All my experiences at the Kansas Location have been amazing. The front staff is always welcoming and kind. The nurses are competent and make you feel comfortable with treatments. This time around I had Emily and she was very sweet, meticulous, and always made sure I was doing okay during my laser appt. I would recommend them to anyone needing laser treatments.

The team at LaserAway is absolutely phenomenal! They are the best and treat you like family. So much compassion and amazing listening skills. I highly recommend the treatments because I have acne scars and it has greatly diminished my scars and helped my self confidence. Also, these women make you feel beautiful. If you want to understand different treatments available, ask and they are so detailed and can give photos to support the results. Their goal is to help women feel gorgeous and confident so there’s no high pressure sales at any point which I appreciate. 10/10 recommend if you want any type of laser treatment!!

My experience from start to finish, from scheduling to treatment, was absolutely wonderful. Both RNs who treated me, also an RN, were knowledgeable and technically savvy. Becca, who did scheduling, sold me from the start. Chantelle, front desk, is the most wonderful person you could ever have in that position. She is a dream come true.

As a male rookie to this experience, the staff was amazing. They explain thoroughly the procedure and process from start to finish. Have to admit.I was a little nervous but staff made me feel extremely comfortable with their communication. Chantel and Stephanie were great. Now looking at additional services. Cant go wrong going here.

DONT DO IT!!!!!! Save your money. Got two rounds of CoolSculpting done on my chin/neck and there is NO CHANGE. Becca was the one that spoke to me and made it sound like there would be a huge change. She was very nice and hey girly through the whole process. Its all a scam to get your money. They claim that my before and afters do show a difference. There is a SLIVER of a change. Not at all what was presented to me when they signed me up to FINANCE payments for this overpriced procedure that does NOT WORK. Its not in their best interest to admit that they are wrong. Im telling you, it is not at all worth the outrageous price for the procedure. Go anywhere else. And then, after i went in for an evaluation (on a Sunday), i was told i would get a call on Tuesday. I waited a whole week and still nobody reached out. I had to call THEM. And even then i got the run around and had to CALL THEM. AGAIN. Only to be told that there is nothing they can do since all treatments have been rendered. Thats the point. THE TREATMENT DID NOT WORK. Its such a scam to tell someone that your procedure failed, but since the procedure has been completed you cant get a refund? Now i am stuck paying for something that did not work. Big fat waste of money. Do yourself a favor and dont fall for they hey girl act. Its all part of a scam to get your money. Period.

I’d definitely recommend LA to everyone!! First, Shamyra is the absolute best! She is super detailed, informative and makes your experience all around enjoyable. Havent even gotten anything done and Im already annoyed, I was just looking online on mothers day and want ready to set up all appointment yet, of when I was ready I would and couldBut no. They had to call twice in mothers day. And once already today. I didnt think they bug so many times in less than 24 hours and they keep calling and waking my kids up. Idk why is necessary to continue to harass, when Im ready Id set something up but Ill no long be looking at this company

I highly recommend her for your lip fills! We started with 1/2 a syringe to even out the outer lines of my lips and any uneven spots! I will be back in 2 weeks for follow up. This was not my first time doing lip filler, but this was my first time taking it easy on the lip fill. I appreciate Haleys open honesty and viewpoint on taking it slow and adding later! I adore her! I highly recommend listening to her experience when she says so little at a time. Add more later. I have no pain and barely any swelling compared to my normal 1cc syringe fills in FL.. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m making an exception for this place.The staff… such welcoming warm, feminine, nurturing energy 🧘🏽‍♀️First of all, I was running late for one of my appointments and they were so accommodating! My technician made me feel so comfortable and could sense that I was a little nervous. She communicated sweetly what exactly we were going to do step by step. The laser process usually involves some level of pain/discomfort. However, my nurse made sure she used different forms of pain management during the process… ice packs and good ole talking me through the process. She made the entire process a smooth one and I’m so thankful for it!As far as my personal progress, I have noticed a huge difference in hair reduction.I have the 8 session package. I noticed an immediate difference after the first session to be honest. I’m on session 6 and I really didn’t have to shave at all during my 4-6 week break.I’m more than satisfied with my overall experience!

