This is one of my favorite tattoo shops. Clean, friendly, professional. Emily and Keith have taken care of me time and time again. All the flash all over the shop is sick too. But don’t feel pressured to pick any of that because the artists are incredible and can draw whatever you want. Parking is always easy too

This is my second time coming here, and I must say what a beautiful atmosphere and friendly staffs they got going on. I was so nervous getting my tattoos done, but I met the best tattoo artist ever, her name is Laurel! She is sweet, humble, patient, and made me feel so comfortable before and after the tattoo process. I felt like I knew her for years while talking about pretty much anything 🫶🏼 Once again, Laurel, I wanna thank you for being so patient and kind to me, and especially for doing such a great job on the tattoos that i always wanted 🫶🏼

Terri was the person that was supposed to pierce me . but the first thing she said was , was my head covering apart of my everyday life . because i’m muslim… which was very unusual because no person that’s ever pierced me had any concern about it . then complained about every other piercing i was trying to get and said my ear wasn’t “eligible “ . like i said i never had this problem with any other place. I won’t be coming back . and want refer her to anyone . SMH!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE BEST SHOP FOR GETTING YOUR PIERCINGS! After being screwed over by Physical Graffiti for messing up my nose piercing the other day, I decided to give this place a try. And Im so glad I did! I was scared of having a painful experience again, but Terri did a great job doing my piercing. She was very knowledgeable and so sweet and caring, and the process was quick and easy. I will be coming back here for my future piercing! And they have good prices as well! Thank you Terri, youre the best!

Called for a lip piercing and the woman doing it said she would not do it because of facial hair, every other tattoo place said its not a problem but for her it was, she brought me in and everything then said it wouldnt be done by her, very unprofessional and now Lost a customer, I got it done somewhere else, at euphoria ink and they did it no problem, go to euphoria if you dont want to deal with us. Good day.

Jake, keith and emily are amazing people who are extremely talented at what they do. i got my first tattoo from jake a few months ago and through my experience with him he always asked how i was feeling and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. this was super reassuring as i was pretty nervous for my first tattoo.as i was about to get tattooed by jake for the third time, keith and i were talking about our childhood pets and we were both brainstorming ideas on how could incorporate my childhood cat into a future tattoo. we bounced ideas off of each other and he grabbed his ipad and started to draw away once i started to get tattooed by jake. i would up getting tattooed by jake AND keith that day and have immortalized my childhood cat cleo on me forever. keith really has motivation to make your ideas a reality.i am now in tattoo number 6 from tattooville and plan on getting many many more from them! 10/10 recommend.

Great shop! Keith is incredibly creative and detail-oriented. The studio was clean and welcoming, I highly recommend him!

I just Love this place... Teri is so Wonderful and Helpful and Patient.. In fact everyone in the place is so pleasant and kind. Teri peirced my ears and I had a problem with one of my ears and she fixed it for me and I dont even feel like I had my ears peirced. Thank You Teri...

Always a great experience. Rob has done 3 of my tattoos and he hasnt let me down once. The entire staff is professional. Work and rest areas are kept clean. Once in a while theyll have surprise guest artist come in and do some work. (Of course by appointment) It can get a little pricey but youre paying for what you get& trust me, you wont be disappointed.

I’ve gotten a couple pieces here and have always had a great experience. Lots of talented artists and piercer. Convenient location too because you can grab snacks at the 711 before your appointment.

Got tatted by Emily (Mouse) - She absolutely slayed! Brought my vision to life and the beauty of it all was that it wasn’t painful at all! I’ve gotten work by numerous artist (other tattoo shops) and all have been painful. This is the beginning of a great relationship! Thank you Emily…

Emily and jake specifically were amazing people. Went in to get a matching tat with my best friend and they were the sweetest people. 10/10 with the beautiful tattoo Emily gave me. Had my laughing with their great conversation. Overall amazing experience would recommend them if looking for a friendly and fun service. Honestly was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had :)

Had an amazing experience having my nose pierced for the first time. The woman who did it,I wish I could remember her name,but she’s been working here for 17 years I believe, she was so kind and funny and caring and did not make me feel crazy at all for feeling nervous. She took so much time with me. She explained everything fully and made the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend her and tatooville to everyone! Plus I really love my piercing!❤️

Wow!!! Youre still open! I got my first tattoo there in the 1990s. I got several more b4 we moved to Delaware. Unfortunately, I forgot the young man who did my tatts.

