Great service. My daughter got her ears pierced, and they were very careful and made sure everything they used was sterile. I couldnt get her ears to heal after she had it done at Claires. Now, it has healed perfectly fine having it pierced here. 😃 Thank you. We will be back. #happygirl

Fantastic place! The owner herself did my tattoo, and I couldnt have been happier! 😊 The shop minimum is $100, but honestly you get what you pay for! If youre considering getting any work done, I highly recommend checking this place out!

My uncle and I both got walk ins from Evelin. From the start she was super nice and was welcoming. She quickly created a tattoo for me based on a reference photo, and it came out even better than I expected. I’m from out of state (Oregon) and I’d love to come back to get more work done by her.

Came here randomly after I got my alcohol awareness card (which is conveniently next door). I met Sami and she tattooed a long overdue Army tattoo I should have gotten back in 2006 when I enlisted. I am beyond pleased. I will be back for more!

This place was great. The vibes were awesome and the owner gave us free shirts for coming for our first time. The tattoos look good. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we went in looking for matching tattoos and they are not exactly matching. At this shop they rotate their artists . So if you want matching tattoos, your artists will be different for them. In other words, they will not match perfect. When people see our tattoos they ask why they are so different and why mine looks so dull In comparison to his. It’s embarrassing and makes me so sad I come to tears. I would not recommend getting a matching tattoo here, but the tattoos themselves are great

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Frankie. I went in to talk to him about a different tattoo idea and then I wanted to get something that day, so they have this machine and you put a quarter in and you tattoo whatever you get. And he really brought the stencils to life and he’s so nice and a great tattoo artist.

Got the first pic done on friday the 13th by Zach!! We both agreed that the pink was not cutting it so went back today and made the second picture happen!! Thanks so much Zach for your amazing work!! you know i will be back to see you for my next tattoo!!

I brought Ida, a sweet older lady I care for, in to have her ears repierced. She had them pierced for her bday badly...too low not even...She needed them fixed & Sammie was fantastic! She was so sweet with Ida & made her feel very relaxed. She explained everything she was doing every step of the way & made sure they were being placed exactly where she wanted. Ida was very very happy & said Im so glad we went to this place. Shes not very big on compliments either so...Thank you Sammie! 💜

Sami is amazing!! I have been following her from another shop thats how damn good she is. Professional and her after care follow up is something I havent experienced before her work is phenomenal! Me and family only go to her for all our piercings. Oh let me not forget to mention she did a tattoo for me as well. I highly recommend her!

First off, phone was answered very quickly and the person answering had a great phone etiquette! Thats rare these days! Got appointment same day, was educated on piercing and piercer was super nice, clean and pierced very professioally. Truly great experience!

Got both sides of my nose pierced here by Adrian be was coolAs heck best piercer made me so comfortable to the point I actually did both sides same visit he’s patient not pushy very good vibes the way my anxiety starts before an tattoo or piercing he was perfect to ease will be back for any other piercings I want Adrian n that’s it lolll !

I just moved go Vegas recently. Already have fair share of tattoos. This was first one here though. Sami did the work and was excellent. The vibe was great, friendly people, and most importantly very good work as well. Highly recommended to get your next tat here!

Legit tattoo studio in Vegas. I was visiting with my son and we wanted to commemorate our trip with a couple of tats. I was shocked to see the prices on the strip and was very fortunate enough to get a recommendation from a friend to book at Heart of Thieves. They did an amazing job, got us in earlier than scheduled, and didn’t rip us off. I highly recommend this joint and I will most definitely be back.

Had my daughters septum pierced here. Super awesome vibe. Sami is amazing and answered all of my daughters follow up questions. Everyones work is amazing. The talent here is unbeatable. Will most def be going back for my tattoo.

