She was super professional and informative, just a sweetheart all around ❤️ I was really nervous about coming in, and she calmed my nerves immediately and made me feel very comfortable. She made the process efficient and painless , and I can’t thank her enough for that! If you’re thinking about getting any piercing done, please go see her!! I got two piercings done by Sarah about 6 weeks ago and theyre doing great! I got a helix on one ear and a conch on the other. She was extremely comforting throughout the whole process, walking me through each step before she did them! She gave me a couple of options to choose from for the exact locations and I am extremely pleased with how theyve turned out! Im excited to go back in soon and get some new jewelry, thank you Sarah!

I got my tattoo done here on my vacation this past Sunday by Danny. He was super professional and did some really amazing work!!!! I was kinda nervous because Ive only had one tattoo done where I live here in Oregon, but he made sure to keep me calm and comfortable. Will 1000/10 go to him again and recommend him to anyone!!!!!!

I got a tattoo here back in March of a signature from my Mom who had passed, so it’s deeply sentimental to me. Walked in and immediately loved the place! Everyone was so nice, including the person I spoke to on the phone and made the appointment with. Came in, spoke to someone while waiting to start on my tattoo and everyone was super nice.When my artist came out, he looked incredibly out of place but I had loved everything I had seen from this shop so far. Artist (I don’t remember his name, he was an older thinner guy) I noticed after he started on my tattoo was stoned, beyond unprofessional, kind while he was doing my tattoo but very cold afterwards. I was just happy to have my Moms signature on me so I felt happy when I left, with the exception of where he clearly messed up the line work but I was still in a weird place grieving my Mom (her funeral was the week prior) and I wasn’t as bothered by it because it made me feel so close to her.As it healed I could tell something was wrong. Tattoo hurt way longer than any of my prior ones did, took so long to heal, eventually realized he just gave me a huge scar, not really a tattoo. I know all tattoos are scars, but this was a SCAR. As it healed, I realized like work is blatantly inconsistent, had another tattoo artist look at it today and he confirmed it’s a scar and poorly done. 2 stars just because I liked the shop and everyone else in it so much, but this man ruined my experience and the only connection I still have with my monther. Would never come back if I know this man is giving me another tattoo. I’ve never left a bad review before but now I need to get the entire tattoo relined to fix it.

I got industrial piercings on both ears as well as a nose piercing here on June 29th and theyre all healing great! The nose piercing was nothing, it hasnt bothered me at all. The industrial piercings were super sore for about a week and now I dont feel the soreness unless I accidentally bump my ears. Ive even managed to sleep on the side of my head with little pain. Im super happy with how they turned out. The piercer was really nice, gave me all the information I needed for the piercings in regards to what to expect during the process and expectations for the healing process.

Sarah did my nose piercing, She was very professional and had great customer service. The tools were clean and sterilized and it was little to no pain. Go to Sarah to get your piercing, you wont have any regrets.

My first tattoo was at Trinity and just last week logged my 60th or so hour in the chair, so this review is extensive. This is an unbiased review, and I was not associated with the shop when I booked my first appointment.The Shop: the photos should describe exactly how clean this place is. This is EVERY single time I have been there. The front is welcoming with tablets of all the artists and their work. You can almost always talk to a particular one if they’re available. The staff is constantly sweeping, cleaning, sanitizing stations and organizing. Yes, there is a lot of taxidermy, so if that’s not your thing I’m sorry. Otherwise, there is a ton of stuff to look at and entertain while you wait! They have TV’s, comfy couches, and are very open for you to explore the shop if you’re a customer. Yes, they do walk-ins but it’s better to set an appointment up. Their business includes lots of couples, mother-daughter pairs, and celebratory sessions routinely. Under 18 will require parental consent.The Artists: I cannot describe how friendly everyone in this place is. I have had full conversations with most and consider a few close after some time. Mason and Dan are the most amicable human beings possible. If you’re polite, respectful and don’t ask “how much”, you’re going to treated kindly whether it’s your first tattoo or your 10th. Every one of them I’ve heard interact with clients from virgins to veterans before, during and about aftercare when over. All of them I would trust with my skin.My artist Neil (@thedarkestseason) has 20 years in the game, is the reason I went here and the reason I go back time after time. His work speaks for itself, he’s incredibly professional and easy to talk to. His advice? Don’t base a tattoo decision on size, price, or location. Get the piece you want; from the artist you choose even if that means saving up for a while first.I’ve already got another session booked and I can’t wait. Hope to see you there too!

