Absolutely love my piercings! Lauren took the time to explain everything in detail, and she was very professional. I was impressed with how clean she kept her work area and tools. Before piercing she made sure the placement was exactly what I wanted and she was more than willing to remark my ears over and over again. I had a great experience and I definitely will be going again.

My brother and I went together to Lauren for piercings. She did a great job making sure we were absolutely happy with the placements. She was very informative and knowledgeable, which I loved! The procedure was quick and practically painless!

I am beyond happy that I discovered Steel and Stone Piercing! Lauren provided outstanding service throughout my entire experience. She helped me select a pair of flat, round silver earrings that complimented my existing jewelry and suggested the most flattering placement. The actual piercing part was quick and efficient with minimal pain. The studio is conveniently located and was clean, well-organized and had a welcoming atmosphere. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Lauren! She has taught me so much about caring for my piercings and I go to her to change my helix piercing whenever I need to size down or just want something new. Lauren not only knows her stuff but she genuinely cares about you and makes sure the entire experience (even healing and after) is a good one.

I now love the double cartledge piercings I felt weird about before walking into there, thanks to her expertise! She changed out the jewelry & I love the double huggie hoops on my left ear. She pierced my tragus, cartledge & helix on my right ear too & I am obsessed. I went in there wanting 1 piercing & got way more done!! I 10/10 recommend Steel and Stone! If I get the “itch” to get a piercing I feel like I have to act on it! But….I can’t just go to anyone. I have to research and find some one I feel good about! I looked at several places and found steel and stone and after looking at all of her pictures and reviews and even talking with her I immediately felt like she was gonna be great! Boy was I right! When I met her in person I honestly felt like we were already friends!! She was that friendly and she did an amazing job!! She pierced my conch and switched out my tragus. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else again. ❤️

Lauren is amazing! She’s very knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure your piercing placement is exactly where you want it. She only does hollow needle, which I’m a big fan of and really emphasizes keeping the process clean and sterile. Lauren was super nice and talked me through the whole process, I can’t wait to get more piercings done by her!

Lauren is so good at what she does. She’s very patient with my indecisive self on choosing placement and jewelry. Speaking of, she has the cutest earrings to choose from that makes it so hard! I’m glad I have the option of buying other jewelry from her. She’s the best experience I’ve had with all my piercings. She’s extremely knowledgeable (just follow her IG and you’ll see she is huge on educating). There are so many things I didn’t know about the piercing world.Also, one of my ears got infected after I created trauma to it by applying a helmet several times to my head and she was so patient and helped me what to do to make the swelling go down. After I followed her steps, my swelling went down within a day or two! She followed up with me a few times after that to make sure my ear was okay. She makes you feel like a friend rather than just a client! I also love that she sends you home with some cleaning spray. The last couple piercings I got, I had to pay for it. 5 stars for Steel & Stone!!!! I will be back!!!

Cant even begin to explain how comfortable I felt when getting my nose pierced. Lauren made sure that if I had questions about anything that she was always willing to explain and go into detail why things go the way they do. She really does know her stuff and she makes you feel so welcome when you are there. Would definitely recommend her!!!

I had my second experience with Lauren today. Couldn’t recommend her enough! I am not the best at cleaning my other piercings that are still healing and she took extra time to go through and clean them! She did not have to do that. And they really needed it. 😬 I was debating on swapping out the jewelry on my other piercings that are still healing so she screwed off the tips and showed me how they would look. She is extremely clean and sterile! Wears gloves and disinfects constantly throughout the process. She leaves time in between her appointments to thoroughly clean everything which I really appreciate! She got more jewelry in which means I need more. 😫😉 I will be back!

Lauren is the best! She pierced my 6 month old daughter’s ears. She was fast and efficient! The placement of her earring is perfect and they have heeled so well! Lauren is also the sweetest person and makes you feel very comfortable!

She also helped me put in my earrings since I hadnt had them in in years and hadnt put in the flat backs before.I put in a lot of research before deciding to come here for my daughters first experience and was very pleased. I had to get my ear repierced after a bad infection caused me to take my still healing earring out. I decided to try a different place than the place I had gone previously (another piercing studio) and found Steel & Stone Piercing! At the other place, the earrings cost were almost a “hidden” cost and jumped the price of the piercing from the $50 per ear to almost double. At Steel & Stone Piercing I had such a better experience! Lauren had a lot of transparency in her pricing and the earrings were included in the price making it just a flat $40 per ear, which I appreciated a lot!She was very educated and explained aftercare thoroughly with the promise of being available if I needed to reach out through phone call to troubleshoot any potential infection. The piercing was very quick and clean. Everything was clean and sterile, she was thorough with sterilizing my ear before piercing, helping with cleaning after the initial piercing, and being very friendly!If I’m getting another piercing, I’ll be going to Steel & Stones :)

If you are considering a new piercing, look no further! This is the place!!! Lauren is absolutely amazing! She took the time to talk to my daughter and answer all the questions. She instantly made you feel like family. My daughter got her ears pierced when she was 6 and it did not go well. The piercings were not centered and they got infected. Eventually it was so bad we just took the earrings out and let them close. We heard about Lauren at Steel and Stone and decided to give it another try for her 11th birthday. Lauren marked and remarked her ears checking every angle until we all agreed they were perfect. It was worth every penny to know that my daughter’s permanent piercings are exactly right!! Not only are they perfect but they never once got infected!! My daughter has been so happy and absolutely LOVES her new earrings!! Thank you Lauren!!!

Lauren did such an amazing job with my 5 year old daughter getting her first piercing. She was patient and kept her at ease. She had fun snacks and drinks for her to enjoy while Lauren pierced my ears. She did a constellation lobe piercing on me and a helix piercing on one side. It hardly hurt and the healing process has been so easy.

After getting a piercing from another shop that didn’t tell me the quality issues with their jewelry, I was super nervous to try someone new again. I scheduled a jewelry change and figured if anything I could get my rook jewelry that had turned green switched out. I am so glad I came here!!! Lauren knew exactly what to do, helped me switch out two of my piercings with better jewelry, (which were super hard to remove by the way so thank heavens for her patience and skill) helped educate me on why the ones I had were causing so many problems, and even walked me through more of the healing process than the piercer had. After just a few days, my piercing is doing so much better and has so much less irritation. I’m now only going to be coming here for future piercings and am recommending her to all my friends! It’s hard with how many piercing shops are popping up to know who to go to, but don’t hesitate at all with steel and stone!!

This was the best piercing experience ever! Lauren listened really well to my concerns about previous scar tissue and piercing experience and seemed to really care! Her prices are reasonable and she took extra time to make sure the piercings were symmetrical! Would recommend to everyone!!!

I have had several cartilage piercings done from other places and always ended up taking them out because of how painful they were!! Not with Lauren, I have had hardly any pain since I got it done! She was so clean and professional also!! Definitely going back!!

My six and four year olds wanted their ears pierced for their birthday. Lauren was wonderful! She took the time to get the marking just right before piercing (I didn’t realize ears/lobes are different sizes on the same person!) I recently went to get my 3rd and a conch done with Lauren. I had a million questions since my previous experience (at a different piercing place) was less than ideal. She was so knowledgeable and patient.Lauren took her time to make sure everything was perfect, we were the last appointment of the night and we didn’t feel rushed.As far as the piercing procedure, it was great, there was obviously some discomfort, but nothing significant, I had no redness and minimum swelling.I’m already planning on going back to get some more done.
