Omg, everybody here is so nice. I got my facial done by Christina today and she’s always so friendly and informative. She always puts me at ease whether a facial or for my Brazilian and legs. And then Devin at the front was super thoughtful and answered all of my questions. She didn’t pressure me into buying anything but she did tell me what my options are. I will for sure keep coming back. Everybody is so lovely here.

SO FAR SO GOOD.I did my first session today, the receptionists were super friendly and welcoming and the doctor(or the person admistering the treatment) was super friendly and considerate. I went in for Brazilian and underarms so I was a bit nervous about being totally exposed so she used a small towel for coverage. The treatment itself was pretty painless; I would describe as microscopic needles at most. Scale of 1-10, it was a 1.

Not only are the services offered fantastic great, but the staff is AMAZING! They are so welcoming, friendly, and informative and provide you a range of options for your needs. I have been going for hair removal and Botox and the results have been nothing short of amazing. They also offer many other services that I am looking into due to the high quality of service and results the Summerlin location provides. 10/10 would recommend!

Just finished my clear and brilliant treatments and can absolutely say I see a complete difference! My face is brighter and much more clear after having remnants of acne scarring. Jamie was amazing and made my treatment sessions much more enjoyable filled with great conversation!

Today was my first time receiving any kind of laser treatment. The front desk ladies are so kind and welcoming, honorable mention for Miss Rabecca always having the nicest conversations with me! I went to get my laser hair removal done with Jamie and she made the experience very peaceful and comfortable. I explained to her I can get anxiety going to the dentist and things like that so I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect. She reassured me that she too at times can get nervous for procedures and I wouldn’t feel anything more than a prick or sting. She talked me through the whole thing and I was in and out within 30 minutes. No pain during or after!

Everyone at this location is so personal and nice. Rebekka at the front desk got me a great package for more Clear and Brilliant treatments. Jaime, my nurse was super friendly and gave me helpful information on my post treatment instructions. The Clear and Brilliant facials have totally helped to tighten my face and soften my winkles.

I have been to other places in the past and not only do the treatments I have had here take less time, but they hurt way less and have much better results! You can tell it in the staff too. They believe in the product and their confidence and expertise works wonders! Strongly recommend trying them out!

From the beginning making the appointment customer service was friendly and informative. Any question I had was answered and anxiety I felt was put to ease. The instructions post and pre care are easy to follow for hair removal. The procedure to having the hair removal was explained and nurse was professional and made me feel comfortable. Im glad I made the decision to have this done with the right people.

I just had my 7th treatment with nurse Jamie, she is the absolute best and makes me feel very comfortable while receiving a ‘not so comfortable procedure’ definitely recommend, I’m practically hairless! Makes summer so much easier! Love my results! Thank you Jamie!

Christina is amazing. I was apprehensive about having my lips done because they usually always seem to either be lopsided or too big on women but she did mine and my follow up and literally she has an eye for her work.I am so excited about my lips and highly recommend her. I had my very first laser hair removal procedure today at the Summerlin location. Samantha was my esthetician. She was very professional and friendly and explained every step to me. It made me feel comfortable since I have never experienced laser hair removal before. It was relatively painless and I look forward to my next treatment in six weeks.

I have been a customer of LaserAway for over 15 years across multiple states and cities and have yet to have a bad experience and my latest visit was no exception. Rebekka at the front couldnt not have been nicer or more helpful. She helped me take advantage of some great specials and get my account in order. My nurse Sam had not treated me before but she was very friendly and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. Sam also was incredibly gentle and did a great job. As usual, I am very happy with the results. Highly recommend LaserAway to anyone looking for a high quality esthetics establishment.