I went to Trinity after waiting a month for my tattoo with Joshua. It was well worth the wait. This place is so clean I could probably eat off the floor. While waiting I saw other appointments come and go and observed detailed cleaning between appointments.The front greater (I believe her name was Ashely) was professional and friendly. We had a wonderful conversation while I waited.Joshua was my artist and I could not be happier. He was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to take my idea and make it happen with a few suggestions that took it from awesome to absolutely amazing. He took care to make sure everything was in order before the stencil and after it was placed. I knew I was in good hands and was never worried. The end result looks great and is perfect.I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an artist.

Biggie(?) and amber were amazing! me and my friends went in for piercings and they were super helpful in answering our questions, they were funny and made a very comforting space. They even allowed us to accompany one another during our piercings so we didn’t have to go back alone. Amazing service and awesome people! Definitely getting pierced by then again

Got my first tattoo from Jorge! It was absolutely an amazing experience! I was quite nervous about it but he took his time and made sure it was exactly what I wanted and where I wanted. It was a super smooth process and completely relaxed! By the end of the tattoo all my anxiety was gone and it was painless. This is coming from someone who is terrified of the flu shot. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back!

I have a half sleeve and a calf piece done by Josh that I cherish and get so many compliments on! The guys at the shop are all incredibly kind and easy to talk to, so I never felt uncomfortable or stressed coming into my appointments. You’ll see the guys sketching new pieces, coming around to chat with you and your artist about any and everything, and you will leave feeling satisfied and taken care of for sure. I can’t wait to come in and have Josh finish my arm up!

This may be a bit long- but hang in there. I popped in here on a Sunday morning because I had a tribute piece I wanted to do for my Mom. My bots had been here previously and their pieces looked amazing! I figured Id try my luck. I met Dan who listened to why I wanted to do this and what I had in mind. He took his time to get every detail just right. He was fairly quick once we started, but was patient with the fine details. Hes not heavy handed and it was pretty easy to sit through the hour or so that it took. I have 30+ tattoos. This is by far the most meaningful and I love it more than I can explain! Thank you, Dan, for finding the perfect way to honor my Momma!

Amazing experience!!! I will for sure be back for all my future tattoos. I came in to get my nose pierced and Biggie advised me what to get after I explained how much I hated the last 2 piercings. It didnt even hurt much when he did and he was nice enough to make sure I ate and drank something first.Then I impulsively decided to get a tattoo and Danny helped me choose one, design it and come up with the colors. Very chill vibe, hilarious and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and feeling okay. Its probably the most fun and peaceful experience Ive had at a shop. Thanks guys

This was my second time coming here since 2013. I believe this will be my tat home. The wait wasnt long. We have our idea of what we wanted and Mason drew up something we loved. He is an amazing artist, very down to earth, and fun. Im very pleased with both of my tattoos. Did I mention that Mason is awesome!!!🤗

This place was so amazing. I was getting my first tattoo and needed a lot of help getting information. They were so welcoming and friendly, helped me with exactly what I needed! You can also pick your tattoo artist based off of each ones work and it is very decently priced. My tattoo looks so good thank you cheeze!

Pierced me once and said it was off, took out piercing and before proceeding to re pierce my septum again he learns that he can’t pierce me. He wouldn’t even pierce my nose at all. I drove over an hour for this and I felt that this could’ve been avoided. Sometimes people make mistakes but the level of professionalism here is terribly low. At this point I can’t even get my septum re pierced because I am scared of having to go through that again. Please work harder for the next customer who puts their body and trust in your hands.

Mason and all his coworkers at Trinity were the nicest people Ive met. The place was welcoming. I loved all the artwork, and the idea of the tablets at the front with the artists work is such a great one. Mason was amazing and a very, very nice human being.

