I’ve gotten pierced here about 5 times and every time is a great experience. The areas are always clean and the piercers are always professional. Not to mention the inclusive and friendly environment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced. 👍

Overall great experience. Brought my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Shop was very clean and professional. Friendly service. My daughter even wanted to tip the piercer with her own money because she was so happy with her new earrings. Thank you!

My son, my best friend and I went in for 3 different tattoos with Jen, Elf and Richard. They were all absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back. It was my sons first tattoo, Jen was super sweet and patient with him. She made sure it was exactly what and where he wanted it and exceeded his expectation. He is over the moon with the result, especially since its a very meaningful piece for him. My bestie has several tattoos and she said working with Elf has been her favorite experience. Her piece is beautiful and exactly what she hoped for. Richard was a gem and very quickly put together my small but meaningful piece. Im in love with it and would love to get a larger piece from him in the future. We have definitely found our new favorite shop.

Jen took my artwork and kicked it up a few notches and did an awesome job on my tattoo. Very easy to work with and highly recommend her for your tattoos.

Richard was my artist. It was my first tattoo and my friend recommended me here. I am extremely impressed with his work and he did an amazing job. I got it done December 2022 and he was very nice and polite and I sat outside to wait for my ride and it was freezing but he told me to come inside and wait. I recommend Richard as your artist!!! Business is very clean and ALL staff was great.

I have had several tattoos done at Emerald Tattoos in Elk Grove. It’s truly a top notch shop with great staff and outstanding artists. I felt like my last session, with Pepe, was my most collaborative and favorite appointment to date but I truly love all the work I’ve had done here. I will be back to see Pepe and/or Josh soon and I couldn’t be more excited.

The staff are friendly just got my ear pierced. Ofcourse piercings hurt but only for so long, glad to know they have nice and professional people working in there to make it a comforting experience. The lady who did my nose piercings and ear piercings was extremely warm sweet and great customer service. But the manager she was rude, disrespectful and just nasty energy. Definitely not the appropriate environment for mean girl energy especially being a grown women.

The artists that work in the shop are friendly and very helpful. I have gone twice now and had work done by Jen.

The artist, Elf, did a great job with my tattoo. He was able to perform precisely. He knew what I want when I showed him a picture. What a great tattoo artist. Definitely gotta tip him.

My tattoo was done by Richard at the Lodi location a little over a year ago. The whole process was easy and Richard took care of what I wanted. I get compliments on my tattoo from friends, coworkers and strangers. I will definitely be going back sometime in the future for more tattoos.The pic on the left is freshly done. I went to get my nipples pierced and the lady that did it was so nice. She talked me through the process and was very professional. I highly recommend emerald tattoo & piercing. They have amazing service here and I will be coming back for more!!!

I adore this shop and the vibes! Elf is a great artist and has done 5 of my tattoos and fixed and small error from an old one. Alternatively, Kat has done 5 piercing on me! Good experience with all the tattoo artists, the piercer Kat and last but so not least manager Galen! Great people with great skills!

I came in at the end of june, had been itching for a septum piercing for ages and was recommended this place by a coworker. i was surprised by how cheap the piercings were and ended up getting my double lobes and septum done at the same time. piercer was super calm and professional, definitely knew what he was doing as he talked me through some of the process since i was a little nervous. service ended up being as quick and painless as possible. i have sadly forgotten his name in the two months since my experience, but he did a great job and my piercings seem to be healing up rather well! will definitely keep this place in mind for any future services or recommendations.

