Had an great mini session with Rae today. Got a little piece to surprise my wife and she loves it. Rae was super chill, listened to what I was looking for and had some great feedback. All the artists that passed by were positive and friendly. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I got a piercing today and Daniel was wonderful! The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Daniel was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how to take care of my piercing. I’ll definitely be going back.

I always feel at home at Inkestry! The staff is professional and knowledgeable and the shop is clean and inviting. Shannon is the best tattoo artist and the only one I let scribble on me! I have been going to him for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. Inkestry is the best!

The staff here is great! I got a simple tattoo done by Hayley. She was kind and really listened and came up with a design I liked. The cleanliness of the shop is top notch and I watched her use fresh needle for the tattoo. They have a $100 minimum at the shop. They also sell salve for the tattoo. They do piercings as well.

I scoped out Inkestry years before I decided to schedule an appointment. This is how selective I am with people who I let near me with needles. I got my nostril (nose) pierced by Daniel, who is professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. I have had many piercings done and he is the first artist to ever schedule a follow up appointment. If you can look past Daniels unique personality, youll walk away capable of caring for your new piercing and a great new look!

Been coming here for 6 years. I have a full sleeve that is just about done as well as another on my ankle. They are profesional, clean, and do stellar work. Joe did my cover up and worked it into my full horror sleeve. Guesso did a neo traditional tattoo on my ankle. Both did spectacular work that I am proud to show off wherever I go. All the work they have done on me and everything I have seen has been some of the best work out there. I have gone to several other tattoo shops for myself and for others and I have to say, Inkestry sets THE standard all tattoo parlors should strive for. They make you feel comfortable, safe, and are all some of the most interesting folks Ive met with great conversations and overall vibes. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I love Inkestry! Everyone is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Shannon is an incredible tattoo artist. Hes able to take your ideas and customize them to your liking. Ive been been going to him for my tattoos for over 15 years. You can watch movies while youre getting your work done. Always a great experience!

Getting some work done by Joseph and couldn’t be more happy with the results so far! Very fun and friendly to talk with as well. Also got a piercing by Daniel, he did an amazing job as well. These guys are great! If you want quality work done, this is the place to go.

Nice local tattoo & piercing shop in Livermore. My tattoo artist was Gesso. I approached him wanting to get an ethnic, geometric tattoo based off a traditional shawl design common in Southern Pakistan, where I was born.When I approached him and asked if he could just copy a design I came across online, he did not seem keen on the idea and asked if he could design one based on the shawl I brought with me. He is true artist!He designed an even cooler tattoo and I am super happy with how it turned out. Gesso is the perfect combination of cool and professional and took all the necessary hygiene steps to ensure I received a clean piece of art. Suffice to say, I will definitely keep him in mind for any future ink.

I accompanied my husband for his piercing consultation recently. Courtney at the front was friendly, as always (I got my nose pierced here in Oct. 2016). Daniel answered his questions and answered mine about a future nose piercing. I love this shop. Theyre professional, and its clean. Ill be back for my piercing some time soon. My husband is still deciding about his😉.

The representative was perfectly pleasant. However, they charge $80 to stretch for piercing change. I ended up going to In Bloom in Tracy which is only 20 minutes away and they charged $5.00 …

I got my nose pierced with Daniel. He explained the entire process to me beforehand and made sure I understood everything. During the process he kept me informed. Everything was sterilized and he was super professional. I trust him with any piercing as he knows exactly what he’s doing, why anything can go wrong and how to avoid it.

Got my lobes pierced with Shayna. She was patient in making sure I was happy with the positioning before proceeding to pierce them. Afterwards she gave me a sheet that explains the aftercare and healing time. My piercings healed without a single issue. I recommend this place

I have gotten pierced by Shayna and she is quite professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her skills. I also like the tattoo artists and have gotten 2 tattoos from the late, great Redd. The atmosphere is clean and professional.

Came at 1pm on a Thursday, their hours say they open at noon. Doors were locked and no one answered the phone. Pretty frustrating considering the fact I drove all the way out here. Sunday’s hours are listed as by appointment only, so I shouldn’t have to call or anything beforehand to confirm they’re available.

Frankly, the piercer did a good job in retrospect. However, his service was extremely condescending and rude. I had just gotten there and he immediately rushed me and treated me like I was stupid throughout the appointment. Will not be coming back here.

David is very professional and does an awesome job. He loves what he does and takes his art very seriously. He came highly recommended 👌

Hailey took 2 hours to tattoo a 15 minute tattoo on my boyfriend. You are BOLD girl. It came out looking like an absolute amateur did it. Yikes.

If you want some great work done, then this is the place. Go see Shannon his work is amazing. He has a long waiting list though, but its worth it!

Gesso is an amazing artist. Very personable and laid back. Collaborated with me for my piece. Beautiful work. Will definitely visit again.

Justin was a terrible tattoo artist. He messed up the design and the tattoo looked awful. He did a tattoo for a friend of mine and he recorded her screaming in pain and posted it to social media. Very unprofessional. Definitely never coming back to inkestry ever again.

Rude & Condescending! Wouldn’t recommend this place if this is how they choose to treat paying & return customers! A tip to the business owner… The first voice you hear is the one that answers the phone or the one that greets you at the door! Grade F!
