings.

Got a few piercings done there today and I wont go anywhere else now. They were very professional but also just so helpful and nice. Brought my little girl with me and they were so nice with her even gave her some snacks cause there was a little wait. Super clean place they sterilize all the jewelry in an autoclave before they pierce you with it.

Today I got a piercing from Tony and it was amazing! Super clean equipment/clean area, also they were very accommodating and answered every question I had. Got my ear lobes pierced again after a horrible incident with Claire’s. Also decided on getting another conch and one helix piercing. All I can say is that my ears look so good!!!❤️ Tony really is as good as everyone says he is! This place actually cares about you and not what you’re paying. There is a reason Tony has such great reviews, he is quick, professional and very knowledgeable. I was here from out of town looking to get my ears pierced. Fortunately for me because of covid restrictions I was able to walk in and get them done quickly. If there was ever anything I wanted done again, I would wait until we were back in Vegas. Tony is amazing. I’m a 43 y/o man and went with my 21 y/o daughter for nose piercings. She had me convinced we were in it together, right up until we got to get piercing shop then she was like, yeah, no, I was never gonna do it. lol. I was all in so I let Tony pierce both nostrils. A hoop and a stud. I love it. At first I was a bit intimidated by him but he went to work, I hardly noticed a thing and I love both of my piercings. Since then my daughter got her ears pierced by Tony and her fiancé just custom ordered some earrings to get pierced by Tony while I was coming back through Vegas and decided to get me ears pierced. There’s nobody else that’ll ever pierced me. And if your a parent of a teen, Primitive Accents is where you go. On one hand you can custom order ANYTHING your teen wants, on the other hand, Tony seems like he’d talk’em out of bad ideas. He’s not gonna just take your money to put metal in your kids face. He cares about piercing and can be trusted as an honest piercer.

So I found this place on a whim. I was still feeling bitter over my last couple purchases at these other piercing shops in town. The place is clean yo and the chick in front was cool as hell. I guess she is the wife of the owner. Lots of dope jewelry . Hands down the best I seen in town !The piercer Tony was funny af and by far the fastest slickest dude to ever touch me. My nose and cartilage piercing didnt even hurt. This is now the only place Ill be spending my money at ! Holler at these people if you need anything !!

I went in to find a new piece for my septum and was helped by Chris. He was incredibly nice, super chill demeanor, answered all of my dumb questions really kindly and patiently. He was very helpful, quick and efficient. Actually kinda bummed I didnt initially get pierced here! But Ill definitely be back for more. They have a large selection of jewelry to choose from which is super valuable! I went to another shop on Sahara that had a really disappointing selection and didnt know what to expect when I came here but soo happy I gave it a try! Chris also makes his own jewelry and has some really pretty pieces. Looking forward to going back!

Got my nose pierced by Tony back in December. It was quick and easy, and not painful at all. Also he explained how to take care of my piercing thoroughly. Recently went back to change my stud and had another wonderful experience! Thanks Tony, will be back in a few months :)

This place is awesome! I was in the area and called ahead and spoke to Tony to ask if they take walk ins and they do!! When I came in later I was informed I couldnt get any nose piercings because of Covid (which I figured, I just had to check) so I added 2 piercings to my ears instead he did an awesome job! He takes the time to make sure each piercing is perfectly placed, & Im so excited to be come back as soon as I can to get my septum done.

Tanner took the time to adjust my piercing placement, and everyone took the time to teach and were very patient. Overall, a positive experience and I would definitely go here again!

Primitive Accents is the best place to go to in Las Vegas for piercings.The owner is super chill yet professional and makes getting pierced feel like a breeze.I went in to get my cheeks pierced about a month ago and am IN LOVE with the placement and jewelry of my piercings.My cheeks healed quickly with no infections or hassle.10/10 recommend and totally going back in for a new piercing ASAP!

You have *no* idea how phenomenal Tony is. He pierced me without warning. We were chatting & suddenly I had been poked. He is emotionally intuitive, he knew a countdown would make me tense and scared, so he distracted me. His jewelry selection is gorgeous, and his demeanor relaxed and happy.

I took my daughter for her 17th birthday to get her industrial pierced thats the top part of your earlobe from front to back. Its a family owned business with husband and wife and all they do is piercings and they are now my go to shop next time my daughters ready for another. Went to Primitive and had a four ear lobe pierced and got my tongue pierced too. I was nervous about doing my tongue but Tony made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. Didn’t hurt as I thought it would and almost two weeks later everything feels fine and normal.

Went to the place and there was no sign saying they were closed or anything, not even google said they were closed. The women at the front looked at me and my mom with attitude and looked at us stupid, she didnt come outside to tell us if they were closed or anything, just looked at us. Really unprofessional and disrespectful.

Nose piercing placement was perfect, painless and gave me a professional and personalized opinion on re-piercing. Quality stud was also used and was not the usual L-stud that piercers use that easily fall out.