Jesika Butler is an excellent and talented artist, and I mean Artist, not simply tattoo making person. She puts her heart and soul into her work. She is very polite and always making sure that a client is comfortable during tattooing. Remember, a tattoo is permanent thing, so choose an expert who can create an awesome piece of art. I am so happy I found Jesika. She did an amazing portrait of my English Bulldog on my wrist. Do yourself a favor, dont think that tattooing is a mens territory, Jesika proved everybody wrong. Tremendous talent and her prices are more than fair. I highly recommend her. I am planning to ask her to help organize fundraising for English Bulldog rescue group. Also, she will be beautiful choice for any event, for example, Bachelorettes party to make a tattoo as a memory of big event.

Anthony greeted me warmly and professionally after discussing my idea online. His work was fantastic! He created a smaller custom piece and then a much larger intricate custom piece with a ton of detail and color. Anthony rocked it and is visibly excited for the next project. Went in to have some old jewelry swapped out and @illinois_del_mar was quick to respond and gentle with the removal (I was nervous to do this on my own after they had been there for 17ish years) and swap out. Also, cant beat great pricing. Would definitely come back for future piercings.

Biggy took care of my nostril piercing and he was so professional and fast! He explained everything and took a time to explain me why i needed the baby piece first and after 30days I Can changed it to the hoop I wanted. It’s my 3rd day with it and it looks amazing! I got my nose pierced by Dan and he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole time, he took great care with cleanliness which is a plus for me. He made sure to have the placement in a good spot considering I wear glasses and I was worried they would get in the way but the piercing turned out great and he even took the time to help me figure out an issue I had with another piercing. 10/10 would recommend and would go back for more piercings by Dan.

My aunts, cousin and I just lost my mother this past June to cancer and we have been wanting to get a cardinal tattoo for her. We decided last minute that the day had come and needed to find a place that could take all of us last minute. We called a bunch of shops in the area and they were all cold over the phone and didn’t seem excited about this exciting thing for us. They were all unsure if they could make time for us as well. When I saw the reviews for Trinity, I knew it had to be great. They told us to come in at 5 PM and they would make sure to get us in. I had about 5 different cardinals saved that I loved and showed them to Jake, our artist. He came back with the perfect drawing that was exactly what I had envisioned. We were there for 4 hours and in turn got to know the entire staff. It became an experience we will never forget. Jake was so easy going and put us all at ease. It was my 8th time getting a tattoo and all of my tattoos have been done in different places around the country. This was by far my favorite experience. It was also the CLEANEST and visually pleasing shop I’ve ever been to. I was very impressed with the professionalism, friendly demeanor and efficiency. I highly recommend!!

Took my two nieces to get their nose pierced and our experience was great. He was very patient with them because of course they were a bit nervous which I greatly appreciate. I am glad we drove the 40 minutes to this shop it was well worth it.

From the email to the consultation to the tattoo everything was easy. Jesika was awesome and even took my original design and made it better. It was quick easy and the atmosphere definitely helps while sitting there getting the tattoo done. They even play funny movies to keep you entertained. Jorge is a very talented tattoo artist. One of the cleanest shops Ive ever been in. There are many artists with varying styles, all very talented. The piercer is also very good & has a nice selection of jewelry to choose from.

James at Trinity Tattoo is the definition of efficient and professional. He really is great at what he does. I had asked about coming in for a piercing the day of and he was nice enough to squeeze me in as well as answer the dozen questions I had, promptly and without losing patience. I’ve had experiences with piercers before who treat their clientele like an assembly line. Even though he works swiftly I was not made to feel rushed or unimportant. I also appreciated that he offered up insight to the placement of my piercing. I know as a client it’s essentially my choice but telling me his opinion means he’s a true professional at what he does. He’s got an extremely gentle touch and laid back vibe. He was also prompt in answering my follow up questions. I will definitely be going back for my next piercing.I’ve been to Trinity Tattoo a few times in the last 5/6 years and they’re not only awesome but consistent at being awesome.

Been coming to see Jorge here now for 10 years and it always gets better. Staff is creative and very capable of satisfying your needs. From ink to piercings they got it, and the price is more than reasonable for the art these guys are placing on skin. Its clean, its fun, and the atmosphere here is very addicting.

James, I believe was his name, pierced my sister and I last night and the experience was extremely pleasant. I went with the higher nostril piercing & I love it. I got my nostril pierced and it was such an amazing experience. My piercer was biggie and he did an amazing job, he was so patient with me and made a very calm and safe environment. Definitely wanna go back for my next piercing.

