A truly beautiful ear piercing experience. There was no stress in this space. The staff were kind and reassuring. They didnt try to convince us to spend more then we intended to. They were respectful and helpful. 10/10 would pierce again!

This was the cutest day ever. Went for my 5 year old daughters birthday for ear piercing and princess makeover. She feels so special. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to make their daughter feel like a million bucks. I am so pleased with their services and happy to have found a place like this to get her ready for her birthday!!

Fantastic experience. They were calm, thoughtful and experienced. I texted for an appointment, with a few questions first, I received quick answers and a timely appointment. Shhhhh, this place isn’t just for little kids either.Nice location, skip the tattoo parlor and make your way here.

I was really nervous to get my 4 month old ears pierced and I didnt want to go with just anyone. I was really pleased with the service we received, she was super responsive, we were able to get an appointment within the same week, was great to work with, and most importantly it went super smooth with the least pain possible for my daughter. She used a numbing cream and by the time we walked out my daughter was smiling. Its been a couple of months and weve had zero issues with her piercings. I definitely recommend

I had my daughter’s ear pierced a year ago when she was a 5 month old baby. Excellent experience all around. She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable when I was so anxious .. and it couldn’t have gone better. When I texted regarding after care questions, she responded so quickly. I highly recommend this place !

Great experience! Selena was prompt in her replies to inquiries about appointments, clear and follow through was exceptional. My 16 yr old was finally ready for ear piercing and we could not have asked for a better experience!! Took a total of 35 minutes, start to finish (with numbing cream, picking the earrings, etc.) - we did not feel rushed, Selena took her time to ensure the piercing would be even and then it was over in a second when the earrings went in. My daughter is thrilled, her piercings look great. Also fair and affordable price. We will certainly use again if the need arises. Happy daughter and mother. Thank you, Selena.

Selena is extremely patient, accommodating. She did a great job with my 11 month baby’s piercing (and mine!).It was serendipitous - I was actually supposed to go to Baby Piercing but I was running 10 mins late and they unfortunately they declined me because they can’t accommodate beyond 5 mins (separate story for another day - really harsh behavior). I found this place instead and the owner Selena who has been doing this for 17 years was very sweet, warm, welcoming and accommodating. She walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. It was her house - which was very homely and super clean. It made the experience warmer and cozier. And the price is less than half of Baby Piercing. I would 100% recommend!BOTTOM LINE: If you’re contemplating btwn the Baby Piercing and Raspberry Lips for your child’s piercing, I would choose Raspberry hands down!!!

Great experience! We were getting my daughters ears pierced for the first time. The workers there were really helpful in letting us know what we needed to do. They made my daughter really comfortable before she had her piercings. They were really friendly and helped her. They were really hygienic and wore gloves and made sure that everything was clean and sterile before they started. Would definitely go back!

My daughter loves this place. She’s been there for two major occasions:some princess event where they had all the princesses and the kids dressed up to their favorite princess, put on makeup and took a bunch of pictures with the princesses. Overall an amazing day.The second main occasion was for her ear piercing. We thought my daughter might cry or be scared. But they did an amazing job. She barely felt it and the whole experience was just perfect.We also visit the store every time we’re in Los Gatos and buy something cute from them.

Very cute, albeit somewhat unorganized. The cost of a makeover is so reasonable, the attendants are so kind and patient, and my daughter feels like a princess. We went for her 7th birthday, but we might make this a regular thing. She got the makeover and got her ears pierced. Totally pain and drama free. Highly recommend.

After much research, I identified Razzberry Lips to get my ears re-pierced (previous piercing done years ago isnt ideal), made an appointment to meet up with Selena. Selena is wonderful, patient, and explained in details how to keep the piercing clean after. I am very happy with my new piercing!

Just did my 1 yr old and 17 yr old Daughters ear piercing. Selena the owner did the Piercing, she has over 14 yrs of experience and she did a PERFECT!!!! Went to check out the Lady who charges $200 + on Winchester, she was just a little to crazy for my liking. Not to mention her prices were ridiculous.

Selena was very responsible and helped us book an app last minute. She took lots of time to help us nail down the perfect piercing location and was so kind about us changing a few millimeters a few times.

Did not know they had numbing cream. Did not offer any numbing cream. Painful experience for my 4 yr old daughter.Had my infant’s ears pierced here too. They need to check that their ear-piercing guns are working properly. One of them did not go in smoothly, and caused the earring to bend. Painful experience for her too.

This is an amazing store for getting your ears peirced. Great for younger kids and older, I took my 7 year old daughter there for ear piercing. They gave her numbing cream so it would not hurt and my daughter loved the experience!

Are you into dressing up like a princess and having your hair done with perfumey hair spray, a bit of lip gloss and listening to the girliest of the Top 40? If yes, this is the place for you. If not but youre here anyway, then you probably have a daughter between 4 and 12. I was thankfully spared most of the assault on my ears and nose by hanging around outside with the other dads and discussing how our lives had come to this. We concluded that this was the price of some of the good things about being a parent.

My daughters had their ears pierced here and had a great experience!It was painless, clean and wonderful!I heard they have amazing Birthday parties too!

They did a real quick make over on my children. Didnt give them choices to choose from and no accessories. Forgot about us when a larger crowd came in. Then we had to wait half an hour till one of the girls finally came top the register do that i could pay.

Awesome experience and there was a nice collection of really pretty earrings to choose from.
