1st Class Tattooing

I just want to give John the tattoo artists at 1st class tattoo Studio. A shout out awesome experience I will definitely be coming back. It appears that my family from Long branch New Jersey has been dealing with him for a long time and his service is amazing thank you John for my beautiful butterfly tattoo.🦋

I came in to get another beautiful piece (peony) by Angie a few weeks ago. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Filling in the crook of my arm was awkward but Angie worked with me. I live an hour away but Angie along with the shop itself is worth the drive. It’s a pain to look for a new shop when you have a place that already knows what you like and how you like it. The artists here remember your face, your name, and the pieces they’ve done for you. George even remembered the piece he did for me four years ago. I’m definitely looking forward to finishing up my half sleeve at the shop in the coming months

Had been using another studio on previous 4 large color pieces, however artists moved to black/grey only, and I wanted to stick with color for traditional or neotraditional designs. 1st class was local and I was impressed with the designs on their Instagram feed from Angie(Harlequinn_ink). Started following her Instagram feed and was impressed with her colors, designs, shadowing, line work etc. Sent her a question about a piece she did, she was super informative on her reply, then called the shop for appt. They were professional from the 1st call, deposit, text confirmation, etc. I sent Harlequinn_ink my ideas via instagram, which she collected to discuss day before my appt, coming up with a design for review when I arrived. She wanted my input on all aspects of the design and location, making adjustments to be sure I was comfortable with every decision. Her work is awesome and her attention was intense, as she finished the work in half the time my other pieces took -AMAZING. She uses a timer which gauges time spent on “ink to skin” only charging you for the time to tattoo the design. Never heard of that before and was impressed with her efficiency. Aside from being a great artist, professional, efficient, Angie(Harlequinn_ink)is super nice and personable, keeping you engaged via charming conversation and making the time pass super fast. In the end I’m blown away by what she created for me, as she took my idea and created something I would have never thought of, creating a design I had never seen before- totally custom, but incorporated all the elements I wanted. To say she crushed it is an understatement! Colors are vibrant, pop, detail is amazing, placement is on point, I can go on forever! Hands down my favorite piece so far and cannot wait for the next project.

Angie did a fantastic job. I absolutely love my newest tattoo I smile every time I look at it. She worked with me to make sure that I had the perfect design that I would love forever, and was the right size and shape for the area. The blending of the colors is fantastic. The 2 1/2 hours flew by while we were talking.

Listen, I dont want to tell you how good this place is. I dont want to have to wait weeks for an appointment when yall find out how good it really is. However i need to let yall know about this artist angie (harlequinn_ink on instagram). Her colors are insane(check the scooby piece for my reference) and line work is clean. The atmosphere is super friendly and I cant reccomend her more if you want some color that really shines. 10/10 gold stars

George is truly great at what he does! I had a cover up done today from a tattoo I had done when I was 18. He couldn’t have done a better job and I can’t be happier! I’d recommend to everyone looking for great pricing and even better work. You guys are the best! Thanks again

George is amazing , I have been with him for years and wont go anywhere else. Hes done amazing cover ups , art work and his attention to detail is second to none. Oscar is also extremely talented, he did work for me as well. They are all professional, friendly , and clean!!!

My wife wanted a tattoo to cover an old scar from a cancer operation she had as a young woman. Pedro at 1st class tattooing did a great job in a relatively short time.

Angie is the best! We spoke the entire time she was tattooing- I didnt even feel it! Her work is impeccable and she knew exactly what i wanted. 100% recommend and will be coming back for more!

!CLEAN !CLEAN !CLEAN- very professional and CLEAN...not my 1st time here hense the reason I keep going by. Prices are great and most of all tattoo skills are 120% on point. George has been doing tattoos for a very long time and it shows in his work. Satisfaction is not far away just need to go to long branch. His work has been consistent throughout the years...

Had my first tattoo done here. Awesome experience; wonderful staff, clean equipment, and welcoming atmosphere. Theyre willing to work with whatever you want and theyll exceed your expectations. Ill be back in less than a month. Definitely recommend to anyone

I went and scheduled for a tattoo one week in advance for the artist George to do a tattoo he already knew about including its size. He was an hour late getting to my appointment prescheduled and wanted to reschedule my appointment because another client of his more important was coming in from NY. This particular client called just the night prior for his appointment well after mine was made. George blamed the inconvenience on the receptionist who scheduled me, mind you he was present at the time my appointment was made! Awful; unprofessional service; never had an experience that poor and irresponsible.

Awesome shop! My daughters tat is exactly what she wanted. It looks sweet as hell, Harley is super nice, very professional and Im sure we will be coming back for more.

Randy and Richie made our experience unforgettable. This was by far one of the best tatoo shops that I have ever been too. Richies work is incredible and Randys professionalism is spectacular! Give this place a try they are awesome!!!

Angie is the best. Clean work station, wonderful conversation, and beautiful art. She will always make sure that you walk away with a piece that you love and cherish.

I got my rook pieced there today. I waited 25 minutes for the piercer to arrive, and when he did, he pierced my ear with the wrong sized gauge needle, and the jewelry wouldnt fit. He had to re-pierce it with a bigger gauge and it hurt like hell. He also didnt cleanse the ear with alcohol before piercing. Cost me $65, and Old Glory does it for $40 and is much better.

Came in to finish up my sleeve with Angie and mid tattoo a giant spider the size of a quarter came crawling down spiders are my biggest fear when I told this to Angie she quickly and in under 4 seconds got the spider outside and went back to finishing up my tattoo without missing a beat truly the most AMAZING tattoo artist ever and also a superhero !

My tattoo came out perfect! The lines in my bird were super straight in the areas it needed to be. If you didnt have a steady hand you couldnt do this tattoo. So happy!

I have been going to 1st class since I was 18 and now I am 40, so you do the math,lol. George is awesome. Love his work.

First off i wanna start by saying thank you for all the great work i have gotten here ,so let me tell you that i walked in with 4 really bad tattoos and George didnt turn me away when i asked for a repair or cover ups..and now i have one full sleeve and working on the next, i can honestly say that people ask me about my tattoos every day there amazed by the detail and color on my dark skin. i for one will never go anywhere other then 1 st class tattoos and i go 2 times a month for 2 hours each session. i wanna say thanks George ,Randy and the Crew.IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE MY ARMS BY GEORGE IM AT ULTIMATE SOUND & SECURITYRalph Quinones ....