My experience has been exceptional! I’ve done the clear and brilliant and my nurse Christine or I think Christina who was definitely well trained gave me the results I wanted! Service is exceptional as well! If it weren’t for the concierge Rebekka, at the Summerlin location, inviting persona I would have left the place because I was nervous about my treatments and she made feel at ease. OH EM GEE!First time getting Xeomin here in Las Vegas since moving here two years ago, and Im so glad I had my first experience at LaserAway in Summerlin off Charleston! From the moment I walked in the door (which they opened for me hehe) I was greeted with kindness, great energy, information on the procedure I was getting and answers to every question I asked. My LaswerAway team was Marie, who injected the Xeomin (so fast and efficient), with concierges, Rebekka and Shannon. I was in and out of there in about 20-30 minutes. Ive been attending this laser away location for over a year with no issues until recently. Last week, I got laser hair removal with a new practitioner and she burned part of my upper lip with the laser. A scab formed and has now left a dark mark. I called laser away and let them know but no one has reached out to me to apologize and its been over a week. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location and the lack of attentiveness and professionalism with a returning customer is disappointing. Months ago I was burned by a laser in my underarm area and that is still in the process of healing. I should have learned my lesson the first time but I thought it was a fluke because I had no issues prior to that. However, now I will never return to this location again. I just spent money on a $2000 package with laser away so I now have to deal with laser away until all the treatments are used. I have started telling my friends and family about my horrible experiences at Laser Away (one friend told me she wont spend any more money there). Please beware of Laser Away. There are may other places who offer the same services (probably at better prices) than Laser Away that are professional and dont damage your skin.

If i could give 10 stars i would. From start to finish with lazer away ive been blown away with service , and level of vip service i get here. Id rather spend the money i spend here and not have to worry about things not done correctly. Its on point and perfect eveytime!!!! Christina technician was ans is incredible! Shout out to Rebeka and Shannon for being some of the most incredible concierges around. All my questions are always answered 99.9% of the time its a yes, and Ive never been to accompany where people bend over backwards to make sure youre happy and communicated the whole way from start to finish if youre looking for a place to get any cosmetic work No matter what it is, I would highly recommend you to Laser Away and stop searching now. In the Landscape of the city with so many different Places to do these types of services one trip to Laser Away will change your life. Everything about this place is exceptional. It starts with the front desk staff. I’d like to mention Matty and Rebecca in particular. They are warm and welcoming. The immediately make you feel comfortable. They are patient in explaining all the different services that are offered and you never feel rushed. Every person I came across is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer as many questions or concerns that you have. The nurse, who did my procedure was Julie. She is also very warm and immediately made me feel very comfortable and addressed any questions that I had. coming to this place has been one of the best new year resolutions!

I had my clear and brilliant done by Jaime. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything she was doing and went over after care as well. This is my second time having my lasering done by her and she is awesome! The procedure itself was painless, quick, and I was out of the office in about 30 minutes after numbing :)Overall happy with my results as my dark spots and hyperpigmentation has really improved :)

I have been to this place 3 times and I have been absolutely satisfied and happy with it. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming. I had Julie as my nurse and she was fantastic. She’s super sweet and helpful during my entire visit and on time. They are very quick and got me in. Even when I had to change my appointment time, they are so helpful. The last, this is a tip free clinic so you don’t need to worry about how much you should give to your nurse, which is a relief for me.

This place is the biggest scam. If you purchase a package, you will be up sold each and every time you go in for a treatment. I’ve had over 10 clear and brilliants which they swore would help my skin issues, but every time I go in, they push another “new” treatment on me that will supposedly help more. It’s disheartening to spend a lump sum of money on a treatment only to continue to be told you have to spend more and more to see any results. The nurses are super pushy about it even after you politely decline numerous times.Today I cancelled due to a unsafe weather advisory and they rescheduled me with no issues. Then, hours later I get a vm stating I am being charged $50 for my no call no show. I have since called and spoken to 5 different people; still with no resolve. The internal communication is awful. Even the manager spoke over me, was dismissive and could do nothing to help. She literally told me to call corporate and gave me the number that we were currently talking on. Supposedly corporate is going to call me, but given the poor communication I’ve seen internally, I highly doubt they will follow through or do anything to make this right.

