I got my first tattoo here!!! The area and setting was very clean and everyone was super nice and friendly!! I had Ryan as my artist and he did an amazing job!! All my friends are saying how clean and accurate my tattoo is!!! This is better than anything I could imagine! I was really scared since this was my first tattoo but Ryan was super clear and comforting as well as accommodating! Would definitely recommend coming here for a tattoo

I called to see if theirs an opening slot for ear lobe piercings. Angelica took the call and help us to the process. We were able to get a same day appointment. The place is easy to find and Angelica greeted us. She explained the before and after care. We were in and out the place with 15-20 mins. I will definitely recommended this place.

My best friend and I went in for matching tattoos…. We’ve talked about them for 8 years lolCC was our artist. We had a basic mock-up, but CC made them better than we imagined. Super nice and professional. We both love our tattoos. We’ll definitely be going back to her.

I came for a walkin for a tattoo and piercing and left completely satisfied! all my needs were met. Justine was my piercer for my forward helix and she was the absolute sweetest; she talked me through the process, made sure i understood everything she was doing and the words of encouragement through the piercing process was everything🥹 Ryan did my tattoo and may as well be my new tattoo artist. he made sure i loved the placement, even asked if i wanted specific details like the shading and gradience placement, he also consistently checked in with me during the tattoo process to make sure i was okay. overall, he’s an amazing artist and i will most definitely be back for more🙂‍↕️

Mr. Inkwells was great! We went in on a walk-in basis and were immediately greeted and attended to. The shop is very clean, well organized, and the staff are all professional. Shamán was our artist and he was awesome! Very personable, outgoing, patient, and… awesome! He got our design drawn up (my wife and I both got matching tattoos) very quickly and I was in the chair practically before I was done filling out the consent form online lol. Highly recommend Mr. Inkwells to everyone.

Such a welcoming shop! This was my 1st Friday the 13th tattoo and I loved how the shop ran the event. CC was great, working with me to make sure I was happy with my placement and the cleanliness was top notch! I will definitely be coming back for custom pieces.

CC was an absolutely amazing Artist! She took an abstract idea me and my bestie had and took it to the next level. I was attended by Raven and her service was quite well professionally & friendly done. I was well welcomed and service was fast as well. I didn’t get my piercing done by them, but instead, examined and was recommended some tips. Everything is going very well at the moment for me. I highly recommend this place, I will surely come back here to get my other piercings done in the future !!

I had a great experience getting my tattoo here yesterday, and my tattoo is exactly what I’ve been envisioning the last 2 years!! Alex is a phenomenal tattoo artist who not only made me feel right at home but really listened to what I wanted and made sure to deliver exactly that. I definitely will be returning to Mr. Inkwell’s for my next one (and maybe even a piercing 😉).

I came to this shop over a year ago for two ear piercings and was happy with the service provided. I stopped by again a week ago to ask their piercer (different person than last year) to help remove my jewelry because I couldn’t do it on my own. Both experiences were pleasant and comfortable, and I left happy each time. Consistent service is great service in my book! I’d definitely come back and recommend this shop to others.

As soon as me and my husband walked through the door, the customer service was immaculate. We got started right away. My husband had CC as his artist and I had Justine, and when I say I was astounded by their work, I was left with tears in my eyes. It’s really nerve wracking trying to find a new tattoo shop/artist and it was the best decision we made choosing Mr. Inkwells. Will definitely be coming back!

Shwayze was absolutely accommodating and gave me so much more info about my dermal. Went in for a change out and ended up getting my second dermal. Pricing is great so I couldn’t pass up getting the piercing I really wanted. Definitely recommend coming here for all your piercing needs. (Bottom is the new one)

This tattoo shop is undoubtedly the best around. Ive been pierced twice by Angelica and brought my sisters here for tattoos and piercings as well. A special shout out to Ryan, who was incredibly helpful throughout my tattoo process. The team is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place.