Shop itself is cool. Piercer seems cool but business is business. Horrible experience with piercing. Piercing started to swell really bad after two days, ring had pretty much sunken into my skin. Finally got a chance to revisit the piercer, was told it would be an additional $40 for a mistake that HE made. Should’ve given me a longer bar to begin with (per experts) anyway longer bar didn’t work. Trying to fix it was worse than the initial piercing. Piercing was in odd spot. Just overall bad experience, if I knew it would’ve ended so tragically would’ve never went, wasted my money nor tipped. Customer service just isn’t there.

Today I had an appointment with Neil to work on filling in more of my sleeve. Hes an incredible artist and such a joy to talk to during the process. The shop was amazingly clean, and another staff member was super kind in offering me food while I was there. I absolutely love the decor too! I cant wait to go back to finish this beast up.

Jessica is Amazing!! She has done all of my tattoos! She always a email or text away if you have any questions. If you are local she doesn’t mind you coming by the shop for a in person consultation. I’ve never felt more comfortable and trusting in something permanent. But I know that every time I walk in, I’ll walk out happy and that I can trust their judgment and decisions while also making sure I get exactly what I want. My go-to is Jesika. She doesn’t make it awkward, she makes sure you’re comfortable, happy, and that you get all you need and want out of the experience even with explaining aftercare and she’s a great hookup for personal recommendations. All of my tattoos have been at this shop. They’re the best

I’ve been tattooed by Jesika 3 times now! Each time I have been incredibly happy with the results and my tattoos. I’ve gone in with a specific idea and other times with a general idea that needed her artistic input and each time I’ve been so happy with the outcome. She’s incredibly professional and gives her undivided attention when your with her. She will definitely be my artist for life! Highly recommend!

If you go here DO NOT ask for Anthony. He claims to specialize in realism but is sloppy. Looks more like a cartoon and it’s hard to tell what anything is on the ship and sail. What a mess.

I’ve been going here for years for piercings for myself and my daughter but I was a little bummed out that the piercer I’ve been going to, James had left to Miami. However, I figured they’d have someone who was just as good or better to replace him… I’m so glad I gave in to try the new piercer , Dan or Danny. He was so welcoming and straight to the point at the same time. I wanted to get my septum pierced and my daughter wanted her tragus. He was straight forward about the septum piercing and the amount of people who get turned away just bc of the nose anatomy and honestly, I like a person to be blunt and raw with me. I ended up leaving with a double nose piercing bc I trusted his judgment and I’m so glad I did bc I ended up loving it and I’m not disappointed about not getting the septum piercing not one bit! My daughter felt the same with him and felt like she learned a lot from him during our visit as he was teaching his apprentice (she was super sweet and totally made us feel comfortable as well). Give him a chance if you’ve been going to James for a while, you will not be disappointed. Sending everyone that asks for a good piercer his way! Thank you Dan!

Went there for my birthday to get my and my hubbys industrial pierced. The lady that greeted us was nice and James was very helpful. Hubby got a little lightheaded and they jumped on making sure he was ok. I was nervous but James talked to me through the whole process and answered all my questions. My ear started bleeding out of nowhere and he immediately took me back to take care of it. They were all really nice and were both very happy with our now healed piercings. Definitely going to go back there for my next piercing!

All of the artists are extremely good. I’ve seen a few people walk out after getting work done and was shocked to see some of the work these guys do. If I could give more stars I would.

Amazing atmosphere...it was an awesome experience to get a tattoo there! Very clean & professional!! The tattoo guys & piercing guy make you feel very welcome! Very patient to your want whether it be a tattoo or piercing! I will be going back to get more piercings & I found a solid tattoo artist to do my sleeve! Very happy w/both results & Im super excited to be going back!!

This place is great all around. Service, cleanliness, time was all top notch. Got my septum pierced by James, he was really chill and talking to him helped ease my nerves a bit. Ive gotten two piercings here by him and both have been really good experiences. I definitely recommend going here.