I dont typically do reviews but this really bothers me. I came in here about a year ago now due to all the positive comments about their piercer. I feel like based on the comments of how wonderful Adrian was, it couldnt have been him. This guy was all over the place and didnt seem too fond of educating me and my friend about our piercings. He asked us multiple times what we were getting pierced when we had already told him. Also had to retell him about which color we wanted the metal to be. Multiple times. Was like he wasnt even listening. Anyways, I got my daith pierced and he had put in a little pink heart. Was cute until it twisted so the top of the heart (opening part) was in my piercing. I did a little research and you shouldnt be putting a heart ring into daith piercings! Its cute but not safe. Especially for the piece of jewelry getting pierced with. I went somewhere else to see if I could get it dislodged and the piercer seemed horrified that someone had actually put this ring into my daith. He cared about being able to salvage it and helped me change it out. Oh, and my friend that I went with got her tongue pierced and two days later it just popped our. So. 2 stars is being way too generous.

Very clean. Great atmosphere. Everyone is always polite. And my tattoo artist (apprentice) Erin Morris does great work. Very light handed. She gives you all her attention. Great conversationalist. And she definitely listens. Cant wait to go back.

I took my daughter in yesterday for her 15th birthday present. Sam did her nose piercing and she was super cool with us. Sam walked her through every step and followed up with all the after care instructions. I appreciate that she was thorough in requiring identification being that my daughter is a minor. Sam was helpful and made herself available to communicate after the piercing was done for any questions we may have. I enjoyed the vibe in the shop and will definitely be returning for some artwork in the future!

This was my second time visiting, as the first time Adrian (piercer) was not in the shop. The individual who helped me the first time was super helpful which is what brought me back. I only got my jewelry switched out by Adrian, but would come back to get a piercing. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piercing in a clean environment with good people.

Really good shop! I went to Frankie for a piece, we had communicated over email before we set up a consultation. He is an amazing artist, I have him an idea and he gave me a piece of art. His prices are beyond reasonable for the work done. He’s also gentle (for, yknow digging a needle into your body) which as a big baby I really appreciated. He was also focused and didn’t waste my time.Would definitely go back to him for another piece!

Great people. Great place. Very clean and organized. Overall positive experience. I took my daughter in to get her industrial pierced and I liked the fact they follow the rules and I had to prove her age of 14 with the proper paperwork. (Nevada health department rules) they also had a really good deal 3 piercings for $100. So I ended up getting my rook done as well. Will be back.

They are so awesome! Theyre very welcoming and the piercer cares about you, he tells you what you need to know before and after. He makes sure you know that if anything is wrong with your piercing or if you dont like it you can come in and get it fixed for free or if your jewelry breaks you can come in and get a free replacement. They are just wonderful. So if youre going to get a piercing I highly recommend Michael!! Hes fantastic and makes you feel comfortable and welcome!! Great experience, will go to them only from now on!

I went in yesterday for a septum piercing and must I say I was pysched out mainly because my pain tolerance is low and I am a wuss. I am very familiar with the shop and the owner as he is my personal tattoo artist, but it was my first encounter with the piercer. Her name is Danielle and she was very sweet from the get go. She walked me through the entire piercing and even suggested a better metal material to prevent any type of infections as it is a sensitve area. Danielle was very professional and quick throughout the entire process. She was very efficient and not to mention it was the least painful piercing I have ever received. I am extremely happy with the end result and I am glad I came here instead of anywhere else. Everyone at this location is super courteous and professional. They have a great team of experts who are highly qualified for each of their field. Whether it comes to piercings or tattoos. From high quality products to a very well cleaned and organized store. This is my go to place for all my piercings. Adrian is such a vibe. He’s kind, funny and professional. I’ll never go anywhere else again after my awesome experiences getting 3 piercings here. I even brought my 16 yo sister here to see him for her septum piercing (with our mom obviously for legal reasons) he made her laugh and distracted her when she was very nervous. The place is clean and has good client service. If you’re debating on coming here or not just do it, you won’t regret it !! Thanks Adrian for being who you are.