I really enjoyed my experience here! The receptionist was great at communicating with me. I really liked that you could text the number because it helped keep the communication clear in case something was forgotten. My tattoo artist, Elf, was so patient, nice and talkative! It kept my mind busy and it helped me not concentrate on the pain heh heh I really liked that he explained the pros and cons on the tattoo that I wanted. I love my tattoo! Hes a rock star! I absolutely love Kat & Cheryl! Highly recommend both women to get your next piercing! They have been the only piercers that consider and advise what’s best concerning your anatomy. I got my tragus by Cheryl & I’ve had a few piercings done by Kat! Kat is the only one that was able to accommodate my anatomy for my naval piercing! She gave me a floating naval. Will only be going to her from now on!I also loved the shop manager, I think her name was Weston, she was friendly and professional! I had gone earlier that week and had a terrible experience with the male manager Galen. He was rude, unprofessional, and was openly mocking me when I asked questions about the floating navel, which Cheryl was a doll to answer! Even my cousin that was with me could see how rude and unprofessional he was being. His behavior alone would make me not want to return but the women that were running the shop that Saturday had been the shops only redeeming quality. I’ll only be returning when Kat, Cheryl, and the female shop manager can assist me. Which I think are Fridays and Saturdays(:

Went here today to get my three daughters ears and just my oldest daughter nose pierced. Kat was so amazing and professional. I really loved how so made sure my daughters consented and wanted the piercings. She was so friendly and explained everything she was doing. My girls felt safe and trusted her. Kat was absolutely amazing at explaining all the cleaning aftercare. The entire shop is very clean and friendly. So happy my daughters had their first piercing experience at Emerald. This was my second time coming here within the past 2 months for piercings. Today I came in and was very quickly taken care of! Cheryl, who did my ear piercings was so awesome and kind. Very sterile and thorough, they know what theyre doing! I would gladly recommend this shop to anyone and will be coming back :]

The customer service is amazing. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. I immediately felt comfortable as I was already nervous coming since I was new to piercings. Kat was the one who pierced my cartilage ear. She made me feel safe and comfortable while also being informative. I know it isn’t much, as all I asked for was a cartilage piercing but when Kat told me to look at the mirror, I instantly felt super pretty! I’ve been wanting a cartilage piercing since high school so I’m super happy that it was done by Kat. Thank you so much to all the staff I interacted with!! I’ll definitely come back for more piercings and my first tattoo.

From the minute we walked into the shop we were treated well by all staff- and thats saying a lot because I had a 6 year old in tow. The awesome guy up front handed her a snack pack and directed her to the tv 💜 my oldest and I went back and Clair was fun to talk to and her skills were fantastic. The kid didnt even feel the needle. I got 4 piercings and everything went well. We will be back to see Clair for sure. Oh the place is also clean and kept up. Love the artwork

Had I known how rude and unprofessional the workers at this establishment are I would have picked another establishment. Cheryl and the blonde at the front desk were very unfriendly and rude. Cheryl had to redo my piercing placement multiple times because she couldn’t get it straight and was rude about having to fix it. The blonde at the front desk made an inappropriate joke in front of other customers. Cheryl also did not brief me on any aftercare for my piercing which is very unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed here the whole time. Do not recommend getting any piercings here.

Definitely a 5 star! Walked-in to get a few earlobe piercings. Kat made sure I was happy with where she was going to do the new placements(in a picky person :/) Instructions for care were clear. Will I come back for more piercings, YES! Everyone was friendly too and I felt welcomed.

I would definitely recommend this place. Went to get a lip piercing done. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Friendly environment from all of the workers. My piercer was also amazing! He informed me about the process as well as the care for my piercing. He was really gentle that I was surprised when he said he was done as I hadn’t felt any pain. Will definitely be back soon!

Do not bring business here.Tattoo artist “Richard” is very hostile. Doesn’t give you a chance to explain what YOU WANThe expects you to have a drawing of what u want since he cannot draw it up for you as an artist SHOULD.Tried to explain what we wanted and he walks away mid sentence. He expected us to have our own drawing ready for him to tattoo. Very unprofessional, Richard needs to find a job he loves because he’s miserable at this shop.He didn’t understand what we wanted & walks away mid sentence - highly unprofessional. Came for tattoos and piercings. Dude wears a tuxedo but doesn’t live up to his standards. Very many other businesses who deserve business over Richard, praying for him hope he has healing to whatever demons he’s battling - hoping he’s not racist but sure acts out of line.