I recently got work done by Jake. I came in and showed him a pic of the tattoo I’ve been wanting for years, he paid attention to what I was looking to get done and set an appointment while he took time to draw it up for me. He nailed the sketch first time! Exactly what I wanted. I could not be any happier with the way it came out when finished. It was a descent size forearm tat so I was in the shop all day and witnessed the other artists interact with customers and everyone was a joy to be around. I’ve found my home for future work and look forward to going back. I highly recommend Trinity if you’re looking for a new shop to get your work done.

Amazing artists at this shop! Went in to get some lettering done and to get a rib piece touched up. Jake exceeded my expectation when he touched up my tattoo he made it a work of art! There is now detailed outline and is nice and black! I’ll be coming back to see them again for my next tattoo that’s for sure! You should too these guys rock!

Awesome job by @illinois_del_mar. He was very professional and we talked about the piercing and was willing to do it when every other shop I called didnt even want to do anything near the mouth. I will be telling everyone who asked me about it to go to him if they want it as well

Called ahead to get a tattoo, Danny said to be there at 5 oclock, and we got there a couple minutes early. Danny told us that our spot had been taken by some people that walked in just before we got there. He didnt care that we called ahead and he gave away the reservation. Told us to come back tomorrow.

Great expirence! The staff is friendly and accomodating. The business is well kept. It our first time there and theyve been open for over 18 years! I cant believe it took us this long to even go and get something like this done. My sisters and I decided to walk -in and we booked with Jesika! We got matching sister tattoos. Jesika is such a doll. Super sweet, detailed, and painless. I would recommend this spot to anyone and I also plan to go back soon.

My friends and I stopped by the other day to get our noses pierced. james gave me all the information we needed to be as prepared as possible beforehand. he got all four of us through super fast and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently we all got our piercings. he was awesome about settling our nerves and putting us at ease

Ive been going to Trinity since 2004. Have worked with two artists there and have referred countless people. So I have had good experiences, obviously, or I wouldnt have gone for so long. Jorge has done 8 of my tattoos, and I like them a lot. But whats more important than good tattoos? How bad experiences are handled. My last piece has bad line work (as in shaky, inconsistent, and does not look like the stencil), and the problem is that it is only line work. It was a very simple design, and the stencil was perfect. The final piece does not look like the stencil. It is like the worst possible game of spot the differences when you look at it. Boxes that should be equal in size vary throughout, random lines exist in one side of the symmetrical piece that dont match the other, and frankly I cant find one straight line.As it healed and I got the bandage off, the problems became very apparent. First I called the shop and asked what I should do. Id never been in this boat. The person I spoke to was on the defense and said maybe my seatbelt had rubbed it (???) and noted Jorge (the artist and shop owner) was going through a tough time personally. I was told to talk to him, so the next day I went in. He seemed unsure, saying he could maybe thicken some lines. I asked to work with another artist and was connected with Josh who was very confident we could do something. He asked me to send photos and his wife would help set up a time, that hed send some ideas and thought he could make it into something I loved. I felt so relieved. What wound up happening is promises Id hear back and I wouldnt, and then requests for more money before we even got into design specifics. Then he backed out of helping. Money isnt the issue. I said Id pay for additions.I connected with Jorge again. He referred me to Mason, who again asked me to come in. I made the 45 minute trip yet again and felt the hostility immediately. I was told I was nitpicking the lines. He responded like Jorge had - maybe he would thicken lines, add some shading, but that wed lose detail. Ive been on the fence on if this should be removed, so I tried carefully to ask if he thought it could come out good. He replied that we defined good differently. I offered to pay more money for additions if it would help. He said, Like what? And I said, Ive never been in the situation, you are the artist so I was hoping youd have ideas. He blamed placement, saying he wouldnt have done it there, and said there wasnt much he could do. After having him call me man at least 15 times in a brief conversation and how bold this piece was going to wind up, I walked away not at all confident this would look any better.As I walked away Jorge asked if Id sorted it out. I asked for my money back. He didnt offer to give me my tip back (I tipped well, by the way).The integrity at this shop is bad. If you own a business and you do bad work, make it right. Id love to know if this tattoo with its squiggly line work would be proudly displayed in a portfolio. I already know the answer. If a tattoo cant be done to match a stencil, whether it be from artist ability or placement, it is a artists responsibility as a professional to SAY THAT. Not once was I told the quality of my work would be compromised for any reason.You can be a good customer for a long time, refer business, tip well, and yet when they drop the ball, be treated like a complainer. This isnt a tattoo with a few crooked lines, but a mishandled piece.I cant believe someone I worked with for almost 20 years would let me walk out of there with work this bad. My only request was fixing it, and I was open as to how. No one apologized to me once or took ownership. I was blamed. I thought I was working with professionals. Now Jorge can just wash his hands of it since he gave me some of my money back. This will never be what I approved and that is not my fault. But Im the one stuck with the scar and the expense to fix it.

