Ive received Botox here 2 to 3 times a year since 2018. Always satisfied. Clean, well maintained office. Friendly office staff and nurses. No complaints.

I always have a great experience when I go to Luxe Laser Center. The front desk staff is always polite & helpful - but the best part is always Nicole. She actually listens to what you want to achieve & the results you get with her treatments are like like a magician waved his/her magic wand to make you beautiful again! Highly recommend.

I had my first botox apt ever today to help relieve TMJ. I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the professionalism of Nicole. I was nervous feeling unsure of what to expect but she put me right at ease. I am excited to hopefully feel some relief soon. I highly recommend checking this place out. 5/5 🌟

Additionally, I interacted with the Nurse Practitioner for the first time today and found her to be as pleasant and professional as the rest of the staff.

Due to my PCOS I have to constantly come back every so often but the results make it worth it. I was kind of apprehensive because I have darker skin but not anymore. If you’re looking for a quality experience than look no further.

Sure the building is nice. However, its like the staff is ripped right from gossip girls. Nothing like overhearing the staff of giggly girls make fun of customers as they leave. Additionally. The pricing is set by some crayon eaters for tattoo removal. They are willing do as many little tatts in a small area for around 120-130. WHich is also absurd bc tattoos done by actual artist will cost you less and takes 10000x more skill. Lazer removal is like 30 seconds but you need a lot of sessions s. Do ThE math. you give 1000s for not even an hour of labor to people who actually are the worst.. they are charging these prices because they believe in gauging people or they dont understand how much more goes into getting the tattoo vs some random unprofessional lady in scrubs lazering it with the intent to harm you.Unfortunately for me. The lady doing mine starts with the longest drag possible making it as painful as possible and it stunted me. No real time to let you catch your breath she just fully convinced me i should come back later and split up the work. Had this been done by a person who 1) has tattoos 2) has tattoos and had them removed. 3) has emotion.They wouldnt be so emotionless like a robot scurrying me away for the next victum.Just feels like a rip off to charge me the same for what took 5 mins or less of labor bc the pain was exasterbated by staff and there was no sense of professionalism. It was literally are you done now are you done now are you done now? They wont help you thru anything. let you catch your breath even. I said it hurts and the lady stared back with no soul and said done for today? I highly recommend looking for some place else.Dont have people without any body art objectify, persecute and then treat you for a ---not thought out fee. Really, my biggest issue lies within them charging over 100 for 1 or 2 when it takes 30 seconds.even though it would be the same price as them doing say 10 small in the same ares for 15 mins. All while making you feel uncomfortable and rushing you. This lady had zero tattoos as is and if i didnt know better i would assume she is a saddist. someone who enjoys inflicting pain. Tattoo artist actually talk with people and want them to be ok. These girls here have that american buiseness mentality of get in and get out but they dont realize they are in the glam feild and need to make personal connections with people. Why would i want to come back to a company like this???? To get laughed at? To have sub par work done? To be OvErcharged? I was here to get subpar work removed and these people showed me that a lot of bad people dont even have tattoos

Went to see miss zita and the gang for som dark spots on my face. I think she is Indian but a person of color like myself. Good work. I trust their laser services since I didn’t blister and burn like 1 other time wen I went to another facility in perrysburg. They have a nice revlite laser with just enough bite to it. I’ll be back for more treatments. Only 2 so far. 1st one which I botched myself. Thanks ladies

I had a really good experience with getting laser hair removal. The technician was super friendly, answered all my questions, and was very informative. I barely felt a thing and it was so quick. Would definitely recommend.

Brandy did my tattoo removal and having it previously done elsewhere, the treatment today was literally seamless. It was worth the 2 hr drive from me! Literally took 3 seconds and looks like it will probably need just one more treatment. I wish I would have started the process here to begin with. I’d recommend a million times over!

I can say everyone was nice, but as far a hair removal.. Ive spent well over $1000 and it didnt work! I had a consultation to see if it would work.i was told Im good. I know it dont work on blonde, gray, or red hair. Well Im not any of those. Its just very disappointing that money went down the drain

I was treated here for procedures on both legs. I was very happy with the experience. The ultrasound tech did a great job examining my legs and explaining what she was seeing. The billing person contacted my insurance and made sure the pre-approvals were received. The med tech made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Banker impressed me with the time and care he spent on the treatment; explaining what he was seeing and what he was doing during the procedure. In all, it exceeded my expectations. Ive been here for laser hair removal and just started going for laser tattoo removal. The staff is great. They are very professional and ready to get you in and done in a short time. I love coming here and wouldnt choose anywhere else.