I have gotten my nose and belly pierced here and i have to give props to the piercer cheryl ❤️ she makes me feel so comfortable and she makes me laugh so much. She is a great communicator and conversation starter

I got my nosed pierced today and the whole week I was nervous about getting it done but my piercer made it better because she was very kinda and made me feel less nervous. When she pierced me I didn’t even feel it not even joking I didn’t feel a thing it didn’t hurt at all and it’s super fast and easy if you want a nose piercing get one cause I’m telling you it wasn’t bad at all 10/10 shop definitely going in again 👍

Had just the rudest experience there. Went in hoping to brainstorm about how to get these lyrics on my arm and pricing. The artist Bobby gives us a price 300-350, we say ok then he goes into a whole commentary on how we could search around for cheaper prices and it wouldnt be good quality and how he doesnt profit all the money from the price because he has to buy ink and what ever other supplies. On how he cant just give away a tattoo. His tone and vibe was just not it! NO ONE SAID ANYTHING OTHER THAN OK, so why did all that come out. Did it look like I couldnt afford it? Legit have hella other tattoos. Jen did my M&M piece and I just love it. She was amazing and freakin chill. All of my facial piercings Ive got from that shop too so its not like I dont give yall money...and just to prove my point Im going to another shop, we cut some words off and theyre charging 400 for it which I dont care. Money was never a problem. Plus the other shop Tall Tales in Stockton, guy was so cool and actually talked about what Im looking for and the best way to make it work. I will not get any ink from anyone else at Emerald now unless its Jen. I dont want to deal with that bull again.

Went in today nervous as hell for a nose piercing! I was ready to back out as soon as i got there but im glad I didn’t! They made me feel so welcome & KAT! Mann let me just say, she’s amazing! She made everything much easier & i was able to relax my body! Loved my experience here, thank you Kyle in the front desk & kat for my new piercing!

The staff at Emerald Tattoo in Lodi is awesome. They have talented artists with a wide range of styles. This was my first time working with Jen. I found her by reviewing her portfolio and knew she was the one I wanted to do this tattoo. Her script is very even and clean. My husband is getting his done next week with her. We will continue seeing her for more work in the future, too.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly when explaining the process and the different prices. The piercer was awesome! She went into detail about everything she would do and when, step by step. I had my nose pierced and it wasnt too bad at all. I will for sure return here for future piercings and tattoos.

I had gotten a navel piercing in october 2022 and it hasn’t been too bad aside from the fact that it hasn’t fully healed yet and that the piercing itself was not placed correctly. the piercing is crooked and tilts whenever resting and it isn’t pierced into my navel but instead the bottom hole is about an inch above my belly button which is NOT where it’s supposed to be and is delaying healing.

Always a good experience when I go there to get pierced. Kat is amazing! I always got to her to get pierced. She is very informative and good vibes. Prices are reasonable.

I came in to get a piercing redone. Mike was off with a matching placement, but Kat fixed it, as shes the one who did my other one. Shes the best. Hands down. Ive been coming here since 2019, and its the only place Ill go to for my piercings (after bad experiences in Stockton locations, like In 2 Skin). Im a happy customer. Ive gotten 7 piercings done here, btw.

I was waiting for a friend so we could get pierced together and went in ahead of time to inquire about prices. The guy was very rude to me and basically shooed me out of the building. When my white male friend went in to ask if the piercer had arrived yet, the guy was very nice to him and took his name and phone number and said he would call as soon as the piercer arrived. I have had a lot of friend and family that have had a great experience here and Im sure a lot of the artists are very talented but I ended deciding I didnt want to be in that environment because of my interaction with whoever was in front. But what do you expect from Lodi? Lol.

Came here to get my septum pierced for the very first time and it was an amazingly smooth and a fast experience! The lady named Kat was very professional and informative and amazingly sweet and made sure it looked perfect on me, thank you for taking care of me!

