Serenity Tattoo Removal

I took my husband for his first tattoo removal session. The technician lady informed us it would take five sessions to complete and suggested starting immediately. During the procedure, she mentioned she could see the ink breaking down already. We paid $180 for the session and was told to return in two months. However, after two months, there were no visible changes. We wont be returning.

Unless you want to waste your time and gas money, go elsewhere. The first appointment I scheduled online a few days prior and when I arrived, the shop was closed. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for Rebecca to arrive and open the shop. She did the consultation and a same day tattoo removal session. However, because she ran late and squeezed me in, it ran into someone else’s appointment time. That was the second red flag. After Rebecca finished my appointment, she scheduled me to return for a second session a few months later. The day of my second session came and I called an hour prior/left voicemail to confirm since I had not received a notification email or reminder. However, Rebecca had personally scheduled it prior to me leaving so I arrived to the shop and it was CLOSED once again. I called/left voicemail to inform them that I was outside and no one ever returned my call or showed up. I don’t like leaving negative reviews ..however, I wasted 1.5 hours of my day commuting there and waiting for someone to show. I do NOT recommend this business because they don’t seem to take their clients time into consideration, nor do they follow their schedule. Not sure how they’re still in business

Not happy! I paid $185 to remove a tattoo 2021. I done a total of 5 sessions. Total amount of $925. The tattoo was not removed.I do not know about the age of the equipment. I had to hold the tube that blew cold air as Steve used another machine to remove the tattoo.When the procedure was over, It was red & swollen.On my 3rd session - I should have stopped, I thought I would give it another try. I never had a tattoo removed before.When I discussed it to Rebecca, about my thoughts & feelings of disappointment , she gave me a free session.Which didnt help. My skin got red & infected. I called to let her know : she did apologize. She tried to say that was normal. (Not normal due to pus) I went to a Dr. Got antibiotics.Yet tried to get me to schedule another appointment!! I said ; No. Im done with all your lies.I made a mistake getting this tattoo when I was 20. Now Im 50, I wanted a clean fresh start on my new life. This place was supposed to help me : instead they gave me false hope & major depression.My skin is now damaged. I will need to see a skin specialist.Do not go to Serenity Tattoo Removal.Its just a money pit. Stay away from this place.Steve & Rebecca should be ashamed of themselves.

14 years ago, I thought I would be stuck with one of the worst decisions of my life! Ive seen too many horrifying tattoo removals gone terribly wrong leaving people with disfiguring scars. I was terrified to attempt it. Then I found Serenity Tattoo Removal. Steve does free consultations. He tells you up front how many sessions it will take and what it will cost. If it takes more sessions than what he quoted, those extra sessions are free. He also has a great military discount. Hell completely remove your tattoo or lighten it up so you can get it covered. One of the best things about Steve is that he specializes in tattoo removal. Hes not just another plastic surgeon who dabbles in tattoo removal. Thats Steves whole business. Thats all he does. I am 100% satisfied with the service Steve and Rebecca have provided. Only a couple more sessions, and my tattoo is just a memory.

Incredibly disappointed. The tech was kind, but seemed like she was rushing to get the next folks in. When she told me that my treatment was $600 I was shocked but she kept saying that you get what you pay for. She was only right in the sense that I was very unhappy with what I paid, and very unhappy with the lack of treatment. 8 weeks later and there is almost no lift. Close friends cannot even tell the difference after the treatment. And their answer is to pay another $600 to show me how well the next treatment will work. At this rate I could buy a house before having my tattoos fade with how much they charge and how little they provide.Wanted to believe they had my best interest in mind but I cannot in good conscience suggest that anyone give them their hard earned money.

I’m extremely disappointed. Nothing lifted or is removed. The equipment was so old and outdated. Highly recommend not coming here. I had sessions done in Seattle and it was amazing and it WORKED, and her equipment was new and up to date and she got the job done. A waste of $200. I was surprised with how fast it was which is unusual, I felt rushed. Nothing lifted or disappeared. The other laser technician took her time, had patience, and really did excellent work. I had little tattoos that should have been gone and some other ones but they are still visible & showing. I went in and came out with the exact same tattoos. Go Somewhere Else. The lady was nice but her work is not good.

Highly Recommend! I felt welcomed from the very moment I picked up my phone and scheduled a consultation. Steve is informative, passionate, and very transparent. I was able to complete my 1st session the same day as the consultation. I feel so relieved, because this tattoo has to GO!!!