There is a reason why there’s never any cars in the parking lot at this place. As far as I know they don’t care about their clients for a broad range of services. I’ve had lip filler here — I asked for 500 ml and I just wanted my lips to be balanced out — no volume. she REFUSED to do 500ml and instead did 1000ml and I looked rediculous for 4 months. I’ve also gotten tattoo removal there 6 appts and it looked almost the same. They’ll take your money and not care at all ab your preferences or requests. Oh and — everyone in there looks botched. That’s a dead give away it’s a bad business for facial alterations.

Ive been going to Luxe Laser Center since 2017 and I absolutely love it. Ive had multiple services provided by Luxe and Ive been satisfied every time. The front desk staff are very professional, polite, and even funny. I had a procedure done yesterday and Morgan was my nurse and her Dr. Banker and myself talked and laughed the whole time. Dr. Banker is awesome and a straight shooter. He genuinely cares and puts your safety, health, and well being first. I absolutely just love Nicole and I look for her Everytime Im thereJamie the other nurse who does laser hair removal is simply wonderful. I never feel like just another patient , I feel like a friend. I would even say I think Im their favorite 😂🤣😅

Dr banker left me with botched butt and extreme fat necrosis after a bbl, it has been a nightmare with multiple complications.No surgeon wants to deal with it the ones that wants to is requesting a huge amount.I have tried to reach out to him for a refund which is the least he could do but he blocked me and pass me over to his manager who is requesting I come into the office not for a refund but for formalities,I was already in the office a week prior and dr banker could not do much due to the current ongoing issues with his license from other previous issues .dont be carried away by the other reviews here dr banker dont really care about you his only after your money, once theres an issue he throws you in the garbage.

Do not go here! I got a cool sculpting procedure done in 2020. This place left me so botched! It’s sad!! My stomach is way bigger than when I went in before. I work out and everything and my stomach constantly looks pregnant and pushed out! Not only that my stomach and fat is hard like a stick of butter! If luxe laser center does not fix I’m sueing !!!!! This place has caused me emotional distress!

I had smart liposuction done today, actually just and hour and a half ago Dr. Banker finished. During the procedure I was comfortable, we also had good dialog during the entire procedure. I thought or hoped Id fall asleep but I didnt and Im happy I didnt. The staff was nice, the office was clean, and Dr. Banker was awesome.

I cant say enough good things about my first experience there. I was so nervous and Nicole was the sweetest ever, so personable and kind. She went through all of my options and gave me an alternative (botox) to try before taking the plunge for fillers right before my wedding. She could have easily just poked me with the much more expensive and invasive lip fillers but wanted me to know all my options so I was completely happy and comfortable with the look. I am getting a few small tattoos removed and the experience has been great! The office staff and Dr are very friendly. I was very nervous and they really helped put me at ease and got through my procedure very quickly. And they are really doing their part to keep the office clean. You have to wear a face mask, only the patient getting work done is allowed in and you cant come in more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. One of my tattoos is mostly gone just after one session. Definitely recommend!

I went in for a HRT/TRT consultation and the staff and nurse practitioner that I spoke with was amazing. She was very thorough when explaing the program and answering all my questions and going over my concerns. I did not feel rushed and genuinely felt like they cared about my well being. I was also very pleased to discover that this clinic does regular blood work and you are closely monitored while in the program. I look forward to a long relationship with the Dr and Nps provided Im a candidate for the program.

I can’t say enough about this facility and staff! I’m extremely picky but everything from my first phone call, which I will admit was a month wait but that’s only because they’re the best in town! To then my appointment which was simple check in procedure and right away I got back to my room where the doctor promptly came in talk to me briefly but in a detailed manner about what was going to happen. It was 99% painless for Botox and it’s been my go to place sense. I will mention that after my first appointment I’ve been able to get in sometimes the same day.

Terrible experience as others have noted as well. Staff are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered - so bad that their office manager had to call me to “try to make it right” (spoiler alert, it was all lip service).Went in for cool sculpting which from what I can tell is a complete scam. You should just throw your $1,000 out the window. It would be less of a waste of time. I was rushed in and out for the procedure and told nothing about what to expect when I got home. I had broken capillaries all over and complete numbness followed by zings of pain for weeks. It’s been well past the time they say you should see these fabulous results and I literally see and measure not an ounce of difference. When I went in for my follow up photos, the girl told me to take my shirt off while she stood there. Apparently she didn’t have 5 minutes to spare in her day to allow me to undress and to provide me with the robe like they did before the procedure. SO COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I make sure I tell everyone about my experience so they don’t make the same mistake I did.

