Got tattooed by Lou last night and he did an amazing job!! 10/10 recommend. very attentive and on point with everything i wanted!! definitely going back to see him soon!

When there yesterday for my tattoo Mike was amazing bar did a great job piercing my wifes ear and Lou the owner is just a such a cool guy very cool atmosphere very friendly Mike took his time got me excited about the tattoo he was excited did a great job Love you guys definitely definitely will be back highly recommend

Highly recommend this tattoo shop. I will NEVER go elsewhere. Lou as well as the rest of the staff here are all amazing. They are all very professional, friendly and skilled. They can take any idea and turn it into a tattoo even better than you hoped for. The shop is sterile and clean.

Came in just wanting to get the jewelry in my nostril piercing switched. $30 for the switch and the jewelry which was a little steep but it was the only place nearby that had a silver hoop and I figured with the good reviews this place would be fine. My piercing was not cleaned before the piercer started pulling on it. After yanking on it and hearing me audibly say ow he then checked what shape bar it was (L shape) then took it out properly. A needle followed by the new jewelry was then shoved into my nose and any noise I made due to pain was completely ignored. After the piercing was replaced the piercer did not bother to spray it with saline or aftercare, simply put his hand out and said “It’ll be $30”. I handed him the money and he walked away and left me to find my own way out. My experience here felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of this the hoop they put in was not the size I wanted and I was not shown what it looked like beforehand. Now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money to get it fixed. Will not be returning here ever again.

I regret finding this place. First off, my tattoo artist kept scheduling me on days that the place was closed or he was not in. Then when he finally was there, Id wait for over an hour before he sees me. I had several tattoos done here just because I feel that it was cheaper than other places, which should have told me what I was getting myself into. For my last tattoo, they made me pay in full which was a sleeve on my calf, which is expensive. He probably only did maybe 1 hour of tattooing and then called it a day. Tattoo is still not finished and this was back in April. Then tattoo artist decided to go on leave for a while. I asked for a refund just for the work that was not finished EVERY DAY SINCE! Finally the owner said to send him a picture of my debit card and he will issue me the refund. I havent heard back since! Ive been emailing and texting every day. What a bunch of scan artists! I now have to cancel my card because I trusted the owner and pay a lawyer to deal with this matter.

Great place, artwork is unbelievably amazing , clean environment, and now has Elysian Aesthetics Lab inside .. recommend highly .. I have been tattooed by Louis Reed for years now and wont go anywhere else. If you are looking for a great place to get inked or pierced , look no further.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment, highly recommend it. Overall friendly and positive environment. The artist are down to earth and honest. I have gotten tattoos and piercings over the years and have been satisfied with all of the work that I have got done at Infinity.

Arlen is AWESOME!! I wanted a small tattoo on my wrist. He took his time to talk with me, he understood what I wanted and offered some really great ideas. He was patient and kind. Mike listened to my story and bought my vision to life and I am forever grateful for this beautiful memorial piece for my 1st born daughter. All of the artists and piercer are all so personable, down to earth and remarkablely talented! Shop is very clean as well!

Me and boyfriend both got a tattoo a couple months back and we both had a great experience. This was my first tattoo and Lou made it a great and calm experience. I had got a gardenia with writing from passed loved ones and he nailed all of their writings spot on. At the time my grandfather was terminal with pancreatic cancer and was the only loved one handwriting who was still with me. The next day was the last conversation I had with him which was showing him the tattoo Lou had done for me which had my grandfathers handwriting in it. So a big thank you to Lou for giving me this meaningful piece of art and a memory that will last with me forever.

Kevin at Infinity Tattoo did an outstanding job on a skull hand tattoo that I got there tonight. Excellent detail and color on tattoo, clean shop, great price! Kevin was very professional and he worked around my schedule. Will definitely go back and definitely recommend to friends.

Fkn’ Kevin is the absolute best artist there is!! I’ve been going to Kevin since he started at Irish Jay’s in 2019 & when I found out he moved I absolutely had to come get some fresh ink from him! I consider myself incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing artist! I get compliments on every single piece of work done by him on my body. Genuinely a one of a kind artist you’re missing out on if you don’t book with him!!

Kevin is incredible. Amazing work. Just spent the day getting tattoo yesterday. Made me so comfortable. Tattoo is coming out incredible. Better than I imagined. Still have a couple more hours to go. Kevin is amazing! He covered up a really horrible tattoo on my foot that was done by an apprentice at another tattoo shop. ( I didnt know it was an apprentice, it was my first tattoo, and he was the only one in the shop. He lied to me, and i found out when the owner called and I heard him talking to her.. After he already started!) Kevin made a beautiful flower from the horrible thing that was supposed to be a lily on my foot. I will go to Infinity tattoo from now on! They are all really nice, and very talented artists.

I have been going to the shop owner, Lou Reed for about ten years.Always a fabulous experience both being tattooed and the environment that we are being tattooed in.95% of my tattoos were beautifully designed by him as well as cover-ups that I poorly made decisions on.If you are considering visiting or being tattooed in this shop you will not be disappointed! I bring all my recommendations to them!