I was so, so impressed by Trinity Tattoo! I got my first tattoo from Jesika; she was so thorough in explaining the process of the tattooing and making sure that I liked the design and placement before going forward with anything. She was so kind and reassuring and we really vibed together! I cant wait until it heals to go back for another!!

Jesika is my favorite! Most of my tattoos are her work, and I intend to come back again for more! She’s the best. The shop is really nice, clean, comfy chairs for people who are accompanying someone getting tattooed.

I got my septum pierced and nose pierced by james (@fi_james on instagram), and my first tattoo by jess (@whiterabbiteffect) and i am absolutely in love with this shop!! the people are SUPER friendly and personable and do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and make sure youre really getting what you want. i will definitely continue to go there in the future and recommend it to everyone :)

Generally I don’t do reviews unless they are overwhelmingly good, or ridiculously bad. Sadly this is the latter. I’ll review my interactions with three people who work here:Jesika the tattoo artist: she is pushing, passive aggressive, and unresponsive on social media or through email. We deposited $50 to have a tattoo done, but never said we wanted it from her. She took our money and said it was “nonrefundable.” We felt from the beginning she was bitter.Mason the tattoo artist: although our interaction with Mason was short, it was to the point. He is soft-spoken, and kind, but any kind of confrontation and he is unwilling to tattoo you, or work with you. We questioned the $50 deposit with Jesika, and upon us announcing this, he refused to work with us. He was still kind and soft-spoken and turning us away, but we lost $50, when the shop did absolutely nothing for us.James, the piercer: he is calm cool and collected. He is patient and detailed, and is responsive on social media. He is the best thing about the shop, sadly we won’t be returning due to the other two. Thank you James!

Had a great visit this week for my birthday. Walked in and got in the chair with Jake. His lines were clean and smooth, Jorge had on a show that we all watched and laughed. Everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. Not to mention, the apprentice is nice to look at 😬 lmao.

Just got my septum pierced and I’m completely in love with it!! James is an absolute pro and talked me through the whole process, including aftercare. It was so quick. Less than 10 minutes and we were finished! Thanks James + Trinity Tattoo 💗😌

Had Mason . seriously amazing tattoist. He did my third one and was hands down the best ive had. Im not one for pain so he was super calm and understanding. He never got agitated . He worked in a very professional and timely manner. His work is meticulous and his pricing was very reasonable. From the start he was quick to schedule an appointment and very willing to provide input and work with what I wanted.

Jessika is awesome ! Shes professional, and puts you at ease right away. For one of my tatoos....I gave her a pic ( idea) and she redrew it and made it unique to what I wanted. Shes an amazing artist. Im happy with everything shes done for me. She also touched up a couple of tattoos....I wasn t quite happy with, but now after her touch-up....couldnt be happier. Jessika always makes sure youre comfortable with your pain tolerance or if you need something to drink, etc....I will be seeing Jessika for all my future work.

This was my first time at Trinity and I’ll definitely be back. I walked in, talked to Jesika, gave her my vision for my piece and she drew it up beautifully. She also happens to be very personable which made my time sitting fly by. I’m very happy with the piece that I got and I’ll definitely be going back to her for more work.

