Stained Inc. Tattoo and Piercing

Everyone here is so friendly. I walked in and got a tattoo with in minutes. My wife was with me and the artist had time to touch up some letters for her as well. Afterwords, I decided to get my ear pierced. We were in and out and I am very happy with my tattoo and my piercings!

This is my 2nd tattoo from Claudia at Stained Ink, the other is a Unilome between my chest, Im not going to post because the placement.She does AMAZING work, she pulled this right out of my brain and added her own touches.I also got an opal stud for my dermal there and I love it.All the employees are very polite!Glad to have found my new artist.

I dont want to take away from the beauty of the ink done in this place because they are very talented. But I chose 3 stars, so its in the middle as I didnt actually get any ink. Claudia, as I said, if you look at her work online, its incredible, but I had an appointment, so I showed up after doing the down payment a month before. The girl in the shop said that she was sorry but they had lost my information and couldnt get a hold of me to let me know Claudia got stuck at the tire shop and was going to have to reschedule. No big deal at all. It happened, and I was fine with it. So I texted her and let her know I wanted to reschedule. She messaged her apology but never offered a rescheduled time. I messaged 2 more times that day with no response. I showed up at 1 pm. the next day to get my deposit back. If she had offered to do it, I would still have been cool with it, but she didnt. She was nice and did refund me, but I was disappointed that she did not stay in touch to get rescheduled. I would have loved to have the tattoo done by her, but I felt I wasnt being shown any effort the other way. But, things happen. Just the lack of communication was frustrating.

I got two piercings here. Zoie was an amazing person, she was supper nice and understanding. She had a lot of patience with any questions I had for her. Before we did anything she explained everything very thoroughly and made it easy to understand, she took her time and made sure I was okay with where she had marked for the piercing was going. Over all it was a 10/10 experience, highly recommend.

Was gonna go and get my labret and nose pierced. They said I could get it done but then changed it on my last minute.

Made an appointment for my daughter to get her belly button pierced, the girl told me the price and scheduled us for a few days away..On the way there I got text and she asked if can come later since they closed at 5 am the night before. I told her we were already on the way and the appointment was in 30 min. We get there and she told me that she needed to check her belly button anatomy.. I have never heard of this. She decided not to do the piercing. I was not happy since it was drove 45 minutes and was never told about an anatomy check. I simply recommended that they notify customers of that over the phone and her and the female tattoo artist were not very kind and didnt appreciate what u had to say and told me to go somewhere else then if I dont care what could happen. It was quite comical since I was going to since I dont have a choice. I was simply recommending that they notify customers of the anatomy check so they dont waste their time like I did. I am happy to report that we found another place and he got her rite in, said her belly button was perfect and she is happily pierced. I would not recommend this place, not just because she wouldnt pierce her, but because they were unprofessional after I recommended telling customers and the tattoo artist had no reason to get involved since she was in the back and they attacked me in front of other customers. Bad customer service and needs much more improvement. This place was recommended to me but I will definitely tell people NOT to go here!

Worked us in after a death for an out of town family member and it turned out beautifully. Thanks. I’ve been tattooed here once before but this guarantees my return. Thanks guys

Ive had many services done at stained and I love these people. They are my family!!! There are no better artists in the world. If you go anywhere else youll regret it!!! Zoie pierced my septum and she was fantastic! She got me in the day after I called, her station was clean, and she was very knowledgeable about the piercing as well as the healing process. She was also just extremely kind. I havent gotten a piercing in about 12 years and was kind of nervous, but she made the experience so easy and relaxing (as much as having a needle shoved through your nose can be relaxing😆). Would definitely recommend her and we will probably go see her again when my boyfriend gets his nose done!

They were awesome! Kyle was super patient with all of our questions and did a fantastic job. He cleaned absolutely everything between my mom and I. I cant say enough about how great they were. I would highly recommend even for my sensitive skin friends too! He gave great advice on earrings and piercing care as well.

I got a tattoo from Bunny yesterday who was incredibly sweet and made my visit a very happy one! All the artists seemed very patient and extremely polite. They all spoke to you and made you feel welcomed. The shops space was nice and open so you didnt feel claustrophobic. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you stained inc!

Highly recommend this place! Very nice people! The piercer was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me feel very calm and talked me through the whole process, and told me everything before he did it. Another worker there actually held my hand while I got my piercing done, which helped me calm down alot! She was awesome too! I will definitely be back for any piercings in the future!

Zoie was so awesome! We had a great experience here with her. We stopped in last weekend to get pierced. I got an ear piercing & my daughter got her first piercing (lip). Zoie was so knowledgeable & professional. She made everything super easy & comfortable for us. She explained everything before & as she was doing it & was very meticulous. I highly recommend Stained for any piercings or tattoos. Everyone on staff we encountered here was awesome & friendly. Zoie is the best! I have gotten pierced other places in the Knoxville area & this is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. I will be returning in the near future for more of her awesome work! Thank you again!

