I love my new tattoo that Joey at Revolution Ink did for me. I told hold this is a tribute tattoo for my mother and MIL and so it has to be special. I have him 2 concepts, one borrowed from pics online and one completely thought of by me and asked if we could combined them…and he did! He’s fast and efficient. The shop is ultra cool and SUPER clean! You can look at & browse art for your house and other products made and purchase cool things while you wait too! The entire crew there is super sweet and caring too. You get what you pay for and I got that and then some. Can’t wait for my next one!

The entire crew at Revolution Ink is phenomenal! Their passion is the focus, and it shows! Theyre a small group and keep their focus on the client in front of them. The establishment is clean and cozy, and the artists are friendly professionals that know what theyre doing, with a casual confidence that feels comfortable, not condescending. They take care of their clients and their community, and you can really feel the passion for the craft just stepping inside. Ive got four tattoos from the Revolution crew, two from Brandon and two from Joey, and each visit has been consistently incredible. I have never once felt pressured or bullied or rushed or forced to put up with anything. Theyre d*mn good at their job, and theres a reason theyre so booked up and busy.Yeah, there might be a little bit of a wait, but come on, this is permanent artwork that will be on your body until the earth reclaims your dust. Do you really want to go somewhere that can get you in at the drop of every impulsive hat, or would stop everything theyre doing in your session just to answer the phone or leave you sitting in the chair while they leave to room to talk to everyone who walks in?Or would you rather go somewhere where the artists actually care about their craft? Where they take the time to educate their clients, make sure you understand everything involved with the process, walk you through prep and aftercare, and devote their attention to you and the art theyre etching into your skin?This isnt Amazon Prime or a two minute AI render. Real art takes time, and skill, and patience. Especially when theres more customers than just you.

Amazingly friendly and highly-skilled staff that are true experts in their field. Their building goes beyond being your typical studio and also features beautiful arts, crafts and other items for sale that are unique to the area. Be sure and check out the events they host on weekends, too! Ive come to Joey with two odd tattoo requests and hes knocked it out of the park both times. Im also a huge admirer of Angie and Brandons work.

Absolutely love this place. The work that ALL the artists do is pretty awesome. Currently in the middle of getting a tat from Joey!!! Cant wait till its done!! Its a very comfortable environment. Everyone is so friendly. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience. Ive gotten two tattoos here by Angie and both appointments were perfect. The atmosphere is so chill. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and to make sure you leave happy. And the work speaks for itself!

I have always had a good experience at Revolution. I have been tattooed by Jospeh and Brandon, and they did a great job! I always felt comfortable in the chair when they were tattooing me. The atmosphere is amazing. A ton of different art on the walls with music constantly playing. Every time i get a break in between the session I find something new on the walls. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing family Run Tattoo shop and they are all amazing. They offer more then just tattoo they have lots of artwork they make and sale. I got my sons a few things and they love them. They have also done so much for the small business that don’t have a store front.

This was my first tattoo ever, and all I can say is that I couldn’t ask for a better place or artist. They were very patient with me and understanding. They answered all my questions and I was taken care of. I’m in love with the art that I received and am looking forward to finishing the rest of it soon!

I’ve spent my fair share of time in tattoo shops and I have to say that Revolution Ink is leaps and bounds above anywhere I’ve ever been. The the care and attention to detail is above and beyond. The crew themselves are also some of the best in the biz, friendly and professional. I have personally worked mostly with Joey and trusted him with my entire back! Reception had great customer service willing to work with me and listen and extremely friendly. Typical prima donna artist unfortunately, pricing is way out of range for where this shop is and the work to be done, artist kept walking out and having the receptionist talk to me about the tattoo options and ideas rather than talking to me himself. This isnt LA, Seattle, or Portland my guy. Artist needs to reevaluate where he is and work on customer relations rather than going to a food truck then going to look at paintings during a local art sale event when I called ahead and was asked to come in to speak with him to go over the tattoo. Also 200 an hour was far from what I was quoted. Thanks for the wasted time. Luckily locals have better options to choose from in the area.

Customer service was great and extremely professional from the initial phone call to ask questions all the way through getting my piercing. I dealt with Aidan there. She pierced my nose, minimal pain, quick and easy! She educated me on proper aftercare and it healed perfectly. Would definitely recommend her for your piercing needs!