Yesterday I did my second appointment here and still I am absolutely in love with results I’m seeing . And the healing has been so fast ! The appointment is quick and pain free ! Everytime I go in there the women are just so welcoming and nice to me . They ask you if you want a drink or anything while you wait . They also answered my questions about my skin care routine and recommended ways to help my skin ! I’m super excited for my next appointment!!!

This was my first treatment with LaserAway and the staff was absolutely lovely! Rebekka was super informative about all the treatments available and what would be best suited for my skin goals. My treatment nurse Julie was phenomenal, she was comforting and supportive throughout the whole procedure. All in all, a very positive experience!

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They are all so very welcoming and sweet! I have gone through 8 sessions of laser hair removal and I started seeing results after the very first one, and trust me I had some thick patches of hair I never thought I wouldn’t have to worry about again. I have had Mary, Julie and Rubie take care of me throughout my hair removal journey and they have all been such a pleasure to have. Each amazing in their own way, but all were very gentle and made sure to describe what they were doing and what I would feel every step of the way. To me, the pain was almost nonexistent the first 6 treatments. On my 7th I reached the highest strength level for the laser and while the pain was now noticeable, still not that bad. Redness only occurring once I hit highest level and even then it had only lasted into the night and gone by next morning. I am already so happy and I still have 2 more treatments to go. My last appointment I was convinced to sign up for their 6 treatments of clear and brilliance and today will be my first treatment. I am very excited, a little nervous, but knowing this staff I already know I am in the best hands! Thank you guys at LaserAway Summerlin!!

I purchased laser hair removal for various areas, the package comes with 8 treatments. I kept telling the person doing my treatments I dont see much change at all. They kept telling me each time well everyones hair is different and may take time or more sessions. So at the end of my sessions I still fell very unhappy with the results but I fell for what they were telling me and purchased 3 more sessions. After those sessions I am still pretty unhappy I have spent thousands of dollars and nothing has changed in a significant way. I informed them of how unhappy I was, they said come back in 6 weeks and we will evaluate the hair growth. So I did, they took pictures and person evaluating me said that it looks like they used different settings on my last 3 sessions then the prior 8. She said someone would call me in a week or 2. No one did. I called them after 4 weeks and the guy who talked to me basically have the same thing, well all hair is different and sometimes some people need more sessions then others I tried to inform him I still have hair growth in all the areas I was supposed to have laser hair removal and he said well you can buy more sessions and grudgingly said we will give you one session on us and we will email you the information. First off I would never spend any more money at this company, second they NEVER emailed me with promised free session. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It is a bit expensive, but they make it worth every penny. From the moment you walk in your greeted with 2 beautiful smiles from Gigi and Joy. They make sure you feel welcome and get you setup quick to get you on with your day. If you need some attention they will strike up a good conversation to help you forget how much you spent. These 2 ladies have always made the experience worth it. Not to mention the quality staff of the nurses.They are so welcoming and make sure your comfortable while getting your treatment. Mary is sooooo sweet friendly and patient. Plus she uses the popsicle stick to block your your nostrils from the blower. Knowledgeable an professional. And the ladies in the front are the best. Great staff and def my favorite location! Keep up the good work guys. Julie is the bomb too! Love my treatments with her too. All of the nurses are awesome and do great!! I started hair removal on my face due to PCOS. Crazy good results. Went from shaving daily to once every 3-4 weeks. Even the dark areas from razor burn are completely gone! >>>chef’s kiss!

