The ladies at the front desk were absolutely attentive and incredibly helpful. Forgive us we did not catch the name of the beautiful young African American women who helped us picked out our jewelry but she was PHENOMENAL!! Then the experience was made even better by Kasper the young lady who gave us our piercings ! 3 very difficult locations and she was very professional helpful and kind. We will be coming back to this location every time now !

I went to Banter to get my third hole as well as my cartilage pierced. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Ashley W! She was amazing from start to finish! She was extremely detailed and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with every step. I recommend her if you are thinking of getting another piercing.

Abby and Sheena did my daughters first piercing (ears) and both ladies were wonderful. They talked her through the process and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. They were informative, thoughtful, and compassionate about her nerves. They pierced both lobes at the same time so it was all over very quickly. I highly recommend Banter for your piercing needs!

Definitely recommend!!! I walked in without an appointment and they were able to service me right away. You will need to fill out paper work and show them your ID. They sterilize the jewelry they use before the piercing. I got a rook piercing with their body piercer, Casper. Casper did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and made the whole process as quick and painless as it could be. They gave me a cleaning solution and explained how to clean the piercing while it heals. It’s been a couple weeks and it’s been healing perfectly so far. Also, they have really beautiful quality jewelry that is affordable!

I had the delight of get pierced by Kasper and she is an amazing piercer. The staff here is wonderful and help you throughout the process. Another female staff member asked if I needed a hand to hold, and they were there for me. The only reason I had a good experience was because of those girls. God bless them. Highly recommend this location and to get pierced by Kasper!

Sky did an amazing job placing my tragus piercing back in. It was definitely a process to stretch it back in but she was so sweet and patient throughout the whole time. Would definitely come back for future services! :)

Loved the experience here for my daughter’s second piercing. Staff was so welcoming, both the piercer and security person. My daughter was a little nervous, but the staff was so assuring about it and overall it was a really good experience. The jewelry there is also very good quality and beautiful.

Casper was so helpful and friendly. I came in for my daughter’s earrings to be replaced and she steered me in the right direction of choices and made me aware of what deals were going on. She even went as far as to help take out my old earring and put it my new one for me (helix, so it’s pretty hard to do on your own), and for my daughter too! Thanks Casper!

My 4 year old daughter had to remove her earrings for an emergency MRI a couple weeks ago. She would not let me out the old ones in so I took her to pick out some new ones. She was happy picking out the earrings but did not want to put them in. Marie was amazing, patient, gentle and focused. She was determined to show my daughter that it wouldn’t hurt and treated her like a princess. Once the second earring was in, my daughter was smiling and loved her earrings. She even gave Marie a hug. ❤️ a very happy ending

My experience at Banter Tampa Premium has been nothing but STELLAR!!! On my first visit I got my very first piercing and was beyond nervous. The staff and manager Sheena were kind and beyond patient. On my recent visit Sheena totally took care of an issue that was all my fault. And to think I was hesitant about even asking; so happy I did because she didnt give it a second thought. She didnt even know the senti mental reason. Made my day!! I highly recommend this location.

Stopped in to get a helix piercing and was greeted by Maria. My experience with her was wonderful! She provided top notch service! She’s knowledgeable, so friendly and professional. I had my nose pierced several months back at a tattoo shop and I had a piercing bump that would not go away. She noticed it and educated me on what it is and how to fix it. She even changed my nose ring out for me. Will be coming back to this location for all of my piercing and jewelry needs!

Had my nose pierced today with Marie. She was great! I was in and out in 15 minutes. She let me choose my jewelry, discussed the process and each step and boom it was done. Minimal pain, perfect positioning! I tried giving her a tip (as she definitely deserves it) and she informed me they arent allowed to except them. What?! Thats crazy. They perform a service and should be allowed to accept a tip. Would highly recommend coming here and seeing Marie :)

Around Christmas, i came in to get my second lobe piercings. My first visit was amazing! Every associate in the store was kind and informative about promotions going on and products in the store. Jordan did my piercings and it was a great experience! He answered all my questions. They piercings came out great, but due to how they were pierced one of them got infected and i had to take it out. Once they healed, i returned for the free re piercing. Jordan re pierced my ears and gave me a coupon for my next visit. I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it. I wish I could give them 8 stars.

They made my 5 year old feel super comfortable and she did not get scared to get her piercing done. The lady who took care of us took her time to make sure her piercing is in the right spot and 2 person did both of her ears at the same time which is great! Marie is soooo sweet and an knowledgeable person I didn’t even know that I had to use the advanced 3-1 solution rather than the basic yellow bottle she was also quick and easy love love love her I will most definitely be back for more!!!

I had the same issue with my ear piercing service as another reviewer on here… They did not adjust the backs of the earrings immediately after piercing. I had both piercings infected within 1 week because they were on too tight. I followed their aftercare instructions and I still ended up having to go to urgent care. I would certainly go to another location and make sure that they give proper instructions to care for piercings including not discouraging customers from taking medical advice when you have an infection.

Marie was extremely helpful with changing out my cartilage and tragus piercings. She also helped me with some hypertrophic scarring. Her suggestion helped tremendously and my bump went down and I’m no longer in pain. She’s top notch!!

I got my rook pierced last week by Maria. She made me feel extremely comfortable and so did the employee with the long curly hair (I forgot his name) My piercing is healing beautifully and I’ll definitely be returning in the future to add more to my ears :)

I had a nose piece replaced here and it fell out in less than 1 week, the piece was lost and then they refused to replace it. It was clearly not put in properly and there was no cooperation on the part of the management. Disappointing and will take my business elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience when visiting this location for help with getting something for a gift. The staff working was amazing with showing me some options as I am clueless with this stuff. 5 stars may not be accurate because I think they earned more for helping someone like me find the perfect gift. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING...I walked into this store today and heard screaming; saw a premature baby being held down by her teenage parents while the male store worker spent at least 15 minutes trying to pierce the tiny ears. Other customers in the store were watching in stunned shock and silence, including the other worker, who looked embarrassed.The whole scene was extremely disturbing, and nothing they say can possibly justify what I saw. No worker should have agreed to pierce the ears of an obvious newborn infant --- and do what basically amounted to torture -- whether or not the very young parents wanted it! Clearly, all this store cares about is money.

Do not go here omg. I got my ears pierced here, because my sister went here for hers and she was fine. I have taken care of my earrings, cleaned them with hydrogen peroxide, the solution they sell at this location as well. My earrings post was too small for my ear, and it sunk in, and a few weeks later, it sunk in again. I now have a VERY large keloid on the fronts and backs of 3/4 earrings. One of my earring posts that got stuck in my ear, bent when it was getting pierced, and now the hole in the back is higher than the hole in the front. My earrings have caused me too much stress, and problems, over the past 3 months and they’re still not healed when they said my earrings would be healed by 3 weeks. Please please don’t go here, and go to a tattoo shop, and get them professionally done. This place was not ok.