I have been wanting the Daith piercing for so long. Aidan Wood was my piercer and she was fantastic. So was so sweet, made sure I was comfortable, and made it a fast and painless piercing! I will not go to anyone else but her from now on for my piercing needs!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Revolution Ink! Angie is the best and I wont go anywhere else. Shes also such a sweetheart. She gives you exactly what you ask for even with the worst descriptions possible to work with which makes her a true artist. I havent worked with anyone else in the shop other than small talk and scheduling appointments but theyre all super friendly.Now to the sanitary side... its SUPERB. All of the tattoo items are perfectly clean and sanitized with the needles in their own sealed packages and the chair/table is covered in plastic for the area being tattooed. They make sure youre as comfortable as possible whether that means cranking up the a/c if youre hot or letting you take as many breaks as you need.Truly the best!

There aren’t enough words to explain how much I love revolution! Everyone there has gone above and beyond “exceptional”.I’ve had 4 tattoos and piercings done here, my husband has had a half sleeve and my best friend had a sleeve, I’ve sent my sister and her boyfriend - all done by Joey and my piercings by Brandon. Each and every piece has been done beautifully. Everyone I’ve come in contact with has been friendly, efficient, caring, and attentive. Joey has worked with my crazy requests and schedules, never once did he complain. And I ask for some crazy time frames/ideas.Brandon was amazing with piercing. He answered all my questions, talked to me about other ones I’ve thought about getting. He checks in every time I go back just to make sure they’ve healed correctly and if there’s anything he can do.They’re all genuine good people. I will definitely continue going to Revolution Ink without a second thought. I love you all big!

Ive had tattoos from all over the country and this by far is my best tattoo and favorite experience to date...Joey worked with me to get in on my limited time schedule and listened to my wants and dont wants. He came up with a tattoo that was amazing and an experience Ill never forget and will be hard to top!

I’ve gotten a couple piercings and tattoos here. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Brandon does BEAUTIFUL work and they really work with you to make you happy. As far as I can tell, the pricing is very reasonable. Plus, it always smells nice. Note: if you want to pay in cash, they don’t have an ATM but the sports bar next door does.Edit. my last piercing got super infected. It wasnt a Staph infection, so .I cant say if it was from the shop. It could have environmental on my part (using my phone on that side, kids hugging me, etc). Or it could have been the shop (he opened the needle right there, but the sharpie touches everyone, there was a fly hanging around...). I dont want to blame them but I do want people to be aware. (All three tattoos and 3 of the 4 piercings I got here were perfect).

I absolutely love this shop! All of the artists have many pieces of their artworks displayed, their portfolios are easily accessible, and the atmosphere is professional, yet relaxed. I’ve sat for four tattoos from Revolution, three of which were done by Angie. I have two huge thigh pieces that I completely adore each time I see them, and I get many compliments on the quality of the work. I could not recommend them more!

Been using this shop for yeeeeears! Brandon is my artist of choice, I can take him references and he creates tattoos that are pure magic. Do have a couple smaller ones that were done by Angie and they are both great pieces as well. Chance provides excellent help and customer service every time I’m there. Brad does an excellent jobs taking the pics of the pieces for the shop. Everyone I’ve encountered here is super friendly and extremely helpful. And the shop itself is a relaxing atmosphere and very clean. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any work done! 🙂

Joseph did a beautiful Alice in Wonderland tattoo for me. It’s colorful, bright, clean lines.. everything I could have asked for.The story behind the tattoo was/is so meaningful to me so it was real hard to find someone who understood exactly what I was looking for. He was incredible.Everyone at the shop was welcoming, funny, easy to talk to and connect with. Will definitely go back!Brandon did a piercing for me too. He answered all my questions, calmed my nerves and reassured me on the procedures to make sure it stayed clean. He also helped me put my dermals back in when I couldn’t figure it out (and I’ve had them for years) 🤦🏻‍♀️.(Also, sorry it’s posted under my husbands name 😂)

Great people. My tattoos are great and they are the best shop around this area. You pay for quality and that’s all I have gotten from every person in the shop. Love all my work and getting many more done. They take their time and pay attention to detail. I get compliments where ever I go. I can’t wait for my next tattoo.

Got my daughters ear pierced yesterday, and it was the BEST experience I could ask for. The shop was very clean and nice. We called Saturday and he got us in Sunday before they open so that it would be quiet and unstressful for her. Brandon did amazing with her!! He took his time, talked us through the whole thing, and was very thorough with the after care. I would definitely recommend him anytime!