I called to make an appointment for a memorial tattoo and was able to get in with Kevin at my earliest convenience. He did an amazing job with my tattoo his lettering is immaculate ! His line work is awesome. I felt welcomed by the whole shop it was a great atmosphere and I will be coming back again

Will is hands down the best tattoo artist I have ever encountered. I have been going to him for the past two years and he always takes my ideas and makes them better then I could ever imagine. He is well rounded and always makes sure my experience is not only comfortable but enjoyable. He is very personable and I would trust him to do a great job on anyone I refer to him. He loves what he does and he truly cares! Highly Reccomend!

Ive gotten tattoos from this place before but this time was absolutely horrible. A guy named Mike...tall skinny guy with a man bun said he would do mine and my friends lip tattoos on our necks. My friends tattoo after three months is almost nonexistent. Mine on the other hand is a complete disaster. I have a shorter stockier neck than my friend so Mike had me laying down but couldnt completely get to my neck. After realizing something was wrong I asked if he wanted me to sit in chair instead so he could see better (Not my responsibility). He tells me I tattooed the wrong place so it s going to look at little meded up but I can fix it. After 3 weeks we go back and Im given an attitude when I call him out on his terrible work. I tried calling ang get no response. No Im left with lips that look like lobster clawas in a highly visible spot. Like I said Ive gotten great tattoos from other artists here. . Do your self a favor and stay away from Mike!!!

Lou is am amazing tattoo artist. He tattoed a portrait of my dog jasper and it came out beautiful. Looks just like the picture I gave him to go by. I highly recommend this shop for a tattoo. If I can give more stars I definitely eould.

This place is awesome I went to get my nose pierced and the guys were joking with me and made me feel so much better I was so nervous but by the time I got into the room which was so fast mike(who is outstanding by the way)was so funny and kind he was so gentle it was perfect when I left about a day later I noticed my stud was sinking in the hole I called they told me to come in I went he fixed it right away again he was outstanding and it looks awesome would 1000000% recommend! I’m so happy!!!

They care about youre choice of the tat youve picked and will offer their wisdom on your choice....and one should really listen to what they offer! Louie has been in this business quite a long time for you not to listen!!Louies place and all his equipment is clean and safe!I have gotten all my tats here over many years....I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

I have gotten my lip pierced 3 times, and my nose and my ears pierced. Everytime Ive gotten anything done it was fast and nearly painless. The placement was amazing and Dan is an amazing at his work. Lou is an amazing tattoo artist and I would only infinity with my tattoos and piercings.

Came here in 2014 (yes years ago, but forever marked on his body so it’s relevant) for a tattoo that turned out disastrous. Lou owns the shop and I have heard good things, but Justin did my boyfriends tattoo. He drafted the tattoo on his skin with a regular blue ballpoint pen. We gave him a budget of $400, he rough hand draws it, we loved it, then tells us it is $900. We went with it anyway because now he showed us what he could have done with a budget more than doubled.Long story short, he tattoos over the rough handed blue pen, NOTHING was symmetrical, ge bulls*ted us saying itd come out even when he was finished with shading, but after hours and hours, two sessions later, we were $900 in and **not even half-way done**. We were over it. Photo to show.They charge a solid $150/hour, which is pretty common amongst tattoo shops, but the artist took smoke breaks sometimes 20 minutes at a time, and did not consider that while charging us...We found another artist who finished it, for another grand, but at least it was done, and fixed. Even the finishing artist said this guy mustve been on drugs, it was terrible. There were so many harsh marks he had a difficult time fixing much of it, warned us ahead of time, had to try to whiten out parts but all in all before and after photo is night and day.

Arlen did my septum piercing and it came out amazing. He was professional and my piercing didn’t take long at all. The people here are amazing and funny, definitely coming back in the future!!!

Kevin is literally the best! He has such an eye for detail and he is so light handed me and my friend absolutely love his work and will always go to him in the future! And the owner lou is cool as hell

I’ve had 5 tattoos done by Lou in the past 18 months and he’s the BEST ... I’ve walked in with ideas and then he would show me what he thought could make it look even better ... and wow!!! His exact words were “trust me I’m an artist” ... he wasn’t kidding ... since that first time I’ve never doubted him, his creativity or his talent .... and he’s honest! Can’t wait for my next ink!

Got my original tattoo here 4-5 years ago. Love the tattoo. Recently reached out to get it redone as it faded over the years . Stopped by and spoke to Lou. Said he would call me back to set up a time . After a week I reached out again cause I hadn’t heard. Total unprofessional- after several attempts to reach ...my calls went unreturned. A big waste of time . In the end went over to Crystal Blue - super nice and so professional . . Don’t deal with these people .

Me and my dad went for my 18th birthday to get my first tattoo, everyone was so nice and got amazing work done by Fkn Kevin, got exactly what I’ve been wanting. Great place and great work! Super friendly and will definitely be going back for my next tattoo.

