I cant express enough how friendly and welcoming these guys are at Redtail. Ive been to Ethan Connor twice now, and he never ceases to amaze me with his work. Everyone there does exceptional tattoos, not to mention how friendly everyone is there. Its like theyve known you forever when you first walk in until you leave. Crazy talent from all of them. Ill never go anywhere else now. Very professional and clean.

My sister and I came in for our first tattoos ever! Shane was so patient and kind and did such an amazing job. This tattoo was very special in remembrance of our dad. Thank you Shane! We love them.

Shane did an awesome job on my Snoopy tattoo! Jeremy had a personal emergency, but instead of canceling me they switched me to Shane, and I absolutely appreciate that because this was for my 60th birthday today 💜 It turned out amazing 😍 I will definitely be back!

By far the cleanest and most professional studio Ive ever been in. The owners Scot and Nikki are the friendliest people and the artists are all talented and professional. My wife and I will never be tattooed anywhere else as long as they are around.

I stopped in to get my tiny cubic zironia gem lip labret put back in, the last one fell out and I have long acrylic nails and cannot put small jewelry in my face. I stopped in, fast service, and it was NO CHARGE! WOW! FREE!!! Of course I brought cash and tipped , but literally, how nice of them to help a customer randomly?? Clean, amazing studio. So nice. Thank you SO MUCH I will be back!!!!

Went there with my sister to have our septums pierced, it was a new shop Ive never had anything done at before. It was very clean and the piercer was very fast and knowledgeable. He also was very friendly and definitely a people person, I have arthritis is both knees and he made sure I was able to walk back to the piercing area, which was so thoughtful. The pricing was very reasonable and they have a wide arrangement of jewelry, I found my new tattoo and piercing shop if your looking for a great piercer that makes you feel comfortable and is good at his job stop here youll be glad you did 🙂

Amazing place! Scot was fantastic and the appointment was quick and painless. It was also very clean in the shop. Pricing was reasonable as well! 10/10 recommend for anyone getting a piercing.

My piercer Scott did an amazing job he talked to me the whole time of my piercing I was scared at first but he talked to me during it. The pain though I would rate 1/10 and the piercing 10/10. Scott your the best I’ll definitely be coming back for another piercing

My go to place for tattoos. All of the artists are talented and can do anything. Black and grey, color, traditional, tiny details, etc. They nail it! From the apprentice to the most experienced, I recommend all of them! Super clean, comfy, and lots of interesting stuff to look at... Not to mention they are all pretty good looking 😉

Ive now had 3 tattoos from Redtail. One cover-up from Jason and two outline tattoos from apprentice Rachel. Both artists were wonderful with great quality.

The whole staff is super talented and friendly. Ive gotten a tattoo from Jason , chelsea , and racheal and its amazing results everytime I adore them and they love what they do which makes the art even more valuable ♥️

Everything about the experience was professional and well done. Jason was incredibly friendly and did great work. I don’t do great with tattoos and he made the process as expedient and painless as possible.Highly recommend!

Drove 2 hours to meet with Ireland for a surprise best friend tattoo that her and I had talked about for a few weeks. We were late but again we drove a ways and traffic and the weather was bad. She seemed to understand that. But upon showing up and approving the tattoo (mind you looked like she just used 2 clip art images instead of actually designing something) she told me the price and to me it was high. This tattoo we agreed upon was smaller then the original piece we had discussed and she still charged me the upper end. She originally had told me price would be $150-$180 depending on the size. Then because we were late she said she’d probably only have time for one of our tattoos. Ok that’s fine that was our fault. I was going to reschedule mine. Well she rushed through the tattoo and got it done in 25 minutes and you can tell. The craftsmanship is terrible. Shakey lines and the bottom of the sunflower doesn’t even make sense. And not only that it was suppose to have color and didn’t. This tattoo was a 1/3rd of the size of another one she did with a fraction of the detail and way over priced. It was a birthday gift that was ruined that I now have to pay someone else to fix. Here’s some comparison pictures. Skull hand with sunflower was what I paid a $180 for and the sunflower mandala tattoo was $150. So tell me I wasn’t screwed over. And at that I confronted her about it and she treated me like an idiot and didn’t have anything to say and wasn’t going to make it right. After we left she messaged my friend and said I was right and then tried offering to fix it. Never again.

Down to earth. Relatable people. Shane did my last tattoo. And Im in love. It was a tribute to my late Father. And will be doing Half sleeves on both my arms and shoulders.

