Nickie is so awesome and seems really about her customers. I didnt get a piercing by her. But I did buy an eyebrow ring from her. It somehow broke. Like idk how. She dont know how. It literally broke while I was sleeping. I took it back to her and she gave me a new one and put it in for free. It took like 5 minutes at the most. It was so quick and easy. And she was so nice! I would highly recommend her for piercings and piercing rings of different kinds. Its a heart.

How are you supposed to get business if your phone number doesn’t even work. I’ve tried this place for over a year and a half and it looks like I have to go in and talk to someone to even get any information. Be better? It sucks having to go out of town to get a piercing, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s just gone somewhere else because you’re impossible to get ahold of. That’s all. Get a phone number that actually works?

Went to downsize my piercing and she stretched my piercings from a 16g to a 14g without my permission. I told her I have a metal sensitivity and she assured me her jewelry was high quality but it was not and the metal the jewelry is made out of is cheap and my piercings started to get infected and itched a lot. Contacted to get a refund for altering my piercings without my permission and she has not responded. She also didnt wear gloves and put her fingers in my mouth. I wish I could give zero stars.

Hands down the best experience I could have chosen for my 6 year old! Nickie was so thorough in explaining the process and letting her be a part of it. We came out with 2 evenly pierced ears and no tears 👏👏 Highly recommend her!!

Got my daughters ears pierced today and I was so nervous my daughter was going to shut down. Nicki was so kind and gentle she put my daughter at ease. My kiddo handled getting her ears pierced like a champ and has been showing them off to everyone! Such a great experience!

I took my granddaughter in to have her nose pierced and Nickie was fantastic! Had all the patience in the world. Made her super comfortable and then quick and done, exactly what she needed. She loves her new piercing! Thank you Nickie!

AMAZING! Cassie and Nickie are both phenomenal. You can get cleaner tattoo lines than Cass or smoother piercings or repeircings by Nickie. I come here all the way from southern California to get work done. This shop rocks!

Ive gotten piercings with Nickie and been very happy with them, but I wont be back after my last experience. She took days to respond, canceled the appointment I had, and said she had to reschedule me. Instead of that she stopped responding to me all together. Shes very good at what she does, but know that actually getting an appointment is a very frustrating process and might be a total waste of time.

I got my belly button pierced in August by Nikki and she did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB. I should have left a review months ago! This was my first piercing and it was so quick, barely any pain. She’s so great with walking you through everything, she’s transparent, and makes you feel so welcomed! If I ever get more piercings, I’m definitely going to her. Absolutely outstanding. And my piercing is healing so nicely

I just got a pretty scary piercing done here, she did a fantastic job. I walked in & admitted how absolutely nervous I was & she was so kind, patient & took her time to explain everything she was doing. Extremely welcoming & reassuring. Super sweet & very gentle. 100% will be coming back for my next piercing. Would recommend 1000%

This place is where everyone should get piercings! Nikki is very kind and sweet and personable. I’ve gotten many piercings from other shops in the area and they’re all rude and have made fun of me in the past. But Nikki has NEVER done that and continues to do my modifications to this day. I switched to her 2 years ago and I’m never looking back. She’s quick with her hands and makes sure her clients are happy as a clam. Nikki provides a very clean, and comfortable environment. Other piercing shops have not been this amazing. I drive 30 min there and back to see her and it’s worth it every time. Love you Nikki!!!

I had a great experience with Nickie. I was pretty nervous about a repiercing after a negative piercing experience somewhere else, but Nickie was very kind, patient, and gentle. Everything was clean and carefully done. I will definitely be getting all future piercings here!

We absolutely loved our experience. Got our babys ears pierced. They tagged teamed with the needles to make it faster and she barely cried and they cleaned her up and was good to go. Amazing shop, Great personalities. Nice pricing at just $40.Nikki even gave my daughter a cute littlw beanie baby as a gift. Overall very happy...will definitely be back again.

Just got my nose pierced with my best friend, and Nikki was amazing! She is so sweet, and she makes sure that her clients stay calm and relaxed, she is very quick with her hands and just does a fantastic job. Definitely going back when I decide to get another piercing!! :)

Nicki pierced our 4 month old and did such an amazing job with her! Baby girl was naturally a little squirmy but Nicki just rolled with it like a pro and pierced her ears perfectly! She explained the whole process, was super patient with our baby, gave her a Beanie Baby to snuggle and go home with! The shop was super clean, everything used came from sterile packages and we’ll definitely be back!