Was impressed when I had my appointment on April 5th 2023 when I talked to a staff person about subcision and bellafill for acne scarring. Gave me honest feedback on what was needed. Didnt push me to have more bellafill as I had enough (almost overfill) from a previous doctor. Wanted to have another consultation regarding subcision (again) but after contacting them via the online form (a few times) never heard back. Not sure if they are cutting back on patients due to the latest with the doctor at the center. Matt from Michigan

Luxe Laser has been amazing with my laser hair removal. The women at the front desk answered all of my questions before my first treatment, work with my schedule to find the best time for me, and my technician, Morgan, is the absolute best!! Morgan is thorough and my results have been better than expected. After four treatments on my upper lip and Brazilian bikini, I have almost no hair growing in between. I have thick dark hair too. Very pleased. Definitely worth the price tag. I can just get up and get dressed without worrying about shaving.

First time visiting! Efficient, and on time (which is a definite plus). Nicole was excellent at providing information and education related to my procedure. I felt comfortable and at ease as treatment goals and concerns were addressed prior.

I’ve been going here for a few years now for skin rejuvenation (acne scars, pore size, texture, redness) and injections and have been extremely pleased with my results, the staff, and the cost of services compared to other med spas. Dr. Banker and Nicole are very knowledgeable and give honest feedback on what they believe would be the best treatments for any concerns. Nicole does a great job achieving a natural look with injections and her placement and number of units/syringes needed is spot on every time! A friend had surgery scheduled with them, once the day of surgery came they reevaluated and was honest and they told my friend that a less invasive procedure would be better that end up saving my friend a couple thousand dollars. My friend is very satisfied on the results so far, everything including healing has gone exactly as they said it would. My friend has another procedure scheduled in a couple weeks with them for something completely different.

Nicole does all my treatments and I think she is very good at what she does. I have gone to other Med spas and was very unhappy with the treatments. I will be returning as usual...

I went here for tattoo removal. I felt the doctor was very unprofessional and the staff were all in a very bad mood. They acted extremely stuck up and were not really focused on customer service at all. The only good thing was the service was extremely quick and efficient. However, I will not be returning.

I am a 46 year old female and started getting a little sensitive about the wrinkles I was seeing on my face in-between and around my eyes and mouth. I checked with my Health savings plan and was able to use it to pay for Botox and Juvaderm. I was a little nervous the first time I went in, but Nicole asked me what my concerns were and went over both treatments and made me so comfortable with the procedures. I was so happy with the results. The Botox has lasted 6 months and the juvaderm has lasted even longer. I just got some touch ups and love the way I look now. It makes getting older so much easier to except. Now I look as young as I feel! I also signed up for their rewards program and get discounts with the points I earn. I am interested in some of the other facial treatments they offer. Check back for a review on that in February of 23. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Talked to me throughout the procedure to keep me calm. Tattoo removal is a fairly quick process which is always nice!

I went to get the Tattoo Removal. It was a great experience! I was taken back pretty quickly. They helped me understand the process. Everything to make sure I was comfortable was done as well!It’s really painful. Worse than getting the tattoo. However, it was done very fast.

I recently had Smart- Lipo of my upper and lower abdomen along with a mini tummy tuck, and tattoo removal. Since the moment I had my free consultation, I’ve been nothing short of 100% pleased. I am currently 4 days post op, and I have had ZERO pain and I already love my results even with the swelling that I have going on right now. During surgery, Dr. Banker and his medical assistants (Jamie, Amanda, and Amanda) made me feel so at home and comfortable. Dr. Banker was very informative and made sure that I didn’t leave the office with out all my questions answered. I would do this surgery again a million times over knowing the results and awesome customer service Luxe provides! I have and will continue to recommend all my friends and family here.

I was not sure what to expect when going to a med spa. I felt a little intimidated about it all at first, but that did not last. The staff really took the time to answer all of my questions, even when I called and asked them twice. I’m in my late 30’s and this was my first experience doing anything serious to my face. I had the madonna lift. The Doctor and nurse were so caring and fun. They even had me laughing during my treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the results and my service. If you are nervous and have no idea what your options are, check them out. They will make you feel right at home even if you are new to it all. I will definitely be back!

