I entrusted john with my first ever tattoo, and I’m convinced that I could not have had any better first experience at any other parlor than here. His depiction matched my desired picture like a mirror, and he was very gentile and assuring when installing the tattoo. He maintained great conversation which made the procedure more tolerable, while also letting me hold the hand of my girlfriend while he worked. Could not have asked for a better experience and am absolutely in love w it!

Very professional/clean. Was just in for my 2nd visit to add flowers to a portrait of my dog on my arm. The work is top of the line and John is easy to work with and Eryn is hilarious. Two very talented artists. I highly recommend these guys! I was in the market for a new artist and it looks like I found my guy. Cant wait to go back to add-on. I will recommend this shop to my friends and family in the future! Great atmosphere, great ppl!

This place was recommended to me by a close friend.Ive had 4 fairly large pieces and 1 small piece done by John (the owner) over the course of about a year. 3 in black and 2 in color.With that said; here are some insights that may be helpful:1) You can see by the examples Ive attached, he takes pride in his craft. Great detail work/realism and a good knack for placing tattoos in the proper place.2) Pricing was always fair. You get what you pay for - quality work done with quality ink in a sanitary environment.3) John has always kept to his schedule and was always ready to start tattooing upon my arrival to his shop. Sessions for large pieces go from anywhere between 3-4 hours.4) his shop is clean and his tattoo area is organized. He always sanitizes the area you are getting tattooed before, during, and after the tattoo.5) John has a great personality - we got a long great from the get go. Hes super easy to talk to.6) His shop is consistently booked so be patient getting a time slot booked. That was the first thing that shocked me - how far out he is usually booked; sometimes months. Its worth the wait though!In conclusion, I definitely recommend going here if youre looking for a tattoo artist in the Butler area.

I love AfterHours!! Its the only place I will go. Both artists do a phenomenal job. I have brought groups of work friends to get tattoos with me and now we go back annually because everyone is always astounded with the amazing art they produce. John is down to earth and friendly and while I havent had Erin personally, I know she does amazing watercolor tattoos. They are always willing to work with you on design ideas and will give honest opinions on questions you might have.

John is amazing! The shops is always very clean and it’s just a fun place to be. Him and Eryn both do amazing work! Highly recommend making an appointment with either one of them, you won’t be disappointed! I will NOT go to any other tattoo shop besides After Hours! I tell everyone I know to go here!

I’ve been here for four tattoos and I plan to come back for more in the future. Both John and Eryn are amazing artists! I love the work they have done for me and friends, they are friendly, super clean, and just worth every penny!

Artists are friendly, talented, and creative. The shop has a neat atmosphere and is clean. They are very conscious of infection control and were very thorough with aftercare of the tattoo for best healing, infection control, and maintaining the vibrance of the tattoo. I have already scheduled my next appointment! Eryn was great!

Can say enough about After Hours Tattoo Studio; the place in itself is amazing, you walk in and the cool vibe smacks you in the face. Words can not describe how much I love both my tattoos that I got tonight by John, I am beyond pleased with the outcome. John, the owner is awesome! His staff does a great hair cut at Social Club Barber Shop and my wife loves the tattoo she got by him at After Hours Tattoo! 10/10 would recomend!

The best shop around. There is really not much else to say. I have been in dozens of tattoo shops over the years, and this is by far the nicest. It is a great environment, clean, and professional. John does great work, and treats everyone fair.

Eryn and John are really nice people I went in for my first tattoo and Eryn was really help and John was really nice to me and my girlfriend I have four tattoo now from Eryn and I would like to get a tattoo from John one day but really nice people not mean like everyone they take Pride in tattooing people

Mike is a great artist and very easy to get along with. He doesnt try to change my ideas for tattoos like some artist do. Prices are very good for the quality of work! I will be back for a third time in the near future.

Amazing service and great prices. A friend went to Toiled clover paid $250 for an all black firebird meanwhile i got a realistic color rose with lettering same size as his for $150. HIGHLY recommend!