Well where to start since i came in sania the receptionist was very very welcoming and nice! I don’t usually do reviews but i had to because of the welcoming service but overall my experience with shamyra this was the first time. I was scared and nervous; she made me feel sooo comfterable and very very calm she told me everything she was doing and informed me to understand the process! This place has very friendly and welcoming staff. Shontelle at the front desk doesn’t fail to answer all my questions and always provides the details I need. I’ve had a few delays with my appointments because of nurse availability but they provided me with very satisfactory responses each time.Haley O, Faye M and Amanda D have been my nurses for my laser treatments. They’ve been tremendously patient and kind to me.I had my recent appointment with nurse Amanda D who apparently flew in from Texas. I wish she stayed longer I loved having my treatment with her.Love this place! Would definitely recommend this brand for your beauty treatments!

I have gone multiple times now and always had Emilee. She was amazing! Definitely who I would always personally choose. She is amazing and very good at time management with all of their treatments. She definitely made me feel very comfortable with new treatments.

Ive been here receiving the laser hair remover treatment for most of my body. Tbh, I love it a lot. No more waxing, no more paint or worry the hair gonna grow back. It really worth the money, since I see that my hair stop growing back n better for abt 90% after 7 treatment. Ofc it will be up to individual, but it work out for me. The staff is super friendly and always make me feel comfortable. They dont push you into everything, just give you recommend and let you decide as you feel. My nurse, Shamyra, shes fabulous. Shes so sweet, gentle and do care about you. I really enjoy Laser Away and appreciate their hard work. Will definitely be back for another service.

For the first time since moving to Kansas City many years ago, I have experienced what to me feels like discrimination against me because I have an accent and because of my race. This is a review of the current staff, not the business itself. When I joined a few months ago, the staff was very welcoming and were ok with answering questions. Today I came in and they put someone in front of my appointment so I had to wait an hour. Next when the nurse came in I double checked with her to make sure that the laser was fit for darker skin tones. She said she’s getting approval from the senior doctors I said ok. Then she used the laser and started however I didn’t feel comfortable so I asked her if I could reschedule. The nurse got upset and said it’s not because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. The lady at the front desk then tells me it’s my fault for making the nurse angry. Bottom line is I was not comfortable and no one cared about that. I don’t feel like a valued customer and I prefer the nurses and front desk personnel that were on staff when I signed up. It was their welcoming persona and calming conversations that made me feel comfortable to sign up. I am accustomed to the cheerful welcoming environment that was created with the first set of members of staff. Now it seems like a place of “it is what it is”. I have an appointment next Sunday and I’m dreading how much discomfort I will feel when I go there, all because I asked a question.

Amazing place! I was treated like family and I plan on having all of my treatments here and I drive an hour just to go here because Chantel is so nice to me like the nicest person ever! They make everything so easy and helped me relax with my anxiety about my laser treatment since it was my first one. The nurses are all very sweet and professional as well. They truly treat clients like best friends. I love this place and have been going for over a year for treatments ❤️I couldn’t recommend this company enough. They seriously are the best i have ever experienced and I am always so excited to go! I love it😍I seriously love Chantel like family she’s the best, one of the best people I’ve ever met and is so good at her job. She busts her a** for sure! Lol all of the treatments here are very fairly priced as well and they have so many different ones. You feel so good about yourself after them and Chantel and the nurses always boost your confidence so much regardless. I don’t think I have ever met anyone as nice as Chantel and truly just an amazing person in every way. So beautiful inside and out!

I will be recommending LaserAway to anyone that wants any services they offer, which is a lot! I saw results almost immediately and I am so excited to continue my treatments to see my end results! The experience at Laser Away is amazing. From Chantel and Mady at the front desk to Nurse Haley. Everyone is extremely friendly. They are personable and they walk you through exactly what to expect. Did not work, waste of a lot of money!They told me I should have 80 percent reduction or more after all the treatments but I have like 20 percent maybe. Every time I tried to call I was told they would get back to me in 1-2 days but I kept not getting any calls back. A couple months after they said they could give me two more sessions and that I would have to buy more but at that point I didnt trust them for results. I didnt want to put a thousand more dollars into something that already didnt work. This last time I called they were nice about it but said there was nothing they could do since I finished the package.

Have bad ingrown hairs? Or just tired of shaving? If you can choose a laser nurse tech, recommend Shamyra! She is very knowledgeable and talked me thru the entire process! A friendly environment and I feel very comfortable every single visit! Thank you all so much!