So I had come here for some SmartLipo several years ago, I had lost a lot of weight and I wanted something to help with some of my more stubborn belly fat. For starters this facility is incredibly clean and very welcoming. Next I had my consult with Dr. Banker and he addressed my concerns and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. I came back in to get my blood work done by his wife Nicole who is super sweet. After that I had my procedure and Dr. Banker made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. It was a little nerve wracking as I was unsure of what would happen being that with SmartLipo you are awake for the procedure. Dr. Banker focused on my waist and I still have that look of waist where I never used to have one. Its been almost four years since the procedure and I have to say I am still happy.

Had breast augmentation done by Dr banker first off everyone there is extremely kind and friendly. The morning of my surgery I was involved in a accident so I was a bit late but he was still able to perform my surgery which lasted about 3 hrs the entire time the nurses and doctor talked to me and kept me calm and distracted .. I was very surprised tho when I got told it was time to sew me up and how long it been I thought he had just got started... But Ill say again everyone was very kind and friendly and Ill just say very understanding of me being a transwoman :) Ill defiantly refer my friends here

Got laser lipo last year and the start is very nice. And I love the doctor. But*** I raised an issue about a problem spot on my stomach. One side is completely flat and the other has fat still there. So it made them uneven lumpy appearance. I followed after care to a tea. I have been working out since then. I can’t get it down. I’m not Happy about it.

I have had multiple services done at Luxe Laser over the years including cosmetic procedures. Dr. Wade Banker took advantage of me as I trusted him as a medical profesional. Shame on Luxe Laser and their unethical business practices.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The front desk staff, the nurses, and the owners. I will be back in the future for more laser hair removal or other services knowing they actually want to help you unlike a lot of other places! Definitely recommend!

I don’t even have the words to express how amazing Dr. Banker and literally everyone at Lux laser has treated me. Dr. Banker did a tuck and lipo on me. I’m three days post opp and can already tell that these results are going to be life changing. Dr. Banker and Megan his nurse talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really wish I could have given 10 stars because they all truly deserve it.

The expertise of my injector is top notch. There is careful attention to facial proportions and balance which is something other practitioners do not fully grasp. Nicole is simply the best there is! Ive had botox and filler- always wirh excellent results.

Had my first tattoo removal and the front staff was super nice. I didn’t wait long in the waiting room after paper work and I did get the numbing cream but even with that it was still pretty painful. I have 3 small tattoos I want gone so it was super quick. You get 10 minutes of time but mine took maybe 30 seconds total. My one recommendation is, if a patient has plenty of time left over and they need a little bit of time to collect themselves, please let them. I was very close to tears because of the pain and when I was 2/3 done I wanted to take a bit of time to I guess “process” the pain before continuing and the doctor did make me feel a bit rushed to just continue right away. If a patient gets 10 minutes of time and they want to use some of it to collect themselves, please let them. I will be going back for the rest of my appointments though because everyone was still professional and informative. :)

I’d love to give a all-star rating, but as a repeat customer it’s hard to get my Botox injections scheduled unless it’s a month prior in advance. Front desk not very accommodating or helpful. With my airline work schedule I’m going to have to go elsewhere. Too bad because Nicole does awesome work.

Had my first laser tattoo removal session here and it was quick and painless for me! I can understand how some might feel it’s a painful process, however I followed the recommendations and took an OTC pain reliever in advance and didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommend!

I went here not sure what I wanted but knew it was going to be either lipo/tummy tuck or both. Dr. Banker was very honest about his opinion and I ended up going with both. I am 7 mo post op and I love the results. I am going back this month for a BBL and more lipo. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and even discouraged things I didnt need. Hi, my name is Patrick. Had smart lipo done last October on my flanks and back flanks, went smoothly and no pain afterwards was fully awake through the procedure and drove myself home afterwards, did not need to take pain meds afterwards. Had it done on a Friday and started weightlifting and jogging on Monday. Big improvement it takes about a year to get final results along with dieting and exercise including heavy waist exercises to get the best results. I would definitely go back, felt safe and they treated me with respect as if I was family.

They are doing a great job of moving people in and out during this pandemic. The doctor is efficient and tries to do what you want. One of the only elective procedure places that dont try to push their face creams and services. It is also nice, the consultation is free. I only had one issue, I will ask them about.