Though I’ve never got a tattoo there’s few of my friends have, each one still vibrant with color even after a year or so after the piece was done. I did however get a piercing done by their latest apprentice Stephanie. She’s absolutely wonderful and let me look around the shop, showed me the artwork by the tattoo artists, candles and wax melts they had. She was very sweet and informative to me when and after I received my piercing! I have also purchased art from this place, Stitch and a No Face canvas, Stitch being on my wall and No Face being on my mothers. The coloring on those canvas’s are absolutely beautiful, I did love how the frame (think that’s what it’s called) came in different colors so it wasn’t all the same.

I love that diversity they have. The open, inviting, no judgment atmosphere. Very welcoming. I loved that they do events that are family based and kid friendly..Halloween was awesome.

This place and the people that work here are amazing! Angie has done 8 tattoos on me so far and I will continue to use Revolution for any of my tattoos! The staff and environment are incredibly professional. I would use any tattoo artist that works at Revolution! Also, I purchased 5 prints(the artists work) and I love them! Deciding to get a new tattoo is a big decision that you will have to live with forever. A decision like that shouldn’t come lightly. Getting your new tattoo done at revolution ink would be the best decision you can make. I’ve been going here for years and will not stray. Some people do say they “over charge “ but I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Each one of the artists take great pride and love in what they do and do their best to make your tattoo look perfect. If you actually sit and think about it, Compared to the other “lower priced” work done by other places just want the money and to do the job as fast as they can to get you in and out so they can get to next person. They definitely make you feel like you are just another person and that you and your opinion or want isn’t important. Revolution Ink is definitely not like that. I’ve experienced that with every place I went to for a tattoo before I found Revolution Ink. I would never go any where else.Angie, Joey and Brandon are AMAZING at their art. I’ve been tattooed by each of them. I truly love and trust them 3 to go above and beyond my expectations and treat me with respect and show me that they care. Through the years they have gone from just “my tattoo folks “ to becoming my friends.I highly recommend them. Give them a shout to see what they can do for you.I recommend scheduling an appointment with them rather than just being a walk in.

They are amazing at revolution ink they do great work and they are very clean and organized and they will work around your schedule to make sure your tattoo gets done. the colors they use are bright and look amazing the line work is on point they are very kind and friendly people. This shop has always been near and dear to me. They started me off with my first piercing, all the way up to my brother sister duo tattoos with Joey and Angie, about 8 years later. They have always provided the best most friendly and CLEAN care. I always recommend anyone looking for a great tattoo shop.

Autism-Friendly!!!I went back there in February and ended up getting my first piercing. I was super nervous. I decided on a nose peircing.Before we got started, I told her I had autism and anxiety. She was so nice about it and made sure I was comfortable. She explained how it would work and feel, and was honest about how it would hurt a little. Even got me to do some breathing before she pierced my nose and gave me a small bouncy ball to squeeze during it. It pinched, but was super quick! They informed me how to properly take care of it, gave me a paper with the instructions, and gave me the shop number to call if I had any questions!! Also, months later it is healing beautifully!! Thank yall so much for my first experience getting a peircing! I will totally go back for my next one and my first tattoo!

This place is awesome. The artists actually listen and provide feedback that can take your suggestions and work with anything you throw at them. The place is clean and has great vibes unlike a lot of tattoo joints you come across. I will be booking again soon. Hands down the best you’ll find in central Louisiana.

Revolution Ink is such an amazing place, full of very talented individuals. Everyone that works there is polite, they listen to your ideas and can transform something on paper into a masterpiece. I have been in and out of there getting tattoos since 2009 and I have never regretted stepping in there. Joey and Angie is such talented artists, not just in their tattoos but in their painted pieces and everything else they do. I would recommend this place a thousand times over.

I went and got my navel pierced for my birthday and had some concerns about it being super red and super swollen a week into healing. told it was completely normal. 3 days later, my top hole was beginning to close around the top ball. i’m not a piercer but that’s definitely not “normal” had to get it removed by another tattoo shop.. i’m ashamed and embarrassed because i thought it was normal. i should’ve listened to my body.

I’ve only let Brandon tattoo me since i got stationed at Polk about 4 years ago! I love his his style of tattooing. He never Disappoints!The shop is also Super Friendly and welcoming! i would recommend Revolution to anyone looking for an amazing tattoo.

I called, it was explained first come, first serve. I went in stated what I was looking to get, and asked for script suggestions. They recommended the placement would not last. So I changed the location, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait, and they will call me, while waiting I found the exact script I wanted. When I went back, I waited an additional 20-30 minutes, they recommended several different fonts, and was pretty much insisting I use one they recommended. I explained to the artist this is what I want and where I want it, if you cant or dont want to do it say so. The guy got mad walked to the back, crumpled up the paper. The lady followed him. I waited for 5 minutes. Then I left, very disappointed, considering all the good reviews. I will go somewhere else next time.

