We had our 4-year-olds ears pierced, and she screamed like a bull elephant in search of a mate during the breeding season. I thought the lady doing the piercing might want to quit her job after such a client, but she managed to convince Sophia to get the second ear pierced and even lured her in with the promise of a trip to the playground, which she agreed to. The service was excellent, everything was clean and sterile. Gold studs start at $70, and if you buy the earrings, the piercing is free. Highly recommend!

Took our son to get his ears pierced today at this location and the staff was very nice and professional. Yarelis made my 8 year old feel very comfortable when piercing his ears. She was nice and personable. I would recommend this location as they are knowledgeable about their jewelry and piercing aftercare.

There is a big difference between getting your ears pierced by a professional vs a random employee. The girls were super helpful, Yarelis pierced my ears quickly and painlessly. She helped me pick out the perfect size for my face and ears. Very professional and helpful. Highly Recommend!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! They messed up terribly on my daughters first piercing and my 2nd piercing. Completely ruined our experience and Im so sad that Ill have to put my daughter through this again after having to take the earrings out due to poor placement. They used a PEN CAP to measure the holes distance from the face. And as you can see from the pic, its not even centered on the lobe. They tried to justify it by explaining the pen cap method and I wanted to trust their professional judgment but it didnt look right. So I went to Claires 2 weeks later for a 2nd opinion and they told me that the first piercing should be centered on the lobe and hers was not!!! The pen cap should be used to measure the distance between 1st and 2nd piecing, not the first piercing!! Im so disappointed that our experience was ruined and that I wasted almost $200!!

I had a wonderful experience with my second ear piercing. Kiera, the lady that pierced me, was really supportive and caring and made sure I knew what she was going to do and how she will do it. I was really nervous at first but Kiera comforted me by walking through the whole process. Overall, I definitely recommend coming here to get your ears pierced!!

The assistant manager i think her name was shiela and new sales associate in training were amazing. I went last week October 19th. They we both very personable and patient as I can be indecisive. They listened to what i was looking for and helped me find the perfect pieces of jewelry for myself and my daughters 12th birthday. They Also explained the credit card well and helped me sign up for it. I will definitely be returning to the banter at solomon pond mall often now.

Went to this place to buy a necklace told her that I didnt have a price point so show me what you got. The lady pulled out the cheapest necklace in the case proceeded to tell me how it wasnt any good and then told me how the ones she was wearing were better. When I asked her to show me a better quality necklace she looked at me as if I had four heads and then asked if I wanted to purchase the cheap necklace she showed me. I was like are you kidding me? Dont bother with this place they havent a clue.

My piercing looks amazing! So nice and didn’t hurt at all!!!

I paid over $100 for the earrings and the diamonds fell out four times. You’re also not supposed to pierce cartilage with a gun which they did and they got infect twice in less than six weeks. I honestly think Walmart might be better. At least the workers are cool.

I need your district managers Number for the brockton location. The Reps are outstanding the jewelry is terrible. My husband brought my wedding band from this place and 7 Diamond fell out.

Just went there and Gaby was really helpful and nice. There was another girl there that was a tad rude on how she was talking and approaching to her which made me feel really uncomfortable.

I told the girl I have scar tissue on my left ear, the piercing could not go through it could only go below it. She put it through the scar tissue which resulted in infection and removing the piercing. Poor customer service too.Would give 0 stars if I could