The staff here are amazing. Morgan is a ray of sunshine and always makes me smile. Everyone is so friendly and my results are fantastic and a good value for my time and money.

Dr. Bunker and his team have done an amazing job! I had tummy liposuction on March this year. It turned out so good that helped me to decide to do liposuction on my back two weeks ago. Once again, his team had done another successful surgery. I recovered fast without pain or infection. I have to say they are the best plastic surgery team in Toledo! I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends.

Went for a tattoo removal. The staff was very friendly and explained how it worked since this was my first appointment to get it removed. Was a quick process and just felt like having a lighter held to your skin.

Dr. Banker is doing my laser tattoo removal. This is my second area on the body and a much larger surface area is being covered, he is very patient and helpful with the process. It can get pretty uncomfortable but he adjusts as needed, good communication/moral support and talks you through your appointment. Do recommend

I went in today for Botox for the first time in over 6 years. The front desk staff was so friendly. I waited only a minute before being brought back to my room and the entire procedure took less than 5 minutes. Everyone at Luxe Laser is so nice, you leave feeling like you made new friends and not to mention you look good afterwards!

I had the Madonna lift and some spider veins removed today. I have had fillers and Botox done before with Nicole. Today the Doc and his helper Sarah worked their magic. The process on both were fast, smooth and efficient. The spider veins on face are all gone. However, I will have to be patient with the healing process on the Madonna lift. I only had it done today. The doc and Sarah were very nice, helpful and let me know what the process of procedure would look like even during the procedure. This place deserves a 10 star. It’s clean, they get you an appt in rather quickly. I have never had to wait when I come in. Grant it I have only been 3 times. All the staff are also friendly and professional!

Nurse and staff are very friendly and easy to talk to. Had my first micro-needling treatment so will see how finals results look after I complete package. Facility is updated and well-kept

The only downside to tattoo removal is the number of treatments it takes. I’m going in today on what will be my 4th session and I’m at $600 now in cost . This has been a lengthy process because of how much it is costing me due to the sheer size of the tattoo. Praying this is the last time I have to see this tattoo after today. Upside is the beautiful atmosphere and the wonderful staff. I have had the same expert work on me each time and for that I’m great full.

I went to Luxe Laser for the first time today for fillers and Botox. Nicole, RN does the injections and really knows what she’s doing! She makes you comfortable, makes recommendations but doesn’t push and over sell. Completely thrilled with my results. Looking forward for the Botox to kick in.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. Very pleased with every visit. They prepare the botox right in front of you. Never comes in the room with a premade botox syringe. I also get laser tattoo removal and will most likely be coming in for many many more procedures. They are patient and answer all your questions.

I had laser vein removal which did not work. Mainly because I was not told ahead of time not to wear sunless tanner. Dr. Banker told me when I arrived that it may not work because I was pretty tan, but did the procedure anyway. I asked if it could be redone or if I could get a refund and he said I would have to pay again to have it redone.However, I also had RF skin tightening with Nicole and am VERY happy with the results!

The staff is exceptionally skilled as well as helpful. They provide an individualized approach and explain the benefits of procedures, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Staff at the front desk is extremely unfriendly. Dr Banker must have had lunch before seeing me, smelly burping throughout consultation.Said at least 6 times “you’re dark, you have dark skin”, and I’m not dark. Sistas avoid this place.

I had Smart Lipo done on my neck to get rid of my inherited double chin. My profile has always bothered me so I scheduled a consultation with Nicole, that day I made my appointment! Dr. Banker was very informative about the procedure and what to expect during and after. I was off work for a week because of a lot of swelling and some discomfort. Had my timescent lipo with mini TT done here .....Very cozy and layed back but VERY professional environment and the heated bed was great considering I get cold very easily!The staff was amazing and the staff and Doc.Banker even cracked a few jokes to break the ice :) Total different experience being awake during the procedure in a good way cause you know exactly whats happening and arent in the dark when you wake up from anesthesia. If you find that you have questions during the procedure its not too late to ask cause you are awake.which could be good or bad lol depending how annoying of a person you are :) ;) MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT AND I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN :) :) :) !!!! Very friendly. Wasn’t sure what/how much I wanted done but they helped me figure out and left with a plan and first treatment done. Over the past year I have had a few procedures done to help the scars and discoloration on my face. I put off having the co2 laser for 4 years and now I regret not having it done sooner! Ive visited this location twice now and I have another appointment set for this next month. Ive been getting a tattoo removed. I live in metro Detroit but I make the drive for this location. Very clean, excellent time management, and polite staff. You have to wear a mask which is unfortunate, however its not a deal breaker for me.