Fantastic. I took my daughter came in to get her ears pierced on her 11th birthday. She is an intense and talkative girl, but Adrian was so patient with her. She hardly felt the piercings at all! The place is very clean and professional, and frankly I wish my doctors office was as well kept. I am pleased, and my daughter is delighted.

I got my first tattoo done by Frankie almost two weeks ago and I am so happy with it! My best friend and I got matching tattoos of the Deathly Hallows on our ankles. We were walk-ins, so I called to confirm availability and the shop accommodated us after asking about the sizing, general design, and locations of our desired tattoos.On arrival, my first impression was that the shop was clean and had a professional atmosphere. Frankie was at the front desk, kindly greeted us, and we got the ball rolling. (I knew we were going to get along great once I saw his Naruto tattoos — his station was also fandom-ridden, so we felt right at home.) Frankie was honest with his recommendations regarding sizing and details and very fair with pricing. Shop minimum is $80 and there is a small surcharge if you use a credit card, so I recommend bringing cash.Working in a hospital, I appreciated Frankie’s attention to sterility and cleanliness before starting. He was meticulous about his stencil placement and also asked us both to judge the other’s alignment. It took less than ten minutes for each of us. There was a sensitive spot or two, but it didn’t hurt nearly as much as I expected it to. It also helped that we were having fun small talk. We were given verbal and printed after-care instructions and that was it!I’ve gotten compliments on the placement and line work since. Our tattoos barely turned red and the recovery has been very smooth. I had a great first experience and highly recommend Frankie and Skin Factory Tattoo & Body Piercing.

It went great, hurt but non the less Great. I got my Upper ear lobes pierced and has I said it hurt badly but the lady, Danielle I think, was super nice about it. She also had some really cool piercings herself, sadly when I asked on here they said it should be about $40 however it actually came to $90. Maybe it was the earrings I got but I didn’t think it’d be that much. However great experience non the less.

Just got a tattoo with Vivian and have gotten multiple tattoos with Zach. Everyone is great, talented, and honest. Its great getting work done here, and theres many more to come!

I had a great first tattoo experience by the owner of Skin Factory, Eddy.Eddy and his staff are all very friendly and professional. The shop is very clean as well.I got a script piece done on my ribs and I love it so much. The lines are clean and sharp, it healed wonderfully.I highly recommend the Skin Factory for your first or next tattoo, as they have a variety of artists specializing in all or specific styles and you are likely to leave only extremely satisfied!

Got tattooed by Mr.Zombii. super cool dude! His work is really great and he was really fast! I picked something I loved from his flash, but he told me about a gumball machine that he made which is pay a fee and you get what you get from the machine! How cool is that? He is very responsive to emails..and the shop is so clean and has an open feeling..not dark and musty/cluttered like other tattoo shops Ive been in 🙊I 100% recommend to anyone that tells me to theyre heading to vegas to check his work out! The other people in the shop seemed really great as well!!

My mom and I got tattooed by Frankie yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. This was my second professionally done tattoo and it was something Ive been wanting this specific design for awhile. Im in love with it (a little fuzzy bee and lavender. The shading and blending is really really pretty and Frankie added some gorgeous highlights and little white dots to the bee and I honestly couldnt be happier with how it turned out.He was a little hesitant to do my moms tattoo without an outline in fear that it wouldnt really show like she wanted it to , but after a little persuading he carried out her request so beautifully (even though she was being a baby the whole time)The shop itself was really clean and welcoming and Frankie took really good care to clean and sanatize his work space . Id definitely go back to get more tattoos here !!