If you get a tattoo, you must have Arlen do it!! I came in w/ a Boba Fett idea, & he hand drew from lil below shoulders up to tip of rocket. And he didn’t jus slap it on my arm and trace and shade it, he had picture taped on my upper arm, & was tattooing Boba while looking at picture. Pure artistic work!! It’s been a lil over 24 hours & there’s no flaking, bubbles, or tiny imperfections. He has won my trust in doing my next tat of Leatherface!! Good job Arlen, & see ya after Labor Day!!

The only person I will ever let touch my skin again is Lou Reed! He’s a master at his craft! So clean, professional and kind! I love everyone in the shop! By far the best tattoo shop on long island.

I have had 2 absolutely stunning tattoos done by Lou and a nose piercing, my daughter gets her piercings here (by Bart and Dan) my Fianceé has had 5 tattoos , 3 done by Lou and 2 by Will. We are extremely pleased with the outcomes, with the professionalism and cleanliness of the shop. I regret not going there sooner. I highly recommend Inifinty Tattoo!!!!!

This is the best I have ever been to. Our family had a tragic death and wanted to get a small tattoo after the funeral in tribute. They were so sweet and accommodating for our last minute decision. I was just blown away. AND on top of that there was hardly any pain because my artist had such a light hand. Definitely get your ink here!

The guy who did my tattoo was really nice and friendly...it was a simple tattoo...and Im sure not his favorite kind to do as an artist...but he made me feel ok about it and comfortable....I just brought in a photo copy of it...because it was in a friends handwriting ...It came out exactly how I wanted I couldnt have been happier 😁

My tattoo looked ok as it was getting done...now that it’s healed it looks like complete garbage. Worst tattoo I’ve ever gotten, hands down. Lines are shaky and blown out. In some parts the lines are so light that it looks like there’s almost no ink at all. My tattoo was done by little dan...never again! I do have to say though that my husband got his tattoo done the same day by Lou and his looks amazing. Wish I would of had Lou do mine as well. Lesson learned.

I been to a lot of different tattoo places. But an environment like “Infinity’s” is sacred. I couldn’t ask for a better experience, and the work is out of this world. This is a place for people who care about there craft. Hands down one of the best spots in Suffolk if not the best.

Got my sons ears pierced here. Both at the same time. My son is nine years old and had no problem. He said it barely hurt. The guy who did it was totally awesome too. Great experience!!

Lou has been doing my ink for 25 years since Rock Point. At some point in that span I recieved a gift certificate for another studio and they cheesed it. Lou fixed that mess and has been continued to impress me with his improvising and talent. I wouldnt trust anyone else with something I will carry for my lifetime.

The guy literally took 3 hours to do two tiny outlines with NO color. Anywhere else would have taken 20-30 min. tops. Completely unprofessional. Stopped tattooing me more times than I could count to stop and watch the television....not even kidding . Never seen anyone so unprofessional in my life and Ive been to A LOT of tattoo parlors. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else....ANYWHERE else.

I went here for a rib tattoo and Kevin was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I had such a great experience with him, I 100% recommend.

They may not be a supply shop but dude who answered the phone was SO fkn awesome that Im leaving a review. He went above and beyond to help me out and even hooked me up with a trade trick we werent aware of...AFTER making sure we were professionals!! Thats the way to do it brother!! Botched. And I don’t use this word lightly The guy was obviously very nice but I’ve never seen a septum done so wrong if I could post a picture I would it was done at probably the lowest point you can on the nose and the farthest to the tip. he used the grabber thing and kind of just pulled it towards him to get the farthest in my nose crevice. It looked terrible it was super super far away from my face wouldn’t hang correctly and it was so low you could see where the piercing enters my nose from the side. I would never lay straight down it would always lay across the bottom of my nose and the bottom of the piercing would touch my skin. Just the worst and he tightened it so hard I could barely get it off one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a piercing

I got my naval (bellybutton) pierced here about 2 years ago, my sister had just gotten hers done that day at resonance and we have the same pain tolerance and she went through a lot of discomfort during her peircing while i experienced none. I had no idea I was even pierced yet ! Ive recommended this place to everyone for tattoos and piercings

Got my septum pierced here and the piercing placement was completely off. It was super low from where the piercing should have been placed. I’ll have to get my septum pierced again to correct this and I definitely will not be coming back to this place.

Just had a tat done in honor of my Mom who recently passed. Will did an amazing job! So glad I chose this shop!!

Called asking a few questions and Lou helped me out. Ive never had any art work or piercing done here but i have been in there with questions and felt welcome there the moment i walked through the door.

I just got my septum pierced and I feel like the placement it’s very off,the man doing the piercing was also not very nice in anyway,I asked him if I could see the Jewelry that he would be using and ignored me,I told him to give me a second before he actually pierced it but also ignored me.it was just very unpleasant all together:/

Lou takes your ideas and brings them to life in his work. With clean lines and accurate shading an entire piece looks so realistic.

Lou is the absolute best. I e been using him for 25 years and wouldnt trust anybody else.
