Pretty good experience, the cashier was nice upon checking out but I think she was slightly apprehensive when we walked in as a man walking in but indigenous people wear earrings and is very common in my case I love unique character, animal, or symbolic earrings they have an amazing deal buy 3 and get 3 free so walked out with 6 pair for about 20$. Satisfied with my purchase. My favorite being these tiny turquoise turtles.

My daughter got her ears pierced here. The associate who helped us was very patient and thorough. She even kept me make extra adjustments to the placement of dots for holes. The pricing was reasonable and the care instructions were given several times to ensure success. We were also given contact information if we had any future questions or concerns.

The store is clean. Salesperson. She is very nice. I came 5 minutes before closing but she took the time to help me. Not too many choices or items but I was able to buy 6 pair of earrings for my girls.

Funny situation, I was in the elevator heading to the Claires store & I asked the lady that was in the elevator if she knew where the store was at, she giggled & said, oh I work there, let me walk u there. Super cool. The ladys that work at the store are so helpful & actually referred me to a body piercing since they dont do cartilage piercing at this store. They referred me to the fresh water tattoo & piercing in Laughlin. They do great work there. Will definitely be going back. Thanks

Indecisiveness can be a problem at this store due to the wide selection, but Kendall was very patient and understanding. She was helpful when she saw our hands full, and she made sure that everything rang up correctly when we were checking out.

This is the worst Claires I have ever been too. Was in their looking at jewellery, 2 employees working, was ignored the whole time even though I was clearly needing help opening the case for nose piercings. Left and came back and there was now 3 employees. Yet again ignored. I had to go up to the lady who was super rude, clearly annoyed because I was asking her questions. Totally rude employees, ignoring their paying costumers. Talking with a person they clearly knew personally instead of actually working.

My granddaughter loves shopping in Claires as did my own children. We find slot of unique items. They usually have great sales too.

The sales lady was a total moron. We were going to pierce my daughters ears and she said it was best if two people did it because she was younger and then told us the second person would not be in for 45mins so we said we would come back. When we returned she said the second person was on break and would be back in 15mins. So we said we would wait then a few minutes later she tells us she is leaving when the other person gets back because she didn’t have a lunch break. She was constantly mumbling and not speaking loud enough for us to hear and going off on tangents. Or clue why she had us wait when she had no intention of helping us.

Its a womans store, if I had to describe it it would be accessories for women... Thats the two girls that work there that day were very nice.

Great customer service, very kind employees, all in all this place is awesome, I have been there many times and every time I go the employees are always helpful and kind.