This is one amazing place...everyone is so friendly, they are busy, they do awesome work. I went in 30minutes before closing, wanted a small tattoo on my foot. So, I dont know this place, I have no doubt there are some talented artists here, so this review is only for one in particular. Zack Price @zackpricetattoos.A couple of months ago, I got a tattoo I was really hyped for, and apparently so was he. I went in, and paid FULL price for my art sadly, because of the many breaks that he needed to take, he did not get to finish it. He said once it heals, hed do another session to work out the details and finish it. When I made my appt when it finally healed, I took a good look and the tattoo was awful. Fingers looked like a fat sausage while others were tiny. Face was not at all done well. I found out he was let go from his job, and I asked him what was going to happen? He replied with, have to wait and see. Another month went by, and I asked again, messaging him when he should be wanting to help his client, I felt ignored. He finally got a position at Trinity Tattoo Company, and I asked him again, he said, he cant do it at the shop, he has to finish it on his day off. Cool, but weeks came and went, and still...nothing. I messaged him yet AGAIN, and asked, and he said he had taken a shift on a Sunday, Sept 1st and he would get back to me (because now he can do it at the shop). Nothing. He continues to post about how free he is for tattooing, and I am still ignored. Im more than understanding, clearly I let this go for months, Im not a difficult person, I was open to all his suggestions and gave him the freedom for his art, and I paid the full price. I know hes not going to give me half the money he should owe me, and now Im so frustrated that I wish I never got this mess on me.  Now I have to pay more money to get it covered. I know he can do semi decent work, Ive seen it. But unfortunately, portraits are not his style. I will never suggest him.Thanks for wrecking me, Zack.

I need to clear the air. I have never left a review on any page for any reason not even for a negative experience, I believe in it just being bad luck sometimes, but what happened was not bad luck.I talked to someone when walking into the shop asking about a tattoo. Said person never told me they going to tattoo me, didnt ask me who I wanted to tattoo me (if I should have said it then I was in the wrong I get that) I gave a deposit, without a date set, and went on my way. I tried messaging said person and no response, not in Instagram, not in email like I was suggested for communication. (maybe I used the wrong handle?)I asked about the fact that I had an artist in mind for the tattoo, which is why I went in the shop in the first place. No response. Called the shop to ask and the artist said yes, that the artist could do my tattoo, the other artist even took down my number and said theyll contact me. There was never any contact.After wanting and trying to get a tattoo for a while I decided to go in to atleast ask about the tattoo since there was no communication at this point.The ARTIST who took our deposit directed us to whom I wanted the art from (while they were tattooing). I didnt ask to have them interrupted, even suggested to come back later if they were not available but pushed for us to speak anyway.Clearly at this point there was miscommunication and lack of communication, I understand that tattoo shops work differently, but what happened was not the best way to do it? If we left a deposit with another artist and is non refundable, I 100% understand that, but it was just not communicated.After clear confusion was expressed (maybe even aggressively because again, lack of communication) I was turned away. Which the artist has every right to, its their shop.I would have liked a sit down and explication, (though the artist was in the middles of tattooing, they could have had me come back at a later time when they were free and available)Though all of that is sometimes just the business I cant really complain much, I didnt do my part as a client to clearly express everything I needed/wanted from the beginning. But, as an artist there was no clarification as to who will be doing my tattoo, nothing about non transferable deposits (everyone knows about nonrefundable thats a given), nor showing previous work to make sure their work is was I wanted (again it could have been my fault for not doing previous research).After everything, I wasnt going to leave a review, I wanted us all to move on, to do better next time. The cause for this review was the email I received after leaving the shop. No communication whatsoever from the previous artist and now I have a response? I believe this whole situation could have been avoided or even worked out. No need for confrontation and possibly even had all of my questions answered, unfortunately that was not the case.I know me leaving this review isnt going to make much of a difference, and its not even to try and turn people away, I just needed to clear the air and possibly help someone for their next tattoo.I apologize for inconvenience, discomfort, confusion, and or time wasted.Thank you, Trinity Tattoo, now I know what to do for the next time.

Ive gotten tattoos at this shop, and got a piercing today. The vibe is very cool and theyve completed some renovations since the last time I went. Theyre great about answering questions, and really listen to what youre looking for.