First I wanna say that the piercer is awesome! She’s very great, and does piercings very quickly. 3/5 of my piercings have fully healed and the 2 that didn’t were no fault to Terry. The only things that she could improve upon is providing internally threaded jewelry, but other than that, no complaints. I got tattooed by Laurel and Emily. Laurel is SOO nice! Wonderful energy. The tattoo she gave me isn’t perfect. The lines are a tiny bit shaky and rigid, though It’s not noticeable unless you looks closely, but if you are a perfectionist I would recommend seeing a different artist. Emily is extremely talented, my tattoo looks perfect for what it is. The problem is that she was a tiny bit pushy about the design. When I asked her to change something she seemed a bit judgmental. This obviously it’s a problem for most people, but if your not very confrontational, you might need someone to come with you to help make sure you don’t end up getting a tattoo you don’t want. She seemed upset when I asked her to change something, so when i wanted something else changed I just kept quiet and now i have a tattoo i’m not completely happy with. I’m aware that im to blame for this, but again, if you struggle with confrontation, keep this in mind. Other than that, great environment, nice people, skilled piercer, talented artists.

Let me start off by saying this was THE best possible first tattoo experience I could ask for. I got my nose pierced here a few years ago and the lady that did it was super friendly and nice about the whole process and explained aftercare instructions to me really well. Now today, my friend and I decided to go for some spontaneous last minute tattoos and let me just say Jake and Emily were the best people to have doing our tattoos. They were super knowledgeable and gave me the best experience for a first tattoo. Jake did mine and he was super friendly about telling me what would work best and was a very fun person all around. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

A lady did my septum piercing and she is the sweetest! Not only does she make you feel comfortable she is also gentle but quick both at the same time. She is now my go to for piercings. I live about 30min away and I’m okay with the commute! Great place!

Absolutely disgusted with the staff. A phone went missing, and I was immediately called, BEFORE CHECKING CAMERAS, and was accused of stealing the phone. My little brother went to the bathroom, and so they then assumed he took it. He called me THREE times, said hes calling the police, and then hung up on me. We would never take a phone, and felt extremely disrespected. If I could give this place negative 10 stars I would. I will NEVER return and I’m letting everyone I know, to never go as well. This is the WORSE shop to go to. Just read more reviews and you will see, I’m not the only one with a bad experience.

Terry was THE BEST piercer ever. I got my nose and two ear piercings and she was so fast and gentle, I couldn’t believe it! The staff was also very sweet and professional and I am soooo glad I came here.

Today I decided to get nose and septum piercings with my girls. Mind you, Im afraid of needles (I know, dont judge me🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️😂), but Terry was so good. The way she explained the process put my mind at ease. We all were very happy. I would definitely recommend her.

Teri was great and very laid back . I went for a septum piercing and she was very quick and informative of the process, took less than 5 minutes. I didn’t feel any pain, probably because of her proper placement in the “sweet spot.” Love how it looks.

If I could rate this place -6 stars I would. The girl who did my tattoo was unbelievably rude. She discouraged me from getting a tattoo I wanted. I understand if im being told the consequences of getting a tattoo in a certain place but for her to just say no im not tattooing you there is absolutely ridiculous. Her snarky remarks and nasty attitude were just repulsive. Never coming here again.

I got two piercings on the same ear, my first time getting a piercing ever. It was quick and painless. They explained how its done and what I need to do next plain and simple. Very satisfied with the service.

I went to get my dimples pierced and Terry was very professional and made me feel at ease. Before the procedure she took my tempature & asked the necessary questions regarding my health and proceeded to pierce my dimples. I love my piercings and I definitely would recommend Piercing tech Terry to other potential clients, 😃

All of their employees are totally rude. They had an apprentice there who was offering free tattoos and I asked her for one and she said yes happily, she had to reschedule so when I asked her when she could do it she just said not doing them anymore, sorry. like unprofessional. Not recommended. F rating.

Everything was explained and quick. Also, it isnt bad as most people think.And the lady was great and not judgemental about me not having a flat belly.I always go there for my piercings. I only have my nose and belly now.

TERRIE IS A QUEEN. This is the second time she’s saved my life I went to her back in November for a nose piercing because the first time (not with her) it got infected and I wanted it soo bad. Long story short, my nose piercing has been GREAT ever since seeing her. Fast forward to about a week ago, I went to the mall to get a second hole in my ear thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal.... WRONG, I came straight to Terrie as soon as one of the my ears didn’t feel right. The lady that pierced it used a gun and caused trauma to my ear. Lesson learned, there’s a reason why Terrie is a professional! Thank you a million times!! She wouldn’t even accept a tip for helping me. I am genuinely sooo pleased with this shop and her. I will be retuning for any piercing or tattoo.. Tattooville is 10000/10 !!

Jake is awesome. First tattoo and he gave me one on one instructions and how it works, different color and skin tones, and maintenance. I recommend Jake and he is the bomb and personable.

The piercer thought she was being professional and was yet very nasty. Told me to be quiet and I was getting 3 piercings at once. It’s the way you say things and the tone of voice used. I have been going here for years and I will never go back. Not only did I go here but anyone who asked about the services they provide I would send them customers.