Went in for my piercings.....let me just say Samantha is the best person to pierce any part of your body! I had my industrial done and honestly was done within a minute. Painless, efficient, and professional. They are also super clean and hygienic. The guy at the front desk (big mustache) was very courteous and they accommodated a favor on my end to the T! GO TO EMERALDS TO GET YOUR PIERCINGS. That same day I lost a ball to my industrial and they replaced it for free!

Sam is great! Got a few piercings and no pain at all. It was faster than I thought it would be. I went back about 2 weeks later for her to check on my healing for 1 piercing, she is so nice! Will be back for more.

Had Elf do my my pin up girl tattoo. Hes an amazing artist! Definitely going back for more. If you want top quality tattoos this is the place for you. They have piercing there as well, I didnt get a piercing but I purchased some jewelry and one of the piercers named, Nicky was kind enough to change mine out. Great place!

Scotty was awesome. He is a great tattoo artist. Very down to earth, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I had a vision of what I wanted and brought in a sketch of it which he perfected. I highly recommend him for any tattoos.

Elf just Tattooed me this last Tuesday. I took a Fairy in and asked for her to be placed in a glen with flowers. He did a wonderful job. I just love it. I had been suffering with yet another chronic migraine, so I decided to visit and get my daith pierced. I was well informed on the process, that it wasnt proven to help scientifically but many clients had good results. Its been almost a month and at worst Ive had a hang over headache, usually I wouldve experienced at least three more migraines. Drew was professional, funny and gentle. I dont like piercings much as far as getting and maintenancing them but my daith is healing great and Im coming back for more piercings. You also CANNOT beat their daily prices!

My friend and I came to get our ears pierced here. Our piercer Paige was very sweet and very knowledgeable about all types of various piercings. Her workspace was clean, free of clutter, but still decorative and cool. The piercing itself was very sterile, quick and she made the process as painless as possible!! Prices were reasonable as well. Now Im the proud owner of two anti-tragus and one conch piercings!!

I came in for a cover up and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I was concerned that I would have to settle for a dark tattoo to cover my old tattoo. After going in and talking to George I felt so much better about everything! I mean absolutely everything! I scheduled a consultant and it was awesome the whole experience from start to finish. George took his time during the consultation and actually drew out and showed me how the cover up would work on me. He talked about COLOR!!! Which I was so happy about because I thought I was going to end up with a dark tattoo he told me what would work for my skin color (Im on the tan side). My tattoo was done in two session and every time I went in I was treated like family. Everyone in the shop is so kind and professional. The owner was there on both occasions and stopped by to say hi which was nice. The shop is very clean and they have so much knowledge about everything. I would highly recommend emerald tattoo. I definitely will not be returning. I have been coming here for five years getting piercings and tattoos. But today I came in to get a piercing change and the girl managing the desk (Cameron I believe) was rude. I asked to have a piercing change and she told me that she would not replace my piercing unless I chose one of their jewelry’s. I was fine with picking something else. I picked one out and she told me it would be $15. I have always came here to get my piercings changed and never once have I ever had to buy their jewelry and never did it cost $15 to get one replaced, I’ve always brought in my own jewelry and they always replaced it for free. I won’t be supporting a business that employs rude staff. I will also being calling the owner.

This is the only place I go to for my piercings. I tend to wait for the special Friday the 13th prices though. The employees are really friendly as well. Its just that I havent gotten a tattoo here yet so I dont know if I love it here yet. Still much better in comparison to In 2 Skin. After coming here, I refuse to go back.

I love this place!! I came here and got 2 piercings from Mitch and then came back the next day and got 3 more from Sam. All wonderful people and so clean! The staff at Emerald are true angels on Earth! My 8 year old daughter had gotten a piercing somewhere else (claires) that got infected and the earlobe closed over the entire front of the earring. I called Emerald for advice because her pediatrician couldn’t even get it out and it was looking infected. Emerald welcomed us in, looked at it and with some tools and a little work got it out of there!! Sam was so amazing, professional, gentle and kind! They really could have turned us away because they were full of clients, but they had the biggest hearts to take us in and help us when it wasn’t even their mistake! I will always go back here! *Please get your piercings done here with the true professionals and NEVER go to a mall! Thank you Emerald!!!