My two friends and I got tattooed by Jesika a few days ago, and she was nothing short of amazing. Not only did she give me a beautiful tattoo exactly how I envisioned but she took the time to fix a poorly done tattoo that I already had, so now it’s basically brand new and I couldn’t be happier! I recently came in from Michigan for a football tournament for my son..while stayin here i got to meet a buddy of mine who i have known for over a decade..we met via online gameplay n have been friends ever since...while here we figured lets get a tattoo so we looked all over for a tattoo shop to get work done at that could accommodate our small time frame to do so...the staff over at Trinity were super amazing they got us in...Jesika also on Instagram under whiterabbiteffect stayed late to help us get this done. She stayed in after a long booked uo day just to help out to buddies i cant thbak you guys enough. To some u wouldnt understand but to me it meant the world. If u want a great piece of ink put into ur skin Trinity is definitely the llace to go when i come back to visit again Ill be adding more ink from jesika for sure. I cant attest to the quality of the tattoos or piecing; o never got to that point. First I called to get some info and make an appointment. Was inform Id have to be there in person and that they were an extremely busing shop. Not that big of an issue, I was looking for an excuse to ride my motorcycle for a good long ride. 22 miles later I get to the shop and am informed that one of the guys just left.So talk to the guy up front, describe the tat I want. Says Ive got to come back later....8:30 or 9 that night. Once again, not that big of a deal.9 pm and I get there. Meet Mason (I believe thats his name) and shoe him what I want. Tribal tattoo that I have pic of and need to add a script name under it. He tells me because he has to design it (I mean come on....design? Maybe he could have used the word scale, but design?) Id have to come back at a later date. I told him I was there within the time frame the guy had specified. Then basically called a liar, he says no 8 - 8:30.So I told him I wasnt coming back and walked out.Probably fine if you live close, but I wouldnt drive from anywhere else because they seem to be fickle in their scheduling at best.

I had two of tattoos done by Derek. They turned out amazing. He does some awesome work and I will be returning there when I want more work done. Great environment as well.

Besides the fact that these tattoos are extremely overpriced, the guys who work here were real jerks. They could see that it was my first tattoo and that I was feeling pretty anxious about it, but to blame me for the tattoo coming out squiggly is just wrong. The artist who carved my tattoo left two distinct lines where one should be, and made my wave tattoo look like a bird. It is very ugly and I am very disappointed in how it turned out. Not only is my skin now ruined due to extremely poor artwork, my shirt is also ruined with ink the so called artist got everywhere. When he noticed he got ink all over my shirt he decided the appropriate response would be Id say Im sorry but Im not. Since i was 20 I have come here to get all of my art work done and all by the same artist. This place is great. All the artists have amazing line work and incredible skills. This place has an amazing atmosphere and I have always been satisfied with what i get done.

Dan was excellent. I would definitely recommend. He did a piercing for me and it was exactly what I wanted. I am already thinking about my next piercing.

Jess is awesome got my daughters belly piercing by James and went back for my own sleeve, came out perfect and after 7 hours of drilling on Saturday till 10 looks perfect and nearly no soreness, perfect lines and after just 2 days already looks healed I have many an never had one this vibrant so soon HIGHLY RECOMMEND thank you

Jesika @thewhiterabbiteffect set me up with a beautiful mandala piece. I gave her artistic license on the colors and she went all out! I love it so much and can’t wait to see what it will look like once it’s healed 😊

I actually walked into trinity just to ask questions about getting my first tattoo but after talking to Jesika i ended up getting the tattoo right then and there, she was seriously awesome and made me 100% comfortable and I am in love with the tattoo so I highly recommend her to anyone when getting your next (or first) tattoo!!

Quick service but the piercer doesnt want to order a piece of jewelry & call when its in. How hard is it to make a list? He was upfront about a second custom piece that I want made & the delay because hes going to be out of town.

Somehow I just spent $140 to get my nose pierced and the guy wouldnt put the ball in the hoop for me. Literally told me to go in the bathroom and do it myself. His name is Dan.

Me and my boyfriend came in to get matching tattoos and the tattoos were just 1 letter with a heart and a size a little bit bigger then a quarter if that and the guy said it was gonna be $140 EACH I’m not sure why it was priced that much I could see it being $70-$90 each with tip or $140 for both but I couldn’t believe it was that much unfortunately we didn’t get it I’m not sure if it was a mistake but I asked twice and made sure and he said $140 for each ... very disappointed :/

Came here as a walk-in after the artist at the last studio was a no show and was served and tatted pretty quick. Amazing artist and staff. Definitely will be coming back soon.