I came in for a consultation on a tattoo I am getting. While I was there my grandson convinced me to get a nose piercing. I was super, super nervous and Angelica was so nice and so easy going. She made me feel very at ease. Angelica did the piercing and let. me tell you it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. She explained everything and did an awesome job. She also helped my grandson with. his nose piercing since he wanted something different,. She was very knowledgeable and helped my grandson pick the right piece. Angelica is the best I highly recommend her :)

My new tattoo is AWESOME! I tried to find an artist that would do a custom tattoo blocks from my house and none would bite. Mr Inkwells responded right away and set me up with the best! Corey hand sketched and inked me using old school equipment and it turned out great! Price was nice and the appointment process was quick and simple. Thank you for everything guys. My daughter and I decided on a whim to get her 3rd lobe piercings today. I called Mr. Inkwells to see if they had availability and they were able to get us in pretty quickly.Raven did an outstanding job of discussing our options, helping my daughter pick out her jewelry, and explained every step of the process. My daughter plays sports, so she also talked us through the things to consider in keeping her safe while the new piercings healed. I really liked that she didn’t just give us the answers she thought we wanted to hear.I asked a lot of questions as I had been toying with the idea of getting my daith pierced. Raven was patient, helpful and honest (one of my ears was not a great candidate for daith due to the size and shape). Raven had time and did my piercing as well!Thank you, Raven and Mr. Inkwells for taking great care of us today! We will be coming back!

I didn’t really know how exactly I wanted my tattoo to turn out but in the end CC really gave me the best outcome of her art in which I really love! She is one of kind artist and had the best vibes anyone would ask for! Talk about a memory of a life time 🤟🏽

Took my 6 year old to have her earrings replaced. She ended up being too terrified to let Angelica touch her ears but Angelica was so patient and kind. Don’t take little ones in the bathroom though, lots of violent graphics 😅

Angelica was kind and gentle and explained everything she was doing. My septum piercing was fast and really didn’t have any pain. I highly recommend Angelica and this place for your piercing needs!

First time here, and I booked an appointment in advance with Justine from her instagram. I went in to get my rook pierced and also changed out my double helix piercings. I really appreciate how organized and quick my appointment was, as well as Justine’s knowledge and expertise as a piercing artist/tech. She’s the best!

Cece did my tattoo and she was amazing at not only her work but how she went about the consultation and making sure I was comfortable. Got my bellybutton pierced here the other day with Asia and it was such a great experience! Its been healing well so far and im in love with it. My appointment was at 1030 and was finished 20 minutes later, give or take, so it was pretty quick! She gave all of my jewlery options, shown what it would look like on me, got down to piercing then went over how to care for it :) If I get any future piercings ill definitely come here. 🫶🏼

Made an appointment for a small spine tattoo and Ryan was my artist. He took his time getting the placement perfect and i’m so happy with it! I was worried about the pain but he was fast, it wasn’t bad at all :)

Adreana did my tattoo, 6 hour session and it was great! Awesome work, and she was real chill and nice, highly recommended if you want to get tattoo. Very clean place and everyone there seemed cool. Alot of people coming in to get tats or piercings during my session, which is always a good sign of the work they do there.

DON’T GET PIERCED HERE! or if you do, just be warned that they did my piercing wrong. I am so bummed to be writing this because I really wanted to like this place. I went and got my nose and 2 flat helix piercings done at the same time. I really liked the place and the vibe so I was excited. *mind you, I have gone to other shops before and I have 4 other helix piercing done right and 4 lobes prior to this visit*. So I got them all done and i was happy because I had been wanting to get them done for a while. So After 2 months had passed after I got this done, I went with my sister to another shop to look at jewelry and she wanted to get her nose done. I had this bump that was getting bigger even though I was cleaning it and everything. (I even went back to Mr. Inkwells and spent $500+ (included a huge tip) to get some new jewelry and change out all of my older piercings and asked the girl to look at the bump and she said it should go down and that it looked good.) Well I decided to ask this piercer that was helping my sister about this weird bump on my ear thinking it was just an irritation bump that needed time to heal. (I’ve never gotten a bump yet alone one that was this big and I cleaned it 3 times a day/didn’t sleep on my new piercings/etc) Well turns out that the person who pierced my helix piercing did it so crooked that there was no way for the bump to go down because of the way the piercing rubbed against the top of my ear. Instead of it being put in straight, it was put in diagonally so that the only way for this bump to heal was to take it out. Mind you, I had 3 people at the piercing place check to make sure because I really didn’t want to take it out, but I had to take it out and the bump went away within a few days. So now, I have to let it heal so I can get it re pierced so that my ears match. Super disappointed because I spent so much money at this place and the fact I now have to get it re pierced so that it will heal right and look good makes me so upset. Super disappointed and will not be going back, definitely don’t recommend. Save your money and your ears from the pain of having to get a re pierced piercing.