This was my first time getting a pigment brightening treatment, the front stuff Victoria and Rebekka were extremely friendly and informative about the type of service that they provide and my nurse Mary did a great job on the Procedure, while explaining to me the detail that I need to know. This place is wonderful. The staff is fabulous, and the treatment was fast and surprisingly near painless. It was cold though, but they offer a blanket. The cold air during the laser process was the only thing I found to be uncomfortable. Other than that, there’s not much to fear. Go for it!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have never had such terrible service in my life. This place is only out to get you for your money. I have been placed on a DIRTY bed for treatments, my appointment moved around with no heads up just for them to squeeze other people in, promised phone calls about my terrible results and never called back. You also never get the same technician, some are thorough and others half do it. No one in there cares. I went through the processes with corporate about my results (it looks like I didnt even get the treatments done and Im more than happy to send anyone inquiring about this terrible place pictures of my underarms). The only thing corporate wanted me to do was spend more money on treatments. LOL. I would never recommend this place!!

This is my third treatment and I can’t say enough about this place! Both women at the front are the BEST. Every time I come in they make me feel welcome from start to finish. They are incredibly sweet and love that their so knowledgeable. I don’t get much time to myself since having my old year old & they make me excited to come every 5 weeks. Every girl that I’ve had to do my laser (all 3) were amazing. Not at all have I felt awkward or they not care. Cassie at the front desk was amazing! I had my first ever treatment today and was feeling a bit nervous about it, but her pleasant, welcoming energy really helped put me at ease. The salon is clean with a very professional appearance which also eased my nerves. I even signed up for additional services.

The nurses are very knowledgeable and make sure I understand what they are doing and the entire process. I dont normally post reviews but I have to for this business. I found them online and got a sweet deal on Botox and laser facials for Christmas. Here we are heading into summertime and my skin is looking fabulous!! The front office staff is always pleasant and friendly. They make you feel welcome and answered the tons of questions I had since this was my first time doing something like this. Julie has done my treatments. She has been professional and super patient with all of the worries/questions I have.I definitely recommend this place if you are wanting to feel good about yourself and look amazing at the same time.

I had been considering laser hair removal for a long time and came across LaserAway. I purchased 8 sessions for an underarm hair removal. Today was my first session. Jessica was an absolute gem! She was very sweet during the entire procedure and explained what parts of my underarm would feel more uncomfortable. She also told me that if I needed to take a break she would stop and let me. She went into detail about the after care and told me what would happen if I did not follow those steps, which I think is good because then it really makes you want to follow the steps!Not only was Jessica amazing, but the ladies at the front desk were so incredibly sweet, and chatted with me while I was waiting for Jessica to set up the room for me.I absolutely loved my experience here and cant wait to come back for my next session!

Update: Months later I was finally contacted by the manager of the local spa. She was very nice, and informed me that what I experienced does not reflect their company, and also stated that the employee I interacted with was let go. She tried to talk me into completing the service, but I still felt distrust based on my experience and opted for the full refund, which after a few more weeks I did finally receive. I have upped my star rating, but left it low since I had such a bad experience, it was so difficult to get a refund and I really have no way to know whether this in fact represents their usual practices or not. Take your money elsewhere.I purchased Thermage package that included full face and neck, and then a second Thermage of face below eyes and neck to happen a few months later. When I indicated that I cannot do that, they said the nurse will be out to get you.After going back to begin the procedure one of the sales people entered my treatment room to try to tell me that my package is different than what I purchased. She stated that I purchased a face only, and got a baby area free. I explained that what she was saying was not what I signed up for or spent several thousand dollars on. She continued to try to talk me into the lesser treatments that were not what I purchased. At this point I felt that the whole thing is some sort of scam and requested a full refund before I began any of the treatments. As I waited for them to figure out how to refund me, they offered a free facial for my troubles. Due to this attempt at customer service, I will increase my score once I receive my refund. Yes, I have yet to receive my refund. They state that someone else will contact me to get it all worked out.

They have been reliable in making sure that comfort is a priority when it comes to getting laser hair removal done. Their greeters are delightful and extremely friendly and they listen to every question with an answer each and every time. So much progress has been done to take the hair off my face, neck, and chest that its almost completely gone after 7 sessions! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Did my first session of lower abdominal coolsculpting today. The receptionists were very nice and welcoming! They had very positive energy. The NP who serviced me was also super sweet and made sure to make me feel comfortable. I wasn’t nervous, but she made sure I was okay with everything at all times! This place is a scam. Booked appointments for services they don’t give and then reschedule miles away from where you live. Fraudulent practices. Do not deal with them.

