Me and my daughter got matching tattoos here and we were extremely happy with the work! I have a lot of tattoos, and Anthony has been the best so far. Don’t go anywhere else!

This shop is my new go to shop for piercings! I had an impulsive decision to get a surface tragus before work and go served right away when I walked in! The woman (didn’t catch her name. sorry!) in the front was nice and informative about the piercer and the jewelry. My piercer, Phil, was amazing as well! He really made the session fun and easy; he was also very helpful about other piercings I was interested in! He did amazing job on mine! My new favorite one! Thank you

Definitely recommend getting a piercing here !! the vibes were great and the piercer talked me through the process along with another person . The pricing was great as well , my best friend had her helix done and I got a belly button and all together it was $60 . We talked about it and afterwords decided to get all our piercings done here !! 10/10 recommend.

Phil is such a good piercer! Hes super nice and calming, helps with my nervousness alot! I have gotten two from him and plan on getting more. If you are nervous to get a piercing, dont be and def go here! Hes also super quick about it which is amazing and talks you through the whole process

Went in today to get my nose pierced. The one lady working the front were very helpful and knowledgable of the different types of piercings and had a lot of helpful advice. My piercer made the process quick and (sort of) painless. Overall a very clean and professional shop and a good experience

Absolutely love my angel bites. piercer was super nice and chill, (very blue and nice eyes lmao), absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere and everyone was kind and super super friendly and easy to talk to. never felt more safe than when I went in there lol. although the location may not be in the fanciest area, it is super clean, neat, and amazing looking inside. 1000/10 would recommend and will for sure be going again

I went here last Saturday for my first mole tattoo and Marilyn Monroe piercing and I had the best experience ever in such a wonderful establishment. There human relations skills are all on point! The owner has such great energy and my piercer got over 10 certified certificates for piercing and educated me on making sure I get my piercing in the appropriate spot so I dont damage my nerves and that is because I wanted my piercing closing to my mouth. Anyways I am glad all the shops in tracy were close cuz I would not have found this gem! I will he going back for more work.

Took my wife here for multiple different piercings (Helix, Belly Button, Nose & Septum), super fast service, professional, and a great little atmosphere there. She initially got her first nose piercing at the Modesto mall at a place called BodyJewelz, which was an absolutely terrible experience, and ended up going here where they welcomed her in and got exactly what she wanted done with ease.

Anthony is completing a half sleeve for me-vibrant colors with part of it as a coverup. It is looking AMAZING!! The shop is clean and the shop manager and other employees are all very helpful and friendly. I also know someone who saw Phil and got his septum pierced and then stretched later. His piercing looks great and is healing with no issues. Highly recommend Union Tattoo & Piercing.

It was my first time getting ink on my side & underestimated how much it would hurt. Tristan was very patient with my squirming & such. He has inked my daughter a couple times, she really likes his clean line work. The whole crew at Union is super chill & welcoming.

I usually do not write reviews however I feel inclined to do so because I want others to be aware that piercings might not be fully explained.(Summary : Fair price for labret piercing. Cash only. Everyone is sociable but lack of explanation.)Honestly it was a decent experience, but that was because I had knowledge about piercings before going into getting my labret. The lady at the front desk was sociable but did not explain much other than the fact I needed to fill out the waiver. Understandably it had a lot of legal precautions and such, but I had to initial a lot of stuff that they did not go over. I am aware I could have initially asked about the process and risks, but I’d think they would go over it all with you and not assume you know what exactly you’re getting into. Especially with facial piercings. Then Phil came up and told me to follow him; sadly no introduction. An apprentice was there who also did not introduce herself. It almost felt like I was a practice dummy. Although Phil, who has all his certificates displayed, pierced me - which brought more relief than anything. Much was explained to the apprentice, and only when I asked a question he would then address me - which was disappointing.After the piercing was done, I ended up talking to them a bit more. I wish there was more introduction in the beginning because that would have made my experience much more enjoyable/less awkward.I appreciate that they gave me water and let me sit for a bit because of my light headedness…

Absolutley love this shop, super clean, everyone is ver friendly and they do great work. Ive had 2 different pieces done here and will soon be getting a 3rd. Could not reccomend more!

I got my first tattoo by Julian, and he killed it smoothly. He and I didnt take much during the session but hes super nice, skilled and professional. Best tattoo shop in town, the shop is clean, everybody is friendly and professional. Recommend the shop for whos considering to get your first tattoo or new tattoo. There are so many talented artists check them out.