I had a Brazilian butt lift procedure done at luxe laser and so far I am extremely pleased and happy with my results so far. I am almost 6 weeks post op and I absolutely love my backside! Dr banker did a wonderful job and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend luxe laser.

I have had several double treatments for tattoo removal. Prior to Luxe, I had a few treatments elsewhere and I blistered pretty bad and it was a minimum of $150 per treatment. My first treatment at Luxe, Dr. Banker assured me that is not supposed to happen and I have not blistered since. I am at the end stage of the process and couldnt be happier with their service and results. Would definitely recommend for tattoo removal.

I recently went to Nicole for juvederm in cheeks. I immediately bruised horribly under my right eye, it took three weeks to clear, had to hide my face. Once the bruising cleared, it was very obvious the filler was uneven. There was a large divot in the right side of my face where the filler didnt take. I called to ask about correction, they were able to get me in right away, but told me I would be responsible for the full cost of correction. I thought this was very unfair, as there was obviously a mistake made. I will be going elsewhere for correction, since I have to pay for it anyway. Please dont go here and put yourself through what I went through.Update: Apparently there was a misunderstanding with the staff and I was not charged the cost of correction. I was brought back in quickly and the filler was touched up. HOWEVER, it is still uneven and now the right side looks overfilled, I was asked today why one side of my face was so swollen. So I will be retuning to have the filler dissolved since I am so unhappy with the results. To be continued…I was eventually refunded the entire cost of the treatment, which was nice and I am grateful for. Nicole also did several touch ups with me. She was very kind and professional.

Visited luxe for juviderm. The entire staff was not friendly and made me feel like they would rather not service my kind.. She did a rush job @ 6:45pm and she literally had her coat on and was walking to her vehicle ahead of me.. My before and after almost a month later look exactly the same.. I would not recommend Luxe laser to any of my African American sisters. It was a waste of $900. It was later suggested by a coworker that in the future I visit Arrowhead. My coworker stated the staff at Arrowhead is warm, friendly, welcoming to all people and do good work.Update 4/16/23 I tried to tell you guys things were not right at Luxe Laser

I went in for a consultation summer 2018 to go over a few things I wanted done. The doctor was very nice, informative and made me feel comfortable. I have a friend who had lip injections here and her results were good. Although that wasnt my only inquiry, I didnt get that done. Instead I opted for laser treatment to remove scars from my face. I have lots of scars from a medieval case of acne in my past so it was my top priority. I was given lidocaine injections which was essential to keep it from being painful. The procedure went well. My face was swollen for a while but that was natural. I was told to keep out of the sun for a year, which I did, but a year is over and I can barely see any results. Turns out it was a waste of $3,000. Im disappointed.Reply to owner: I was going to until I realized youre just going to sales pitch me another treatment.

