I called in a week or so ahead to see what documents I needed to get my daughters nose pierced. They explained everything in great detail. The day finally came and I surprised my daughter for her birthday. I believe the gentlemans name was Mike that pierced her. He was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very gentle, and quick! He went over after care very thoroughly with her and I, and made her birthday surprise so special. Definitely give this place a shot if you are looking for a trustworthy piercer. The parrot that greeted us was an extra bonus ❤️ He made the waiting period before hand very entertaining with a game of peekaboo 😂

Love this place!! It’s clean and the employees are all knowledgeable and very kind. I’m including the parrot in that shout out. My teenage daughter has had her first two piercings and her first tattoo done here and I’ve has my tenth tattoo and most recent piercing done here. Definitely recommend!! 🖤

Just took my daughter to get her belly button pierced for the second time this time we went and seen Mike at urban and he did an amazing job! Much better experience than the first place we went!! I highly recommend going to see Mike if you’re wanting to get piercings!

I wouldn’t recommend getting any piercings here. My husband surprised my son with getting his ears pierced but I’m the one who typically deals with this these things because I have multiple piercings. My son came home with butterfly back earrings which is not recommended and due to their nature are not as easy to clean. Flat back or labret earrings are recommended as they’re easier to clean. This makes me question the quality of the jewelry as well. I’d recommend finding an APP registered piercer instead of going here.

I got a surface ear piercing. Tim was amazing- kind, professional, informative. He did a step by step cleaning routine tutorial for me and my two friends (even though one time could have been sufficient for most piercers) the fact we were in a group did not make him blur any line. He remained CLEAN and professional. I trust him. Would recommend 1000x.

Great customer service. I love my piercings! I got an eyebrow and belly button done. It was done clean, quick, and go home instructions were easy to understand. Awesome jewelry and prices.

I just took my 6 uear old to get her ears re pierced. Mike did amazing an made such a smooth process and made her comfortable they look so cute an shes one happy 6 yr old thank you.

Came in 2 minutes before close and was greeted with excellent service and professionalism. He ( did not catch his name) was super sweet, explained how to clean the piercings and was funny! Made the experience very comfortable.

Was there for the Friday the 13th flash sale by Jay Simone. Very nice place love all the different things for sale. Loved the ambiance. Everyone was so nice. Jay Simone did a great job on my friend and my tat. Will be venturing over again.

Mike is the best when it comes to piercing. He is patient and willing to go out of his way to help with any issues that may pop up.

Mike was great and I’m so happy with my piercings! I called the shop about an hour before it closed and Mike made time for me. He was very nice and walked me through my options in detail; he’s clearly an expert at piercing! The process was quick and aftercare instructions were detailed… my new piercings are healing quickly and I’ll post a picture when they are entirely healed. Thanks Mike!!!!

Ive never gotten tattoos here, but I have had 5 piercings done here over the years and good experiences with all! The workers are also super nice and helpful too.

I have literally never had a piercer show so much knowledge and care. He was extremely nice, and showed me exactly how to clean my piercing). Extremely nice guy, made me extremely comfortable (I usually get nauseous, and didn’t this time), gave us (my friends and I) waters, and obviously loves his job.Highly recommend.

Went for my first tattoo to Urban Legends. The girl that did my tattoo was so very wonderful & friendly. She calmed my nerves!! Love this place & the very nice girl that did my tattoo.

I went and got my tongue pierced by mike. He is very professional very nice. I’ve never had a piercer take there time and throughly explain what their doing and how their doing he was so sweet and kind and made me feel very comfortable and the piercing was so quick and he was very patient

Clean, friendly and professional shop. Mike is an excellent piercer. Calm and patient. Very detailed with explanation on cleaning and healing process. Highly recommend for any piercings.

For our first time here it was amazing. They was very gentle and very knowledgeable at what they do. We been to other piercing places and there would be something that would always happened during or after the Procedure. I would Higly recommend them. JUST a word of advice Not all of our bodys and faces are the same so some things work out better then for others.

Super Friendly staff. Super informative piercer. Made sure my spot lined up with my other hole on the other side perfectly before going further. And then double checked! Loved that he made sure I knew how to clean it and if I needed help changing it to come on back up! Super nice. Definitely would recommend.

Wow! I was referred by a friend and their service was FANTASTIC. I wanted to get a hoop for my nose piercing and I showed the young lady at the front the bump on my ear and nose and she said they were both keloids. Mike said that if I got the hoop it would only worsen! He explained that he actually removes them and after the healing process that they usually don’t return and I was like YES! The process was quick with minimal pain. Afterwards Mike explained all the care and cleaning of my piercings! I had this done two days ago and OMG no more hideous bumps! Did have appointment, granddaughter got her first tattoo and bellybutton pierced, explained what he was doing to her while he was doing it. Definitely will go back.

Great experience! Went in for a double cartilage piercing, was Im and out in less than 15 minutes, healed well, peirecer seemed very knowledgeable. Will probably go back for more

I walked in asking for a small handwritten piece. Mike took great care in mimicking my late husbands hand writing. It was exactly what I wanted, and it means so much to me!

They did great piercings but dont use the cleaning service use youre own and the people there didnt respect others at all
