Inkwell Tattoo and Piercing

My husband and I went here to get our couples tattoo for our anniversary and it was the best experience Ive ever had. It was my husbands first tattoo and Matt made it absolutely perfect. He kept conversation with us both during each of our tattoos and made it a relaxing and fun experience. He was very informative about every step and explained the healing and cleaning instructions perfectly. He used 2nd skin with my husbands but advised I heal the traditional way because of my sensitive skin and was able to communicate cleaning both very clearly. As far as his work goes, we are in love with the finished product!! He turned our vision into reality, and we could not be happier with the results! Not only was the process a great experience, but the overall vibe when you walk in is great. Everyone there is supper cool, helpful, and welcoming. This is the only place we want to go for tattoos now!

I just got my first big tattoo by Jeremy and man oh man… this is such a fantastic piece of art. I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would recommend anyone to come check these guys out and get some ink! I won’t ever go anywhere else.

I followed one of the artists (Ms Megan 💖) from her last shop in town when all the cool kids got together and decided to open up their own location.I live almost two hours away and I can’t imagine someone else touching my body with forever ink. Worth the drive.The shop is the biggest I’ve ever been in and I’ve been getting tattoos since I was 17 and I just turned 33 while this latest one was getting done.Every booth is an explosion of each artists personality and energy, they provide snacks with all their sugary goodness so you can stay alive while they’re doing their work.Anime is playing all day and then in your booth you can watch whatever (chose Bobs Burgers 🍔 and Maleficent 2 for my day)I was there from 1PM to Midnight as I was finishing up my sleeves and had both forearms to content with.Breaks whenever I needed and numbing spray to help move the process along. I’ve personally not got anything done from anyone there except Megan but looking at their booths I can find at least one thing they have displayed that would be worth it somewhere on the body.They’re great at going over care routines so expert or not always listen so you can heal quickly. Saniderm of course to protect your new additions from the elements and clean bathrooms 🚽This stuff is forever and this shop respects that fully.P.S. Also they have a resident piercer which is amazing 😻

My daughter and I got ours ears pierced today. The artist did a great job! He was super friendly, the space was inviting, and everything was clean and sterilized. I was very pleased!

Dakota has done 5 of my piercings and is the BEST! He will tell you when you can or can not get one, which is huge ...hes being honest and not just taking your money to have a piercing fail. Highly recommend 👌 very knowledgeable, clean, professional, and super nice!!

Me and my boyfriend had the hankering for a piercing, but were all the way out in OKC on a day trip. We decided to drive ALL THE WAY back from OKC because we knew Dakota, the piercer, was well known and respected in the scene and made our way to get really whatever lol. Dakota was super helpful and polite, and was honest with us on our piercing ideas. He checked our anatomy for things like a septum or industrial and didnt try to make us happy by doing it anyway, and in the future giving us a poor experience w/ a piercing. My boyfriend ended up getting his nose pierced and it was super quick and easy. I got my daith and Dakota was very professional and quick, even when I got nervous when the jewelry went in! We will definitely be coming back for the jewelry selection, more piercings, and hopefully tattoos!

Sarah is amazing. She did such a great job of bringing my vision to life. I get so many compliments and I’m so happy to send them her way!

Sarah was awesome! She listened to what I wanted and was able to not only draw it but beautifully portray it on my skin. She was very professional, not too chatty, but also not unapproachable. Definitely recommend.

Inkwell is a great little shop. The artist Jeremy is one of the best! I’ve gone to him for all of my current, visible tattoos and each time he’s done such a stellar job. He’s great to work with too; his attitude is so very laid back and professional, so easy to work with, and what he designs and then inks on you is amazing! I highly recommend seeing him. I’m almost conflicted about leaving a review because he might start getting really booked up, and I’ll have to wait a little longer to get more tatts lol, but he definitely deserves five stars and a review. I 100% recommend Jeremy, and I know if you want to book with him; you’re getting one of the best! Magnificent artist, cool little shop, all-around great time.

Arriving at my appointment the first thing I felt was the atmosphere in the shop was completely relaxed and comfortable. Met Megan my artist for the day and the moment I saw the design Megan had created for our session, I knew I was in good hands. Her workstation was completely welcoming, with various anime figures and decor. This tattoo is by far the largest piece Ive gotten, so the session was also the longest, but Megan was awesome the whole time, ensuring I was comfortable and asking if I needed any breaks. Its now my favorite tattoo and Megan, my favorite tattoo artist. I will definitely be making a trip back in the future for more pieces.

Jeremy is awesome! He is very friendly and very professional. Every session is fun and laid back. His new location is not like a typical tattoo shop it’s very private and comfortable. Definitely having more work done with him!

Inkwell is my go to place for piercings. Dakota is the best in town! I always have such a great experience & it’s a fun safe place to get any body piercing! Also the first place in town to offer fine jewelry! Highly recommend!