The staff is great! I just had one of my Clear and Brilliant appointments yesterday and my nurse, Ruby was amazing! Ruby explains everything so well and shows a genuine interest in the results you’re looking for!! The rest of the staff are also so very helpful and there to answer any questions….. the customer service is amazing!

I enjoyed everything about my experience at LaserAway! The environment was VERY clean. Efficient. Friendly. Phenomenal. Professional. The girls were very respectful and friendly. I have such a great experience every time. The girls in the front are always so welcoming and friendly. I have a mistake tattoo that I am getting rid of and the Nurse Practitioners that do the laser treatments are fast and efficient. The process really hurts and they are mindful of that. My experience at this location was great! The receptionist, Victoria, is so friendly. The office was cute, clean and social distanced. Lauren is amazing! Lauren took her time during my treatment and made sure I was comfortable. Lauren answered all my questions and helped me with some products for home care during my treatment. The Laseraway face cleanser, moisturizer, sunblock and vitamin C serums are absolutely amazing! After just a few uses my skin already feels so different! I initially had my doubts when I first tried this place, but after my first treatment (arms) I was astonished! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who just wants to get rid of shaving/waxing and plain ole annoying hair on their body. The staff are all amazing and friendly. I love the summerlin location! Also the treatment lasts for over 6 weeks and I have noticed a significant difference with the time it takes for hair to grow back and if it does, it’s very thin. Rebecca, who is the manager of LaserAway on Charleston is fabulous. She follows up she calls you back however I cannot say the same for the district manager or for the corporate office. There isn’t even a way to contact anyone at the corporate office if there is an issue, they send you right to customer service. And they say they have an unconditional 30 day moneyback guarantee. Yes if you want wait three weeks to get your money back, Rebecca was fabulous but they are undergoing a restructuring so they do not allow the stores to refund your money. Remember that everyone they took $3600 of my money and it took me three weeks to get it back and that’s after arguing. About how much money I gave them trying to get a hold of a regional is she hell and then customer service which I know can refund your money or used to be able to now they can’t but the woman told me she would so I waited and waited. Never got it back finally got a hold of the district manager and then it took her a week and I still don’t have all my money back. This is a scam and if you are restructuring and explain that to your customer service desk And let your your store know because so hold onto my money for three weeks without paying the interest is unethical, unlawful and I called less than 24 hours after I made the purchase to get my money back and it took that long. This is absolutely ridiculous so LaserAway executive I own an operate and run six companies and your policies and procedures need to change. You need to address and take care of your customers the way we want to be taken care of not the way you think they should be taken care of and to not have a corporate office where we can speak to someone and when you look up the number it says you have a corporate number but it goes right directly in the customer service. It is ridiculous , and the only reason you don’t want to speak to anyone is because you don’t want to handle the issues. There should always be a corporate phone number and a live person that you can speak to, and I expect to get paid interest on the money of mine that you have kept for three weeks because then the area manager only refunded me half when Rebecca the manager and I told her four times how much I spent and she could look up the receipt in your POS system so you are absolutely the worst company to deal with and I would never refer anyone to you, so fix your internal problems and get me my money back. I still don’t have half of the money that I spent back and they tell me it will take another week to get it back. That is crazy and not legal so if you wanna have someone call me feel free also, I’d like you to know that this has nothing to do with the nurses. The nurses there are absolutely spectacular. Your processes are horrific unethical and you need to fix them.So, it has now been three weeks and they STILL OWE ME $1950. I went at LaserAway for botox. They were very professional, courteous, and welcoming. I felt at home immediately. They offer great services which Ive singup for and looking forwar to seeing results. Hello everyone. It was time and I decided to remove several unwanted tattoos…. Not knowing how or who to go to… simple web search lead me to Laser Away in Las Vegas. Simple picture text of the tattoo and was given a quote within minutes. Electronically sign the required form and i was ready to start this journey. First visit- easy! Very clean treatment facility and the staff was extremely polite. In and Out within an hour.

