Claires

I was visiting Lima OH for work and decided to swing over to the Lima Mall Claires to pick up some gifts for my kids. The employee working, Hunter W. was amazing! She was so friendly, helped me find the items that my kids texted me pictures of that they wanted, and was so down to earth. Not only was she easy to talk to but she also showed sympathy when I mentioned my one daughter is autistic. Hunter helped me find everything I needed and then some, helping me get the most bang for my buck. Then, on top of all of this, when I told her the stuff was gifts for my kids, she put each kids item(s) in a separate bag and wrote their names on the bags so each kid gets their own bag to open! How thoughtful of her!!!!I cannot say enough kind words about Hunter but I do know I will be back the next time I am town. Also, if she is not a manager, SHE SHOULD BE!

Hunter was the one that pierced my grand daughters ears and she was amazing! So patient, quick, and friendly. She told everything she was going to do to help ease her mind. Would definitely recommend her to everyone I know!

Hunter was amazing and nice and very sweet

My daughter went to get her ears pierced and after getting the first one, basically turned in to a hysterical tornado. The associate, Emily was kind, professional, and supernaturally patient with her. We eventually left with two pierced ears and a very happy, no longer shrieking kid.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Courtney was the person who did it.. my daughter was terrified and courtney got her calmed down and did a really good job. Would suggest her for sure!!!

Granddaughter got her ears pierced. They did great everything was clean and costumer oriented. Staff very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly.