Do not WALK but RUN to this shop and its artists! Megan and her adorable self is beyond a VIIIIIBE! Legit my favorite shop I’ve visited thus far! Highly HIGHLY recommend! 💕🫶🏼🤍✨

2 weeks ago, I came to the shop to get my eyebrow pierced. Dakota was very helpful and did an amazing job with my piercing! I usually don’t have the best luck finding relatable piercers, but Dakota took time to sit with me and answer every question I had. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!Thank you sm!

I’ve been following this group of artists around for three years. By far the best experiences I’ve ever had have been with them. So welcoming and friendly! This shop is definitely a place I feel safe fully being myself. They are amazing artists. I love all the tattoos I’ve gotten from Megan and couldn’t be happier! 💜

I can’t say enough about how much I love this place and the artists within it. The shop is very clean and welcoming with plenty of cool displays and comfy seating areas (the sectional sofa and bean bag chair they have in there were crafted by the gods I swear). Everyone in the shop is very friendly and are absolute professionals. It’s also really cool to see how each artist in the shop supports the others- during my tattoos other artists would come in and check out/compliment the tattoo I was getting. It was a huge confidence boost and made me even more excited to see (and wear!) the finished product.I was tattooed by both Sarah and Megan, and they are absolutely amazing. I can give them a very general idea and somehow when they show me the drawings, it’s exactly what I wanted. Seriously, it’s like they can read my mind. I love them and their work so much that I flew out from New York just to get some new tattoos from them and it was so very worth it. They are both crazy talented and are also just very fun to be around and easy to talk to. I love them. Also, they have great taste in TV shows and snacks (which they provide on their own because they’re great human beings). The experience of getting a tattoo is so much easier and more fun with artists like them.I’ve had a couple tattoos done in the Lawton area, but nothing compares to the experience of Inkwell. 10/10 would highly recommend and will definitely be booking some more flights to come back!

Sarah’s work is sooo amazing. She tattooed a purple crystal flower on my forearm. It’s so pretty. I love love love it 😍!! O, & the shop is gorg!

My 17 yr old daughter and I both got our noses pierced here. Dakota was awesome, super friendly, and helpful. He made the experience relaxed and made sure we liked the placement and gave great follow up care instructions. Highly recommend him!

Absolutely love Inkwell! The shop is huge!! Lots to do if you are going with a friend or just taking a break from your session! Pool tables and video games. I love the artists in the building! I have been coming to Megan now for years! She’s absolutely amazing and has great prints for sale in the shop! HighlyRecommend literally the best people! So much talent in one building!

Went in for their Friday the 13th special and got 2 piercings. Very clean and professional atmosphere and artists. Dakota made sure I was happy with placement and knew proper aftercare. 10/10 recommend!

The whole staff is very professional and courteous. I’ve been pierced many times and Dakota is one of best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend him as your permanent piercer.

I have 4 tattoos from Jeremy and Inkwell that I’ve gotten over the past couple years, with the most recent ones done this past month. These include a Zelda themed and an amazing in the works Bloodborne one. It’s easy to tell he loves his job, not to mention an immaculate attention to detail during every appointment. Jeremy makes the whole process, from tattoo image to application, incredibly seamless and efficient. His passion and ability make each tattoo an awesome experience!

He is an amazing artist and delivered exactly what I wanted!! We communicated though Instagram about the tattoo and he answer really quickly. When we arrived the place was super clean and there was calming music paying. He is very reasonably priced and I will definitely be visiting him again!

Had a wonderful session! It was very calm and relaxing compared to another place I have been. No loud, blaring music, no “cig breaks”, no random people hanging around or watching. It was one-on-one, personal, and he was honest and upfront about everything! Can’t wait to schedule again. Thanks again!!

I got a nose piercing about a week ago and it was a great time the piercer was super nice and talked me through the process and how to keep it clean etc. All around 10/10 in all

Jeremy truly brought my vision to life with this piece! I have a other great pieces done by him but this truly takes the cake, mainly because he added his personal touches to what I thought was a great idea. Even if I moved from Lawton, I still come back to get work done :)

The experience was amazing it was a comfortable enviornment, great artwork, brought my idea to life. Conversation was plentiful and articulate it kept me distracted from the tattoo needle lol. Soooo me and my daughter did a thing on Friday. We got matching tattoos....when we put it together it is a whole butterfly 🦋. The art is on point.....the shop is clean....and the artist has great vibes. He has a customer for life.My phone wont let me put pictures but my daughter did. I am beyond pleased 😀

Jeremy is great, super light handed and line work like I’ve never seen!! He was able to bring my vision to life looking forward to the upcoming addition to the start of my sleeve.

I saw Jeremy a few days ago to get a coverup and he did an amazing job. His shop is clean, he is professional, and his work is great- I can hardly even see my previous tattoo. He also made it a point to work with my busy schedule on late notice. I am definitely coming back to get more tats from him.

So unsure about getting a tattoo in Lawton but I found the best place ever. Jeremy Dodd is freakin awesome, he did a cover up for me. I recommend Jeremy to everyone.