Revolution Ink is the only tattoo shop I use!! I’ve gotten 5 tattoos and 2 piercings there. The artists and staff who work there are amazing and the most down to earth people you could meet. It’s a great atmosphere as well!!! Full of amazing artwork, and comfortable waiting/chill space. The artists and piercers are full of helpful knowledge on how to take care of your tattoos or piercings properly and don’t let you leave until you are comfortable and happy with the work done. If you’re looking for a great place for your first tattoo or your 100th tattoo, I strongly suggest using revolution ink. They’ve been in business for going on over a decade and it shows. They know what they’re doing and I plan to have more work done there. 5/5 for sure, but I would say 10/5. Also if you’re not a fan of needles, but a fan of art, there are so many beautiful artworks on display and for sale. Definitely check them out or arrange a trip to one of the BEST tattoo studios!!

I have been going to Revolution for my piercings since I was 17! They are very clean and precise even with piercings! They are very informative about the healing process and what to except. If you have an issue with aftercare they are always more than happy to help with any questions or concerns. I have been recommending them since I have been a client of theirs, next thing to get is a tattoo❤️

I have been a customer for these guys for the past 9 years and have never had a bad experience. I have had so many compliments on the work I have gotten from this studio it crazy. I would recommend anyone, friend, family, or stranger to them in a heartbeat. I look forward to getting my next piece from them in just a few days. I called this evening to make an appointment for a piercing. I was told it was a walk in service. I walked in at 850. 1 hour and ten minutes before they closed for my piercing. I was told they already cleaned up and were done for the night. I was also told I would have to wait a half hour for everything to be sanitized and I should just come back Monday. If youre open til ten and you tell people that it should be working hours. Also if you already cleaned up for the night but then tell me I would have to wait a half hour to sanitize are you closing up dirty!?I appreciate the response but unfortunately Im not very eager to return to a shop where the staff may be bitter from my comment to let them put needles in my body.

Ive started using this shop for about a year now, each time is always a great experience. The staff is quick to help, both Joseph and Chance arevery patient with me (im very indesicisive), and the art never fails to impress me. Great music and atmosphere too!

Angie and her crew are AMAZING. My husband and I both got tattooed by angie and its honestly my favorite piece I have! 10/10 would recommend. Angie talked with me through my tattoo and answered any of my questions. Shes light handed and does a hell of a good job!!

I have been getting tattooed at Revolution for about 9 years! They covered up a terrible tattoo I had done at another shop. I have countless hours and some big pieces done here. I have never been disappointed with any tattoo from here and have gotten work from all artists here! They are always super sweet to me and care about you during the experience. Best tattoo shop hands down! All of the artists are so talented, professional and courteous. Great vibes as soon as you walk in the door! I’ve been tattoo’d by everyone in there and normally I have a hard time sitting but I was actually able to close my eyes and get in a nap they’re all so light handed. I’ll never go anywhere else! There’s also lots of artwork, paintings art prints even candles and wax melts for sale in the shop made by the artists!

I went in today to have jewelry changed on my fourchette piercing. Brandon was absolutely amazing! Super professional and made me feel very comfortable to expose a certain area of my body. He is very knowledgeable about most, if not all, piercings. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good piercing. Ill be going back soon to get my princess albertina done. Ill post another review then. The shop is very clean and he made sure to keep putting on clean gloves so there was no cross contamination. Again, GO SEE BRANDON for a good, clean, comfortable, and perfectly placed piercing!

I’ve gotten all of my tattoos and piercings from here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. As soon as I walk through the door everybody is helpful and courteous. Every artist does absolutely amazing work. I’m very happy with all the work I’ve had done there!

I booked with Brandon for a sentimental piece and he 500% superseded my expectations! I had a general idea in mind and he turned it into a work of art that was so much better! Would absolutely recommend! Also, I love that Revolution is an art studio as well. It’s a beautiful spot. I mean, it even has a coy fish pond. And all the staff there are equally great!