Very pricey for a small tattoo. A 15-20 minute tattoo cost $150 but the artist was nice and quick. Tattoo came out pretty but definitely overpriced.

Ive been to Emerald on several different occasions for piercings and every time, even with different piercers they have been gentle, personable, clean, and fair priced. I have gotten my Nose (done 3 months ago by the expert Mitch), Helix, and Tragus (most recently by the MAGNIFICENT Tegan!) and they have all healed beautifully without infection and the other staff has always been amazing with consultations and after care! I will absolutely only go to Emerald for piercings from now on! Keep up the incredible work! :D

I dont normally do reviews but this place is great and the staff is amazing. They are very friendly and know their stuff! Ive done 2 daith piercings there one by Paige and the 2nd by I think her name is Sammi. (If not my apologies!) But they were both great and made me feel comfortable thru the process. I have always wanted a tattoo but I didnt have the courage to get one until one day, my friend tagged me on a Facebook comment where it shows a cool Snow White tattoo done by Elf. I am a fan of Snow White since 5, and when I saw the tattoo I felt like I also need to get one for myself. I set up an appointment and he customized the tattoo I wanted. Elf did an amazing job! It is still healing because I just got it last week but I am happy that its healing well. Thank you for taking care of me, Emerald!

Went in for a daith piercing and the procedure went well, no pain and very quick. My complaint is that I requested the heart earring and they gave me the hoop, the guy doing the piercing told me that they would instruct me on the care and cleaning up front but received no information. I would use them again but next time make sure they hear me.

Where do I start. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly and the guy Sam actually did a good job with my lip piercing. But at the end they didnt offer me a Brochure on how to keep the piercing clean and how to watch out for infection and plus they did not have the cleaning solution for the piercing. I tried to find it at a local drug store and at other piercing shops but unfortunately no one had it. So I called Emerald piercing two days later to let them I was having a hard time finding the cleaning solution that they couldnt provide for me the same day I came in for my piercing. And the girl told me she was sorry and couldnt offer me any type of discount for the inconvenience, which I thought was crazy because I came to them for my piercing and they couldnt even provide me with the cleaning solution, plus I was coming from out of town just to go back two days to buy the cleaning solution that they couldnt provide me with do to them running out. So not only did I pay full price for the piercing but I had to turn around and come back two days later just to get the right cleaning solution due to no other piercing shops having it or not finding it at a local drug store smh.. not the best service they could at least offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I will not come to this location no more. They dont even care for their clients.

Took my daughter for her 16th birthday gift Nose piercing. She loves it. Very professional environment. And everyone was very nice. Also if looking for tattoo ideas they have lots of photos and ideas to choose from. Highly reccomend!

An Amazing Shop. The Artists are So Talented and Always do Awesome Work. The managers are always fun to talk with and go out of their way to help. The Shop is clean,well maintained and always a fun experience to visit.

Just went yesterday for my first ever nose piercing very scared and Kat was awesome. She was so funny and so sweet. Highly recommend this place.

Lodi’s best tattoo and piercing shop. I would never go anywhere else. Their piercer Samantha is the only person I get pierced by. And their tattooers are the only ones I’d get tattooed by. The manager, Galen, is always fun to be around and very helpful.

I have always wanted a tattoo, but was really scared and nervous about getting one, I finally decided I was going to do it... I went and talked with Gaylen told him what I was looking for, he put me in contact with Elf, showed him my custom drawing, explained the importance of it, told him it was my 1st time, he put all my worries at ease. I scheduled my appointment...Came in on the day of my appointment, my drawing was completed and he went to work, due to fact of all of the details, it took longer than estimated, but he didnt rush the piece just to finish. Elf has really light hand,and his machine is really quiet, not intimidating or scary at all.This turned out to be a masterpiece, proud to have it on my body !!!!.I will be back for more.