Do not go here if you want to be treated like a human instead of just another person to make money off of. I went to Luxe Laser for a tattoo removal and will never go back. Dr. Banker was incredibly unprofessional and I left the session crying, not because of pain but because I felt violated. It has been over a year since this appointment but I finally realized I wanted to share my story in hopes that it prevents someone else from feeling like I did. My appointment was, what I assume to be, the last appointment on a Friday. This was my first session so, like any person who cares about their body, I had a lot of questions and I wanted to have a consultation about the procedure before jumping right in. I checked in and the secretary told me to seat. Upon meeting Dr. Banker, one of the first things out of his mouth was, Oh! That must be the tattoo. This make me incredibly insecure from the start. No respectable doctor comments on their patients bodies like he did. I informed him that I wanted a consultation prior to the session and he looked at me like I was nuts and told me they dont provide that. This should be your sign this place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS PATIENTS. I should have left right there, but I had already been waiting. So I was immediately seated and I asked if I could get some numbing cream or lidocaine. Anything to prevent pain. He frustratedly told me, No, you should have gotten some before. We dont have time to apply it now. You should should have came in earlier. Again, if this is my first time, how would I know that? The secretary didnt offer me anything. The person on the phone who made this appointment also didnt inform me of this. So we begin with the process and it literally felt like my skin was burning off and was incredibly painful. Obviously, I must be okay with some pain if I got the freaking tattoo in the first place. I also have had laser removal of varicose veins (at a different doctors office prior) so Im not afraid of a little pain. I asked him to stop with tears running down my face. I wanted a moment to collect myself to continue. He sat there tapping his foot and looking at his watch. Here I was literally crying from pain and he expressed ZERO empathy. Instead, he said, You need to make a decision, we are running out of time. I felt like my pain was inconvenient. I said, Are you sure there is no lidocaine shots or something? He replied No, that is not a thing. So I took a deep breath and told him to continue, I wanted to at least complete one session. One thing they tell people is that when you are in pain, focus on your breath. So that is what I did, breathed in, breathed out, breathed in, breathed out. It was at that moment that Dr. Banker did one of the most egregious things I have EVER had a doctor do. He said, Well, Im glad your breath smell okay because you are breathing in my face. I was already incredibly vulnerable as I was in pain, this made it unbearable. I wanted to get out of the room because he made me feel worse than the actual laser. I finished up the session and left. I sat my car with tears streaming down my face in embarrassment while I watched him leave immediately after my session to go celebrate his Friday night. What I got out of this session is dont trust every doctor. Some are magnanimous and want to help but others just want to make money. If things dont feel right, leave. Now, I live in LA and am lucky to a lot of options, I told my new doctor this story and they said, they couldnt believe my experience. Almost EVERY doctor offers a consultation.... and lidocaine shots ARE a thing. Do yourself a favor and make it worth your time to drive to Ann Arbor/Detroit or Cleveland to find a better doctor. Your soul will thank you.UPDATE (Response to owner): Note, I am a professor and would prefer not to use my actual name so students/colleagues cant read this review upon Googling me. Unfortunately, no service/reparations/apologies can make up the feelings I had at that time. Just be better next time.

Ok so i went to a place up in mi just to get some tattoo removal done. Afterwards my back was destroyed and had huge blisters everywhere after each treatment and could barely stand having a shirt on. I went to this place and I’m not kidding you are completely fine after. I could even take a hot shower. Amazing facility. I went to luxe laser 4 times. They even will give you 2 treatments at once. They probably would have done serious damage to me at the last place I went to if they treated me twice in same session.

I am thankful that the doctor took time with my daughter to explain future procedures and answer any of her questions. She was nervous at first but felt much better after talking with Dr. Banker.

I came here on Tuesday with my BF. The nurse that was doing his laser hair removal was very thorough and paid attention to detail. No one made me feel weird for wanting to accompany him, I appreciate that!

I made an appt for botox on line. i did a follow up call just to confirm, since i made it online. they didnt have record of it. i rescheduled for a month later because of their schedule and mine. i went in excited for my treatment and the receptionist had informed me that the nurse had her baby! i said (not happy AT all), i didnt deserve a courtesy call? the weather was horrible and risk taking to get there ontime AND i left work early. ill go someplace else, thank you. that was twice for ONE appt.

I went here for lip injections that advertised would last from 6-12 months...they lasted 2 weeks and when I went in to tell the nurse who injected me she was upset and confrontational and refused to fix anything..save your $750.

I was so excited to get rid of a few years on my face..at 51..I needed it. I was there working from out of town and had about 3 Botox visits and 3 needling visits. The Botox I loved, but after the last I have a large noticeable bump right above my right eyebrow. Ive done all that I know to get rid of it but after 2-3 months its still there and I have to try to cover it up with makeup everyday.The needling was established tremendously painful, so much so I didnt even go to my last visit which I paid for in advance. Since the needling...Ive had terrible acne at age 51 and places around my mouth that are just way worse than I started with. Dont know what Im going to do to repair the damage done...but Im going to make an appointment with a dermatologist to see if I can fix all the damage that Lux Laser did to my skin. I was so excited ..but I got nothing but pure disappointment. Ive never rated anything ever but this has made me so distraught that I wanted to put it out there.

10/10 recommend very welcoming environment, staff is very professional and always makes sure you’re comfortable. Every service that I’ve had done has exceeded my expectations. Luxe is the place to go!

I think Luxe Laser spray tans Suck! I made 2 appointments a week ahead of time and then get a call the afternoon before saying they have to cancel my appointment. So you suck, I planed my appointment for the morning I was leaving on vacation to get the most out of my spray tan. I now have NO time to reschedule with anyone else. You Suck.