Got an industrial piercing from there, the staff are amazing and very understanding, they helped me out when i had questions they made sure i knew how to clean it and answered any questions i had even when i showed up with questions they helped. they gave me a ball replacement when i lost one and said that they understood because they have piercings too so if i needed another to come back and they would help me. 5 stars, i HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone

I have had many people in my life get tattoos by various artists at the shop, and they all look beautiful! The work is clean and always looks great! They do amazing original work and can cover up the craziest of things; and that’s just talking about the tattoos! Not only are the tattoo artists amazingly talented, the piercers are very cleanly and informative about piercing care and will gladly suggest what would look great on you!Then there is the Art Gallery part of Revolution that is just as amazing! The prints are cool, the canvases are gorgeous, and it is clear that the people who make the art (usually the tattoo artists) are very passionate about their creative outlets! I have two paintings that I have gotten from Revolution Ink, and I have a print as well! Another great thing about all of their artwork is that you can find something for literally anyone! They have horror themed art; Pokémon art; Disney art; and so much more! They also have so much more than canvas art and prints. They have pins and jewelry and other awesome things, like resin art! I have a very cool wooden bowl-like thing that has resin in the center of it that looks like the ocean, and my best friend got it for me from Rev!Now, one of my most favorite things that Revolution Ink has to offer, is their candles and wax melt! They make all of their soy candles and they are scented amazingly! My absolute favorite candle that they make is their Banana Nut one! But just like the artwork, they have scents for absolutely everyone; from earthy tones, to sweet scents, and so many other choices that it makes it hard to just pick one! The candles and wax melts make great presents! Especially during Christmas time if you are having a hard time selecting something, or just need something extra to add to a stocking! They come in small sizes as well, so if you like to keep smaller candles with a scent that’s just as powerful as a regular one, then these are the ones to get!Finally, I just want to say that all the employees are some of the coolest people I have ever met. They are always respectful and professional, no matter who you are; young or old, big or small. They keep the shop clean, and are willing to answer all questions you need! They’re cool, calm, and creative people and I would not trust any other shop to tattoo or pierce me!Tldr: Revolution Ink has amazing piercers and tattoo artists, and their non-bodymod products rock!

I absolutely love Revolution ink. I’ve gotten four piercings with them so far (Belly Button, Medusa, Helix, and nostril). They did them quickly and carefully with little to no pain. They answered all the questions I had regarding each piercing both before and after I decided to get them. I had some complications with my helix when I got home (NOT their fault whatsoever, my ears are just overly sensitive and heal weirdly). I called them and they requested for me to come in so they could check it out. They inspected and helped my helix free of charge. They even switched it to a larger piercing for free.

My artist is Angie. She has tattooed me 3 times, hand drew everything. Shes amazing and always goes above and beyond for me to make sure everything is exactly the way I want it. Everyone there is very professional and its a super clean establishment.

I decided to use revolution ink to get my first tattoo after seeing the awesome work they did on a friend. I drew up my idea for my sleeve and Joey worked with me to make it literally perfect, exactly what I wanted and keeping the style basically my own. I couldnt see myself getting a tattoo anywhere else and am always excited to go back :)

I went in to get a belly button piercing. Their piercer stepped out to go get food right before i arrived so i had to wait a bit. As soon as he got back he got right to setting up his things (i didnt even notice) called me, checked his lines to make sure it was even and boom it was done. The jewelry piece they gave me is super cute too! 2nd day having it and no bruising or redness or severe swelling. Made sure I knew how to keep it clean ✌ cant wait for it to be all healed up

I had gotten a small tattoo from Revolution, it’s been over a year and my tattoo still has vibrant Color! Compared to what I see at other Tattoo shops, this one is done the most professional in the area.

Went here for not even a palm sized tattoo and they tried to charge me 200 for it. For what? It wasn’t even a 150 dollar tattoo. I went to another place and they charged me only 100. And did an amazing job. They over charge you for tattoos, make no damn sense. Took my money straight to integrity tattoo and he was amazing. Period.

I would think twice before going to revolution for a tattoo. Its honestly a hit or miss with them. They could possibly do good work as long as they are feeling up for it, if not be prepared to be upset and disappointed with them nickle and dimming you on whatever it is you want done. This place is sketchy, shady and only give deals to certain customers.

Terrible shop.I paid almost five hundred for a child like outline of my medusa before I worked for them. I was told during my employment Joey would finish it and work with me on the price. He didnt touch it once. I guess doing drugs in the shop was more important. While I worked for them, I found they were nothing like I thiught. Disrespectful, childish and two faced. Its easy too misjudge someone who plays nice to your face bc they want your money.I highly suggest going to Lafayette or Alex for your work. They are nothing compared to artists in Lafayette especially.

Wait was a little longer than ive experienced but the art was good, minor issues with the wait but artists and staff were friendly and helpful, and did acknowledge the wait issue, i definitely will be coming back here for more of my traditional style pieces.