I just moved to Vegas from Texas and was looking for a new Botox/filler maintenance spot. I found LaserAway and set up a free virtual consultation. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions and suggested options for ALL of my concerns. I got set up with approx $4500 worth of services to cover all of my problem areas. When I arrived, I was immediately set up with numbing and told everything that was going to be done in the order suggested and explained every step. I got Xeomin for the first time instead of Botox, it does sting more than Botox, but results are really quick and so far, after 5 days, I’m loving the results. I also got Voluma in my cheeks to try & lift the jowl area and fill the cheek drop due to aging. The whole process was explained thoroughly every step. This procedure was pretty painless & I definitely asked for numbing because I’ve had it once before. Then I had voluma in my top lip and Xeomin for lip flip. I still have a touch up for voluma in my top lip & to see if I need anything else done for the remaining Voluma. Overall, my nurse Mary was fabulous and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Side note - their numbing cream is LEGIT! I’ve never had lip injections and not felt it at all! Didn’t even use the squeeze ball & they don’t have the vibration tool. I was offered thermage for additional tightening in jaw/jowl area. Great experience and great pricing.

Stay Away.Went in for cool sculpting consultation and approved to schedule the appointment. Paid for session. The morning of the appointment I was advised to show up earlier than time scheduled. Showed up for the procedure and they tell me never-mind, you don’t fit the criteria. Its been 2 weeks and have not been refunded. When I call they advise either the manager is not in or they will take my number for call back.Its a real shame considering place has great reviews. Wasted my time and have not been refunded for non service.

From the moment you walk in the team at Laser Away Summerlin makes you feel so welcome and cared for. The sweet, kind knowledgeable ladies at the front desk answered all my questions and helped me start my laser hair removal process. The nurse practitioners are so amazing. If your modest like me its a bit akward for the bikini and brazilian. The nurses are not phased, and it is very quick and worth it. They explain everything and make you feel totally relaxed the entire time. Im only 2 rounds in and there is an obvious reduction in my treated areas. The pain is minimal and totally worth it. Its not bad at all! Way less painful than waxing.

I decided that it was time to try Botox. I was referred to Laser Away on West Charleston by a friend. I set up an appointment over the phone with Cassie, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I arrived for my appoint I was greeted by Cassie herself and she was super welcoming. I must admit I was a bit nervous because I have never received Botox but Cassie made me feel comfortable. This place did an excellent job with Thermage. The nurse was excellent and friendly. I actually saw results of tighter skin around my jaw and neck immediately after the procedure. My girlfriend Has been coming here for about 7 treatments now. Absolutely stunning results. 3 people to really stand out though is Talina Sarina and Ruby. Everyone is great but these 3 show amazing customer service to my girlfriend and her needs.

Have been doing The clear and brilliant treatment going on my 5th session and my skin looks Amazing🤗 I suffered from Acne scars and to finally see them slowly fade away and see my skin glow 😍🥲.. The staff are always super friendly!!! The place is super clean! Cassie and the other receptionist I forgot her name are the absolute best!!!!! I got laser hair removal and it’s absolutely pain free!! Just some spots will hurt but nothing you can’t handle☺️.

I had Botox at this location. At first, customer service was great. Within 5 minutes of me submitting a request for a consultation, someone got back to me. I purchased 100 units. Pricing was on the higher end, but I figured the work must be great. And it was! However, I only used 50 units for my first appointment. My husband received military orders at the last minute and they were very uncooperative about giving me a refund. The closest Laserway location to our new base is and 8+ hours drive!! I kept getting the run around and being ignored. Every time I did manage to speak to someone, they tried to sell me other services instead of listening to what I want. I finally had someone process my refund, and it wasnt even for 50% of what I originally paid. When I asked questions about how that made sense, the individual simply insulted my intelligence by claiming Its quite simple, I dont see what youre not understanding.... I would stay FAR away. They just want your money and will go to whatever lengths to hold on to it.