I met Zach at the other SF location last year for a Friday the 13th tattoo. Since then I have gotten 5 additional tattoos and have more planned. He is the nicest artist I have ever met. I get nervous when getting tattoos since I have gotten a few bad ones form other shops. He lets me ramble and listens to my concerns. Even people who dont like tattoos can not help but love his work. I just took my sister to get a tattoo by him last weekend and she is in love too. I cant wait to get more tattoos from him and will definitely travel back to Vegas for any additional ones. I will never go to another artist.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! The Skin Factory is the only place to go in Las Vegas!I called the Skin Factory yesterday to see about getting my industrial done. After wanting it for 3 years, I finally just had to have it. And damn it, Id do it all over again!!!The guy who did my piercing was fantastic! (I am so sorry I forgot your name, you were just so amazing! You know who you are! Ill never forget your face!! I came in at 7:00PM the night of the 28 October 2015.) Anyways, I was so scared of getting this piercing because I thought it was going to hurt like hell. But this guy seriously kept me so relaxed and he just talked to my boyfriend and I like wed been best friends for years. Loved it! I absolutely love the angle of this piercing and to tell you the truth, it feels so good! I thought Id swell like a mofo, but its so minimal. Thank you so much for such a great experience and for keeping me sane through this process. YOU (knowing who you are) are the reason I had so much fun! Completely and totally off the chain!!!!!! Eddie opened the shop 2 HOURS EARLY for me! Im from out of town and asked some locals about shops. They both raved about this shop! I called and poof, I got in! I was treated with respect and he listened to what I was wanting to get. He offered ideas and then both of us came up with something better than what was originally intended. Eddie is very personable. I will definitely pass his name around to anyone I know whos looking to get a tattoo in Las Vegas.

My wife got a really sick snake tattoo done by Zach so I had to immediately book an appointment with him. Initially I didn’t know what I wanted to get to finish up my left sleeve so Zach helped me out and gave me some great ideas. I ended up getting a Japanese koi fish and I love it. Tattoo artist Austin is great but the pink haired girl at the front desk is all kinds of rude and acts like all the customers either on the phone or in person are not worth her time to bother answering any questions. She actually turned away several people to other tattoo shops.

Samm always does a great job. So far, shes done my septum, medusa, and nipple. Everything Ive gotten from her has healed fast and seamlessly, and theyre all straight as an arrow. Not to mention shes super calming and happy to be around. Ive definitely found my piercer.

Jennifer is amazing. She is very talented at what she does, she has the ability to give you exactly what you are thinking of getting. She is a wonderful artist and the most pleasant person to be tattooed by. I highly recommend her, you wont be disappointed!

Wow. Went there after being quoted $80 on the phone to put maybe 1” of ink. It was to finish a autograph. Original tattoo done on Fremont street for $100. The tattoo was to connect the original line with the new autograph. No shading, no detail. Wasn’t even 1”of work. The “artist” quoted a “”deal” of $150. Being a local felt like they were being better hustlers than artist. Person who I talked to was a heavyset woman.

I am only 14 and I got my nose pierced!! Samantha the piercer was super nice, she let me pick my nose ring and told me what she was gonna do at all times.!!! I loved her and I 15/10 recommend her!!

Gotten a semi colon and Friday the 13th tattoo at this location. Both Franky and Sam have tattood me, both were wonderful and sweet, and patient with me since I am a big baby. Lovely service all the way around (my 13th tattoo is cloudy cause its still healing and has cream on it)

Had an appointment with an artist who ended up being sick. Person who was going to see us instead claimed that his customer who cancelled showed up. Original artist sent us to second location on Sunset. Staff was not welcoming, we seemed to be bothering them. They would not honor the agreed upon price with original artist. Overall bad aura at this place.

My experience was phenomenal. I cam a lil early and Crystal got right to work. Using every necessary step. She also has really good creativity so If you give her a framework shell fill in the rest with her own magic.

Jennifer Nix has been my artist for every tattoo I have for the last 3 years. She knocks every concept out of the park. If you dont love it, shell keep at it until its exactly how you want it. Her hand is steady, her application is bold, but not digging into you to the point of discomfort, and the finished product has always left me cheesin.