Fantastic experience! my dad, brother and i came for my brother’s 18th birthday. it was the only time we could all come together, and union tattoo went above and beyond to make sure we could. great service, and talented artists. i’m super happy with the way my tattoo came out, and felt great about the whole process :)

The whole experience from start to finish was great and easy. I initially called to make sure they would have someone to pierce my septum and they said they did so I arrived about 15 minutes later. I gave them my ID and filled out their waiver, Phil came to get me and take me back to the room. He was thorough with each step he was taking and any touches he made to the area. He made sure I was breathing properly and knew every step of the process and why it was being done. He didnt just leave you hanging or anything like some places do, which I really was happy about. The entire process from walking in and out was about 30 minutes tops. He gave me some good recommendations for aftercare too. I gave it a four stars because Id definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo for that matter. The shop was decorated really cool. It was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional and Im a very shy and anti social person so me feeling welcome and not awkward is saying something! Lol. I wish they had the saline solution in stock so I didnt have to get it at Walgreens but thats not a big deal, and wish they had an after care sheet for each different type of piercing cause Im so forgetful, but thats easy stuff and either way Id totally recommend!

There was a time I would have left a five star review for this place. Ive recommended this shop to multiple friends. 5 of my 9 tattoos were done in this shop. Then our artist quit. Shop is refusing to refund the deposit, despite not having another artist I like. Apparently theyre doing this to all of that artists clients. Super shady and I regret the thousands Ive spent here if this is their level of integrity. Tattoos are too dependent on who is doing them to just expect someone to be OK with just anyone when they book a specific person.So, I mean, if you like paying to get whoever they happen to have on staff during your appointment (note: I am not talking about just walk-in time), even if it isnt who your appointment was supposed to be for, go for it. Also, go for it if you like just giving companies money and not getting anything in return.

I first came to Union Tattoo after checking it out online. Initially I was impressed with how clean the shop is. When you come in you after greeted by the stunningly beautiful manager Gabby. After talking to her about my design she felt like Casey would be the best artist to help me and she was spot on.Casey had me send him about 5 or 6 pictures and he came up with a really nice design. After our first session I really wanted to add more and Casey was able to lay out a plan that would take about 5 sessions.I was so impressed with the way he was able to just pick up where he left off after about 2-3 weeks of healing. The final product is exactly what I had hoped for.Caseys line work is very good, no wobbly lines or blow outs and good solid color saturation. He told me I could return in 3 months for a free touch-up but I know Ill be getting some more ink in the future from Casey. Im proud to wear his art.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and it was a very positive experience. I like the fact that the staff asked her directly if she wanted her ears pierced and took the extra steps to make sure that there was proper consent. The person doing the piercing was very patient even when my daughter started to get scared at the last minute. I just wish they sold the after care solution as well. Also, be aware they are cash only.

The initial visit was very positive talked to what I think was a tattoo artist that was handling tge receptionist duties. Anyway set an appointment for another day got text messages to confirm my attendance to the appointment once there was told that the artist that was doing my tattoo was running behind about 20 min then it change to 40 min then it change to when he get done we dont know. So I cancel the appointment still feel that there.maybe a good.place to get a tattoo but my first impression means alot to me. I understand they may be all.about the bag as my kids say instead of there reputation so with that being said I hope the business if the read there reviews continues to thrive but listens to there customers experiences and adjusts accordingly. I choose to find another artist that respects there customers time as well as there own

Went in for a nose piercing and as soon as you walk thru the door they made you feel very welcomed. Irene is the one who does the piercings she is very friendly, knowledgeable and she knows exactly what she is doing. She explained everything she was doing before doing it so there were no surprises. She is very gentle and caring and has a personality that is very compassionate. I inquired about tattoos and she was also very knowledgeable in that portion of the business as far as pricing and the tattoo artists. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a body piercing or tattoo this is the go to place!

3 family members have gotten several tattoos here from the wonderful artist Casey and they love all the work hes done! Ive gotten pierced twice here by Squiggles and she killed it both times! The manager, the artists and the piercer are all wonderful, nice, and great at what they do. The building is clean (and super cool), not messy or dirty. 5/5 definitely!

I took my daughter to get an ear piercing here after reading many reviews, let me say the reviews do it no justice. It is so clean, and the staff are all so friendly. Irene did her piercing. She is AMAZING! She was so sweet and thoroughly explained everything. I highly recommend this place!

The employees were very professional and knowledgeable! I got my first helix piercings (which I love!), and the piercer was very informative about the process (getting one ear at a time, keeping them clean, etc.). I will definitely be returning for more piercings!

I first visited Union Tattoo and Piercing several months ago to get a couple ear piercings. The shop manager along with the piercer were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave some solid recommendations about placement. During my visit, I started getting lightheaded and I communicated that with my piercer. He promptly took action giving me water and a sugar pill to bring my sugars back up. I was throughly impressed with the him. After getting pierced I learned that he has over 10+ years of experience and that shows with his quality of work. The entire experience was very pleasant that Ive recommended the place to several people and even brought my cousin in for piercings.Overall the shop is the cleanest Ive been to and I would recommend hands down.