This place is great! Rebecca was very nice over the phone and answered all of my questions. Steve was also very informative and kind during my consultation. I had my first tattoo removal session that same day. Highly recommend!

Went for my first session with Steve yesterday. His knowledge of tattoo removal left me feeling completely trustworthy of his process and work. After leaving my first session I saw a noticeable difference and cannot wait for my next session to see even more progress. I went for a couple of sessions at a different place when I lived in Florida and let me tell you, it was so PAINFUL. During my first session with Steve I was in shock at how tolerable the pain was compared to the place in Florida, night and day. I would highly recommend Steve and Serenity Tattoo Removal. 10/10.

I have been going to Steve at Serenity for my badly thought out hand tattoos which are very hard to cover considering I work in HR. My stupidity aside, I love this place! The progress is great and the price is very fair. I came in with fresh black ink. My wellness comes first so this is not an overnight process. I do not wait for appointments like some other places. I also have not had scarring or swelling like some other places. I know my hands are in the hands of an expert. He also always follows up the day after. Both himself and the staff have excellent bedside manner and I highly recommend this place!!!

Did my first treatment today. So far so good: the guy seems to know what hes doing and was very knowledgeable. It wasnt awfully painful and took about 3 minutes. Here is what I liked about this place so far: they do nothing but tattoo removal, have 4 lasers for different types of tattoos, told me how many treatments max it would take and if it takes more - its free. I cant say my tattoo vanishes like magic after the very first treatment, it looks a bit lighter though. Going back in 2 month and will post another review than.

I had my consultation with Steve today. He was very informative and up front about the entire process. He made me feel very comfortable and I respect his honesty and not telling me what i wanted to hear but what I needed to know instead. I chose to get started right away and had my first session right after the consultstion. The pain was NOTHING lime I expected. You feel stinging off an on but the process was so quick I couldnt believe we were done so fast. Steve uses a cooling technique before using the laser. If you can stand the pain of getting a tattoo for hours on end or even quick tats, 20, 30 min. You can definitely tolerate 3-5 minutes of a stinging sensation. (My tattoo is small to medium). May take longer if your tatto is large. Im sure the time will vary. Price is reasonable and Steve told me he would not quote me on the amount of sessions because it depends on how MY body responds. I’m reviewing this a little late as I was here several years ago.... but the service I received here was spectacular. Kind, friendly, patient... not to mention the quality work! Two sessions and my tattoo was near gone. Minimal pain (but some is unavoidable)... and no scarring. I’ve tried one other place and they didn’t come close. I wish I was closer to come back for the next one I want removed! Thanks for the amazing service!

Ive had several large black tribal pieces (arm sleeves and chest) removed by STR; the professionalism, fair pricing, aftercare, and effectiveness of the laser is the best in the valley, bar nun. Two of these tats were coverups that had ink upon ink. This statement comes from years of personal experience. Do yourself a favor and go with someone who knows what theyre doing and does it well. Thank you STR, glad to have found you.

Had one treatment done with no results, I spent 350.00. On my second session I drove 45 minutes for him to be closed, I called him and he said I did not think you would show up, well why would I not show up if we had an appointment??? It was a Sunday so I suppose he decided my business was not to important. I do not recommend this place. I also think he did my treatment at lowest setting so he can get most treatment as possible.

The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me after brushing me off and telling me she didnt know the answers to my questions and how everyone was too busy to be in contact with me. I dont know what the quality of work is, but business wise- Ive never been so discouraged from a company in my life until now. Sad to say, Id never give this place a second chance because of this

A God send. Im seeing results and it hasn’t been a month since my first session. I take the detox pills, & Steve’s laser work has my skin already starting to show through were ink used to be. So grateful.

Very disappointed. I went in to do my first treatment and nothing even lifted after 6 weeks. Called once i was concerned and was told to send a pic and never heard from them again. Horrible service!! Youll end up going somewhere else after visiting here

Been removing my chest tattoo for a while now and it’s almost gone thank you !!!!! Couple more sessions and I’m good. This duo makes you feel like one of them.

Cant even get a hold of them. Tried calling numerous times, went up there an hour before they closed and the door was locked. Was really looking forward to getting a consult today but looks like Ill be going somewhere else.

Hurts, but tattoo is going away . Penence for a bad idea of a tattoo.
