Joey was cool from the get go. Had the best vibes soon as walked in the door. Came back for my appointment, and the vibes just got better and better. Best experience getting tattooed ever!!! Dude does phenomenal work, at the most amazing prices around. Trust when I say. You will NOT find a better place with a better dude than Joey at Hillard Skillard tattoos!!! Thanks again my dude!!

My family and I have been going to Joey for almost 10 years now! Not only is he an amazing artist but an amazing person! Where he goes I go! Thank you Joe for all the great work over the years, blessed to know ya!

For starters Joey is the most welcoming human being I have ever met! So down to earth, a plus is he’s a badass tattoo artist. Thank you SO much, I will be back for more!

He did a cover for me and it turned out amazing. Only $300! I’m definitely going back to him.

Joey is the best... I wouldnt go anywhere else around the lake. His talent and prices cant be beat.

Amazing and quick work and not overly priced. Both weren’t planned out tattoos but the artist worked with us to give us these amazing pieces. Took a little over two hours for both after he started on the tattoos.

Love!!!! Such a great experience and Joey is so easy-going makes you feel very comfortable like you have known him forever! This is my third tattoo from him❤️❤️❤️

This was my very first tattoo, and I was so impressed with Jeremiah and his work! He was very patient with me and explained everything. He answered all my questions and did an incredible job. His artwork is amazing and I absolutely love the delicate flower design he put on my ankle! Absolutely beautiful.

Joey is very welcoming and a great artist. Was on time, had very reasonable pricing, and clean studio. Finished quickly and the work looks fantastic. Would 100% recommend.

Joe is awesome! He has done most of my artwork and even did cover ups on some work my husband and I had done that didnt turn out right at all. He can do anything and loves a challenge! Go see him, you will not regret it!

Joey gave me my first tattoo and ever since I have always gone back to him. His work is beautiful and there’s nothing he can’t do! He is always very patient, kind, and works hard for his clients. He makes sure you’re comfortable and is always checking up with you. Plus He has one of the cleanest shops I have ever seen. So if you want dope tattoos don’t hesitate to hit him up :)

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos done by Joey and my sister has 4 done by him. We love him! I have one he did on my thigh that was done over a year ago and I still get compliments on it almost every day. Great work and fair prices!

I recommend Roy Joseph Hill to everyone who comes to me about my tattoos and where to get one at. Joey has done some AMAZING work on me and I will not go anywhere else for a tattoo. He makes you comfortable when your feeling nervous or anything. He is very nice and professional. Definitely my FAVORITE artist!

He was great professional I took my daughter here for her very first tattoo and she was thrilled with the outcome great bedside manner and great conversation very professional

He is amazing and I cant wait to get more ink done by him!

Great tattoo artist with a great heart. I called him at 7 pm to do a memorial tattoo for my boyfriend and his friend. My boyfriend’s friend, and his friend’s cousin, passed away early this morning and they wanted to get a memorial tattoo for him today. We had called around to a couple of places and no one would do it last minute until we called Joe. We explained what happened and he told us he would do it and was able to have us come in right away. The tattoos came out perfect and we will definitely be coming back for more❤️

Great detail and excellent customer service highly recommend

Best tattoos at the lake right now in my opinion.

Once you get your first tattoo from him you won’t want to go anywhere else. I’ve gotten all mine from him since the day I turned 18. He’s very good at what he does and will satisfy you every time. Highly recommend scheduling with him!

Joey did a great job doing my first tattoo. Ask him how freaked out I was. He was quick and did a great job. Shelby and I will be back for more!!!

Joe is the best!!! I go in with an idea and he takes the time to help me design something no one else has. His attention to detail is on point! He is booked way out so call and make an appointment! Absolutely worth the wait!!

This was my third trip to Joey. He did two beauties for me and I needed one redone and partially covered up. Once again Joey has proven he is a master at his craft. Well worth a 1300 mile trip from Florida.

Very nice and flexible. Will have to get my tattoo touched up after healing due to missing details that should not have been missed.

Been going to Joe for all my art and he has done a amazing job! Gonna keep coming back and I recommend everyone come check it out. Best at the lake!

Joey went out of his way to do some pieces for my wife and I. He had a cancellation and got us in, worked late, and did a fantastic job for us out-of-towners. Highly recommended!