Great place. Tony spent a lot of time creating the piece and finding the right spot near another tattoo. He was friendly and professional and took the time to make sure I was happy with the design. Solid work by Tony and I will go back soon.

Very rude and disrespectful staff and owner. My mom lost my birth certificate and I dont drive or have a passport, so I told them the only thing I have with my date of birth on it is my donor card. The woman told me to call back tomorrow and ask the owner if I can use it. I called and asked to speak to the owner about IDs and she was like oh, youre that girl and the put the phone down to get someone to ask the owner, and meanwhile I hear them mocking me and talking bad about me. The woman the sends someone else over to the phone and the person picks up the phone and goes Hello??.. Oh, she hung up. She answered the question for herself. I didnt hang up and in the background after that I heard them laughing and mocking my question and it was horrible. I listened for about 5 minutes before I hung up. I just turned 18 and Im just trying to get a tattoo, I dont know the first thing about them though. They made me feel really bad about myself. I will never go there to get a tattoo, and I should have listened to the other reviews of disrespectful and rude. I could care less about the donor card not being a valid form of ID, I care about how rude and disrespectful they were.

Went in to have my daith piercing put back in. The piercer (a woman, I dont remember her name.. She was amazing) attempted to put the ring in with out repiercing me but my hole was too closed up. So she went ahead and repierced it. The shop was clean. Prices were fair. And my piercing has since healed up wonderful.. I would definitely check out some more of their work at another time.

Got my first tattoo from Dave last Tuesday. He and his assistant (didnt get his name) were very professional and made me feel completely at ease. Would definitely go back again.

My wife and I went there to get a King and queen of hearts tattoo. The design was already drawn up , so all they had to do was a stencil. I’m heavily tattooed and been getting tattooed for 21 years. My tattoo is chewed up, wonky lines and the heart doesn’t resemble a heart, my wife’s tattoo is crooked , lines are very shaky and her heart is chewed up as well. These were 15 minute tattooed tops. I’m very unhappy regardless of the money I paid. Now I will have to go to another artist to have these fixed being there in very noticeable spots. I’d press to have my money back if I could. Shouldn’t have to wear something that doesn’t resemble the meaning behind it.

Got an Infinity tattoo and one side was longer then the other. I also went there to get a snake eyes piercing on my tongue and the guy did the piercing crooked and used a belly ring as the ring for my tongue. smh . It took longer to heal, hurt like hell and was crooked. I went to another place and they gave me the proper ring for my tongue and it healed very fast, right after. The other place also charges $30.00 less than this place. Almost $80.00 for a crooked snake eyes piercing using a belly ring. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Got both of my tragus pierced by Michael and he was so friendly and nice and informative. Inside the store is really clean and all the piercing needles and material is sanatized. Definitely going back soon

I had a friendly female staff member do my quick and painless piercing in a clean environment. I got a forward helix which constantly fell out after the piercing. I went one evening to get it put backed in (its quiet an awkward angle and very difficult to do on your own) and asked if there might be something wrong with the jewelry, however the gentleman that helped me reassured me there wasnt. The following morning the jewelry fell off in the shower. That evening I went to get it put back in and ask again about the jewelry being faulty but Tattooville decided to close early before their closing time, and it was January 4th.... Unfortunately I had to fly out for work so I cant go back to get it fixed yet but I visited another place abroad to see if they can help me put the earring back in before the hole closes and they said the jewelry was too short and because my ear swelled up a bit the short bar wasnt helping with it staying on my irritated ear, and probably causing even more discomfort from the lack of room. The piercer advised to let it heal to prevent further irritation and she will re-pierce it with a longer bar. Waste of $50 at Tattooville...

Horrible!! I walked in & instantly felt out of place...they were snobby & quoted me $40-$80 more than everyone else. When I questioned their reasoning for the price difference he told me to go elsewhere! I did...I went to physical graffiti & had the best experience! & a lower price :)

Love the place friendly staff, clean environment. Thors the man, just waiting for him to sign my body from all the tattoos ive recieved from him. Prices are fair for the work and quality is amazing 6stars!!!

So first of all when I left I said have a nice day and got a stare back instead, then they tried accusing me of stealing a phone by calling my brothers girlfriend that went and got a belly piercing. They called 3-4 times harassing us and threatening to call the cops 😂but this is the funny part they haven’t even checked the cameras. I wouldn’t recommend this shop if your Spanish. Terrible staff

Just stop by for a qoute, met a couple of the artist. They made me feel comfortable, the place looks clean I believe Im going with them. They located off edger rd and wood east side north both side.

Ask for Thor, this guy KNOWS what he is doing. You won’t be disappointed with his work. He’s also really nice. He listens to what you and and steers you the right way in his professional opinions.