This place is pretty great. Nikki performs the piercings here; she is kind, knowledgeable, and has affordable rates for both piercings and jewelry. There are two other gals in there that perform tattoos, they are really nice and turn out some great work. This is an all female crew, at least the last time I was there anyway. This is the first tattoo parlor that Ive ever actually felt comfortable in. Its low key, very clean and awesomely decorated. Nikki gives you time to understand the piercing youre getting and doesnt rush. I like that she makes every client feel like a special client.

Honestly Nikki was amazing she was very clear communicative and I was in and out of there really quick, my piercing barely hurt and Nikki gave me detailed instructions on how to care for it afterwards which was really helpful honestly if Im ever going to get pierced again definitely coming back.😊

Nickie has done several piercings for me. I like having her do the work because shes always considerate and friendly. She is even patient with me when I accidentally knock my daith jewelry out and puts it back in for me. I got to watch her with a little one yesterday and she was so sweet and patient with her. If you have a problem come up, she is happy to help you anyway she can. Highly recommend!!

Cassidy is unprofessional and a thief. She took money from a family member as a deposit for a tattoo. She never did the drawing and now refuses to do the tattoo or return the money. Now she is refusing to respond at all. Do not go to this woman for a tattoo. She is untrustworthy

Got my Labret piercing done and my nipple rings changed out. She was absolutely amazing. Very professional and gentle. The shop is beautiful outside and in! I love it here! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The lady is nice but she lied about what gauge my septum was pierced at and switching the jewlery out to what i thought was my size (14g) was actually a stretch when i compared my old jewelry to the ones i ordered and it looked more like a 16g, which would have been fine if it had been a couple of months. youre not supposed to stretch this early on and i was totally misinformed of the size of my piercing just because she thought i looked better with a smaller gauge. so basically i was lied to of the size i was pierced at and couldve caused a blowout so bad i potentially couldnt get it pierced again. she also pierces newborns and morally i think thats genuinely wrong. this place would be awesome but theres too much bias. she also misgendered me even though my ID says im male.

Nickie did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears. She was so kid friendly. She was patient and created a very special experience for my daughter. Nickie you are awesome at what you do!!

Great service! Everything was explained to me before actually doing the piercings which totally helped with the anxiety. I usually have a reaction to having metals in my ears but have had no reaction to this at all so really good quality jewelry. Highly recommend!

Nicki is the best piercer! Shes gental and communicative. She lets you know exactly what, and when shes doing things. I highly recommend her. She did my kids septum, and my nose. Im very pleased.

I got my tongue pierced by Nickie, it was fine for the first few days. The bar that was put in was NOT long enough for my tongue to swell and with how slanted it was pierced caused my tongue to start to grow around it and bleed more then it should have been. I caught it just in time and ended up having to go to the ER to have it removed.I now noticed when she pierced it she did not look at my tongue for any veins and almost put a shorter bar in when she did the piercing.I can say Im never letting her pierce me again.

Had an appointment with Cassidy at 10 am. she never showed, and took days to respond at times. very unprofessional and disappointing. Nickie on the other hand has done all of my piercings and she’s amazing!! does such a good job and makes sure i’m always happy! i give 1 star for Cassidy & 5 for Nickie!!

I got my tongue pierced a few days ago at another place in salem. Due to complications with work, I had to remove my tongue piercing. I called nickie and asked if she did removals, which she does. We got there as she was getting there so we gave it a few minutes and went inside. I told her my story, we talked about how its dumb that I cant have it at work blah blah. Then we got my mom a new nose and lip ring while we were at it and I gotta say she does an amazing job.

Shes totally amazing, every piercing Ive had done is minimal pain and heals quickly

Beautiful shop. Making an appt. with Cassidy means she will be there that day sometime. 37 minutes late, almost an hour passed my appt and ink finally touched me. Ink is nice. I will not go to or reccommend Cassidy without telling of her business practices. No empathy for a fellow artist whos family member is dealing with illness.

Went for a tattoo and texted the girl that foes the tattoos. She asked me what i wanted and told her. Never heard back in regards to no i cant do that or no i dont do those types. Straight ghosted. I do not recommend this business.

Been here several time. Theyre usually my go to for either a tattoo or piercing. Recently I wanted to get another tattoo but after trying every way I could think of to get a hold of them I still to this day(3/22/21) havent heard from them.☹

I got my cartilage pierced and I don’t remember her name but she pierced it diagonally. She also got the needle stuck in my ear, which she then started pulling on my ear and the needle to get it out. Super painful.

I went two times so far to get my lobes Pierced, the lady was super nice I will definitely come again

Would not recomend this place. We were told we did not need an appointment but they were busy for the next two hours and we should come back so we came back and waited while we were skipped in front of by multiple people after being told multiple times we were next and a three and a hald hour wait (altogether) we left without any work getting done