Called, the man said, unenthusiasticly, come on, you dont need an appointment. Drove there and the same unenthusiastic man said, no more today, come back tomorrow. Not would you like an appointment, just take your luck and come back. Sorry, no. People obviously think they are the only pierce/tattoo in the area, they are not. Seems a bit of a hangout, not impressed

I highly recommend this place! I’ve gotten my lips pierced twice here and the piercer (I think her name was Sam) was super sweet! I definitely will be coming back to get my tattoos done here!!

Great friendly place. The piercer was very young but also very professional. Happy to answer any and all questions. The intake was extensive but relevant. I only came in for a septum and got a daith as well.

Absolutely in love with my our memorial pieces. Scotty is a gem and pleasure to talk to. Friendliness aside, the facility is clean and gorgeous. It aspires anybodys artistic side with the sheer amount of art on the walls. Im definitely coming back in the future.

Had my USMC tattoo updated a couple years back and they did a great job. I went in tonight because they said they were open until 9am. When I got there and told them I wanted to get a wedding tattoo they began to start the excuses. They said that they didnt have enough time and they dont close until 9am. Current staff is a bunch of liars.

I lost my dad May 7, 2017, I knew right away I wanted a dragon with attitude and cowboy hat etc. I made appointment with Dale ( manager), then Elf drew a awesome tat. Im so grateful to emeralds for hospitality and AWESOME work. Im thinking on my next tattoo.

I did extensive research on this establishment and there was no policy stating that making a deposit was un refundable but was solely to secure my spot. I made an appointment and I called back seconds later to cancel because something came up and I couldnt make it, so I just wanted my money back. The manager then came on the phone and made false promises and lied because there was no mention of a no refund policy, basically he told me call back on Monday because he cant make refunds during the weekend. I call back Monday, he switched up on me and was extremely rude.

I have tats from other places, but none from an artist in California, and I wanted one here, before retirement took us back to Florida. I had heard good things about Emerald Tattoo, so I stopped by one day after work to inquire about having some work done. Oh my goodness.... rude its not the word! The man at the desk was on the phone for several minutes, looking straight at me, but never acknowledging me. Then a man finally comes out of the back, and asks me what I need. I briefly talked to him about it, but the whole time, he was impatient and short with me. Both men had a very condescending air about them, like I was bothering them by being there. I took his card, but as I was walking to my car, I thought to myself... never again will I step foot in there!

My friend and I got nose piercings...NYX IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! PERIOD! Her energy is so very BEAUTIFUL (speaking from two “church girls”). I highly recommend NYX. Oh, and for the manager...SHE’S AMAZING TOO!

The guy who did my nose piercing was great even though I was nervous as heck he made me feel comfortable enough to sit through it. Im thinking about getting a second one & Ill definitely be going back here to him!

Went here two yrs ago for a nose piercing. And went back today for a second one. The pierce is great, explains everything, super friendly and sweet. Totally worth the drive!

Let me start off by saying Galen is one of the most hilarious people I’ve ever met and every time I’ve gone in I’ve always felt welcome I’ve gotten four ear piercings there and some information about my belly button piercing that was done elsewhere that didn’t heal correctly I also got my first tattoo by Scotty a couple of days ago and it looks amazing and it’s healing super well and fast 10 out of 10 would definitely come back for any and all tattoo or piercing.

Sam is super nice and an excellent piercer and Scotty’s and Elf’s art pieces are exceptional. The rest of the staff is chill and great to be around as well. Highly recommend the Lodi location!

They have been so great replying to my messages and giving me info this past week, and were so nice today when I came in to get my labret. I will definitely be back again soon for the septum!

The guys at EMERALDTATTOO are some of the coolest guys ever. Theyve got no problem working with whatever budget you have. I am a volunteer firefighter and I brought 4 of my fellow firefighters in and they fit us all in on one day. They have one of cleanest shops Ive ever seen. And Ive gone to all the other shops in Lodi. And unlike some tattoo shops they will make sure that even if they dont like your tattoos they will do your tattoo to the best of their ability. Surly they are best in Lodi area, Recommended!