Loving my new piercing, Angelica did such an amazing job from beginning to end with my Daith piercing. Gave me all the info needed before the piercing to make sure I understood what the aftercare implies and if I was ok with it. 💯 recommend her such a sweet heart!

Stopped by today as a walk-in and first-time visitor. Opted for a more intimate piercing and Shwayze made the entire experience as stress-free as possible - super clean, knowledgeable + informative and I’m extremely happy with the result! Will definitely be returning for future piercings & jewelry upgrades.

Came here for some flash with LONDON back in April. My strawberry and orange slice have healed so nicely! Stopped in again today for a custom stamp and snake plant. London never disappoints with her creativity and great energy. Cant wait to book some more with her soon! Her attention to detail is immaculate! Highly recommend the shop. Took my daughter in for upper lobe piercings as an early bday gift and left with a few piercings myself.We hadn’t made an appt but the process was very short and sweet.Shwayze was our piercer, and he was amazing. Very gentle with his touch and tone. He guided us through every movement he made and we shared a few laughs and some love of music.Highly recommend Mr. Inkwells and Shwayze!

I’ve been working with Steve since November when I came to him wanting a full sleeve in addition to a piece I already had on my arm. I brought him a picture that I had in mind and gave him a concept I had in mind. He gave me a couple of options on what I wanted the woman to look like and we decided on it and got started. He was very direct with me and told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I’m still not completely done yet but so far it’s looking amazing and I’m so happy I went to him! It looks so realistic which is what I wanted and so vibrant. The first picture is of what I already had before I came to him and the rest are what he added on.

This was such an experience for my first tattoo. Ryan made sure everything was to my liking and he cleaned up my original design much better! He also printed out multiple sizes that I could choose from. He also made sure everything was solid and I knew what to do with the healing process before I left.

I was visiting California for Spring Break after I lost my fiancé and want a tattoo in remembrance of him. I went to 4 different locations out there and was turned away but then I meet Alex so sweet and was very happy to help me. She went above and beyond. I love my tattoo she took her time and I’ve gotten so many compliments on her work. I already got my next tattoo I want but will wait until summer when I return to just to have her do it.

He is AMAZING, informative, attentive, has his own private room, and listened to my concerns. Went this weekend for my first tattoo at Mr. Inkwells. Wulf is an amazing artist and made the whole experience wonderful. He checked on me as we chatted and he worked. I couldnt be happier with the result. CC took care of my daughter on her first tattoo as well and was kind, gentle and just as good with a first timer. Even when my daughter decided last minute to get a septum piercing she was not only accomodated but welcomed and helped with first hand knowledge. All in and all a great experience.

For my daughter’s 21st birthday, she wanted matching tattoos. She did all of the research and found Sara. She did an amazing job! My daughter had some anxiety when she started, and Sara talked her through it. Her work is outstanding! I will definitely be back for more tattoos.

I made an appointment to get my septum re-pierced at Mr. Inkwells and my piercer, Justine was great! She was very informative and helpful. She took her time and helped me figure out that my septum piercing never closed in the first place. She stretched my old piercing, helped me choose appropriate jewelry and sent me on my way. The whole process was easy peasy!

Was told it would be $42 ($42.50?) for my lobes to be pierced and about $30 for the titanium jewelry. I assumed my total would be $72, I was charged $152. Pricing needs to be more transparent because I would not have gone here if I knew it would be over $100 for them to put a needle through my ears. If price doesn’t matter to you though, this place would be great- they were clean, kind, and efficient.