I started coming here for tattoo removal and while I visited today I had some questions about laser hair removal. Before I knew it I had all my questions answered and was getting signed up. The ladies make the process and experience so easy and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to seeing them all through my visits!

All the girls work with you on a personal level that fits. And theyre constantly checking on you and on top of things. Love laserAway. By far my best experience. 👌

I completed the underarm and full leg package and ask myself why did I not do this sooner. The ladies are so knowledgeable and welcoming making sure you are comfortable. My face is still in progress but coming along nicely. Just start d my Brazilian and WOW it was s absolutely amazing. Such a good experience!! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and informative! My friend and I decided to get xeomin (similar to botox) for the first time. We were both pretty nervous but Jasmine made the whole experience a breeze! Can’t recommend this location enough!

Ive had 4 of my 10 treatments done for a tattoo removal. Its a very small one on the side of my finger. It is 8 weeks between treatments so it takes a long time to do. I havent really felt like I had gotten, what I can only describe as, a full session during the first 3 times. This last one, however, was PHENOMENAL!!! It felt like she, Jazmine, really used the laser well! I only felt a few laser snaps in the first 3 treatments, but it felt like Jazmine actually lasered the entire tattoo rather than just a few spots. Thank you so much Jazmine, Ill see YOU in 8 weeks!

Laser Away was the first place I found for Tattoo Removal a few years ago. Everybody there goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely comfortable and aware what the procedure entails. Since then Ive added additional treatments over time and couldnt be happier. I love that you can talk to anyone at Laser Away about a treatment, and they will give you an honest answer. I never feel they are trying to up-sell procedures and have even been told alternative courses of action (try this then maybe that). Laser Away is a great choice.

Im sure the services are great. However, I couldnt even get to the point of getting my consultation completed. I live in Las Vegas and was talking to someone in Beverly Hills? Who almost hung up on me because I said thank you. Im still trying to understand how do you assess a tattoo by looking at it through a camera? No, thanks I want someone to actually look at the tattoo that Im trying to remove and physically assess it.

Always so friendly here at this location! And they do every thing they can to make you feel comfortable! Getting laser hair removal can be a bit painful for me so I appreciate their patience and comfort.

My parents come to laser away and for Christmas asked me if I wanted some treatments. I went to the the summerlin location and spoke with Cassie. She was fantastic and I am excited to start my treatments after Christmas at this clinic!

Here at laser away I got face and neck hair removal , I have done 12 of the 13 treatments and have seen pretty poor results , even since my last treatment I still had a horrible time dealing with the hair on my face , I wrote a pretty charged review the first time around but their staff reached out and are working to help me resolve my problems . Wish I had discovered LaserAway years ago. The results are simply amazing and it is a beautiful,peaceful space with very nice, professional staff.

Jessica and Nechelle did my laser treatment this weekend and they were amazing. I had laser once before years ago in Miami, and after my first session I refused to go back because it was painful. At Laser Away I barely felt any pain. They use cold therapy to hide the pain and it works perfectly. I was super anxious going in, but these two ladies made me feel so comfortable and overall I had a fantastic experience. I recommend Laser Away, but especially Jessica and Nechelle 100%!

A business is only as good as the people that represent it day in and day out. The team at LaserAway on Charleston in Las Vegas really go above and beyond to prioritize and preserve the integrity and quality of the customer experience. There was a slight hiccup with my appt today, and the team at this location completely turned it around for me by making it right and a great experience. Its really hard to find such great customer service these days and I am so grateful for how they were able to help me and ensure I left even happier than I could have anticipated. Id give a 6th star to them if I could.