Kyle is one of the best! I had previously been to a different piercer and had a terrible experience, so I was quite nervous to get my ear pierced again. Did some research and this was one of the few places that I felt even remotely comfortable even checking out.He was respectable, nice, and never made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. The place was really clean and I genuinely enjoyed coming in and getting this service done. Today is day 2 of healing my double helix piercing and I literally have no swelling! Absolutely will be going back for more!

My girl did a great job was fast and efficient. Little pricey compared to other places but worth it for Good work

Zoie is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met within the piercing business in general. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable, no matter who you are or what you’re getting pierced. I’m moving out of state, but will be coming back for any piercing needs I may have in the future. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Great, friendly atmosphere, beautiful work , I had Jake fix a bad tattoo a friend of a friend had done, he was able to fix it & You cant tell its a cover up at all. He also added some details to another tattoo, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

This establishment is by far the best at their jobs! If a professional refuses to do a certain piercing on you, then they are keeping your safety, body anatomy, and over all well-being in mind, instead or selfishly taking your money! I’ve gotten crooked piercings from other shops, that only have money on their mind. Stained Ink is made up of the friendliest, smartest professionals, who talk you through the process, make sure you’re feeling safe and make sure you are satisfied with the results!

Made an immediate connection with Zoie! She explained to me everything before she proceeded with my piercing. She is so professional. And the fact she knew what a YaiYai is, was the perfect experience. I highly recommend Zoie for any piercing you desire.

Zoie is by far the best piercer i’ve ever had!! her bedside manner is amazing, and her knowledge is so impressive. she definitely has her clients best interest in mind in regards to piercing placement, anatomy, and jewelry. i could not recommend her enough!!

This place is absolutely phenomenal, extremely professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Seems that the only bad review on here is from a disgruntled mom upset that her underage daughter doesnt have the right anatomy for an overtly sexualized piercing, but bodily anatomy is a very real (ask any woman in 2022) and very important part of getting and maintaining piercings. Any piercer that disregards that isnt worth your time, money, or the struggle itll take to deal with the piercing. With that being said, these ladies know what theyre doing with your body and I highly recommend this place for tattoos and piercings!

Got my very first tattoo Saturday at the age 47. Didnt quite know what to expect with this being the first. Staff is very professional along with being very personable. It only took a few minutes to realize I was in good hands. The idea I had for the tattoo really wouldnt have worked well because of my light complexion. We looked through some pictures that were very close to the original idea that couldnt have worked out any better. Im extremely happy with my first tattoo. It even passed the ultimate test, the wife liked it too. I will be back for my second in the near future.

Im so happy with my tattoo. This place forever holds a special place in my heart. Jake is so amazing. He covered up several scars on my arm with a piece that honestly means more to me than anything else in this world so I wasnt just going to let anyone put it on me. It had to be Jake. Hes very passionate about his work and the application of the tattoo was better than perfect. I have to go back to get it finished up (and set up an appointment for another one) and I will attach before and after photos to this. But guys, seriously, if you are looking to get new ink, go to Stained. Jake is amazing, the other artists there are so very talented as well. If you need a piercing, go see Kyle. Hes very helpful and has an almost comforting/calming vibe and hes really cool to chat with. I got to see him do a couple of things while I was there and hes got skills. The entire staff was professional and this is the only place Ill go for a tattoo or piercing!

Kyle Hatcher was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. Clean. I highly recommend Kyle & Stained Inc. 5 stars. (I’m getting a crystal cross hoop in April after it heals). I haven’t had a piecing in almost 20 years so I definitely had a lot of questions.

I got a septum piercing here. It was decent priced and Kyle did a great job at explaining the process and showing how he sanitized everything. They are by appointment only right now but due to covid we cant really expect much more.

Went in nervous but wow bunny did amazing tat now am wonting another one beside it that has heart where my cross is and hope where faith is then as I started to leave my sister n niece was trying to get me to get nose pierced. I was scared but this other girl in middle said what are u scared off I said the needle coming to my face. She said u can do it its not as bad as u think it wasnt in am so glad I did both and cant wait to get my other tat only little thing the t looks like a l but I think its ok it is unique and besides it that why now. But all in all I love it and both ladies that did tat and piercing was the best

Am so glad for google!!! Really wanted more tattoos & was checking arond!!! Found these guys on google under Great tattoo shops in Lenoir City Tennessee & Stained Ink. popped up!!! Called, got directions, sat down right then & there (cuz Id already written down ideas of what I was wanting) Chris & Jake through ideas back & forth!!! In no time Chris had drawn some awesome pics!!! Went n yesterday & had 2 of them done & am very pleased w/them!!! Awesome work environment, very professional, & they just make u feel like part of the gang!!! Sorry bout talkin to much!!! :\ Ill try not to next time!!! Cant wait til I get my next one!!! So excited!!! :D