This is my second visit to Mr Inkwells. Steven Saturn did my first tat, which is perfect!Yesterday, Nikki, in her kind and compassionate way, gave me a Medusa piercing. I LOVE 💕 IT! She kept her eye on it and then had me changed to a shorter rod. So much more comfortable. I didnt swell much.Cambria is an amazing artist. So skilled and precise. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Andrew and Cambria introduced themselves to us and already we felt comfortable. Cambria did my tattoo and I had an idea of what I wanted and she helped me plan and visualize it perfectly on the iPad. We tried out a few different sizes and Cambria was able to get input from other artists on placement. The whole vibe of the shop was awesome, the playlist was on point, and Cambria was amazing. I had such an amazing experience here! I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day to get my nose pierced. My piercing was done by Asia and she was the best! She talked me through the whole process and explained everything super thoroughly and well. She made sure I was happy with the placement of the piercing and made sure I was comfortable and doing ok the whole time, which really helped make me less nervous. The piercing was almost completely painless and was so quick and easy! Definitely coming back for more piercings in the future!

Don’t recommend getting pierced here. My face dermal is sticking out way too much, at first I thought it was just gonna look like that for a couple days but it’s been a couple weeks and it’s still sticking out way too much. One snag and it’s over with. Not only that but my friend got pierced here too and her septum was placed way too low and was not pierced on the thin piece of flesh in her nose but instead on the lower cartilage of her nose. It even got infected and I had to repierce her septum for her.

Got my nose piercing done by Asia and she was super nice and sweet and really made sure my piercing was aligned as best as she could with my other nose piercing. overall very great experience!

I’ve been here 3 separate times and plan on coming for many more! Not only is everyone I’ve met here incredibly sweet, but also incredibly talented. I came to California for a few days and decided to get my dermal piercings while there. Shwayze (my apologies if spelled incorrectly) was the only piercer qualified to do it and he did not disappoint! He was super cool, gentle and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Over about the last year Steve has been refreshing and building on my old tattoos and adding a few more to round everything out. I will never go to anyone else. His work is second to none and I am very happy that I wound up working with him. The shop is clean and welcoming. I was also lucky enough to get one of Londons last apprentice tattoos and it was not something simple. She nailed it and you shouldnt hesitate to let her work on you.

I love mr.inkwell tattoo. They make sure that your tattoo is in the right spot, before they start. They ask you if you are comfortable and ready for to begin. I know that there are other tattoo artists there as well,but I know that Ryan is the best tattoo Artist, (in my opinion your can be different from mine idc). That I know at mr.inkwell. He even remember my tattoo from 4 years ago. Not a lot of artists remember that far back. I’m glad to be back and I shall come back for more tattoos and a piercing pretty soon.

I took my partner to have her ears pierced, we called and they took us the same day. The shop was super clean, the employees were very nice and friendly, even offered our dog some water outside while we waited. They were quick and very professional. She loves her additional piercings in her ears and said it was basically pain free and over before she knew it started. Great local business, we will definitely use them again.

I got a tattoo it came out great but was overpriced. I got a piercing but they let this random walk-in lady who wanted to change her jewelry cut in front of me and this Karen stole my appointment even though I was a half hour early thinking I’d get there early in case they were busy. They were not busy when I got there. I just sat there with my friend for two hours waiting for this rude Karen who stole my appointment to get done. Then they had the nerve to ignore me and my friend just sitting there not offering us any water or anything. Their prices are too high. I don’t recommend this shop. The tattooist was good but I’ll go elsewhere next time.

My friend and I came in to get tattoos from the wonderful Sara! She was so accommodating and helped us understand every step of the process. We actually were able to send her our design idea a few weeks in advance and she not only cleaned it up for us, she improved it! The tattoos themselves were super quick as Sara is very efficient while still being incredibly thorough on the work shes doing. We absolutely love our pieces and will be looking to come back!