They were most likely surprised about my choice to have Oscar Wilde tattooed on my body but hey, judgement doesnt exist there.The people made me feel very comfortable for it being my first time, was not nervous at all.

I normally do not write reviews but after my traumatizing experience at Emerald Tattoo .,... I went in to get a Daith (im not sure exactly what its called) piercing , and I explained , as well as pointed to the diagram they have in the store of all the places they pierce, to the girl at the front , where EXACTLY i wanted my piercing. I have had plenty of piercings in the past but as I was getting pierced it hurt so damn bad I asked her to stop . She seemed like she was having a difficult time finding where to exit the piercing. So i bled really bad for a while. So bad I didnt remove my cotton till the next day , my ear hurt so bad, still does and i realized it wasnt hurting where I wanted it pierced. So basically , if you are looking for miscommunication and piercing in the wrong spot emerald tattoo is where you should go

Love love love that place it was my birthday manager gaylen was AWESOME!! Not to mention my new tattoo artist elf he had a light hand and his machine was great wasnt loud and intimating I will definitely be back this place took me in on my birthday with no appointment and I appreciate it thanks again you have a new customer thats for sure

Ive gotten a side tatt and a piercing at Lodi Emerald in the past. Good place for clean and safe tatts or piercings. Their staff is pretty cool, comfy chairs and better prices than other places in Tracy or Modesto.

Ive been going forever now to the lodi shop.. The guys are amazing and I will not go anywhere else I have 8 tats and 5 piercings from there.. The artists are so thoughtful and awesome to be around.. They work with you on prices and they always have me leave satisfied.. Cant wait to go back...

From the first step to the last this was an amazing experience. The front staff are super friendly and welcoming and my artist really brought my idea to life. I definitely plan to come back for more work.

Im not happy with scotty i had took a pic in and he said he could do it so i make the appt and wait like 3 weeks then i go in and he said he could not do part of it and did somthing else to it and im looking at it now and the wings are not even the same. Should not have told me he could do what i wanted the the day of he cant not good to be saying he can. So no im not happy looking at mt tattoo right now.

The lady pierced my Monroe in Jagged and it got infected. Cheap but not professional. 😢 Paid $35 for the piercing with the diamond and it wasnt pierced right

Most artist in this shop are capable of being great but are unprofessional. Elf is a good artist but tends to get sloppy towards the end and I’ve heard he puts unwanted men parts in a few peoples tattoo’s . It’s hit and miss with this place

Got my medusa done today. The two girl peircers were so awesome. Great people to have poke you lol. And the piercer did a great job. Look forward to coming back for tatts.

I got a Piercing here and the two girls that did my piercing were kind of snippy and rude with me I didn’t enjoy that she marked my ear and when I asked it to be moved slightly she Explain that that wouldn’t work I let them do their job now my piercing is extremely hard to get in and out,when the actual piercing was happening she was trying to get the jewelry in she ended up dropping it and putting it back in my ear anyways I thought this was extremely unsanitary and I felt very lucky that I did not get an infection I will not be a returning customer the shop was very clean and well kelp and the man at the front counter was very nice but I was not a fan of the women who did my piercing they seemed to lack customer service skills all around thanks but no thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere

Hires unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Tons of artists can tattoo as well if not better than these guys for the same price-- maybe lower. Raise your standards, dont get tattoos from them.

Went to elf for tattoo and its a huge piece on my back I didnt even want it that big he said that I should he then finished a outline the 1st day then the second told me we were going to do color he only shaded my tattoo keep in mind now ive paid 850 something about how emerald is felt sneaky to me he also took 40 min breaks and I never asked to stop the front desk guy garland is awful and rude made me uncomfortable they almost didnt take me for my next tat appt cause i forgot my id even tho they already did my outline i gave up on emerald after the 2nd session .I went to a real professional shop to find out elf used light grey fading ink to do parts of my tattoo so that he could go over it more to make more sessions for money my new tattoo artist fixed his work then colored it within hours and charged me way less told me elf was obviously trying to get over on me care nothing about youre tattoos just youre money ..