!!!!UPDATE!!!!!I have been calling the number listed and kept dialing zero to speak to an operator. This would take me to someone who wasn’t even in one of the stores. I was told by this person that she couldn’t do anything and I just had to wait for someone to call me back. Fast forward to today, I spoke with someone in store named Sarah, and she was an absolute delight to work with. She immediately helped me and had this fraudulent charge refunded within a few hours. I am so thankful for her. I just suggest going into the store directly to speak to someone if you have any questions! I am updating my 1 star review to a 4 because of Sarah’s help and kindness. I truly believe if I’d had the interaction today from the get go, this issue would have never happened.Just a warning to others, I did a FREE consultation for filler, was told I had to apply for financing to even schedule the appt, but was told it wouldn’t affect my credit score. There turn around and THEY cancelled on me the day of my appt, 2 hours prior. Then I was charged $750 for a service I never received on a card that DEFINITELY affected my credit. Any time I call to discuss this I get told that I just have to wait for them to call me back. It’s been weeks and still haven’t gotten a call back and the first payment was due on the 20th for those services I never received and I swear if that goes against me as a late payment on my credit score.

This lasweaway location was super clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I had! Definitely will continue coming back to this location.

Cassie and Hazel did an amazing job of helping me! First time Laser hair removal customer and Cassie walked me through step by step as she was doing things along with the proper care after. She answered my questions, was very responsive throughout the process, and was so enjoyable as well.I was nervous about the level of pain but it honestly was sooo minimal that I had built it up in my head and was relieved at the reality.I didn’t realize that under my chin counted as my neck so needed to rework my package with Hazel at the front desk. She did a great job of explaining and worked creatively to find the best solution for the areas I wanted to focus on.Very impressed with this team, and the facility is clean and beautiful!

I am so happy with my results. They really listen to your concerns and needs. It was a great experience.

Spent $4000 during summer sales including buy two get one free filers and told it could be mixed and applied on cheeks, lips..etc .A month later I was told that price is incorrect when I try to use it. The sales person is changed. Now filers cannot be mixed. I need to pay extra $500 to upgrade in order to apply on cheeks. They apologize and let me go to office. Took half day off, when I arrived they told me the $500 is calculated incorrectly again, it will be $850 to upgrade ?????? Non-professional at all.

I have always hated shaving and it’s given me nothing but problems my whole life. Every single person that I’ve spoken to before my first appointment was so nice and helpful. They’re happy to answer any question you have and I felt so confident going in for the first time. I was super worried about the Brazilian part, but Faye and Cassidy made me feel so at ease! They walk you through the whole process and check in to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your whole session. Jared was able to help me figure out what other areas I could get lasered and I didn’t even have to lift a finger. Such a great experience- I love it here!

The Kansas City location calls last minute on the day of my appt to let me know their nurse is sick and they dont have anyone on call so they have to close for the day. I drove almost 4 hours to get my first treatment and the company wont at least compensate for the hotel or gas spent. Then they have the audacity to tell me that it was my choice to drive far and that they will return all the money for the treatment package because basically they dont want to deal with me. The management is horrible and these people are making a lot of money from clients but they are not even properly staffed to provide the services they sell at an expensive price. This company is a joke! If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I have suffered from horrible razor bumps and ingrowns my whole life and I have always considered laser. I am so happy that I found this place with amazing people. Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The results are amazing and they are all so trustworthy/know what they are doing! I could not recommend this place more!! If you need any laser needs or other services don’t look any further!

Bree and all of the staff made me feel so welcome for my first medical facial. The steps of the procedure were explained in a clear way that I could understand and Bree made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I called to ask about pricing 5 days ago. Since then, I have received phone calls and texts from 8 different phone numbers numerous times a day asking me to book a session. I have asked multiple time to be taken off the call list but they just use a different number the next time. DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU DONT WANT NEVER ENDING SPAM CALLS. This is a chain company. My advise would be to support someone local.

Do not use their services. They cancelled our appointment last minute knowing how far away we had to travel from and were unwilling to offer any compensation. Rude people on their phones, unprofessional and they are poorly staffed to accommodate their customers, neither do they care to make things right.

10/10 recommend this , staff is very friendly. The Nurse who worked with me made sure I don’t get much pain , she did excellent job.

They are running a scam business. They would have customer service representative call u every day until u sign up for their services. And the reps would not even explain the right prices and rip u off by putting u in contract !!! Would not recommend going there.