The prices were awesome and I really enjoyed talking to the piercer. He was calming and comforting and quit was a great experience and I look Forward to going back there for any other piercings or tattoo work I have. I highly recommend thank you so much

I absolutely adore Redtail, their work, and the environment they create! While Chelsea is the only creator I have gone to, all of the artists are incredibly kind and have the most upbeat energy. I have had 7 pieces done by Chelsea and theyre always the ones I get the most compliments on. Whenever someone asks who did them, Im always so excited to recommend Redtail.Booking processes are always super efficient and they get back to you about requests within only a few days. While Ive gone to tattoo parlors across Ohio, I am always the most comfortable here. The little things always go the longest way. (: Thank you guys for being incredible.

Got a tattoo for a cover up of a birthmark, I was self conscious about it not wanting to wear certain clothes that showed my shoulders , now with my new tattoo I can feel great to wear dresses and tangtops !Thanks Jermey! You don’t understand how much you’ve changed my life ❤️

Got my tattoo done by Shane Fowler Light hand (if you know the difference between light and heavy hand you know lol)on my hand as well. great place friendly staff well taken care of. Owner/owners know what there doing there. Im excited to get more work done there and more work done by shane. I am actually getting another one done by Chelsea and Shane there hopefully in a month or so.

Jason has done almost all of the work on me so far. More than fair pricing, great work all around, always gives me what I want. Scot has done my lobe piercings, and every one was perfect. No piercing gun, either, which I prefer. Everyone in the shop is super cool and super personable. Its the best experience I could ask for.

I got an old tattoo covered up and I love how it turned out! Jason did a phenomenal job and was so kind through the whole session. It’s rare to find an artist that is as kind and cares about customers like him. I highly recommend this place.

I met with Ireland Bower for a customs tattoo and she knocked it out of the park! I had a mild panic attack and she worked to calm me down and we extremely professional about the entire thing! Have been going to Redtail for about three years. Piercings by Jason, one tattoo by Scott and six by Chelsea. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating!Chelsea has done such bright and vivid tattoos for me. She always has multiple sizes of the design ready to choose from. Always doubles and triple checks how I want the design, colours, making sure I am comfortable and doing okay. She is very patient helping to pick colours and making sure the placement is perfect.I can be super twitchy spots that can make tattooing me difficult. Chelsea has even begun to notice when a twitch is about to start. Shes been so kind about it, even though it really is super annoying.Will continue to go back for more work by Chelsea for years to come!

Tattoos and piercings are ALL about Customer service and boy did they do a PHENOMENAL JOB!!!!! I have only dealt with the Owner and he is amazing in every way. I got my nose pierced there and it was painless. The main point of this review is that my nose ring has fallen out once (my fault I changed the ring that was from a store in the mall) and had to change it a 2nd time bc my job did not allow hoops. Both times the owner went out of his way and stopped what he was going to make sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond. Red tail is AMAZING!!!! Thank you

I cant say enough how happy I am with this place. I got a tattoo a month ago on my hand that needed touched up. The artist no longer worked there and the owner stepped up went above and beyond to not only touch it up. He did other things that I asked was a very pleasant experience would recommend anyone to go here class act will be returning for all future tattoos. Thank you again.

I got a nose piercing done along with my two other friends about two months ago. we all took great care of our piercings. all of us at the exact same time got a bump on the inside/outside of our noses. and it’s been there for weeks. my friend decided to go get it looked at because of how big hers is. the guy literally pierced our noses at the wrong angle and that’s what’s causing our infections. thank you so much for letting me waste my money! i will not be coming back here and i sure as hell wish i could get my 70$ back that i WASTED.

Jason has done 3 out of 4 of my tattoos and they are great! I got them all roughly a year ago and they still look fresh. Haven’t had to get a touch up since I first got them. Their apprentice Rachel did my 4th tattoo, she does amazing work for a first year apprentice. The shop is clean, casual and laid back. Jason and Scott are your go to people for new tatts, cover-up’s, reasonably priced piercings and piercing removal! Thank you for all of your hard work!

The staff is very friendly. I took my daughter there when she was 16 to get her first tattoo and we just went back again now that she is 18 for her second tattoo. They do excellent work.

Just out right rude to a paying customer and super disrespectful to my wife Infront of other customers and employees they make you pre pay for a tattoo and only except cash that tells you something anywhere else I get tattoos you always pay after to make sure the customer is happy and also the cash only thing is under the radar sounds non legit to me oh and the owner very disrespectful he should take these reviews to know how to improve buisness instead of attacking the way a customer feels and was treated

Personally wont be going back to this shop. Was looking for a great tattoo shop in Canton but I cant seem to find one...Ill just stick with my normal shop in north olmsted. Id rather drive an hour and be happy with the tattoo I get verses the tattoo i got done there thats not straight and thats patchy