Walked in yesterday and left extremely happy! After two horrible nose piercing experiences I found Union Tattoo- Jasmine greeted us as we walked in and got us back super fast. Squiggles listened to my horrible prior experiences and was so informative and made the process so easy and relaxing. Way more informative then the other two shops i have been at for sure! would highly recommend this place!

Honestly, dont go here. Manager is rude, he doesnt have a lick of knowledge about tattoos. I asked for a very simple tattoo that I had already had done by a previous artist (I just wanted the same tattoo on another part of my body with different colors) and he refused to take that as a reference and demanded that I have a photo realistic picture. On top of that, they will refuse to give you your $50 deposit back even if you cancel plenty of time in advance. Additionally, my artist had left the parlor and I asked them if thew where he went and they refused to acknowledge my question. DO NOT GO HERE. They treat their customers extremely poorly.

I love Squigs! I went in by myself to get a septum piercing. She was very sweet and very informative. She got nostril piercings too and she looks so cool! Everyone in the shop were awesome! I cant wait to get a tattoo done here, will definitely be back before the year ends.

I don’t usually leave reviews but here’s one! To start off, I live in Stockton. I went to emerald tattoos in Lodi but the customer service guy was giving me an off vibe like rude ish attitude. I decided to not go there and did my search. I Found Union tattoo and I read their reviews. I gave it a try and went in and out. I was greeted with a smile and respect. Got my piercings done by Joseph and his co worker who was just getting started so he was learning(he did a great job.) they were pretty chill and cool. That whole place is very welcoming. Will definitely recommend Friends and family!

I was dying to get my nose re-pierced but had been pretty disappointed by the initial impressions I got when inquiring at other shops. SO glad I decided to check out Union Tattoo. I went online and saw Irenes profile. I was impressed with what I saw so decided to drop by last weekend. The whole staff was very friendly and engaging. Irene was amazing! She was efficient without making me feel rushed. She has a great bed-side manner and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend her for all your piercing needs!

My teenage daughter got her nostril and navel pierced. Super clean shop, bright, and really neatly decorated (not scary). Her piercing artist was amazing. Super clean station, very informative, and kind. Shout out to the Noah who runs the front. He was professional and very kind. As a parent I would recommend this shop.

From the phone call to actually being there in person, these people are the best all around. Irene (Squiggs) and Gabby both took such good care of me the whole trip. I got 3 piercings and could hardly feel them because I was having such a great time! Ill definitely be coming there for any other piercings and tattoos.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE: I booked an appointment back in March for a May session. The guy I chose was booked until then which was fine his work is outstanding. I paid my deposit to keep my spot. Then about 3 weeks later I started seeing posts on FB about the artist not working there anymore, that he quit. No courtesy call to let me know, no text no nothing. So I called to see what was going on. Was told my artist quit 2 weeks ago and that I could choose another one of their artists or go to their sister shop. I wasnt ok just going to anyone. I didnt get my refund back because it is non refundable . But this wasnt my fault. The artist quit and Im not just gonna go to anyone. I should have got it back. Now Im seeing more reviews about the same issue. Be careful here.

All of the tattoo artists and the piercer are absolutely amazing. They are such nice people. I have only gotten piercing but the piercer Joe is absolutely amazing. He is a fantastic piercer. And he knows what he is doing. I trust him with my piercing. I definitely recommend going here for piercings and tattoos.

I live in Stockton but I did my research and saw a lot of recommendations for this shop and I totally understand why. I got my septum pierced by Joe, and wow he’s amazing! I have really bad social and general anxiety and he made me feel a hundred percent comfortable. I can’t wait to get more piercings done by him. He also didn’t make me feel ashamed since my eyes watered. Highly recommend Joe!

By far the best shop Ive ever had my ink done, Ill never go anywhere else (unless Casey, for some awful reason isnt there, lol) to get my tattoo fix on. One of the cleanest tattoo/ piercing shops Ive seen. The shop decor and professional people working make you feel comfortable. Irene, who does the piercing does a great job. They required birth certificate for my daughter who is a minor under eighteen without CA Id for an ear pierce. I highly recommend this place.

This place was freaking awesome. I came as a walk in and had my tattoo done. They are super friendly and social. They double and even triple checked to make sure it was what i wanted. Special shout out to mike, super awesome, great attitude really funny and super easy to talk too.

So googled this place for my son to get piercings. Was given a 12:15 time to arrive. We came at 12:15 and were told after waiting 30 minutes that the piercing guy was running late. We left number and were told to come back at 5:30 so we wouldnt have to wait. Got back at 5:30 and still had to wait. People came in after us and were seen before us. Paid the full price. No discount offered. No apology. If it wasnt covid and more places were open I would have taken my business elsewhere. My advice is to stay away.