Time to be brutally honest, Frankie did my tattoo on my hand and needless to say the details were not the greatest Ive seen Frankies work I know Frankie can do good work I feel like Frankie just chose not to give his best on this tattoo, went in for a touch-up about 2 months after, I had a rough heal on this one although I have two sleeves and Ive had no healing problems with any of my other tattoos when I went in to get the touch up I kind of got like a whatever vibe from the whole shop and Frankie only used the color black to fix half of what had come out and certain parts that just werent that great there is red color in the rose on my hand he neglected to fill that in and make it brighter since it had faded out Ive seen Frankies work so I know Frankie can do good work on what he chooses I just feel kind of bad because I feel like he didnt care so much on this piece unfortunately when youre the one paying for it you should get what you pay for I put my trust in Frankie because I had seen his work and I was let down, this isnt me trying to bad-mouth anybody this is me giving an honest review of what it was, when you put your trust in an artist and the only thing they touch up are the black areas of a tattoo knowing that if they looked at the rest of the tattoo you could see other parts I needed to be fixed theres one line that isnt even connected when it should be so putting your trust in a professional and getting let down like that is appalling, Frankie did a touch up on my other hand for a piece that I had gotten, he colored it in and did a great job, just had to let that be known, as the customer you shouldnt have to ask the artist to do certain parts of a touch up that clearly need to be done, as the artist they should know and be as professional as possible and know what to touch up in the first place, just remember Im not bad mouthing anybody this is an honest review to help anyone else looking to get work done here, it is what it is, I will go to my regular artist from now onOne more thing, when the piece has a significance to your life such as this one does (time of birth for my first son) and the artist has to curve the minute hand of the watch a tiny bit backwards to make the time the correct time I told him it makes this that much more of a mess up, the minute hand is slightly curved to show the correct time for my sons birth hour and minute

I got two tattoos from here and I love both of them. Each time I went the service was great and I got exactly what I was looking for. I recommend this place if you need a tattoo professionally done.

You want an experiance that is good, fast and long lasting, see Eddie. He has been in Vegas for 25 years. My wife, daughter and myself have had ink done by him and no issues. I had looked these guys up online 2yrs ago - us girls were heading down to Vegas for a girls trip. I knew I was gonna get some ink & searched the area for (what I could see as pictures) for excellent work. Thats when I came arcoss Skin Factory. Crystal (who is awesome) responded to my email (which I had sent along with a picture of what I had in mind) & she said no problem!! I was down there a few months later & LOVED her work. She FREE HAND drew a Peacock feather (which is a dedication to my mom) on my shoulder. I couldnt believe it - best work Ive ever had!! Im heading back in the summer to get another one - you can bet your a** Im going to her again. ;-D

Eddie is ok but Justin I would not let Tattoo my dog. I am tired of every tattoo artist in America thinking there God with ink. Get real. There is over 37,000 Tattoo Shops in America. Most have between 4 to 6 Tattoo Artist per Shop. 185,000 people can not all be the best. Get Real. Try a list like Shawn Conn NY, Jet Di Projetto NY, Aidan Monahan Oakland, Ken from Black Anchor, Brandon Bond Georgia, Oliver Peck Dallas, John Tieken San Diego. That would be a list of Gods who Ink. I call Skin Factory Skin Sham.

Got my nose pierced today by Samm and she was awesome she made me feel so comfortable and she answered all my questions...Ive been to other shops where the staff look at you like your stupid when you ask a question and it was different with Samm I really recommend people to come here to get pierced by her... and what I like is that Samm gives you her number so if you have any problems with your piercing you can hit her up when ever or go back to the shop so she can help you in any way she can...will be going back for sure!!!

I went in to get some piercings and Sam was amazing...She talked me thru each one and made me laugh...She totally made me feel completely comfortable and I highly recommend her...

Got my nose pierced at this location they told me it was going to be 65$ turned out to be a 100$ thats was a rip off completely Adrian owe me money I had to change my review after I found out the real price