I used to get tatted by Casey and heard he quit so I thought heck why not give someone else a shot for a cover up. Was told everyone there had cover up experience. Bad decision. Cody had a stank attitude the entire time. Barely said three words to me and the work turned out subpar and the color dull. Communication was off and I just got a bad vibe the whole time. Also nobody there wearing masks anymore. Good thing I’m moving soon so I can find another shop.

This place is AWESOME! If you are looking to get your first tattoo or add to what you have these guys are the bomb! I have been to other tattoo artist and they are so stuck on the artist title that they forget their canvas is a human not paper. We have to live with what they permanently put on our bodies. At union they listen to what you want, give their experienced input then together decide on a plan. That’s the way it should be.

Been getting my Hawaiian/Polynesian shield on my left arm and mike has made it better than I imaged even working around a previous tattoo very difficult but very happy, everyone in there is respectful and helpful with whatever it is you want done. I had a terrible experience with this shop. My original artist quit, the second artist had to reschedule, and the third artist I got stuck with did not make me feel welcome or comfortable during my appointment. For $100 my tattoo sucks and has zero to no detail. So disappointed.

I recently came in for a smiley piercing. Daniel did my piercing. He pierced the inside of my lip, not my frenulum at all! It was off center... and it got infected and my whole lip stole to double its size within a few days!Ive had several piercings and never any issues. This was the worst experience of my life. Would never recommend to even my worst enemy!

I went there a few months ago and got my nose pierced for the very first time. The piercer (I think its Squiggs? Im not sure, but she has pink hair now) was super sweet, very gentle, and talked me through it. It was a good experience, but what compelled me to write this review is the AMAZING service and after-care Ive experienced. When I got pierced, she told me I could come back when I got my first new nose ring so she could help switch them out. I ordered a gorgeous seamless loop ring from Etsy but I couldnt put it on because of my long nails. I struggled so hard until I remembered what shed said, so I called just to double-check that I still could drop by and headed straight there. I literally walked in, she helped close my loop, gave me a hug, put my old ring in a baggie, and that was it. I didnt have to pay for that (even though I felt like I should have) because it was part of how they help take care of their clients. I was baffled in a really really good way. I will always recommend this spot for anyone looking to get pierced or tattood because I know theyll get well taken care of. Thank you so much.

First time getting a piercing and I went in for my belly. The lady was so nice and comforting, she was very fast and smooth with her work! It hardly hurt at all. She was great!!

Just went here about 2 hours ago, clean, professional, friendly, the man was chill and he did it quick. He replaced his gloves, used soap instead of alcohol which is good. He was nice about it, this place is awesome. Serious, thinking of getting a tattoo here sometime in the future 🥰

I took my five-year-old granddaughter to this place to get her ears pierced. The guy that pierced her ears was so good with her she actually didnt cry at all. She was actually smiling because she was so happy to have her ears pierced without it hurting her 😃😃

Called and left a voicemail and also went to their website to request a booking and its been almost two weeks and no return call to try and set up an appointment. I went to a more reputable shop who actually answered the phone when you call and was able to set up an appointment with themEdit: despite what the owner says, I called them before the quarantine and lockdown. They never returned my call or website request to this day.The fact that they took nearly two months to respond to this with the qurantine excuse says a lot about them as a buisness

This is my second time visiting Squiggles. Today she pierced my cartilage and she has previously pierced my 5yr olds ears. She really is the best and walks you through every step. She checked with me multiple times to make sure I was ok and answered all of my questions. We made plans for a 2nd piercing when this one heals a bit and Ill be back next week with my 8yo who feels brave enough to get her ears pierced. Going to the same person really helps calm the nerves and I trust Squiggles completely with myself and my girls!

Walked in on a whim and was completely blown away by their amazing customer service! Jasmine set me up with a guy that matched what i need. She also pulled up the computer and grabbed references so we could try to pull together some ideas. Got an immediate quote and appointment! Tomorrow is the big day and i have full confidence that casey is gunna give me a piece that i can treasure forever!

Cody was 45 minutes late too our appointment and then even though we were quoted one price he doubled it after finishing the tattoos and the work is sub par. Go to another shop if you want a professional quality artist

I had a quick and easy trip there to get my septum pierced. I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Over all the staff was super nice and they answered any of my concerns.

They will tell you the truth, like if your tattoo has a detail that might not work well instead of lying and letting you get something you wont like just so they can get your money.

I came in for a 4 hole in my ear and can I tell you that it was PAIN free. The needle is the only way to go!!!
